Description
The present invention relates to a roll screen that suspends and supports a plurality of screens (fabric) in the front-rear direction, and is particularly for a roll screen in which the amount of light collected into the room can be adjusted by adjusting the degree of overlap of the screens. Regarding fabrics and roll screens.
Conventionally, there is a roll screen in which a screen that is doubly suspended and supported in the front-rear direction is moved relative to each other in the vertical direction to adjust the amount of lighting in the room (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In such a roll screen, a translucent portion that partially transmits light and a light-shielding portion that blocks light are alternately formed in a striped pattern on the screen, and the screen is suspended and supported in a state where the screens are doubly overlapped. Has been done. Then, by operating the operating means, the front and rear screens are relatively moved in the vertical direction to adjust the degree of overlap between the translucent portion and the light-shielding portion, so that the amount of light collected can be adjusted.
As disclosed in
However, there is little change in the amount of dimming (transmittance) and the appearance of the pattern of the fabric when it is moved relative to the vertical direction, and we want to construct a fabric for roll screens and roll screens that are richer in design. There is a request.
An object of the present invention is to provide a fabric for a roll screen and a roll screen, which are rich in design, in view of the above-mentioned problems.
Further, the roll screen of one aspect according to the present invention is a roll screen in which one piece of fabric is folded back at the lower end to suspend and support a plurality of fabrics in the front-rear direction, and each of the plurality of fabrics is a roll screen. It has a region of a low translucency portion having low translucency with respect to external light and a region of a highly translucent portion having higher translucency than the low translucency portion with respect to external light. One of the patterns of the light part and the highly translucent part has a shape that is non-line symmetric in the vertical direction with respect to the horizontal axis passing through the center of the pattern, and a plurality of patterns are staggered in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction. It is formed by being regularly and continuously arranged while being displaced in a shape, and each pattern in the plurality of fabrics is suspended so as to be always inverted up and down between the plurality of fabrics , whereby the plurality of fabrics are overlapped. The pattern is changed by the phase change in the vertical direction in the condition, and it is characterized in that it is configured to have a multi-step dimming function .
Further, in one aspect of the roll screen according to the present invention, the handle forming either the low translucent portion or the high translucent portion has a triangular or polygonal shape having a side facing the apex. And.
According to the present invention, it is possible to enhance the design of a roll screen by generating various patterns by changing the phase of a plurality of screens (fabric) overlapping in the front-rear direction.
Hereinafter, the roll screen of each embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the specification of the present application, the upper side and the lower side of the drawing are defined as upward (or upper) and lower (or lower) with respect to the perspective views of the roll screens shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), respectively. The left direction in the figure is defined as the left side of the roll screen, and the right direction in the figure is defined as the right side of the roll screen. Further, with respect to the perspective views of the roll screens shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the side to be visually recognized is the front side (or the indoor side), and the opposite side is the rear side (or the outdoor side).
(Structure of roll screen)
1 (a) and 1 (b) show a schematic configuration of a roll screen according to the present invention as a typical example of a roll screen that suspends and supports a plurality of screens in the front-rear direction.

The
The roll screen shown in FIG. 1A is merely an example as a typical example, and the
Further, even in a configuration in which the

The take-

FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b) exemplify a typical example of a roll screen that suspends and supports a plurality of screens in the front-rear direction, and various forms are assumed. Not only the double screens in the front-rear direction, but also a plurality of screens including three or more screens in the front-rear direction may be suspended and supported. In particular, in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the

In Example 1, the

Then, in each of the

Then, depending on how the
Further, as can be understood from the example shown in FIG. 2, the handle of the high
In particular, it is preferable that the handle forming either one of the
In FIGS. 3A to 3F, the
