Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る電池モジュールの一部分の斜視図である。電池モジュール1は、電池積層体2と、バスバー4と、を備える。電池積層体2は、配列された複数の電池6を有する。各電池6は、例えば、リチウム一次電池、リチウムイオン電池、ニッケル-水素電池、ニッケル-カドミウム電池等の、一次電池や充電可能な二次電池である。各電池6は、いわゆる角形電池であり、扁平な直方体形状の外装缶8を有する。外装缶8の一面には略長方形状の開口が設けられ、この開口を介して外装缶8に電極体や電解液等が収容される。外装缶8の開口には、開口を塞ぐ略長方形状の封口板10が嵌め合わされる。
実施の形態2は、バスバー4および出力端子12の構造を除き、実施の形態1と共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態について実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。図4は、実施の形態2に係る電池モジュール1が備える出力端子12およびバスバー4の一部分の断面図である。
Claims (4)
- 出力端子を有する電池が複数配列された電池積層体と、
各電池の前記出力端子に接合されて複数の前記電池を電気的に接続するバスバーと、を備え、
前記出力端子は、前記バスバーと対向する表面にプローブ痕を有し、
前記バスバーは、前記プローブ痕と対向して前記プローブ痕の全体と重なる1つの凹部を有する、
電池モジュール。 - 出力端子を有する電池が複数配列された電池積層体と、
各電池の前記出力端子に接合されて複数の前記電池を電気的に接続するバスバーと、を備え、
前記出力端子は、前記バスバーと対向する表面にプローブ痕を有し、
前記バスバーは、前記プローブ痕と対向してそれぞれが前記プローブ痕の異なる一部分と重なる複数の凹部を有する、
電池モジュール。 - 前記プローブ痕は、前記出力端子の前記バスバーが接合される接合面よりも前記バスバー側に突出する凸部を有し、
前記凸部の高さは、50μm以上200μm以下である、
請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 出力端子を有する電池が複数配列された電池積層体と、
各電池の前記出力端子に接合されて複数の前記電池を電気的に接続するバスバーと、を備え、
前記出力端子は、前記バスバーとの接合面と、前記接合面よりも前記バスバーから離間する方向に凹む凹部と、前記凹部内に配置されるプローブ痕と、を有する、
電池モジュール。
