Description

The present invention relates to a joint member attached to a drainage pipe and provided with a check valve for preventing a backflow of fluid from the downstream side.

As a joint member connected to a drainage pipe, as in Patent Document 1, a member having a check valve inside to prevent a backflow of fluid from the downstream side is known. The joint member described in Patent Document 1 is connected to a drainage pipe that discharges drainage generated by using equipment such as a refrigerator / freezer and an air conditioner, and the drainage pipe is arranged in a substantially horizontal direction. It is a horizontal pulling pipe.
The check valve has a valve body pivotally supported in the joint member so as to be rotatable in the drainage flow path. The valve body is in contact with the valve seat when there is no drainage, and by blocking the drainage flow path, the backflow of fluid such as odor and drainage from the downstream side or pests is prevented. When a backflow of fluid occurs from the downstream side, stress is applied to the valve body in the direction of being pressed against the valve seat, so that the drainage flow path is maintained to be blocked. On the other hand, when the drainage is discharged from the upstream side, the valve body is rotated by the drainage, and the drainage flow path is temporarily opened to discharge the drainage to the downstream side. That is, in the check valve, the valve body closes the drainage flow path when there is no drainage or when a backflow of fluid occurs from the downstream side, and the drainage flow path is opened when drainage occurs from the upstream side. It has a structure that rotates to.
In addition, the joint member has an inspection port and a lid that closes the inspection port at the top, and by removing the lid, the check valve can be attached / detached from the inspection port and the inside of the joint member can be cleaned. It will be possible.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2007-2245229

Since the above-mentioned joint member opens and closes the valve body using gravity, the vertical direction of the check valve cannot be changed, and depending on the construction environment, the check valve may be attached / detached or cleaned from the inspection port. Was sometimes difficult. For example, when the joint member is connected to a continuous drainage pipe from the air conditioner, the joint member is arranged behind the ceiling. At this time, the operator removes the inspection lid formed on the ceiling and inspects the joint member from below, but removes the lid located on the upper part of the joint member from below, and attaches / detaches and cleans the check valve. Was difficult to do. Further, when the joint member is connected to a continuous drainage pipe from the freezer / refrigerator, equipment such as a freezer / refrigerator may be arranged above the inspection port, and a lid arranged above the joint member. It was difficult to remove the part. However, if the direction of the inspection port is changed so that the lid portion can be easily removed, there is a problem that the check valve cannot fulfill its function.
Further, the joint member having the check valve may be connected to the vertical pull pipe, but the joint member described in Patent Document 1 can be connected only to the horizontal pull pipe and is connected to the vertical pull pipe. Can not do it. Therefore, when the joint member is connected to the vertical pull pipe, a joint member for the vertical pull pipe is separately required, and a joint member that can be connected to both the horizontal pull pipe and the vertical pull pipe is desired. Was there.

The present invention has been invented in view of the above problems, and it is possible to easily attach / detach and clean the check valve from the inspection port, and it is possible to connect to both the horizontal pulling pipe and the vertical pulling pipe. It consists of an adapter 30 to be arranged and a check valve 50 attached to the adapter 30. Further, the joint member 1 is connected to a cylindrical horizontal pulling pipe extending in a substantially horizontal direction on the upstream side and the downstream side thereof. In FIG. 1, the horizontal pulling pipe connected to the upstream side and the downstream side is shown by a two-dot chain line.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the joint body 10 is a tubular casing made of a translucent hard resin, and has a cylindrical shape to which a horizontal pulling pipe is connected at its upstream end and downstream end. It has an inlet 11 and an outlet 12. A storage chamber 13 for accommodating an adapter 30 and a check valve 50, which will be described later, is formed inside the joint main body 10, and an inspection port 14 is opened on the wall surface of the storage chamber 13.
The inflow port 11 and the outflow port 12 have a cylindrical shape in which the central axis C matches, and have an inner diameter that is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the horizontal pulling pipe connected by adhesion.
The inspection port 14 is a circular opening formed on the wall surface of the joint main body 10, and a convex portion 15 is formed inward on the inner circumference thereof. The convex portion 15 is a protrusion that engages with the lid portion 20, which will be described later, and is formed at four points at equal intervals. Further, when the lid 20 and the adapter 30 are inserted into the inspection port 14, the packing 40 attached to the adapter 30 extends over the entire inner circumference of the inspection port 14 below the convex portion 15 (on the storage chamber 13 side). They are in contact with each other and are watertightly closed with the lid 20 attached.
The storage chamber 13 is between the inflow port 11 and the outflow port 12, and is directly below the inspection port 14 when the inspection port 14 is arranged facing upward as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. It is formed in the position. Further, the storage chamber 13 has a contact surface 16 and a guide portion 17 inside.
The contact surface 16 is an upstream end portion of the storage chamber 13, is formed at a boundary with the inflow port 11, is inclined with respect to the insertion direction of the lid portion 20 and the adapter 30, and is as shown in FIG. , It is in contact with the adapter 30 via the packing 41. The contact surface 16 is inclined so as to go from the inflow port 11 to the outflow port 12 as it advances from the inspection port 14 to the facing wall surface (lower side in FIG. 2).
The guide portion 17 is a surface formed at a position facing the contact surface 16, and the guide portion 17 is directed from the outlet 12 to the inlet 11 as it advances from the inspection port 14 to the facing wall surface (lower side in FIG. 2). Is tilted.

The lid portion 20 is a circular closing member having an outer diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of the inspection port 14, and the convex portion 15 is formed on the outer periphery of the lid portion 20 facing the inner circumference of the inspection port 14. A groove portion 21 to be engaged is formed. The groove portion 21 is formed in a spiral shape, and when the lid portion 20 is rotated clockwise with the convex portion 15 arranged in the groove portion 21, the convex portion 15 slides in the groove portion 21 and the groove portion is formed. When the convex portion 15 is arranged at a predetermined position of 21, the lid portion 20 is fixed so as not to be removable from the inspection port 14. Further, an engaging portion 22 is provided so as to project from the storage chamber 13 side of the lid portion 20. The engaging portion 22 has a circular shape in a plan view, and has a flange portion that protrudes outward over the entire circumference at the end thereof, and is rotatably connected to the adapter 30. In the state where the lid portion 20 is attached to the joint main body 10, the grip portion 23 is exposed to the outside, and the user can manually rotate the lid portion 20 by the grip portion 23.

The adapter 30 has a claw portion 31 that engages with the engaging portion 22 of the lid portion 20, and a fixing portion 36 that fixes the check valve 50. Further, the upstream end portion has a contacted surface 34 inclined at the same angle as the contact surface 16 and a guided portion 35 that abuts on the guide portion 17 at the time of mounting. The adapter 30 has a packing 40 on the outside of the claw portion 31 and a packing 41 on the contact surface 34.
The claw portion 31 has a claw portion that protrudes inward, and in a state of being engaged with the engaging portion 22, the member is connected so that the lid portion 20 and the adapter 30 can rotate relative to each other.
The fixing portion 36 has an opening formed in the center of the storage chamber 13 by a support portion extending from the inner peripheral surface of the adapter 30 toward the central axis, and the fixed portion 52 of the check valve 50 is inserted through the opening. ing.
As will be described later, in the state where the check valve 50 is attached, the downstream end of the adapter 30 is in contact with the water stop 53 of the check valve 50, and the backflow from the downstream side and when there is no drainage. The drainage channel is blocked at the time of occurrence. Hereinafter, the portion where the adapter 30 comes into close contact with the water stop portion 53 will be described as the valve seat 37.

The check valve 50 is composed of a valve body 51 which is a T-shaped umbrella valve in cross section made of an elastic material such as rubber or silicon, and has a rod-shaped fixed portion 52 formed in the center and a downstream side of the fixed portion 52. It has an annular water stop portion 53 formed from the end portion toward the outside in the circumferential direction. As shown in FIG. 3, the water stop portion 53 has an arc shape in a cross-sectional view, and as shown in FIG. 1, the entire circumference of the water stop portion 53 is in contact with the valve seat 37, and the fixed portion 52 is fixed. Is inserted through the fixed portion 36.
In the state where the check valve 50 is attached to the fixing portion 36, the center of the check valve 50 coincides with the central axis C of the joint member 1, and the water stop portion 53 is due to the elasticity of the check valve 50 itself. Stress is evenly applied toward the valve seat 37. Therefore, the water stop portion 53 is evenly in contact with the valve seat 37 over the entire circumference by using its own elasticity as an urging means. Then, when stress is applied to the check valve 50 from the upstream side, the water stop portion 53 elastically deforms toward the downstream side to open the drainage flow path. On the other hand, when stress is applied from the downstream side such as when a backflow occurs, stress is applied to the water stop portion 53 in the direction of being pressed toward the valve seat 37, and the drainage flow path is maintained to be blocked. Further, since the fixed portion 52 has a retaining portion 521 formed by partially bulging, the check valve 50 is more than the fixing 36 when a fluid flow from the upstream or downstream side occurs. It will not come off.

The construction of the joint member 1 in the present embodiment will be described in detail below.

First, the claw portion 31 of the adapter 30 is pressed against the engaging portion 22 of the lid portion 20 to engage the lid portion 20 with the adapter 30. At this time, the claw portion 31 gets over the flange portion of the engaging portion 22, and the lid portion 20 and the adapter 30 are connected so as to be relatively rotatable.
Next, the fixed portion 52 of the check valve 50 is inserted into the fixed portion 36 of the adapter 30 and attached. At this time, the fixed portion 52 has a tapered shape toward the end portion and can be easily inserted. Further, the water stop portion 53 of the check valve 50 comes into contact with the valve seat 37 over the entire circumference.
Next, the lid portion 20 and the adapter 30 are inserted from the inspection port 14, the lid portion 20 is rotated clockwise with the convex portion 15 arranged in the groove portion 21, and the adapter 30 and the check valve 50 are inserted. Construction is completed by arranging it in the storage room 13. At this time, the tilt angle and the insertion direction of the adapter 30 are guided by the guide portion 17 formed on the joint body 10 and the guided portion 35 formed on the adapter 30. Further, since the contact surface 16 and the contact surface 34 are each inclined with respect to the insertion direction, a part of the stress applied in the insertion direction is such that the contact surface 16 and the contact surface 34 are close to each other. It is converted into stress in the direction of insertion. As a result, the contact surface 16 and the contact surface 34 are pressed against each other via the packing 41 to become a watertight state. The force converted at the time of insertion also acts in the direction of separating the contact surface 16 and the contact surface 34, but the guide portion 17 prevents the adapter 30 from separating from the contact surface 16. It is possible to reliably maintain the watertight state.
At the time of completion of the above construction, the water stop portion 53 is arranged at the lower end of the check valve 50. Further, the water stop portion 53 is arranged at the bottom of the drainage flow path at the place where the check valve 50 is arranged.

When performing maintenance on the joint member 1, the lid portion 20, the adapter 30, and the check valve 50 can be taken out from the inspection port 14 by rotating the lid portion 20 counterclockwise.

The operation of the joint member 1 in the present embodiment will be described in detail below.

First, when there is no drainage from the upstream side of the joint member 1 and no backflow of fluid or the like is generated from the downstream side, the check valve 50 has its own elasticity and the water stop portion 53 hits the valve seat 37. I'm in contact. As a result, the drainage flow path inside the joint member 1 is blocked by the water stop portion 53, and exhibits a backflow prevention function that can prevent backflow of odors, drainage, pests, etc. from the downstream side.
When drainage flows into the joint member 1 from the upstream side due to the use of equipment or the like, the drainage comes into contact with the water stop portion 53 of the check valve 50 from the upstream side, and the water pressure is as shown in FIG. 4 (a). By separating the water stop portion 53 from the valve seat 37, the drainage flow path in the joint member 1 is opened, and the drainage is discharged to the downstream side. When the inflow of drainage from the upstream side is completed, the check valve 50 is restored by its own elastic force, and the water stop portion 53 again abuts on the valve seat 37 over the entire circumference and closes the drainage flow path. At this time, since the water stop portion 53 is arranged at the lower end of the check valve 50 and the water stop portion 53 is arranged at the bottom of the drainage flow path, the water remaining upstream of the check valve 50 at the end of drainage. Can be prevented.
On the other hand, when a backflow of a fluid or the like occurs from the downstream side of the joint member 1, the backflowed fluid comes into contact with the water stop portion 53 of the check valve 50 from the downstream side. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4B, the fluid or the like that comes into contact with the water from the downstream side applies stress so as to press the water stop portion 53 toward the valve seat 37, so that the drainage flow path is maintained to be blocked. Ru.

(図示省略) According to the present invention according to the first embodiment, the water stop portion 53, the valve seat 37, and the water stop portion 53 of the check valve 50 are circular in the axial direction, and the center thereof is aligned with the central axis C of the joint member 1. Therefore, even if the joint member 1 is rotated 360 degrees with respect to the central axis of the horizontal pulling pipe in an arbitrary direction, the water stop portion 53 is formed at the lower end of the check valve 50. Therefore, the joint member 1 can be connected to the horizontal pulling pipe after being rotated 360 degrees with respect to the central axis of the horizontal pulling pipe. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, even when the inspection port 14 faces downward, it is possible to prevent water residue from being generated on the upstream side of the check valve 50. Even if the inspection port 14 is directed to the side, it is possible to prevent water from remaining on the upstream side of the check valve 50. (Not shown)

When the joint member 1 of the present invention according to the first embodiment is attached to a horizontal pulling pipe continuous from the air conditioner 100, the joint member 1 is attached so that the inspection port 14 faces downward as shown in FIG. This facilitates maintenance. That is, when the joint member 1 is attached to the horizontal pull pipe continuous from the air conditioner 100, the operator removes the inspection lid 110 provided on the ceiling downstairs, and the joint is arranged from below to the ceiling. Perform maintenance of member 1. At this time, since the joint member 1 is attached so that the inspection port 14 faces downward, the lid portion 20 can be easily removed to clean the inside.
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, when the joint member 1 is attached to the drainage pipe continuous from the freezer / refrigerator 200, the inspection port 14 is attached so as to face sideways for maintenance from the side. Becomes easier. That is, when the joint member 1 is attached to the horizontal pulling pipe continuous from the freezer / refrigerator 200, the operator performs maintenance of the joint member 1 from below the freezer / refrigerator 200. At this time, since the joint member 1 is attached so that the inspection port 14 faces sideways, it is possible to clean the inside of the joint member 1 without interfering with the freezer / refrigerator arranged above the joint member 1. Will be.
In addition, since the joint member 1 in each of the above embodiments prevents backflow only by the check valve 50 and does not use water sealing, drainage may be applied to the user when the lid portion 20 is removed. The surrounding area will not be polluted by drainage.

Here, as shown in FIG. 8, the joint member 1 may be connected to a continuous vertical pulling pipe from the equipment. That is, the joint member 1 of the present invention can be connected to either a horizontal pulling pipe or a vertical pulling pipe. When connected to the vertical pull pipe, the check valve 50 is arranged so that the fixed portion 52 is on the upper side and the water stop portion 53 is on the lower side. When drainage flows into the joint member 1 from the upstream side due to the use of equipment in the state of being connected to the vertical pulling pipe, the drainage abuts on the water stop portion 53, and the water stop portion 53 is pressed by the water pressure and its own weight of the drainage. By separating it from the valve seat 37, the drainage flow path in the joint member 1 is opened, and the water stoppage is discharged to the downstream side. When the drainage from the upstream side is completed, the check valve 50 is restored by its own elastic force, and the water stop portion 53 again abuts on the valve seat 37 over the entire circumference and closes the drainage flow path. When a backflow of fluid or the like occurs from the downstream side, the drainage flow path is maintained to be blocked.

In addition to the above air-conditioning equipment and freezer / refrigerator, it is possible to connect to a continuous drainage pipe from a bathtub, a sink, and a washbasin. At this time, since the check valve 50 of the joint member 1 is configured to block the drainage flow path when there is no drainage, the joint member 1 of the present invention may be used as a drainage trap.

Although the joint member of the present invention is described above, the present invention is not limited to the shape of each of the above embodiments, and various design changes may be made without departing from the gist of the invention.
For example, the lid portion 20 and the adapter 30 in each embodiment may be configured as an integral member.
Further, the pipe in which the joint member 1 is arranged may be connected to other than the drainage pipe continuous from the air conditioner, the freezer / refrigerator, the bathtub, the sink, and the washbasin.
