Abstract
Description
患者の前胸部の表面に貼着され、前記患者の心臓に向けて超音波の送波と受波を行う超音波ドップラープローブと、
前記超音波ドップラープローブが送波した超音波と前記ドップラープローブが受波した超音波の間のドップラーシフトに応じたドップラー信号を生成し、前記ドップラー信号に対応する血流速度データを出力する血流回路と、
使用者が末梢静脈路から患者の末梢静脈内に生理食塩液をボーラス投与するタイミングを使用者に合図し、ボーラス投与する前の前記血流速度データと、ボーラス投与後の所定時間内の前記血流速度データとから、ボーラス投与後の血流速度がボーラス投与前の血流速度よりも1.0cm/s以上速くなったことを算出した場合に前記末梢静脈路のアクセス状態が正常であると判定する制御回路と、
前記制御回路による判定の結果を使用者に報知する報知手段と、を有する。
手術中の全身麻酔された患者の前胸部の表面に粘着テープを貼り又は少量のゼリーを塗布し、そこに平型又は円盤状の超音波ドップラープローブを貼着して心音が良好に聞こえる状態にしておく。そして、ライン(カテーテル)から液体の薬剤(例えばNS)を少量ボーラス投与(数秒で迅速に投与)する。
本実施形態において、「PIV浸潤」は、浮腫又は発赤につながったライン(カテーテル)挿入部位の下の皮膚下軟部組織においてNSが漏出したことと定義する。

Claims (1)
- 患者の前胸部の表面に貼着され、前記患者の心臓に向けて超音波の送波と受波を行う超音波ドップラープローブと、
前記超音波ドップラープローブが送波した超音波と前記ドップラープローブが受波した超音波の間のドップラーシフトに応じたドップラー信号を生成し、前記ドップラー信号に対応する血流速度データを出力する血流回路と、
使用者が末梢静脈路から患者の末梢静脈内に生理食塩液をボーラス投与するタイミングを使用者に合図し、ボーラス投与する前の前記血流速度データと、ボーラス投与後の所定時間内の前記血流速度データとから、ボーラス投与後の血流速度がボーラス投与前の血流速度よりも1.0cm/s以上速くなったことを算出した場合に前記末梢静脈路のアクセス状態が正常であると判定する制御回路と、
前記制御回路による判定の結果を使用者に報知する報知手段と、を有する末梢静脈路の適正機能判定装置。
