Claims (4)
- 電極を有する電池セルと、
前記電池セルを保持するホルダと、
前記電極と導通しているバスバと、
前記電池セルを制御する電子部品が実装されている基板面を有する回路基板と、
前記バスバと前記回路基板とを前記ホルダに締結する締結部材と、
前記回路基板と前記締結部材とを覆う防湿材と
を備え、
前記防湿材は、前記基板面のうち前記電子部品が実装されている部分を含む第1領域を覆う第1防湿材と、前記基板面のうち前記締結部材の周囲の部分を含む第2領域と前記締結部材とを覆う第2防湿材とを含み、
前記第2防湿材のうち前記基板面の上に位置する部分の厚みは、前記第1防湿材のうち前記基板面の上に位置する部分の厚みよりも大きい、組電池。 - 前記第1防湿材の厚みのばらつきは、前記第2防湿材の厚みのばらつきよりも小さい、請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 第1粘度を有する第1防湿材の溶液を、電極を有する電池セルを制御する電子部品が実装されている回路基板の第1領域に塗布する第1工程と、
前記第1工程の後、前記電池セルの電極と導通しているバスバと前記回路基板とを、前記電池セルを保持しているホルダに、締結部材によって締結する第2工程と、
前記第2工程の後、前記第1粘度より高い第2粘度を有する第2防湿材の溶液を、前記締結部材を含む第2領域に塗布する第3工程と
を含み、
前記第1領域は、前記締結部材が当接する領域を含まない、塗布方法。 - 前記第1工程において、前記回路基板の両面に前記第1防湿材を塗布する、請求項3に記載の塗布方法。
