Description
The present invention relates to a packing box and a packing box mount.
Flat box-shaped and similar thin plate-shaped products have a narrow depth direction in both the height direction and the width direction. Such products include, for example, battery packages packaged in shrink packs. The battery package is packaged in a state in which a plurality of cylindrical batteries having a cylindrical axis in the height direction are arranged in a row in the width direction. Further, when a predetermined number of products flat in the depth direction such as a battery package are stored in a packing box, the products are often stored in a state of being stacked in the depth direction. The packing box is often, for example, an A-type corrugated cardboard box, a so-called "orange box type" square box as described in Non-Patent
At the manufacturing site of thin plate-shaped products such as battery packages, product manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and even packaging may be performed consistently. Then, the packed products are collected from the shipping source such as a factory in a warehouse of products waiting to be shipped (hereinafter, also referred to as a terminal), and then delivered to a delivery destination such as each store via a predetermined transportation route. ..
By the way, the number of products delivered to each delivery destination is not necessarily a multiple of the number of all products contained in the packing box. That is, the product is not always delivered in the state of being stored in the packing box after manufacturing. Therefore, in some cases, the products stored in the packing box are picked at the terminal before being shipped. In the picking work, based on the delivery instructions for each delivery destination, you can take out the required number of products from the packing box and adjust the number of products in one packing box, or select the required number of products. Refill it in another box for transportation. The following
When a thin plate-shaped product that is flat in the depth direction, such as a battery package, is packed at the end of the manufacturing process, it is stored in a packing box in a state of being stacked in the length direction without a gap. Therefore, if the products are transported in the packed state at the end of the manufacturing process, there is little possibility that the products will collide with each other in the packing box during transportation and be damaged. However, as described above, the products stored in the packing box at the end of the manufacturing process are often picked in the middle of the transportation route from factory shipment to delivery.
However, if the number of products in one packing box is reduced by picking, a large gap will be created in the packing box, so cushioning material should be stored in the gap inside the packing box so that the products do not collide with each other during transportation. Must be. Therefore, there is a cost related to the cushioning material and a cost for storing the cushioning material.
Further, when refilling into another delivery box, it is necessary to prepare various delivery boxes having different sizes according to the number of products to be stored, and the delivery box is costly. In addition, the packaging box cannot be reused once it is unpacked to refill the product because the opening is sealed at the end of the manufacturing process. Therefore, the cost of the packing box is wasted. It goes against the social demand to promote resource conservation.
In the invention described in
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box that contributes to resource saving and facilitates picking work, and a packaging box mount that is the origin of the packaging box.

===実施例===
=== Example ===
As a packing box according to an embodiment of the present invention, a packing box for storing a battery package may be mentioned. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a
As shown in FIG. 2A, the external shape of the
As shown in FIG. 2B, in the
The inner flaps (5F, 5B) are different from those of a general A-type cardboard box in that the length L1 of the
The
FIG. 3 shows a corrugated cardboard blank (hereinafter, also referred to as mount 201) of the
FIG. 4 shows a stored state of the
FIG. 5 shows a
FIG. 6 shows an example of the procedure for using the
As shown by the alternate long and short dash line, the
As described above, in the
=== Other Examples ===
As a matter of course, the product stored in the
The
The outer flaps (4L, 4R) do not have to be formed symmetrically. That is, the outer flap (4L or 4R) may be connected only to the upper edge of one of the left and right surfaces (3L or 3R). For example, in the packing box 1b shown in FIG. 7, the
The inner flaps (5F, 5B) having the
