Description
1.式TixAlyZrzOnを有するTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物[式中、xは独立して2~10であり、yは独立して0.5~6であり、zは独立して2~10であり、nは独立して2x+3y/2+2zである]を有する、Ti-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
2.xが独立して6~10であり、yが独立して0.5~4であり、zが独立して6~10であり、nが独立して2x+3y/2+2zである、実施形態1に記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
3.xが、2以上、2.5以上、3以上、3.5以上、4以上、4.5以上、5以上、5.5以上、6以上、6.5以上、7以上、7.5以上、8以上、8.5以上、9以上、9.5以上である、実施形態1~2のいずれか1つに記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
4.xが、10以下、9.5以下、9以下、8.5以下、8以下、7.5以下、7以下、6.5以下、6以下、5.5以下、5以下、4.5以下、4.0以下、3.5以下、3.0以下、又は2.5以下である、実施形態1~3のいずれか1つに記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
5.yが、0.5以上、1以上、1.5以上、2以上、2.5以上、3以上、3.5以上、4.0以上、4.5以上、5.0以上、又は5.5以上である、実施形態1~4のいずれか1つに記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
6.yが、6以下、5.5以下、5以下、4.5以下、4以下、3.5以下、3以下、2.5以下、2以下、1.5以下、又は1以下である、実施形態1~5のいずれか1つに記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
7.zが、2以上、2.5以上、3以上、3.5以上、4以上、4.5以上、5以上、5.5以上、6以上、6.5以上、7以上、7.5以上、8以上、8.5以上、9以上、9.5以上である、実施形態1~6のいずれか1つに記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
8.zが、10以下、9.5以下、9以下、8.5以下、8以下、7.5以下、7以下、6.5以下、6以下、5.5以下、5以下、4.5以下、4.0以下、3.5以下、3.0以下、又は2.5以下である、実施形態1~7のいずれか1つに記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
9.xが、3~5であり、任意に4~5である、実施形態1~8のいずれか1つに記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
10.yが、0.75~3であり、任意に0.75~2.5である、実施形態1~9のいずれか1つに記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
11.zが、2~5であり、任意に2~4である。実施形態1~10のいずれか1つに記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
12.Ti-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物が、化学式Ti4.7AlZr2.5O15.9を有する、実施形態1~11のいずれか1つ記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物。
13.マイコトキシンを含むマトリックスからマイコトキシンを分離する方法であって、
マトリックスを、短鎖アルコール及び水と短鎖アルコールとの混合物から選択される抽出剤と接触させて、マトリックスからマイコトキシンの一部を抽出剤に抽出して上清を形成することであって、
上清が、溶解又は分散したマイコトキシンを含む、ことと、
上清の少なくとも一部を、前述の実施形態のいずれかに記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物と接触させることと、を含む、方法。
14.マトリックスを粉砕する工程を更に含み、粉砕工程が、マトリックスを抽出剤と接触させる工程の前に行われる、実施形態13に記載の方法。
15.マトリックスが、食品マトリックスである、実施形態13~14のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
16.マトリックスが、穀物マトリックスである、実施形態15に記載の方法。
17.穀物マトリックスが、トウモロコシマトリックス、小麦マトリックス、大麦マトリックス、スペルトマトリックス、米マトリックス、ライ麦マトリックス、オート麦マトリックスのうちの1つ以上を含む、実施形態16に記載の方法。
18.穀物マトリックスが、トウモロコシマトリックスを含む、実施形態17に記載の方法。
19.穀物マトリックスが、小麦マトリックスを含む、実施形態17に記載の方法。
20.穀物マトリックスが、大麦マトリックスを含む、実施形態17に記載の方法。
21.穀物マトリックスが、スペルトマトリックスを含む、実施形態17に記載の方法。
22.穀物マトリックスが、ライ麦マトリックスを含む、実施形態17に記載の方法。

27.上清の少なくとも一部をTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物と接触させる工程が、Ti-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物のカラムを通して上清の少なくとも一部を溶離させることを含む、実施形態13~26のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
28.上清の少なくとも一部を、マイコトキシンの存在又は量につい分析する工程を更に含み、分析される上清の少なくとも一部が、Ti-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物と接触させられる上清の少なくとも一部の全て又は一部分であり、
分析工程が、上清をTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物と接触させる工程の後に行われる、実施形態13~27のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
29.分析工程に供される上清の少なくとも一部の液体成分が、分析工程の前に蒸発させられていない、実施形態28に記載の方法。
乾燥した飼料用トウモロコシをミル(商品名「Romer Series II Mill」でRomer Labs GmbH,Austriaから入手可能)で粉砕した。5グラムの粉砕トウモロコシを25mLの1:1メタノール水溶液に加え、5分間繰り返し反転させることにより振盪した。アリコートを>5,000rpmで遠心分離し、上清を使用前にデカントして固形分を除去した。
尿素(60.0g)を、600mLの溶液を作製するのに十分な水と共にビーカーに添加した。TiOSO4・2H2O、Al(NO3)3・9H2O、及びZrO(NO3)2・xH2Oの化学量論量をビーカーに添加し、反応物を撹拌しながら94℃に加熱した。94℃で2時間後、反応混合物を室温まで冷却し、固形分を濾過により回収し、脱イオン水で洗浄し、乾燥させた。次いで、粉末を500℃で4時間か焼して、生成物を得た。生成物中の金属イオンの化学量論比(反応混合物中の金属のモル比に基づく)を表1に示す。
5.5mmのポリプロピレン管を取り、一方の端部を粉末を含有するポリプロピレン膜で封止し、100mgの実施例3の生成物を乾燥させることにより、Ti-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物カラムを調製した。1mLの脱イオン水を添加し、>2,000rpmで5分間遠心分離し、1mLの50%メタノールを加え、>2,000rpmで5分間遠心分離することによってカラムを洗浄した。使用前にカラムを乾燥させた。

注入量:35マイクロリットル
カラム:C18 3×150mm 3.5ミクロン(商品名Zorbax Eclipse Plusで入手可能)
カラム温度:25℃
検出器:UV(218nm)
移動相:9:1水:アセトニトリル
測定時間:7分
乾燥した飼料用トウモロコシを、Romer Series II Millで粉砕した。5グラムの粉砕トウモロコシを25mLのSDS抽出溶液に添加した(Maragos,C.M.,2008 Extraction of Aflatoxin B1 and G1 from Maize using Aqueous Sodium Didecylsulfate(SDS),Journal of Association of Official Analytical Chemists International,91(4):762-767に記載)。混合物を5分間繰り返し反転させることにより振盪し、10ppmのデオキシニバレノールを添加した。抽出物のアリコートを>5,000rpmで遠心分離し、上清をデカントしていかなる固形分も除去した。上清の1mLの部分を、1mLのHPLCグレードのアセトニトリルに添加した。得られた混合物の1mLを、商品名「Mycosep」でカタログ番号COCMY2230としてRomerから入手可能なカラムに適用した。カラムを受容管に入れ、液体の全てがカラムを通過するまで>5,000gで遠心分離した。溶離液を1:1に50%メタノールで希釈した後、実施例2に関して記載したのと同じ条件を使用してHPLCにより分析した。
100mgの代わりに240mgの実施例4の生成物を用いた以外は、実質的に実施例2に記載したように、Ti-Al-Zr-Oカラムを調製した。

注入量:20マイクロリットル
カラム:C18 3×150mm 3.5ミクロン(商品名Zorbax Eclipse Plusで入手可能)
カラム温度:25℃
検出器:蛍光(365nm励起、435nm検出)
移動相:1:1:2メタノール:アセトニトリル:水
測定時間:10分
乾燥トウモロコシマトリックスを調製し、抽出し、処理し、実質的に比較例1に記載の通りにカラムを通過させたが、ただし、カラムは、商品名MycoSep 226 AfalZON+で入手した。溶離液を比較例1に記載の通りに希釈し、実施例3に記載の条件下でHPLCにより分析した。
Claims (9)
- 式TixAlyZrzOn[式中、xは独立して2~10であり、yは独立して0.5~6であり、zは独立して2~10であり、nは独立して2x+3y/2+2zである]を有する、Ti-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物を含むマイコトキシン吸着剤。
- 前記式中、xが3~5であり、yが0.75~3であり、zが7~9であるTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載のマイコトキシン吸着剤。
- 前記式中、zが7.5~8.5であるTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のマイコトキシン吸着剤。
- マイコトキシンを含むマトリックスから前記マイコトキシンを分離する方法であって、
前記マトリックスを、短鎖アルコール及び水と短鎖アルコールとの混合物から選択される抽出剤と接触させて、前記マトリックスから前記マイコトキシンの一部を前記抽出剤に抽出して、溶解又は分散したマイコトキシンを含む上清を形成することと、
上清の少なくとも一部をTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物と接触させることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記Ti-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物が、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 上清の少なくとも一部をTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物と接触させることが、前記Ti-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物のカラムを通して前記上清の少なくとも一部を溶離させることを含む、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 前記マイコトキシンが、アフラトキシンである、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記アフラトキシンが、アフラトキシンB1である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記上清の少なくとも一部を、マイコトキシンの存在又は量について分析する工程を更に含み、
分析される前記上清の少なくとも一部が、前記Ti-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物と接触させられる前記上清の少なくとも一部の全て又は一部分であり、
前記上清の少なくとも一部を分析する工程が、前記上清をTi-Al-Zr-O金属酸化物と接触させる工程の後に行われ、
前記分析する工程に供される前記上清の少なくとも一部の液体成分が、前記分析する工程の前に蒸発させられていない、請求項5~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
