As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the barrel 10 of this embodiment includes a frame body 20, an opening 30, panels 40a and 40b, and a fixing portion 50 (see FIG. 6). The frame body 20 also includes a frame 21 and end walls 25a and 25b.

The frame body 21 is provided with a plurality of frame pillars 22a and 22b on substantially concentric circles parallel to the axis ax direction of the barrel 10 and having a predetermined distance from the axis of the barrel 10. These frame pillars 22a and 22b form a prismatic shape. is making In this embodiment, six frame columns 22 a and 22 b are provided, two of which serve as the frame columns 22 b that constitute the component extraction port 11 . The frame pillar 22b of the component outlet 11 has projecting portions 24a and 24b toward the adjacent frame pillars 22a and 22b, and a pair of beams 12 erected toward the outside of the frame 21. As shown in FIG. By fitting the bar 14 into the notch 13 provided in the beam 12, the panel 40b of the component outlet 11 is fixed. The remaining four frame pillars 22a have a substantially Y-shaped cross section, and the crotch portion thereof forms an overhanging portion 24a facing the adjacent frame pillars 22a and 22b. The shape of the frame body 21 is not limited to the hexagonal prism shape of the present embodiment, and various shapes such as a square prism shape, a pentagonal prism shape, and an octagonal prism shape can be adopted by changing the number and arrangement of the frame pillars 22a and 22b. can be done.

The end walls 25a and 25b close both ends of the prismatic frame 21, and are composed of a pair of disk-shaped members. A circular recess 26 into which a rotating shaft (not shown) for supporting and rotating the barrel 10 is inserted is provided in the outer center of the end walls 25a and 25b. One end wall 25a is a gear for transmitting torque to the barrel 10. As shown in FIG.

Further, the barrel 10 of the present embodiment is provided with a frame crosspiece 23a that extends over the adjacent frame pillars 22a and 22b. The frame bar 23a is configured such that the adjacent frame pillars 22a and 22b are connected by extending the projecting portions 24a of the frame pillars 22a and 22b. In this embodiment, a pair of frame crosspieces 23a are provided near the ends of the frame pillars 22a and 22b and joined to the end walls 25a and 25b.

The opening 30 is a rectangular opening surrounded by a pair of frame crosspieces 23a and adjacent frame pillars 22a and 22b. be. This opening 30 includes a receiving portion 32 and an engaging portion 33 . The receiving portion 32 is configured by the inner peripheral edge 31 of the opening 30, and in this embodiment, the overhanging portion 24a is formed inside the frame pillars 22a and 22b so as to protrude from the opening 30 toward the inside of the opening. It is configured by pasting a plate material along. Also, in the opening 30, a receiving portion 32 is formed by attaching a plate material to the inner side of the frame crosspiece 23a in a similar manner.

The engaging portion 33 is in the form of a groove that is recessed toward the outside of the opening at two opposing sides 34 a and 34 b of the inner peripheral edge 31 of the opening 30 . Here, the outside of the opening means a direction along the surface of the projecting portion 24a and a direction away from the center of the opening of the opening portion 30. As shown in FIG. In this embodiment, the engaging portion 33 is formed by recessing a portion of the frame crosspiece 23a into a groove. For example, a U-shaped mounting frame may be provided on the outer surface of the frame 21 of the frame bar 23a.

Further, the frame bar 23a is not an essential component, and the frame bar 23a may be omitted and the engaging portions 33 may be provided on the end walls 25a and 25b. In that case, the opening 30 forms a rectangle surrounded by a pair of end walls 25a, 25b and adjacent frame posts 22a, 22b. Further, in this embodiment, one surface of the hexagonal columnar frame 21 serves as the component outlet 11, and the opening 30 is not provided there.

The panel 40a is a plate-shaped member that is fitted into the opening 30 from the outside of the frame 21, has its peripheral edge abutted against the receiving portion 32, and allows the passage of the plating solution. 44 , a plating solution passage hole 45 , and a thin portion 46 . The panel frame 41 constitutes the peripheral edge of the panel 40a and has a rectangular shape in plan view. a portion 43; The panel crosspieces 44 divide the laterally elongated panel frame 41 in the longitudinal direction at appropriate locations, and are provided at two locations in this embodiment. The plating solution passage holes 45 are holes provided in a plurality of locations separated by the panel frame 41 and the panel crosspiece 44, through which the plating solution passes. A mesh material (not shown) is attached to the plating solution passage holes 45 . The thin portion 46 is provided parallel to two sides 48a and 48b of the panel 40a facing the engaging portion 33. In this embodiment, a slit 47 is provided in the panel crosspiece 44 from the outer surface of the panel 40a. and form a thin portion 46 . In the thin portion 46, the inner surface of the panel 40a remains flat.

As shown in FIG. 4(D), the panel 40a is configured to be bendable in a mountain shape by a thin portion 46. As shown in FIG. However, if the panel 40a is configured to be bendable, the thin portion 46 does not necessarily have to be provided. It may be made bendable. Further, the thin portion 46 may be provided at one location as in the present embodiment, or may be provided at a plurality of locations.

The fixing part 50 (see FIG. 6) fixes the panel 40a attached to the opening 30 so that the panel 40a does not bend and swell or fall off due to the weight of the workpiece. In this embodiment, a square bar-like member is laid over the panel crosspiece 44, and the vicinity of both ends of the fixed portion 50 is fixed to the projecting portion 24a with bolts 51 to hold the panel 40a from the outside of the frame 21. Further, a threaded shaft 52 (bolt) that penetrates the fixing portion 50 from the outside is provided approximately in the center of the fixing portion 50 , and the tip of the screw shaft 52 can further press the panel crosspiece 44 . Note that the fixing portion 50 is not limited to this embodiment, and various types can be adopted. Further, the fixing portion 50 is not an essential structure, and for example, the panel 40a can be fixed by providing claw pieces or the like on the side surfaces of the long sides of the panel frame 41 and meshing them with the corresponding inner peripheral edges 31 of the opening portion 30. can also

Next, based on each component of the barrel 10 of the present embodiment described above, a method of attaching the panel 40a to the opening 30 will be described with reference to FIGS. 5A is a cross-sectional view of the opening 30 shown in FIG. 3B and a diagram explaining the bent panel 40a, and FIG. and FIG. 5(C) are diagrams for explaining the state in which the panel 40a is attached to the opening 30. As shown in FIG. FIG. 6(A) is a view of the panel 40a attached to the opening 30 fixed by the fixing portion 50, FIG. 6(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 6(A), and FIG. -B line sectional view.

First, as shown in FIG. 5A, the panel 40a is bent at the thin portion 46 to form a mountain. Then, the distance d between the two opposing sides 48a and 48b of the panel 40a is reduced. Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the end portions of the two opposing sides 48a and 48b of the panel 40a are inserted into the engaging portions 33 and brought into contact with the receiving portions 32. Next, as shown in FIG. From this state, the panel 40a is straightened and stretched, so that the two opposing sides 48a and 48b of the panel 40a are fitted into the engaging portion 33 and fixed. As a result, the peripheral portion 42 of the panel frame 41 is brought into contact with the receiving portion 32 and the projecting portion 43 is fitted into the receiving portion 32 . The panel 40a is mounted in the opening 30 in this way. In addition, in the barrel 10 of the present embodiment, a normal panel 40b that is not bent is used at the part outlet 11. As shown in FIG.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 6A to 6C, both ends of the fixing portion 50 are fixed to the projecting portion 24a with bolts 51, and a screw shaft 52 (bolt) provided in the center of the fixing portion 50 is screwed. By tightening, the panel crosspiece 44 of the panel 40a is pressed from the outside of the frame 21. The fixing portion 50 allows the panel 40a to be brought into closer contact with the opening 30 and fixed.

Another embodiment includes an opening 130 and a panel 140 shown in FIGS. 7(A) and 7(B). In this configuration, the number of frame bars 23a and 23b is increased to three, and two openings 130 are provided between the frame bars 23a and 23b. Two panels 140 are also provided according to the number and size of the openings 130 . Although the fixed part is not shown, it is similar to the above embodiment. The number of frame bars 23a, 23b and panels 140 is not limited to the above, and various numbers can be adopted. Furthermore, the left and right frame crosspieces 23a in FIG. 7A may be omitted, and the engaging portions 33 may be formed directly on the pair of end walls 25a and 25b (see FIG. 1).

As described above, according to the barrel 10 of the present embodiment, the panel 40a is detachable from the outside of the frame 21, so maintenance of the barrel 10 is facilitated. The attachment and detachment of this panel 40a is also made possible by bending the panel 40a, and attachment and detachment of the panel 40a is easy. In addition, since the two sides 48a and 48b of the panel 40a facing each other are fitted in the engaging portion 33, the end of the panel 40a can be fixed by the entire sides, and the longitudinal side of the panel 40a which is particularly likely to be rolled up due to the weight of the workpiece can be secured. The fixation of the direction ends can be ensured.

A thin portion 46 of the panel 40a is formed by forming a slit 47 from the outer side surface of the panel 40a, and the inner side surface of the panel 40a is kept flat. As a result, the work piece does not enter the thin portion 46, and the work piece can be prevented from remaining during setup change or the like.

Further, since the panel 40a is pressed from the outside of the frame 21 by the fixing portion 50 and fixed, the panel 40a does not float from the receiving portion 32, and the adhesion between the panel 40a and the frame 21 can be enhanced. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the workpiece from entering between the receiving portion 32 and the panel 40a.

The barrel of the present embodiment described above is an example of the present invention, and its configuration can be changed as appropriate without departing from the gist of the invention.
