Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2021-34041

The inventor of the present invention considered that the large risk of fluctuations in the value of virtual currencies hinders the expansion of the virtual currency market. This is because traders should not be able to trade with confidence due to the risk of value fluctuations. The inventor of the present invention has found a demand for a trading service by a medium instead of a virtual currency.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a new transaction service using digital points. Since digital points are based on the value of tangible objects, the risk of value fluctuations is extremely small. Further, the user can make a transaction only with a user who has already registered as a member, not with an unspecified number of people. As a result, the user can conduct a transaction with peace of mind. This can lower the hurdle for users to use trading services using digital points.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1. 1. Trading Service Using Digital Points The inventor of the present invention has developed a trading service using digital points. With this service, you can make transactions using digital points. Digital points have value based on the value of tangible objects. That is, the value of digital points is supported by the value of tangible objects. In the present specification, "tangible property" means tangible property in a general sense (thing that occupies a part of a space and has a tangible existence), as well as data that cannot be exchanged and replaced with each other (material). For example, it is a concept including a non-fungible token (NFT). Data that are irreplaceable and irreplaceable by their nature can have a certain value, similar to tangibles in the general sense. Cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrencies are not included in data that is non-exchangeable and irreplaceable. The tangible material includes, but is not limited to, precious metals (eg, gold (Au), silver (Ag), platinum (Pt)), diamond, crude oil, NFT.

Digital points can also be regarded as a proof of possession or quantity of one's own tangible property, or a proof of possession or quantity of one's tangible property by another person (ie, a certificate of deposit). The larger the value of the digital point, the larger the amount of tangible property owned by oneself or the amount of tangible property owned by another person. Transactions using digital points can be regarded as bartering between own tangible goods and goods or services through digital points.

Transactions using digital points may include, for example, the exchange of digital points for fiat currency, the exchange of digital points for tangibles, and the transfer of digital points, in addition to the exchange of digital points for goods or services.

Since the value of digital points is based on the value of tangible property, the value of digital points is not linked to the value of legal tender, for example, and is not affected by inflation. Thereby, the value fluctuation risk of the digital point may be smaller than that of the statutory currency or the cryptocurrency or the virtual currency, and the value of the digital point may be more stable than the value of the statutory currency or the cryptocurrency or the virtual currency. In this respect, digital points have an advantage over fiat or cryptocurrencies or virtual currencies.

For example, if the tangible material is gold (Au), gold is a chemically stable metal and is easy to store. It also has the advantage of being able to redeem digital points for gold around the world, as it is globally recognized for its value.

For example, when the tangible object is an NFT, since the NFT is data held by the blockchain technology, it is easier to handle than other tangible objects and does not require a physical space for storage. Further, since the NFT is data, it is easy to exchange the digital point with the NFT.

For example, a user who wishes to make a transaction using digital points in this service needs to register as a member of this service. Membership registration involves verifying the identity of the user and / or whether the user deserves to use this service (eg, a trusted person). With this service, only registered members can make transactions using digital points. By requiring membership registration, users will be able to make transactions only with users who have been able to verify their identity and / or who are worthy of using the service. This promotes proper transactions.

1A and 1B show an example of a flow performed in a transaction service using digital points. FIG. 1A shows an example of a flow for registering a user as a member.

The transaction service using digital points is managed by, for example, the service provider 10. The users 20A, 20B, and 20C can provide a transaction service using digital points by the service provider 10 by communicating with the service provider 10 via the terminal device.

In the example shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, it is shown that three users 20A, 20B, and 20C communicate with the service provider 10 in order to receive the provision of the transaction service using the digital point. The number of users is not limited to this. Any number of users can communicate with the service provider 10 to provide a transaction service using digital points.

In this example, a service that provides transactions using digital points having a value based on the value of gold will be described as an example.

Gold is managed by the tangible manager 30. The tangible property manager 30 has a space for storing gold, and keeps and manages gold from another person. The tangible property manager 30 may manage, for example, which gold among the stored gold is which gold. Alternatively, the tangible manager 30 may control who has how much gold and store gold corresponding to the total amount of gold managed.

In step S1, each user sends a request for receiving a transaction service using digital points to the service provider 10. Each user can send a request in any manner. Each user can, for example, send a request to the service provider 10 over the network via his terminal device. Alternatively, each user may send the request by other means such as telephone, telegram, mail, etc.

Upon receiving the request, the service provider 10 determines whether or not to approve the request from the user. For example, the service provider 10 confirms the identity of the user. Alternatively, for example, the service provider 10 confirms whether the user is a person worthy of receiving a transaction service.

The service provider 10 can generate, for example, a user's "digital twin" and determine whether or not to approve the request from the user based on the user's digital twin. Here, the "digital twin" means a duplicate of an object in real space in virtual space or digital space. That is, the user's "digital twin" reflects what kind of person the user is or who the user is in the virtual space or the digital space. Here, the "digital twin" can be expressed by a score that represents the characteristics of the user in multiple dimensions. In other words, this score can represent who the user is or who the user is. The generated user's "digital twin" reflects the user's personality, so if it is determined that the user's digital twin is a person who deserves the transaction service, that user also receives the transaction service. Can be regarded as a person who deserves.

The service provider 10 acquires data and / or information about the user in order to calculate a score that represents the characteristics of the user in multiple dimensions.

Here, the data about the user means objective information about the user. The data about the user may be private information known only to the user or public information shared with a third party. Data about the user can be obtained, for example, from the user's terminal device and / or an IoT device capable of communicating with the user's terminal device. Data about the user can be obtained, for example, from anywhere on the network. Data about the user can be recorded, for example, in a non-fungible token (NFT) stored in place on the network. Here, the "token" means a physical or virtual vessel that can hold information. The information held in the "non-fungible token" is held in the non-fungible token so that it is difficult to tamper with (for example, using blockchain technology). As a result, the information held in the "non-fungible token" becomes valuable. The data related to the user is, for example, the user's behavior history (for example, exercise history, health activity history, purchase history, saving behavior history, meal history, web page browsing history, conversation history with AI speaker, SNS usage history, etc.). It includes, but is not limited to, health information (eg, height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, affected illness, etc.), DNA information, insurance coverage information, and the like. Data about the user may include personal information about the user. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of, for example, name, address, telephone number, email address, age, gender, family structure, occupation, annual income, assets, medical history, and the like.

Data about the user can be obtained, for example, from a payroll card. The payroll card is used in the payroll card system, and the payroll card system is a system capable of receiving wage payments from an employer electronically (for example, receiving electronic money). The payroll card may be a physical card or a virtual card (for example, an electronic wallet). Payroll cards allow you to receive wage payments without going through a bank account. The payroll card may record income and expenditure information from wage payments. In addition, the payroll card may also record information about work expenses. For example, the payroll card records the amount paid as an expense, the name, and the like. Therefore, by acquiring the data about the user from the payroll card, not only the user's private balance information but also the user's work balance information can be used as the data about the user.

Here, the information about the user means the subjective information mainly composed of the user. The information about the user may be private information known only to the user or public information shared with a third party. Information about the user can be obtained, for example, by the user entering directly into the terminal device. Information about the user can be indirectly derived from, for example, a question or question to the user. Information about the user can be obtained, for example, from anywhere on the network. Information about the user can be recorded, for example, in tokens stored in place on the network. Information about the user includes, but is not limited to, for example, hobbies, preferences, reasons for action (for example, motivation for aspiring to a current or past occupation, reasons for changing jobs from a past occupation, etc.).

For example, the service provider 10 may acquire data and / or information about the user directly from the user, or may acquire the data and / or information from a place other than the user.

The user may, for example, provide data and / or information about the user to the service provider 10 with or after the request is sent. The user may provide the service provider 10 with data and / or information about the user, for example, via the user's terminal device or the IoT device associated with the user. The service provider 10 can obtain data and / or information about the user thus provided.

Alternatively, the user sends an instruction on the network to provide the service provider 10 with data and / or information about the user stored on the network. For example, the user may send an instruction to provide the service provider 10 with a token stored in place on the network. The service provider 10 can obtain data and / or information about the user thus provided.

When the service provider 10 determines whether or not to approve the request from the user based on the score representing the characteristics of the user in multiple dimensions, the result of the determination is transmitted to each user in step S2, and each user uses this. To receive. Each user can receive the result of the determination in any embodiment. Each user can receive the determination result from the service provider 10 through the network, for example, via his / her own terminal device. Alternatively, each user may receive the determination result by using other means such as telephone, telegram, or mail.

For example, if it is determined that the user 20A and the user 20B are worthy of receiving a transaction service using digital points, it is determined that the request of the user 20A and the user 20B should be approved, and the request approval notification is sent. It is transmitted to the user 20A and the user 20B, and the user 20A and the user 20B receive this. As a result, the user 20A and the user 20B are registered as members and can receive the transaction service using the digital points.

For example, if it is determined that the user 20C is not worthy of receiving a transaction service using digital points, it is determined that the request of the user 20C should not be approved, and a request refusal notification is sent to the user 20C. User 20C receives this. User 20C is not registered as a member and cannot receive the transaction service using digital points.

FIG. 1B shows an example of the flow of transactions using digital points performed after membership registration. In the example shown in FIG. 1B, an example in which the user 20A acquires digital points by exchanging legal currency for digital points and an example in which the user 20B exchanges digital points for goods will be described. Since the user 20C has not been registered as a member, he / she cannot make a transaction using digital points.

In step S3, the user 20A provides the service provider 10 with a purchase request for digital points together with the purchase price (legal tender of the purchase price). User 20A can provide a purchase request in any manner. The user 20A can send a purchase request to the service provider 10 through the network, for example, via his / her terminal device. Alternatively, the user 20A may provide the purchase request by using other means such as telephone, telegram, or mail. In addition, the user 20A can provide the legal tender of the purchase amount in any embodiment.

Upon receiving the purchase request and the purchase price, the service provider 10 issues digital points. If the service provider 10 holds (or deposits with the tangible manager 30) enough gold to issue digital points, the service provider 10 does not need to purchase additional gold. Digital points can be issued. If the service provider 10 does not have enough gold to issue digital points (and has not deposited it with the tangible manager 30), the service provider 10 purchases gold from the tangible manager 30. It will be.

In step S4, the service provider 10 provides the gold purchase request and the purchase price thereof to the tangible property manager 30. In response to this, the service provider 10 processes the purchase of gold.

In step S5, the tangible manager 30 provides the service provider 10 with the purchased gold, or if the purchased gold is still stored by the tangible manager 30, a deposit certificate for the purchased gold. .. Preferably, the purchased gold may continue to be stored by the tangible manager 30 and a deposit certificate may be provided to the service provider 10. This is because the service provider 10 does not have to store the gold by himself and can avoid the risk of losing the gold.

Service provider 10 issues digital points based on the purchased gold or its receipt. Digital points will be issued for the value of the purchased gold.

In step S6, the service provider 10 provides the issued digital points to the user 20A. The service provider 10 can provide digital points in any aspect. The service provider 10 can provide the digital points to the user 20A by recording the transfer of the digital points (transfer from the service provider to the user 20A) in the distributed ledger that manages the digital points, for example. Here, the distributed ledger can be held, for example, by blockchain technology or similar technology. Alternatively, the service provider 10 can provide the digital points to the user 20A, for example, by inserting the digital points into the digital point account of the user A. Alternatively, the service provider 10 can provide the digital points to the user 20A, for example, by inserting the digital points into the payroll card of the user A.

In this way, the user 20A can exchange the legal tender for digital points to earn digital points.

In step S7, the user 20B provides the service provider 10 with an exchange request for exchanging the digital point for the product. User 20B can provide the exchange request in any embodiment. The user 20B can send an exchange request to the service provider 10 through the network, for example, via his / her terminal device. Alternatively, the user 20B may use other means such as telephone, telegram, mail, etc. to provide the exchange request.

Upon receiving the exchange request, the service provider 10 procures the requested product after confirming whether or not the user 20B has a digital point corresponding to the value of the product.

The service provider 10 can procure the product by providing the product supplier with digital points for the price of the product. The service provider 10 can provide digital points in any aspect. The service provider 10 can provide the digital points to the product supplier by recording the transfer of the digital points (transfer from the service provider to the product supplier) in the distributed ledger that manages the digital points, for example. Alternatively, the service provider 10 can provide the digital points to the product supplier, for example, by inserting the digital points into the product supplier's digital point account. Alternatively, the service provider 10 can provide the digital points to the product supplier, for example, by inserting the digital points into the payroll card of the product supplier.

In step S8, the service provider 10 provides the product to the user 20B. The service provider 10 can provide the product to the user 20B in any manner depending on the nature of the product. The service provider 10 collects digital points for the price of the product before, when the product is provided, or after the product is provided. Service provider 10 can collect digital points in any manner. The service provider 10 can collect digital points from user 20B, for example, by recording the transfer of digital points (transfer from user 20B to service provider 10) in a distributed ledger that manages digital points. Alternatively, the service provider 10 can collect digital points from user 20B, for example, by withdrawing digital points from user 20B's digital point account. Alternatively, the service provider 10 can collect digital points from user 20B, for example, by withdrawing digital points from the payroll card of user 20B.

In this way, the user 20B can exchange the digital points for the product and acquire the product.

In addition, users 20A and 20B can, for example, exchange digital points for gold to earn gold and vice versa. User 20A and User 20B can, for example, exchange digital points for fiat currency to earn fiat currency. Users 20A and 20B can, for example, exchange goods or services for digital points to earn digital points, and vice versa. Users 20A and 20B can, for example, exchange digital points for cryptocurrencies or cryptocurrencies to acquire cryptocurrencies or virtual currencies, and vice versa. The user 20A and the user 20B can also transfer the digital point to another user, for example.

The service provider 10 may collect a fee in a transaction using digital points.

In the above example, the tangible manager 30 has described that the gold is managed outside the service provider 10, but the present invention is not limited thereto. It is also within the scope of the present invention that the service provider 10 manages gold. In this case, the tangible property manager 30 is omitted.

The service provider 10 described above can realize this service by using, for example, a system for managing a service using a digital point described later.

2. 2. Configuration of a System for Managing Transaction Services Using Digital Points Figure 2A shows an example of the configuration of a system 100 for managing transaction services using digital points.

The system 100 is connected to the database unit 200. Further, the system 100 is connected to at least one user terminal device 300 and at least one tangible property manager terminal device 400 via a network 500.

Although FIG. 2A shows three user terminal devices 300 and one tangible property manager terminal device 400, the number of the user terminal device 300 and the tangible property manager terminal device 400 is not limited to this. Any number of user terminal devices 300 and tangible manager terminal devices 400 may be connected to the system 100 via the network 500.

The network 500 can be any kind of network. The network 500 may be, for example, the Internet or a LAN. The network 500 may be a wired network or a wireless network.

The system 100 is further connected to the blockchain network 600. The blockchain network 600 is a network constructed by blockchain technology and can be used to manage user information and / or transaction information regarding digital points. Since the falsification of the managed information can be easily detected by using the blockchain technique, the falsification of the personal information managed by the blockchain network 600 is practically impossible. The information managed by the blockchain network 600 can be used, for example, to calculate a score representing a user's characteristics.

Although it has been described that the user information and / or the transaction information related to the digital point is managed by the blockchain technique, the present invention is not limited to the blockchain technique. The blockchain network 600 can be constructed by using any technique as long as the information can be managed so as to be substantially tamper-proof.

An example of the system 100 is, but is not limited to, a computer (for example, a server device) installed in a service provider (for example, a service provider 10) that provides a transaction service using digital points. An example of the user terminal device 300 is a computer (for example, a terminal device) used by a user (for example, users 20A to 20C) who makes a transaction using a digital point, but is not limited thereto. An example of the tangible property manager terminal device 400 is a computer (for example, a terminal device) used by a tangible property manager (for example, the tangible property manager 30) who manages the tangible property, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The tangible property manager keeps and manages the tangible property owned by the user. Here, the computer (server device or terminal device) can be any type of computer. For example, the terminal device can be any type of terminal device such as a smartphone, tablet, personal computer, smart glasses, smart watch or the like.

The database unit 200 stores at least various information used for calculating a score indicating a user's characteristics.

FIG. 2B shows an example of a specific configuration of a system 100 that manages a transaction service using digital points.

The system 100 includes an interface unit 110, a processor unit 120, and a memory unit 130.

The interface unit 110 exchanges information with the outside of the system 100. The processor unit 120 of the system 100 can receive information from the outside of the system 100 via the interface unit 110, and can transmit the information to the outside of the system 100. The interface unit 110 can exchange information in any format.

The interface unit 110 includes, for example, an input unit that enables information to be input to the system 100. It does not matter in what manner the input unit enables the information to be input to the system 100. For example, when the input unit is a receiver, the receiver may input information by receiving information from the outside of the system 100 via a network. Alternatively, when the input unit is a data reading device, the information may be input by reading the information from the storage medium connected to the system 100.

The interface unit 110 includes, for example, an output unit that enables information to be output from the system 100. It does not matter in what mode the output unit enables the information to be output from the system 100. For example, when the output unit is a transmitter, the transmitter may output information by transmitting information to the outside of the system 100 via a network. Alternatively, when the output unit is a data writing device, the information may be output by writing the information to the storage medium connected to the system 100.

The system 100 can transmit information to and / or receive information from the database unit 200, for example, via the interface unit 110. The system 100 can transmit information to and / or receive information from the user terminal device 300, for example, via the interface unit 110. The system 100 can transmit information to the tangible property manager terminal device 400 and / or receive information from the tangible property manager terminal device 400, for example, via the interface unit 110.

The system 100 can receive data and / or information about the user, for example, via the interface unit 110. As will be described later, the data about the user is objective information about the user, and the information about the user is subjective information mainly about the user.

The system 100 can receive, for example, a request for receiving a transaction service using digital points via the interface unit 110. The request may be, for example, a request for membership registration to a transaction service using digital points, or a request for login to a transaction service using digital points. The system 100 can send and receive data related to a transaction service using digital points, for example, via the interface unit 110.

The processor unit 120 executes the processing of the system 100 and controls the operation of the entire system 100. The processor unit 120 reads the program stored in the memory unit 130 and executes the program. This makes it possible to make the system 100 function as a system that performs a desired step. The processor unit 120 may be implemented by a single processor or may be implemented by a plurality of processors.

The memory unit 130 stores a program required for executing the processing of the system 100, data required for executing the program, and the like. The memory unit 130 stores a program for causing the processor unit 120 to perform a process for managing a transaction service using a digital point (for example, a program for realizing the process shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 to be described later). You may. Here, it does not matter how the program is stored in the memory unit 130. For example, the program may be pre-installed in the memory unit 130. Alternatively, the program may be installed in the memory unit 130 by being downloaded via the network. In this case, the type of network does not matter. The memory unit 130 may be implemented by any storage means. Alternatively, the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and installed in the memory unit 130 by reading the storage medium.

The database unit 200 may store, for example, data and / or information about the user.

The data about the user is objective information about the user. The data about the user may be private information known only to the user or public information shared with a third party. Data about the user can be obtained, for example, from the user's terminal device and / or an IoT device capable of communicating with the user's terminal device. Data about the user can be obtained, for example, from anywhere on the network. Data about the user can be recorded, for example, in tokens stored in place on the network.

A payroll card is a system that allows you to receive wage payments from your employer electronically.

The information about the user is subjective information mainly about the user.

The database unit 200 stores various information used for calculating a score representing a user's characteristics.

Here, the characteristic of the user can be a concept representing what kind of person the user is, that is, the person of the user. The characteristics of the user can also represent the person of the user from the viewpoint of whether the user is a reliable person. For example, a user's characteristics can represent a user's personality from a "personality" perspective and / or a user's personality from a "money" perspective and / or "health". It is possible to represent the user's personality from the viewpoint of. Therefore, the score representing the user's characteristics in a multidimensional manner can include the feature amount related to "personality" and / or the feature amount related to "money" and / or the feature amount related to "health". The multidimensional axis of the score can include, for example, an axis of "personality", an axis of "money", and / or an axis of "health". Here, the "personality" is information indicating whether or not a person's personality and / or personality is reliable, and includes, for example, an evaluation from another person. "Money" is information about a person's money, including, for example, information such as annual income, assets, and whether or not they are saving. "Health" is information on the health of the person, and includes, for example, information on illness, eating habits, activities for health, and the like.

As an example, if a score representing a user's characteristics has an axis of "personality" perspective, multiple items related to "personality" are scored, and based on the scores of each of the multiple items, the "personality" is scored. It will represent the person's personality. For example, in a person who is angry but has an honest personality, among the items related to "personality", the score of the item related to "honesty" is high or the score of the item related to "liar" is low, and the score is related to "short temper". The score of the item is high or the score of the item related to "patency" is low.

As another example, if the score representing the user's characteristics has an axis of "money" perspective, multiple items related to "money" are scored, and "money" is based on the scores of each of the multiple items. Will be represented as the person in question. For example, in a person who spends a lot of money, among the items related to "money", the score of the item related to "frugal house" is high or the score of the item related to "wasted house" is low.

As another example, if the score representing the user's characteristics has an axis of "health" perspective, multiple items related to "health" are scored, and "health" is based on the scores of each of the multiple items. Will be represented as the person in question. For example, in a person having an obese body type, the score of the item related to "classification of obesity" or "BMI" is high among the items related to "health".

These items are examples, and each of the multidimensional axes can have any item. The more items each axis has, the more detailed the user's personality can be expressed from the viewpoint of that axis, but the amount of data also increases accordingly. The smaller the number of items each axis has, the smaller the amount of score data representing the user's characteristics and the easier it is to handle, but the more roughly the user's personality is represented. For example, the score representing the characteristics of the user is specified for at least two of the plurality of axes from the score represented for a plurality of axes having a large number of items (score representing the user's personality in detail). It may be a score derived by extracting the items of (a score that roughly represents the user's personality).

For example, the database unit 200 may store various information in association with the concept of parameters used for score calculation. The parameters used to calculate the score may include, for example, "personality", "money", "health".

For example, regarding the parameter "personality", the database unit 200 may store the concept of personality in association with various information. For example, the concept of "altruistic" (or "transpersonal") regarding "personality" includes keywords such as "volunteer", "donation", "concern", "consultation", "frequently participate in volunteers", etc. Statuses such as "frequently consulted" and "have donated experience" can be stored in association with each other. For example, the concept of "SDGs" (Sustainable Development Goals, or "Sustainable Development Goals") for "personality" includes keywords related to 17 goals and / or 169 targets (eg, "equality", "environment"). Statuses such as "conservation"), "acting related to 17 goals and / or 169 targets", "having ideas related to 17 goals and / or 169 targets", etc. are associated. Can be stored.

For example, regarding the parameter "money", the database unit 200 may store the concept of money and various information in association with each other. For example, the concept of "rich" (or "cash flow rich") related to "money" is associated with keywords such as "Harvard University" and "MBA", and status such as "annual income of 20 million yen or more". Can be done. For example, the concept of "rich" (or "stock rich") related to "money" may be associated with keywords such as "landowner" and "shareholder", and status such as "assets of 100 million yen or more". ..

For example, regarding the parameter "health", the database unit 200 may store the concept of health and various information in association with each other. For example, the concept of "excellent body" (or "physical health") related to "health" is stored in association with keywords such as "non-smoking" and "normal blood pressure", and status such as "BMI 18-27". obtain. For example, the concept of "mindfulness" (or "mental health") related to "health" includes keywords such as "rewarding" and "stressless", "stress check result is less than a predetermined value", and "sense of coherence". Statuses such as "high (SOC: Sense of coherence)" can be stored in association with each other.

FIG. 2C is a conceptual diagram showing the association of information stored in the database unit 200.

In the example shown in FIG. 2C, keywords such as "Harvard University", "Stanford University", "MBA", "doctor", and "manager" are associated with the concept of "rich" regarding money. ing. Further, another keyword (for example, "business school", "practitioner", "listed company", etc.) is associated with these keywords. Furthermore, yet another keyword may be associated with these keywords.

Such associations can be made, for example, using artificial intelligence (AI) capable of performing semantic searches, i.e., artificial intelligence that has learned the correlation between keywords.

This artificial intelligence learns the correlation between keywords from a large amount of sentences. For example, this artificial intelligence extracts a plurality of keywords in a sentence by parsing the sentence and identifies the relationship between the plurality of keywords in the sentence. For example, this artificial intelligence learns a keyword as having a strong correlation when it is used in combination with another keyword in many sentences. Artificial intelligence that has learned the correlation between keywords in this way can output a keyword that correlates with the input keyword based on the learned correlation.

For example, if you enter the keyword "rich" in artificial intelligence that has learned the correlation between keywords, the keywords that correlate with "rich" are "Harbourd University," "Stanford University," "MBA," and "doctor." , "Manager" etc. can be output. For example, if the keywords "rich" and "doctor" are entered in artificial intelligence that has learned the correlation between keywords, the keywords that correlate with "rich" and "doctor" include "practitioner" and "director". Can be output.

In this way, in the database unit 200, the keyword input to the artificial intelligence that has learned the correlation between the keywords and the output keyword can be stored in association with each other.

In the examples shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the database unit 200 is provided outside the system 100, but the present invention is not limited thereto. It is also possible to provide at least a part of the database unit 200 inside the system 100. At this time, at least a part of the database unit 200 may be implemented by the same storage means as the storage means for mounting the memory unit 130, or may be implemented by a storage means different from the storage means for mounting the memory unit 130. You may. In any case, at least a part of the database unit 200 is configured as a storage unit for the system 100. The configuration of the database unit 200 is not limited to a specific hardware configuration. For example, the database unit 200 may be composed of a single hardware component or may be composed of a plurality of hardware components. For example, the database unit 200 may be configured as an external hard disk device of the system 100, may be configured as a storage on a cloud connected via a network, or may be a distributed type using blockchain technology or the like. It may be configured as a network.

For example, the data and / or information about the user is stored in the database unit 200 configured as a distributed network using blockchain technology or the like, and at this time, the data and / or information about the user is substantially tamper-proof. It will be possible. This ensures the reliability of the data and / or information about the user.

FIG. 3 shows an example of the configuration of the processor unit 120.

The processor unit 120 includes a receiving unit 121, a determining unit 122, and a providing unit 123.

The receiving means 121 is configured to receive a request from the user for receiving a transaction service using a digital point. The receiving means 121 can receive, for example, the request transmitted from the user terminal device 300 via the interface unit 110. The request may be, for example, a request for membership registration to a transaction service using digital points, or a request for login to a transaction service using digital points.

In one embodiment, the request may include data and / or information about the user. As a result, the acquisition means 1221 described later can acquire data and / or information about the user included in the request.

In one embodiment, the request may include a member ID and password for a trading service using digital points.

The received request is passed to the determination means 122.

The determination means 122 is configured to determine whether or not to approve the request received by the receiving means 121.

In one embodiment, the determination means 122 can, for example, confirm the identity of the user and determine whether or not to approve the request based on the result of the identity verification. For example, the determination means 122 can confirm the identity by determining whether or not the member ID and password included in the request match those already registered. Alternatively, or in addition to this, the determination means 122 can perform the identity verification by acquiring the identity verification document of the user and determining whether or not the identity verification document is genuine. The identity verification document may be, for example, sent to the system 100 together with the request, or may be obtained from a suitable place on the network. The identity verification document is, for example, if the identity verification document is a document issued by a public institution, if the identity verification document is accompanied by a certificate by a public institution, the identity verification document cannot be tampered with. (For example, when the information in the identity verification document is managed on the blockchain network 600), it can be determined to be genuine.

In one embodiment, the determination means 122 can determine whether or not to approve the request, for example, based on a score that represents the characteristics of the user in a multidimensional manner. In this embodiment, the determination means 122 can include the acquisition means 1221 and the calculation means 1222.

The acquisition means 1221 is configured to acquire data and / or information about the user.

The acquisition unit 1221 may acquire data and / or information about a user stored in the database unit 200, for example, via the interface unit 110. Alternatively, the acquisition means 1221 may acquire data and / or information about the user received from the user terminal device 300, for example, via the interface unit 110. Alternatively, the acquisition means 1221 may be configured to acquire data and / or information about the user from a given location on the network. The acquisition unit 1221 can acquire data about the user from, for example, a payroll card (or a server device that manages the payroll card) possessed by the user. The acquired data and / or information about the user is passed to the calculation means 1222.

The calculation means 1222 is configured to calculate a score representing a user's characteristics in a multidimensional manner based on data and / or information about the user. The characteristics of the user can be a concept of what kind of person the user is, that is, the person of the user. Although the term "digital twin" is known, a score that represents a user's characteristics in multiple dimensions can be said to be a score that represents a user's digital twin.

The multidimensional axis of the score can include, for example, an axis of "personality", an axis of "money", and / or an axis of "health".

The score representing the user's characteristics in a multidimensional manner includes, for example, a feature amount that can evaluate whether or not the user is a reliable person, or a feature amount that indicates whether or not the user is a reliable person. Can be done. For example, the more reliable the user's personality and / or personality, the more features related to "personality" indicating that the person is a reliable person in the score representing the user's characteristics in multiple dimensions. become. For example, the more reliable the user's way of thinking, behavior and / or state of money, the more the feature amount of "money" indicating that he / she is a reliable person in the score representing the user's characteristics in multiple dimensions. It will be included a lot. For example, the more reliable the user's health thinking, behavior and / or condition, the more "health" features that indicate a reliable person in a score that represents the user's characteristics in multiple dimensions. It will be included a lot.

In one embodiment, the calculation means 1222 can calculate the score, for example, depending on the degree to which the data and / or information about the user correlates with the parameters used to calculate the score. The calculation means 1222 refers to, for example, a database unit 200 that stores various information that correlates with the concept of parameters used to calculate the score, and the data and / or information about the user relates to the parameters used to calculate the score. Determine how much it correlates with the concept. Data and / or information about the user may include, for example, information about "personality," "money," and "health."

The calculation means 1222 can determine, for example, the degree to which data and / or information about the user correlates with the concept of "personality", and can calculate the score according to the determined degree of correlation. For example, if data and / or information about a user correlates significantly with a particular concept of "personality", the calculator 1222 includes or corresponds to a feature quantity corresponding to that concept in the score. The score of the item can be increased. For example, the more strongly the data and / or information about a user correlates "altruistically" (or "transpersonal"), the more or more strongly the features corresponding to "altruistic" are included in the score or "altruistic". The score of the item corresponding to "" can be increased. For example, the more strongly the data and / or information about the user correlates with the "SDGs" (or "Sustainable Development Goals"), the more or more strongly the features corresponding to the "SDGs" are included in the score or the "SDGs". The score of the item corresponding to "" can be increased.

The calculation means 1222 can determine, for example, the degree to which data and / or information about the user correlates with the concept of "money", and can calculate the score according to the determined degree of correlation. For example, if the data and / or information about the user correlates significantly with a particular concept of "money", the calculator 1222 includes or corresponds to the feature quantity corresponding to that concept in the score. The score of the item can be increased. For example, the more strongly the data and / or information about the user correlates with "cash flow rich", the more or more strongly the features corresponding to "cash flow rich" are included in the score or the concept of "cash flow rich". The score of the corresponding item can be increased. For example, the more strongly the data and / or information about the user correlates with "stock rich", the more or more strongly the features corresponding to "stock rich" are included in the score or the item corresponding to the concept of "stock rich". You can increase the score of.

The calculation means 1222 can determine, for example, the degree to which data and / or information about the user correlates with the concept of "health" and can calculate the score according to the determined degree of correlation. For example, if the data and / or information about the user correlates significantly with a particular concept of "health", the calculator 1222 includes or corresponds to the feature quantity corresponding to that concept in the score. The score of the item can be increased. For example, the more strongly the data and / or information about the user correlates with "good body" (or "physical health"), the more or more strongly the features corresponding to "good body" are included in the score or "good". The score of the item corresponding to the concept of "body" can be increased. For example, the more strongly the data and / or information about the user correlates with "mindfulness" (or "mental health"), the more features corresponding to "mindfulness" (or "mental health"). More or more strongly can be included in the score or the score of the item corresponding to the concept of "mindfulness" can be increased.

In one embodiment, the calculation means 1222 calculates a score representing a user's characteristics in a multidimensional manner by using, for example, a machine learning model in which data and / or information related to a plurality of users and a relationship between scores are learned. be able to. Data and / or information about the user may include, for example, information about "personality," "money," and "health."

The machine learning model can be constructed using any machine learning model. The machine learning model can be, for example, a neural network model.

FIG. 4 shows an example of the structure of the neural network model that can be used by the calculation means 1222.

The neural network model has an input layer, at least one hidden layer, and an output layer. The number of nodes in the input layer of the neural network model corresponds to the number of dimensions of data and / or information about the input user. The hidden layer of the neural network model can contain any number of nodes. The number of nodes in the output layer of the neural network model corresponds to the number of dimensions of the output data. For example, when outputting a score representing a user's characteristics in multiple dimensions, the number of nodes in the output layer may be the number of dimensions of the score.

The neural network model can be pre-learned using the data and / or information about the user acquired by the acquisition means 1221. The learning process is a process of calculating the weighting coefficient of each node of the hidden layer of the neural network model by using the data and / or information about the user acquired in advance by the acquisition unit 1221.

The learning process is, for example, supervised learning. In supervised learning, for example, data and / or information about a user is used as input teacher data, and a score representing the user's characteristics in multiple dimensions is used as output teacher data, and a neural network is used using information of multiple users. By calculating the weighting factor of each node in the hidden layer of the model, it is possible to build a machine learning model capable of correlating data and / or information about the user with the score.

For example, a set of (input teacher data, output teacher data) for supervised learning is (data and / or information about the first user, score of the first user), (data about the second user). And / or information, score of the second user), ... (Data and / or information about the third user, score of the third user), ..., And so on. When data and / or information about a user newly acquired from a user is input to the input layer of such a trained neural network model, the score of the user is output to the output layer.

In supervised learning, for example, the degree to which data and / or information about the user correlates with the parameters used to calculate the score can be used as input teacher data.

The determination means 122 can determine whether or not to approve the request based on the calculated score. The determination means 122 determines, for example, whether or not the calculated score satisfies a predetermined condition (also referred to as a "first condition" in the present specification), and when it is determined that the predetermined condition is satisfied. , It can be determined that the request is approved, and if it is determined that the predetermined condition is not satisfied, it can be determined that the request is rejected. The predetermined conditions are, for example, that the score includes a predetermined feature amount (also referred to as "first feature amount" in the present specification), that the value of the predetermined feature amount included in the score is large or small, and that the score. The feature amount derived from may include at least one of the predetermined feature amount including the predetermined feature amount and the value of the predetermined feature amount contained in the feature amount derived from the score being large or small. The determination means 122 can derive a predetermined feature amount from the score by any method. In one example, the determination means 122 can derive a predetermined feature amount by applying a specific function to the score or the feature amount included in the score. Here, the specific function can be any function. For example, a particular function can be a hash function.

In the present specification, a large value of a feature amount means, for example, that the value of the feature amount is larger than the threshold value, that the value of the feature amount is larger than the average value or the median value of the values of the entire feature amount. The value of the feature amount can be one of the largest in the whole feature amount. Here, the fact that the value of the feature amount is small means that, for example, the value of the feature amount is smaller than the threshold value, the value of the feature amount is smaller than the average value or the median value of the values of the entire feature amount, and the feature. The value of the quantity can be one of the smallest of all the features.

In one embodiment, the predetermined feature amount may be a feature amount indicating that the user is a reliable person. The feature amount indicating that the user is a reliable person is, for example, the feature amount indicating that the user is a reliable person from the viewpoint of "money", and the user is reliable from the viewpoint of "personality". It may include at least one of a feature amount indicating that the person is a person and a feature amount indicating that the user is a reliable person from the viewpoint of "health". For example, if a user has a large feature quantity indicating that he / she is a reliable person, the user can be regarded as a reliable person and a person who deserves a transaction service using digital points. In contrast, if a user has a small feature that indicates that he or she is a credible person, then the user is not considered to be a credible person and is not worthy of receiving a trading service using digital points. Can be done.

See FIG. 3 again. The providing means 123 is configured to provide a transaction service using digital points to a user whose request has been approved. The providing means 123 enables, for example, a user to make a transaction using a desired digital point. Transactions using digital points include, for example, the exchange of digital points for fiat currency, the exchange of digital points for tangible items, the exchange of digital points for goods or services, and the transfer of digital points. include.

For example, the providing means 123 can provide a platform that allows a user to make a desired transaction. On this platform, the user can give digital points to a specific partner and obtain fiat currency corresponding to the value of the given digital points from that partner, and vice versa. On this platform, users can give digital points to a specific person and obtain a tangible object (that is, a standard of the value of the digital point) corresponding to the value of the given digital point from that person. , And vice versa. On this platform, the user can give digital points to a specific person and obtain goods or services of a value corresponding to the value of the given digital points from that person, and vice versa. Users can transfer digital points to specific parties on this platform and vice versa.

The providing means 123 can realize the transfer of digital points in any embodiment. The providing means 123 can realize the transfer of digital points, for example, by recording the transfer of digital points in a distributed ledger that manages digital points. Alternatively, the providing means 123 can realize the transfer of digital points, for example, by inserting the digital points into the user's digital point account or withdrawing the digital points from the digital point account. Alternatively, the providing means 123 can realize the transfer of digital points, for example, by inserting the digital points into the user's payroll card or withdrawing the digital points from the payroll card.

In one embodiment, the providing means 123 can specify a partner to conduct a transaction using digital points and enable a user to conduct a transaction with the specified partner. This makes it possible to promote transactions using digital points.

The providing means 123 can identify the opponent based on the score calculated by the calculating means 1222, for example. The identified party may also be a user who is registered as a member of the transaction service, that is, a user who has been approved for a request for receiving a transaction service using digital points. The providing means 123 can specify, for example, a user whose calculated score satisfies a predetermined second condition as a trading partner. The second condition is, for example, that the score includes a predetermined second feature amount, that the value of the second feature amount included in the score is large or small, and that the feature amount derived from the score is the second feature. It may include at least one of including the quantity and having a large or small value of the second feature contained in the feature derived from the score. The providing means 123 can derive a second feature amount from the score by any method. In one example, the providing means 123 can derive a second feature quantity by applying a specific function to the score or the feature quantity contained in the score. Here, the specific function can be any function. For example, a particular function can be a hash function.

The second feature amount can be determined based on the user's score. The second feature amount may be, for example, a feature amount included in the user's score or a feature amount considered to be compatible with the feature amount derived from the user's score. The features that are considered to be compatible may be set by the service provider or may be derived by machine learning, for example. For example, when a plurality of features are clustered, the features classified into the same or neighboring clusters can be regarded as compatible features. Alternatively, the features classified into different clusters can be regarded as compatible features.

By identifying a trading partner based on the score, it is possible to promote transactions with a partner who matches the user's personality. A transaction with a partner who matches the user's personality is preferable, for example, in that the transaction is smoothly completed and / or the transaction is unlikely to be unsuccessful. Further, since the trading partner is also a user who has already registered as a member, the user can conduct a transaction with peace of mind. Furthermore, the user can conduct a transaction without the trouble of searching for a trading partner by himself / herself.

In one embodiment, the providing means 123 can limit the range of transaction services available to the user. As a result, it becomes possible to provide a trading service according to the status of the user.

The providing means 123 limits the range of trading services available to the user, for example, based on the score calculated by the calculating means 1222. For example, the providing means 123 can limit the range of trading services available to the user if the calculated score does not meet a predetermined third condition. The providing means 123 may gradually limit the trading services available to the user according to the score. Providing means 123 makes some of, for example, the exchange of digital points for fiat currency, the exchange of digital points for tangibles, the exchange of digital points for goods or services, and the transfer of digital points unusable. be able to. Alternatively, the providing means 123 may, for example, disable transactions that exceed the upper limit of digital points, or disable transactions with a specific partner.

The third condition is, for example, that the score includes a predetermined third feature amount, that the value of the third feature amount included in the score is large or small, and that the feature amount derived from the score is the third feature. It may include at least one of the fact that the value of the third feature contained in the feature derived from the score is large or small.

In one embodiment, the third feature quantity may be a feature quantity indicating that the user is a reliable person. For example, if a user has a large amount of features that indicate that he or she is a credible person, then that user is a sufficiently credible person and there is no need to limit the range of trading services available to that user, while If the feature amount indicating that the user is a reliable person is not large, the user is not a sufficiently reliable person, and it is preferable to limit the range of trading services available to the user. .. This makes it possible to promote proper transactions.

In this way, by limiting the range of trading services available to users based on their scores, it is possible to reduce the likelihood that a good person will trade with a bad user. , It leads to the fact that good users can make transactions with peace of mind. In addition, poor users can be encouraged to improve their personality in order to lift restrictions on the range of trading services available.

In one example, providing means 123 may incrementally limit the trading services available to a user, depending on the extent to which data and / or information about the user used to calculate the score is disclosed. From the system's point of view, it is preferable to have the user disclose all available data and / or information. This is because any available information can be used to calculate the score, which improves the accuracy of the score and, by extension, the accuracy of the determination by the determination means 122. However, from the user's point of view, there may be information that you want to keep secret. Therefore, the system 100 discloses information by providing the user with an incentive according to the range of data and / or information disclosed by the user (that is, the range of available transaction services is not limited). I try to encourage users. For example, a transaction service available to a user so that a user who discloses data and / or information about more users can use more transaction services than a user who discloses data and / or information about less users. Can be restricted in stages. For example, the above-mentioned calculation means 1222 can calculate a score that is given preferential treatment to a user who has a wide range of information acquisition as compared with a user who has a narrow range of information acquisition. In one example, the calculation means 1222 may be made to calculate a preferential score for a user who discloses the information stored in the payroll card as compared with a user who does not.

As described above, the system 100 determines whether or not the user deserves the transaction service using digital points, and provides the transaction service only to the user who is determined to deserve the transaction service using digital points. By doing so, we manage transaction services using digital points. This, coupled with the extremely low risk of fluctuations in the value of digital points, enables users to conduct transactions with peace of mind. Furthermore, by using gold as a tangible property, users can be provided with a place to trade using digital points with partners all over the world. Because gold is recognized around the world for its value, there are prospective traders all over the world.

In the example shown in FIG. 3 described above, each component of the processor unit 120 is provided in the same processor unit 120, but the present invention is not limited thereto. A configuration in which each component of the processor unit 120 is distributed to a plurality of processor units is also within the scope of the present invention. At this time, the plurality of processor units may be located in the same hardware component, or may be located in separate hardware components in the vicinity or remote.

Each component of the system 100 described above may be composed of a single hardware component or may be composed of a plurality of hardware components. When it is composed of a plurality of hardware parts, the mode in which each hardware part is connected does not matter. Each hardware component may be connected wirelessly or may be connected by wire. The system 100 of the present invention is not limited to a specific hardware configuration. It is also within the scope of the present invention that the processor unit 120 is configured by an analog circuit instead of a digital circuit. The configuration of the system 100 of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned one as long as the function can be realized.

3. 3. Processing by a system that manages a transaction service using digital points FIG. 5 shows an example (processing 500) of processing by a system that manages a transaction service using digital points. The process 500 is performed in the processor unit 120 of the system 100.

In step S501, the receiving means 121 of the processor unit 120 receives a request from the user for receiving the transaction service using the digital point. The receiving means 121 can receive, for example, the request transmitted from the user terminal device 300 via the interface unit 110. The request may be, for example, a request for membership registration to a transaction service using digital points, or a request for login to a transaction service using digital points. The request can include, for example, data and / or information about the user, and can also include a member ID and password for a trading service using digital points.

In step S502, the determination means 122 of the processor unit 120 determines whether or not to approve the request received in step S501. The determination means 122 can, for example, confirm the identity of the user and determine whether or not to approve the request based on the result of the identity verification.

The determination means 122 can also determine whether or not to approve the request, for example, by the process 600 described later with reference to FIG.

If it is determined that the request is approved, the process proceeds to step S503. If it is determined that the request is not approved, that is, the request is rejected, the process proceeds to step S504. The user who approves the request can be regarded as a user who deserves to use the trading service using digital points. On the other hand, the user whose request is rejected can be regarded as a user who is not worthy of using the transaction service using digital points (or a user who has some risk).

In step S503, the providing means 123 of the processor unit 120 provides the user with a transaction service using digital points. The providing means 123 enables, for example, a user to carry out a desired transaction. Transactions using digital points include, for example, at least one of the exchange of digital points for fiat currency, the exchange of digital points for tangibles, the exchange of digital points for goods or services, and the transfer of digital points. include. The user can, for example, make a desired transaction with a desired trading partner.

The providing means 123 may specify a partner to conduct a transaction using digital points and enable the user to conduct a transaction with the specified partner. In addition to, or in lieu of, the providing means 123 may limit the range of trading services available to the user.

Step S504 ends the process without providing the user with a transaction service using digital points. This is because the user is a user who is not worthy of using the trading service.

In this way, the process 500 provides the transaction service using digital points only to the user whose request is approved. Since all trading partners are users whose requests have been approved, users who use this trading service can carry out transactions using digital points with peace of mind. Furthermore, the extremely small risk of fluctuations in the value of digital points can also lead to a sense of security for the user.

FIG. 6 shows an example of the process in step S502 (process 600).

In step S601, the acquisition unit 1221 of the determination unit 122 acquires data and / or information about the user.

Preferably, the acquisition means 1221 can acquire information about the user, and more preferably, the acquisition means 1221 can acquire both data and information about the user. This is because the user-centered subjective information tends to reflect the user's personality well. The acquired data and / or information about the user is passed to the calculation means 1222.

In step S602, the calculation means 1222 of the determination means 122 calculates the score based on the data and / or information about the user acquired in step S601.

The calculation means 1222 can calculate the score according to the degree to which the data and / or the information about the user correlates with the parameter used for calculating the score.

The calculation means 122 can determine, for example, the degree to which data and / or information about the user correlates with the concept of "money" and can calculate the score according to the determined degree of correlation. The calculation means 122 can determine, for example, the degree to which data and / or information about the user correlates with the concept of "health" and can calculate the score according to the determined degree of correlation.

The calculation means 1222 can calculate a score that represents a user's characteristics in a multidimensional manner by using, for example, a machine learning model that learns the relationship between data and / or information about a plurality of users and a score. Data and / or information about the user may include, for example, information about "personality," "money," and "health."

For example, if the data and / or information about the user acquired in step S601 is input to the machine learning model, the user's score may be output.

Preferably, the calculation means 1222 can calculate the score based on the information about the user, and more preferably, the calculation means 1222 can calculate the score based on both the data and the information about the user. User-centered subjective information tends to reflect the user's personality well, and by using information about the user, the calculated score better reflects the user's personality. Because it can be done.

When the score is calculated, the determination means 122 determines whether or not to approve the request based on the score.

In step S603, the determination means 122 determines whether or not the score calculated in step S602 satisfies a predetermined condition.

The predetermined conditions are, for example, that the score contains a predetermined feature amount, that the value of the predetermined feature amount included in the score is large or small, that the feature amount derived from the score contains a predetermined feature amount, and that the score. The feature quantity derived from may contain at least one of a large or small value of a predetermined feature quantity. The determination means 122 can derive a predetermined feature amount from the score by any method. In one example, the determination means 122 can derive a predetermined feature amount by applying a specific function to the score or the feature amount included in the score. Here, the specific function can be any function. For example, a particular function can be a hash function.

The predetermined feature amount preferably includes a feature amount indicating that the user is a reliable person. This makes it possible to make a determination in consideration of whether or not the user is a reliable person. This is based on the idea that mutual trust is important in transactions. Since the score used in the present invention is a score that represents the user's personality in a multidimensional manner, it includes or derives a predetermined feature amount, particularly a feature amount indicating that the user is a reliable person. Can be done.

If it is determined that the score satisfies the predetermined condition, the process proceeds to step S604. If it is determined that the score does not satisfy the predetermined condition, the process proceeds to step S605.

In step S604, the determination means 122 determines that the request is approved.

In step S605, the determination means 123 determines that the request is rejected.

As described above, in the process 600, the approval of the request is determined based on the score representing the user's personality. A user who is determined to be inappropriate for a transaction service using digital points cannot use this transaction service. Only users who are judged to be suitable for the transaction service using digital points can use this transaction service. As a result, the user who uses this transaction service can conduct a transaction with peace of mind. It is also possible to encourage users who could not use the trading service to improve their personality.

In step S503 after the process 600, the score calculated in step S602 can be used.

For example, in step S503, the providing means 123 can use the score when identifying a partner who conducts a transaction using digital points.

The providing means 123 can specify, for example, a user whose score calculated in step S602 satisfies a predetermined second condition as a trading partner. The second condition is, for example, that the score includes the second feature amount, the value of the second feature amount included in the score is large or small, and the feature amount derived from the score is the second feature amount. It may include at least one of the inclusion and the value of the second feature contained in the feature derived from the score being large or small.

For example, the providing means 123 can utilize the score in step S503 when limiting the range of transaction services available to the user.

The providing means 123 can limit the range of transaction services available to the user, for example, when the score calculated in step S602 does not meet the predetermined third condition.

The feature amount indicating that the user is a reliable person is, for example, a feature amount indicating that the user is a reliable person from the viewpoint of "money", or a person who is reliable from the viewpoint of "personality". It may include at least one of a feature quantity indicating that the user is a reliable person from the viewpoint of "health".
