Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a foundation packing continuously arranged between a foundation and a foundation, and more particularly to a foundation packing with a dovetail barb for suppressing entry of termites.

In recent years, from the viewpoint of energy conservation in buildings such as houses, in addition to the basic insulation construction method that installs plate-shaped insulation on at least one of the outside and inside of the rising foundation of the building, The external thermal insulation construction method, in which the external wall thermal insulation material is installed and the entire building is wrapped and thermally insulated, has been adopted. In such a construction method, as the foundation packing placed between the foundation and the foundation, there is known a technology to improve the insulation of the building by using an airtight type foundation packing or a foundation packing with heat insulating material attached to the side. (see Patent Document 1).

In addition, the basic insulation method increases the risk of termites because it blocks underfloor ventilation. As a technique for preventing termite invasion, a plate-shaped dovetail bar member is installed so that the top surface of the outer peripheral foundation and the top surface of the basic heat insulating material are covered and the tip protrudes outside the outer edge of the top surface of the basic heat insulating material. is known (see Patent Document 2).

In addition, when connecting a plurality of basic packings (packing main bodies) along one direction, it is possible to connect the dovetail parts by overlapping the overlapped part and the overlapped part of the adjacent basic packings. becomes. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the gap between the dovetail barbs adjacent in one direction.

In addition, in a second aspect, the foundation packing of the present invention is a foundation packing that is arranged between the perimeter foundation of a building and the foundation, is elongated along one direction, and is placed on the foundation. and a dovetail portion protruding in the width direction over the entire length from one of both side surfaces in the width direction perpendicular to the one direction of the packing body. The dovetail barb portion includes a connecting first convex portion that is provided at one of both ends in the one direction and protrudes in the one direction from one end surface of the packing body, and is provided at the other end of and is formed with a first connecting concave portion that can be fitted with the first connecting convex portion.

According to this, it becomes possible to dispose the dovetail barb only by providing the basic packing. Therefore, the workability is improved and the cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the base packing and the dovetail barb are separate members. Further, when connecting a plurality of basic packings (packing bodies) to each other along one direction, the connecting first convex portion and the connecting first concave portion of the adjacent basic packings are fitted to each other, and the dovetail barb portion It is possible to link them together. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the gap between the dovetail barbs adjacent in one direction.

In the present invention, the dovetail barb portion is composed of a plate-like member having a lower surface flush with the lower surface of the packing body, and the first connecting projection is the one portion of the dovetail barb portion. It is composed of a projecting plate portion projecting in one direction from one end surface of both end surfaces in the direction and having a lower surface flush with the lower surface of the dovetail barb portion, and the connecting first concave portion is fitted with the projecting plate portion. It is preferable that the upper surface, both side surfaces in the width direction, and the tip surface of the convex plate portion can be surrounded when the convex plate portion is closed. Thereby, when connecting the basic packings along one direction, the dovetail barbs can be easily connected to each other.

Further, in the present invention, the packing body has a first connecting portion formed on one side of both ends in the one direction and a second connecting portion formed on the other side, and the first connecting portion The connecting portion and the second connecting portion are configured to connect the second connecting portion and the first connecting portion of the adjacent base packings when the plurality of base packings are connected to each other along the one direction on the outer peripheral base. It is preferable to be able to connect with. This allows the packing bodies to be connected to each other.

Further, in the present invention, the first connecting portion is a connecting second projection projecting in the one direction from one of both end surfaces of the packing body in the one direction, and the second connecting portion is It is preferable that the second connecting concave portion is provided on the other end surface of the both end surfaces of the packing body and is fittable with the second connecting convex portion. This facilitates connection between the packing bodies.

Further, in the present invention, a heat insulating material containing portion capable of containing a heat insulating material capable of covering the entire length of the one side surface of the packing body is provided on the dovetail portion. is preferred. Accordingly, by storing the heat insulating material in the heat insulating material storing portion, it is possible to cover one side surface of the packing main body for heat insulation.

Further, in the present invention, the heat insulating material accommodating portion includes a vertical wall portion projecting upward from a middle portion in the width direction of the dovetail barb portion and extending in the one direction, the one side surface, and the dovetail barb. As a result, the structure of the heat insulating material accommodating portion is simplified.

In the present invention, a plurality of reinforcing ribs arranged along the one direction at predetermined intervals and connecting the vertical wall portion and the one side surface are formed on the upper surface portion. It is preferable that the upper ends of the widthwise end portions are arranged below the upper ends of the vertical wall portion and the one side surface. As a result, while the strength of the heat insulating material accommodating portion is improved, the side surfaces in the width direction of the heat insulating material placed in the heat insulating accommodating portion are not divided in one direction. For this reason, it becomes possible to suppress a decrease in the strength of the heat insulating material.

Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the reinforcing rib is formed such that the center portion in the width direction is lower than the both end portions in the vertical direction. As a result, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the strength of the heat insulating material arranged in the heat insulating accommodation portion.

According to the basic packing of the present invention, it is possible to dispose the dovetail barb only by providing the basic packing. Therefore, the workability is improved and the cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the base packing and the dovetail barb are separate members. In addition, when connecting a plurality of basic packings (packing main bodies) to each other along one direction, the dovetail portions can also be connected to each other. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the gap between the dovetail barbs adjacent in one direction.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the packing body 2 is provided with four elastic members 14 . 5 and 6 show the basic packing 1 with the four elastic members 14 removed for easy understanding of the structure of the packing main body 2 and the like. As shown in FIG. 3, the packing body 2 has a pair of bases 21 and 22 extending along the longitudinal direction A and five connecting portions 23 connecting the pair of bases 21 and 22 in the width direction B. is doing.

Each of the substrates 21 and 22 has a substantially quadrangular prism shape. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the pair of substrates 21 and 22 are arranged parallel to each other, and are separated from each other by five connecting portions 23 along the width direction B. arranged to face each other. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, grooves 21h and 22h extending in the longitudinal direction A are formed in upper surfaces 21d and 22d of the pair of substrates 21 and 22 at inner ends in the width direction B, and grooves 21h and 22h are formed on the lower surfaces. Grooves 21i and 22i extending in the longitudinal direction A are formed in 21e and 22e. The grooves 21h and 22h are formed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction A of the upper surfaces 21d and 22d. The grooves 21i and 22i are formed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction A of the lower surfaces 21e and 22e. An elastic member 14 is adhered to each of the bottoms of these grooves 21h, 21i, 22h, 22i with an adhesive.

As shown in FIG. 3, the five connection portions 23 are arranged apart from each other along the longitudinal direction A, and holes 24 for inserting anchor bolts are formed between two adjacent connection portions 23. ing. Of the five connecting portions 23, two connecting portions 23 arranged at both ends in the longitudinal direction A are formed with nail holes 25 for driving nails for temporarily fixing the foundation packing 1 to the outer peripheral foundation 104. there is

As shown in FIG. 6, the connecting protrusions 12 are formed on both end surfaces 2a and 2b of the packing body 2 in the longitudinal direction A, respectively. More specifically, the coupling protrusion 12 is formed on the right end surface 21a of the base 21 in FIG. 6 and the left end surface 22b of the base 22 in FIG. These two connecting protrusions 12 are arranged point-symmetrically with respect to the central point in the longitudinal direction A and the width direction B of the packing body 2 . Further, these two connecting protrusions 12 are composed of three protrusions 31 projecting from the right end surface 21a and three protrusions 31 projecting from the left end surface 22b. The three protrusions 31 forming the coupling protrusion 12 are arranged in the width direction B at equal intervals while being separated from each other. Each projection 31 extends from a position slightly below the upper surface 2c of the packing body 2 to the lower end of the packing body 2, as shown in FIG.

Connecting recesses 13 are also formed on both end faces 2a and 2b of the packing body 2, respectively, as shown in FIG. More specifically, the coupling recess 13 is formed on the right end face 22a of the base 22 in FIG. 6 and the left end face 21b of the base 21 in FIG. These two connecting recesses 13 are arranged point-symmetrically with respect to the central point in the longitudinal direction A and the width direction B of the packing body 2 . These two connecting recesses 13 are formed in the right end face 22a and are formed in three recesses 32 that can be fitted with the three protrusions 31 respectively, and are formed in the left end face 21b to be fitted with the three protrusions 31 respectively. It consists of three recesses 32 that can be fitted. The three concave portions 32 forming the connecting concave portion 13 are arranged apart from each other in the width direction B so as to be fittable with the three convex portions 31 of the connecting convex portion 12 of another basic packing 1 of the same type. are placed in As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, each recess 32 is located slightly below the upper surface 2c of the packing body 2 and opens downward. Of the three recessed portions 32 forming the connecting recessed portion 13, the recessed portion 32 arranged on the innermost side in the width direction B opens upward as well as downward.

The four elastic members 14 are arranged in four grooves 21h, 21i, 22h and 22i, as shown in FIG. The elastic members 14 are not entirely buried in the grooves 21h, 21i, 22h and 22i, but are partially buried in the grooves 21h, 21i, 22h and 22i, but the remaining portions are buried in the grooves 21h, 21i, 22h and 22h. 22i is exposed. Therefore, even if the elastic member 14 is compressed over time by the packing body 2 and the outer peripheral base 104 or the base 120, the compression is relieved by the grooves 21h, 21i, 22h and 22i, and the elastic force is maintained. Further, positional deviation can be suppressed by arranging the four elastic members 14 in the grooves 21h, 21i, 22h, and 22i.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, each elastic member 14 extends along the longitudinal direction A, and both ends in the longitudinal direction A are located outside the end faces 2a and 2b of the packing body 2 in the longitudinal direction A. are placed. 3, one end of each elastic member 14 in the long side direction A is the innermost protrusion in the width direction B among the three protrusions 31 forming the connecting protrusion 12. 31 in the vertical direction C.

A constituent material of the elastic member 14 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a resin material and a rubber material. When the elastic member 14 is provided on the upper surface 2c and the lower surface 2d of the packing body 2, the elastic member 14 may be fitted into the grooves 21h, 21i, 22h and 22i without using an adhesive. Also, as the elastic material 14, for example, a rubber tape, a urethane tape, a foamed resin tape, or the like may be used.

As shown in FIG. 2, the dovetail portion 3 of the basic packing 1 protrudes outward along the width direction B from one side surface 21f in the width direction B of the packing body 2 (the side surface of the packing body 2 on the outdoor side). formed by 3 to 5, the dovetail barb portion 3 is made of a flat plate having a rectangular planar shape elongated along the longitudinal direction A, and is formed over the entire length of the side surface 21f of the packing body 2 in the longitudinal direction A. It is As shown in FIG. 2, the dovetail part 3 protrudes from the side surface 21f so as to be able to cover the upper surface of the outer peripheral base 104 and the upper surface of the base heat insulating material 106. As shown in FIG. More specifically, the dovetail barb 3 protrudes to the outside from the outdoor edge of the upper surface of the outer foundation 104 . 4 and 7, the lower surface 3c of the dovetail barb portion 3 is flush with the lower surface 2d of the packing body 2. As shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 6, one end (the left end in FIG. 6) of the dovetail barb portion 3 in the longitudinal direction A is located outside the one end face 2b of the packing body 2 along the longitudinal direction A (the left side in FIG. 6). A connecting convex portion (first connecting convex portion: overlapping portion) 4 that protrudes outward is formed. The connecting protrusion 4 protrudes leftward in FIG. 6 from one end face 3a of the dovetail barb 3 in the longitudinal direction A. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the connecting convex portion 4 is configured as a convex plate-like portion whose lower surface 4a is flush with the lower surface 3c of the dovetail barb portion 3. As shown in FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the other end portion (the right end portion in FIG. 6) of the dovetail barb portion 3 in the longitudinal direction A is provided with a connecting concave portion (first connecting concave portion) that can be fitted with the connecting convex portion 4 . : superposed portion) 5 is formed. As shown in FIG. 5, the connecting concave portion 5 is open to the right and downward in the drawing along the longitudinal direction A. As shown in FIG. That is, the connecting concave portion 5 is configured to surround the upper surface, both side surfaces in the width direction B, and the tip end surface of the connecting convex portion 4 when the connecting convex portion 4 is fitted.

As shown in FIG. 5, the upper surface 3b of the dovetail barb portion 3 is formed with a vertical wall portion 6a that protrudes upward from the middle portion of the dovetail barb portion 3 in the width direction B and extends along the longitudinal direction A. there is The vertical wall portion 6a is erected slightly outside (the side away from the packing body 2) of the center of the dovetail barb portion 3 in the width direction B, and is arranged so as to be able to face the side surface 21f of the packing body 2 in the width direction B. ing. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the heat insulating material accommodating portion 6 is provided so as to be able to accommodate the packing heat insulating material 7 capable of covering the side surface 21f of the packing body 2 over its entire length. It is defined by the vertical wall portion 6a, the upper surface portion 3b1 of the upper surface 3b of the dovetail portion 3 and between the vertical wall portion 6a and the side surface 21f, and the side surface 21f. 5, the heat insulating material accommodating portion 6 is configured as a concave portion that is open upward and in the longitudinal direction A. As shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 6b arranged along the longitudinal direction A at predetermined intervals are formed on the upper surface portion 3b1. The reinforcing rib 6b extends along the width direction B and connects the vertical wall portion 6a and the side surface 21f. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper ends of both ends of the reinforcing rib 6b in the width direction B are arranged below the upper ends of the vertical wall portion 6a and the side surface 21f. Further, the reinforcing rib 6b is formed such that the central portion in the width direction B is lower than the both end portions in the vertical direction C. As shown in FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the other end portion of the dovetail barb portion 3 in the longitudinal direction A (one end portion of the heat insulating material accommodating portion 6) is formed with a third connecting protrusion 3d. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the third connecting projection 3d is composed of two plate-shaped projections 3d1 and 3d2 that stand vertically. The convex portion 3d1 is formed so as to be connected to the right end portion of the vertical wall portion 6a, and is formed to protrude to the right from the end face 2a of the packing body 2 along the longitudinal direction A. As shown in FIG. The convex portion 3d2 is formed to be connected to the side surface 21f and is formed to protrude to the right from the end surface 2a of the packing body 2 along the longitudinal direction A. As shown in FIG. These two protrusions 3d1 and d32 are arranged so that when two base packings 1 adjacent to each other along the longitudinal direction A are connected, one base packing 1 is formed by the side surface 21f of the other base packing 1 and the vertical wall portion. 6a. That is, the left end portion (the other end portion) of the heat insulating material housing portion 6 in FIG. 6 functions as the third connecting recess portion 3e.

As shown in FIG. 10 , the packing heat insulating material 7 has a flat plate shape elongated along the longitudinal direction A and is configured to be housed in the heat insulating material housing portion 6 . The packing heat insulating material 7 is a foamed resin heat insulating material, and for example, a known material such as plate-like polyethylene foam, polystyrene foam, or urethane foam can be used. The packing heat insulating material 7 is fixed by bonding the lower surface 7c to the upper surface portion 3b1 with an adhesive, a double-sided tape, or the like. A plurality of grooves 7c1 arranged at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction A are formed in the lower surface 7c of the packing heat insulating material 7. As shown in FIG. These grooves 7c1 extend along the width direction B. As shown in FIG. Further, the groove 7c1 is formed in a shape that allows the reinforcing rib 6b to be just fitted. That is, the groove 7c1 is formed deeper at both ends in the width direction B than at the central portion. Since the central portion of the groove 7c1 in the width direction B is shallower than both ends in this way, it is possible to suppress the packing heat insulating material 7 from bending at the groove 7c1 portion. Therefore, the packing heat insulating material 7 becomes easy to handle. The depth of both ends of the groove 7c1 in the width direction B is smaller than the thickness of the packing heat insulating material 7 (thickness in the vertical direction C). Thereby, the side surface of the packing heat insulating material 7 in the width direction B is not divided in the longitudinal direction A by the groove 7c1. That is, when the packing heat insulating material 7 is accommodated in the heat insulating material accommodating portion 6, the heat insulating line is not cut off at the side surface 21f.

At one end (left end in FIG. 10) of the packing heat insulating material 7 in the longitudinal direction A, a fourth connecting protrusion 7a is formed to protrude leftward along the longitudinal direction A. As shown in FIG. In addition, at the other end (the right end in FIG. 10) of the packing heat insulating material 7 in the longitudinal direction A, there is formed a fourth connection concave portion 7b into which the fourth connection convex portion 7a can be fitted. As shown in FIG. 8, when two base packings 1 adjacent in the longitudinal direction A are connected in the longitudinal direction A as shown in FIG. The fourth connecting convex portion 7a of the other packing heat insulating material 7 (on the right side in the figure) is fitted into the connecting fourth concave portion 7b of the packing heat insulating material 7, and the packing heat insulating materials 7 are also connected to each other.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, the lower surface 3c of the dovetail barb portion 3 is formed with a mounting groove 3c1 which is disposed closer to the packing body 2 in the width direction B and extends along the longitudinal direction A. ing. As shown in FIG. 2, the mounting groove 3c1 is arranged at a position where it can face the upper surface of the outer peripheral foundation 104 in the vertical direction C when the basic packing 1 is arranged on the outer peripheral foundation 104. As shown in FIG. A long belt-shaped seal member 8 is arranged along the longitudinal direction A in the mounting groove 3c1. That is, the lower surface 3c of the dovetail barb portion 3 is provided with the seal member 8 extending along the longitudinal direction A near the packing body 2. As shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 7, the sealing member 8 is composed of, for example, a flat base portion 8a made of synthetic resin and elongated in the longitudinal direction A, and a sealing portion 8b formed on the lower surface 8a1 of the base portion 8a. ing. The sealing member 8 is arranged so that the lower surface 8b1 of the sealing portion 8b protrudes downward from the lower surface 3c of the dovetail barb portion 3, and the upper surface 8a2 of the base portion 8a is attached to the bottom surface of the mounting groove 3c1 with adhesive, double-sided tape, or the like. glued and fixed. The seal portion 8b in the present embodiment is a gel-like body made of a material that is gel-like at room temperature and has a thermoplastic resin as one main component. As used herein, the term "gel-like" means a gel-like state. Moreover, the term "gel" means "a solidified state having a structure in which colloidal particles or macromolecular solutes lose their independent motility due to interactions and are aggregated". In addition, the sealing portion 8b does not have to be particularly gel-like as long as it has either flexibility or elasticity. That is, the sealing portion 8b may be made of rubber, foamed resin, or the like. Alternatively, the sealing member 8 may be composed of only the sealing portion 8b without the base portion 8a.

Moreover, in the width direction B, the width of the mounting groove 3c1 is slightly larger than the width of the seal member 8. As shown in FIG. As a result, the gap in the width direction B between the seal member 8 and the mounting groove 3c1 serves as a clearance for the seal portion 8b of the seal member 8 when the base packing 1 is arranged on the outer periphery foundation 104. As shown in FIG. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the dovetail barb portion 3 and the packing main body 2 from being arranged so as to be lifted from the upper surface of the outer peripheral foundation 104 .

Next, a state in which a plurality of basic packings 1 are coupled (connected) in the longitudinal direction A will be described below with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. FIG. 8 and 9, the basic packing 1 is drawn with the four elastic members 14 removed in order to facilitate understanding of the structure when the packing main bodies 2 are connected.

The base packing 1 is normally placed on the perimeter foundation 104 and fixed by being sandwiched between the base 120 and the perimeter foundation 104 . That is, when a plurality of foundation packings 1 are arranged between the outer peripheral foundation 104 and the foundation 120, as shown in FIG. The packing 1 is arranged along the longitudinal direction A on the outer peripheral foundation 104 . After that, as shown in FIG. 9, one base packing 1 (right side base packing 1 in FIG. 8) is brought close to the other base packing 1 (left side base packing 1 in FIG. 8), and both base packings 1 are separated from each other. are linked (connected). That is, the connection projections 12 (three projections 31) of one basic packing 1 are fitted into the connection recesses 13 (three recesses 32) of the other basic packing 1, and the other basic packing 1 is connected. The projections 12 (three projections 31 ) are fitted into the connection recesses 13 (three recesses 32 ) of one basic packing 1 . Thereby, as shown in FIG. 9, the packing bodies 2 are connected to each other.

At this time, the connection convex portion 4 formed in the dovetail portion 3 of one of the basic packings 1 is fitted into the connection concave portion 5 formed in the dovetail portion 3 of the other basic packing 1 . Thereby, as shown in FIG. 9, the dovetail barbs 3 are connected to each other. Since the dovetail barbs 3 are connected to each other in this way, even if the end surfaces of the packing body 2 in the longitudinal direction A are slightly separated from each other, a gap is less likely to occur between the dovetail barb parts 3 . Also, at this time, the connecting third convex portion 3d of the other basic packing 1 is fitted into the connecting third concave portion 3e of one of the basic packings 1 . Thereby, as shown in FIG. 9, the heat insulating material housing portions 6 are also connected to each other. Also, at this time, the fourth connecting convex portion 7a of the packing heat insulating material 7 housed in the heat insulating material housing portion 6 of one of the base packings 1 is connected to the packing housed in the heat insulating material housing portion 6 of the other base packing 1. It is made to fit in the 4th recessed part 7b for connection of the heat insulating material 7. As shown in FIG. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 9, the packing heat insulating materials 7 are also connected. Thereby, in the longitudinal direction A, the insulation lines are connected. Thus, one base packing 1 and the other base packing 1 are connected along the longitudinal direction A.

When a plurality of basic packings 11 are connected in the longitudinal direction A in this manner, the elastic members 14 of the basic packings 1 are compressed in the longitudinal direction A as the ends in the longitudinal direction A come into contact with each other. Each elastic member 14 is also compressed in the vertical direction C by the base packing 1 and the outer peripheral base 104 and by the base packing 1 and the base 120 . As a result, the elastic member 14 fills the gaps between the perimeter base 104 and base 120 and the base packing 1 and the gaps between the connected base packings 1 .

As described above, according to the basic packing 1 of the present embodiment, it is possible to dispose not only the packing main body 2 but also the dovetail barb portion 3 only by providing the basic packing 1 . Therefore, the workability is improved and the cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the base packing and the dovetail barb are separate members. Further, since the connecting convex portion 4 and the connecting concave portion 5 are provided in the dovetail portion 3 of the basic packing 1, when connecting the adjacent base packings 1 along the longitudinal direction A, the dovetail portion 3 It is possible to link them together. Therefore, even if the adjacent base packings 1 are slightly separated in the longitudinal direction A, the gap between the dovetail barbs 3 adjacent in the longitudinal direction A can be reduced. As a result, intrusion of termites can be effectively suppressed.

Further, the connecting convex portion 4 is configured as a convex plate-shaped portion, and the connecting concave portion 5 is configured to surround the upper surface, both side surfaces in the width direction B, and the tip end surface of the second connecting convex portion 4 . As a result, when connecting the basic packings 1 along the longitudinal direction A, the dovetail barbs 3 can be easily connected.

In addition, since the connecting projection 12 is formed at one end in the longitudinal direction A of the packing body 2 and the connecting recess 13 is formed at the other end, the packing bodies 2 can be easily connected to each other. .

Moreover, a heat insulating material housing portion 6 is provided on the dovetail barb portion 3 . Accordingly, by housing the packing heat insulating material 7 in the heat insulating material housing portion 6, one side surface 21f of the basic packing 1 (packing main body 2) can be covered and insulated.

Further, the heat insulating material accommodating portion 6 is defined by the vertical wall portion 6a, the upper surface portion 3b1, and the side surface 21f. For this reason, the heat insulating material accommodating portion 6 has a simple configuration.

Further, since a plurality of reinforcing ribs 6b connecting the vertical wall portion 6a and the side surface 21f are formed on the upper surface portion 3b1, the rigidity of the heat insulating material accommodating portion 6 is increased. The upper ends of both ends of the reinforcing rib 6b in the width direction B are arranged below the upper ends of the vertical wall portion 6a and the side surface 21f. As a result, the side surfaces in the width direction B of the packing heat insulating material 7 arranged in the heat insulating accommodation portion 6 are not divided in the longitudinal direction A. As shown in FIG. For this reason, it becomes possible to suppress a decrease in the strength of the packing heat insulating material 7 .

Further, the reinforcing rib 6b is formed such that the central portion in the width direction B is lower than the both end portions in the vertical direction C. As shown in FIG. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the strength of the packing heat insulating material 7 arranged in the heat insulating accommodating portion 6 from being lowered.

In addition, the lower surface 3c of the dovetail barb portion 3 is provided with a seal member 8 having a lower surface 8b1 that protrudes downward from the lower surface 3c of the dovetail barb portion 3. As shown in FIG. Thereby, when the foundation packing 1 is arranged on the upper surface of the outer peripheral foundation 104, even if there is a gap between the lower surface 3c of the dovetail barb portion 3 and the upper surface of the outer peripheral foundation 104, the gap is filled with the sealing member 8. . Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent termite invasion.

A mounting groove 3c1 for arranging the seal member 8 is formed in the lower surface 3c of the dovetail barb portion 3. As shown in FIG. This makes it easier to attach the seal member 8 to the dovetail barb portion 3 .

Also, the sealing portion (lower portion) 8b of the sealing member 8 is a gel-like body and has flexibility or elasticity. As a result, unevenness on the upper surface of the perimeter foundation 104 can be effectively absorbed.

Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the claims. For example, the basic packing 1 in the above-described embodiment is employed in the basic outer thermal insulation structure, but may be employed in the basic inner thermal insulation structure. That is, the basic packing 1 may be employed on the perimeter foundation 104 in which a basic heat insulating material 206 similar to the basic heat insulating material 106 is provided on the indoor side surface 104b of the perimeter foundation 104 shown in FIG. In this case, since the side surface 104a of the perimeter foundation 104 is not provided with the basic heat insulating material 106, the basic packing 1 is oriented as shown in FIG. is placed in the opposite direction. Further, the dovetail barb portion 3 of the basic packing may be formed so as to protrude only from the indoor side of the two side faces in the longitudinal direction A of the packing body 2 . Thus, even if the basic packing 1 is employed in the basic lining heat insulating structure, as in the case described above, the workability is improved and the cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the basic packing and the dovetail portion are separate members. In addition, even if the adjacent base packings 1 are slightly separated in the longitudinal direction A, the gap between the dovetail barbs 3 adjacent in the longitudinal direction A can be reduced. As a result, intrusion of termites can be effectively suppressed.

Further, although the connecting protrusion 12 and the connecting recess 13 in the above-described embodiment are formed on both end surfaces 2a and 2b in the longitudinal direction A of the packing body 2, the connecting protrusion 12 is formed only on one end surface. , and the coupling recess 13 may be formed only in the other end face. Moreover, the convex portion 12 may be composed of one convex portion. In this case, the concave portion 13 may be composed of one concave portion corresponding to the convex portion 12 . Further, the connecting protrusion 12 and the connecting recess 13 may not be formed on the packing body 2 .

Further, the connecting protrusion 12 and the connecting recess 13 formed in the packing body 2 for connecting the packing bodies 2 are arranged on the upper surface of the packing body 2, for example, at one end in the longitudinal direction A of the packing body 2. is formed in the packing body 2 in place of the first concave portion (first connecting portion) formed in the other end portion and opening upward, and the second concave portion (second connecting portion) formed in the other end portion and opening upward. may In this case, one end of the packing body 2 of one basic packing 1 and the other end of the packing body 2 of the other basic packing 1 adjacent to the one basic packing 1 along the longitudinal direction A. The packing bodies 2 of the adjacent basic packings 1 may be connected to each other by hooking the U-shaped hooks on the first recess and the second recess while the parts are butted against each other. A first connecting portion formed at one end in the longitudinal direction A of the packing body 2 and a second connecting portion formed at the other end connect the packing bodies 2 together along the longitudinal direction A. It may be formed in any shape as long as it is configured to be able to do so.

Moreover, the connecting protrusion 4 may be formed over the entire length in the width direction B of one end of the dovetail barb portion 3 in the above-described embodiment. Further, the connecting convex portion 4 may be formed so that the lower surface 4 a thereof is arranged above the lower surface 3 c of the dovetail barb portion 3 . In this case, the connecting concave portion 5 may be formed so as to surround the upper surface, the lower surface, both side surfaces in the width direction B, and the tip end surface of the connecting convex portion 4 when fitted with the connecting convex portion 4 .

In addition, when the connecting protrusion 4 is formed as an overlapping portion at one end of the dovetail barb portion 3, the other end portion of the plate-like dovetail barb portion 3 itself constitutes the overlapped portion. may have been That is, it does not have to be configured as a particular recess like the coupling recess 5 . In this case, the overlapping portion and the overlapped portion of the dovetail portion 3 are overlapped with the overlapped portion of the adjacent basic packing 1 when connecting the plurality of basic packings 1 along the longitudinal direction A on the outer peripheral foundation 104. overlap each other. By doing so, it is also possible to reduce the gap between the dovetail barbs 3 adjacent in the longitudinal direction A, as in the above-described embodiment.

Further, the heat insulating material accommodating portion 6 may not be provided on the dovetail barb portion 3 of the base packing 1 in the above-described embodiment. Further, the heat insulating material accommodating portion 6 may be configured such that at least one end portion in the longitudinal direction A is opened in the longitudinal direction A instead of being open upward. Further, the reinforcing ribs 6b may not be formed in the heat insulating material accommodating portion 6. FIG. Further, the reinforcing rib 6b may have the same height over the entire length in the width direction B. Also, both ends of the reinforcing rib 6b in the width direction B may be lower than the center.
