Description
Claims (2)
- 船舶用エンジンに対するSCRシステムの取付構造において、
前記SCRシステムを構成する噴霧混合器の長手方向と反応器の長手方向を前記エンジンのクランク軸配置方向に沿って前記エンジンの側面に配置し、
前記噴霧混合器を当該噴霧混合器に排ガスを供給する排気集合管の上端より下部に設け、
前記反応器を前記噴霧混合器より下部に設ける構成とし、
前記反応器の下流側には、排気経路を介して過給機を設け、
前記排気経路には、前記反応器の流量調整を行うと共に前記過給機の過給圧制御を行う反応器調整バルブと、エンジンの吸気を直接前記排気経路に導くためのシリンダバイパスバルブを有するバイパス経路を備えた事を特徴とするSCRシステムの取付構造。 - 前記噴霧混合器と前記反応器、および前記排気経路を接続する経路を環状経路とし、
前記環状経路には、前記エンジンから前記環状経路への排気導入部を挟む位置に、前記環状経路におけるSCR経由側経路とSCR回避側経路を選択するためのバルブを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のSCRシステムの取付構造。
