塵芥投入箱(6)には、収容塵芥からでる排出汚水を受け入れる汚水樋(13)と、その汚水樋(13)内の汚水を溜める汚水タンク(15)と、塵芥投入箱(6)の縦中心線(C-C)から左右方向のいずれか一方に偏った位置で、汚水樋(13)と汚水タンク(15)とを連通する導水パイプ(P)とが設けられ、
