前記装置本体の先端側に設けられ前記軸穴部に挿入される略円筒状の噛み込み部(15)と、を備え、
前記グリップ部(14)に、滑り止め加工が施されるとともに、
前記噛み込み部は、前記軸穴部の内周壁面に向って突出するねじ山部分(17)と、該ねじ山部分と交差する縦方向の切欠き溝(18a、18b、18c、18d)に沿って形成された複数のねじ切り刃部分(19)と、を有しており、
前記装置本体には、閉塞された前記基端から前記空間に達する中心軸方向の雌ねじ孔部(12)が形成される一方、
該雌ねじ孔部にねじ結合する突起部(22)を有する回転操作部材(20)が、前記装置本体の前記基端側の端面上に着脱可能に装着されており、
