Description

The present invention relates to a toothbrush.

In general, a toothbrush has a structure in which a hair bundle in which a plurality of hair follicles are bundled is planted in a plurality of hair transplant holes formed on a hair transplant table (hereinafter, also referred to as a head portion).

As a toothbrush, not only a good cleaning effect on a relatively smooth tooth surface but also a good cleaning effect on a complicated part between teeth is required, and various studies have been made conventionally.

For example, in the toothbrush described in Patent Document 1 below, by arranging thin and long hair bundles in the inner row of the hair bundles in the outer row, the hair bundles can be penetrated into the intricate part of the interdental portion. It has been proposed to satisfactorily clean the interdental area, which was difficult to clean.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-309819

However, with such a conventional toothbrush, no consideration is given to the good insertability of the bristles between the teeth when the toothbrush is moved in the longitudinal direction to brush the teeth, and there are still problems to be improved. ..

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object thereof is to provide a toothbrush capable of satisfactorily inserting hair between teeth when the toothbrush is moved in the longitudinal direction thereof to brush teeth. To do.

In order to solve the above problems, the toothbrush according to the present invention includes an inner hair bundle group arranged substantially in the center of the head portion and an outer hair bundle group arranged on both outer sides of the inner hair bundle group. A toothbrush, wherein the inner bristles are taller than the height of the outer bristles constituting the outer bristles and have long bristles twisted in the length direction.

According to this configuration, the inner hair bundle group arranged substantially in the center of the head portion has a long hair bundle that is taller than the height of the outer hair bundle that constitutes the outer hair bundle group, and therefore the brush is brushed in the longitudinal direction of the toothbrush. Even when cleaning is performed while moving the hair bundle, the long hair bundle can be satisfactorily inserted between the teeth, and excellent insertability can be ensured. The height of the hair bundle here means the length of the hair bundle protruding from the flocked surface. Further, since the outer hair bundle is lower than the long hair bundle, the angle at which the long hair bundle is inserted between the teeth can be stabilized, and the insertability of the hair of the long hair bundle can be improved. Furthermore, the twisting of the long hair bundle creates stiffness in the long hair bundle (the buckling strength of the long hair bundle is increased), stabilizes the above-mentioned angle, and improves the insertability between teeth. be able to. The term "long hair bundle twisted in the length direction" in the present invention means that each hair bundle constituting the hair bundle is twisted (spiral hair).

Further, in the toothbrush according to the present invention, it is preferable that the long bristles are continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction of the head portion.

For example, when the long hair bundles are sparsely arranged in the longitudinal direction of the head portion, the long hair bundles tend to fall down when the brush is moved in the longitudinal direction, and the long hair bundles between the teeth are easily collapsed. The insertability of the hair is deteriorated. On the other hand, in this preferred embodiment, since the long hair bundles are continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction of the head portion, the hair bundles support each other in the longitudinal direction even if the brush is moved in the longitudinal direction. The bundle is less likely to fall over. As a result, it is possible to improve the insertability of the long hair bundle into the interdental space. In addition, "the long hair follicles are continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction of the head portion" means that the long hair follicles are arranged in each of the hair follicles adjacent to the longitudinal direction, for example, along the longitudinal direction. This includes arranging long hair follicles in each of the hair follicles arranged in a straight line, and arranging long hair follicles in each of the hair follicles arranged in a staggered manner along the longitudinal direction.

Further, in the toothbrush according to the present invention, it is preferable that the inner hair bundle group has a short hair bundle shorter than the height of the long hair bundle.

When all the inner bristles that make up the inner bristles are made up of the same height, it is difficult for the bristles of the inner bristles to enter between the narrow teeth when brushing the teeth by moving the toothbrush in the longitudinal direction. However, in this preferred embodiment, the inner hair bundle has a hair bundle having a height difference, and the hair of a tall long hair bundle can be well inserted into the interdental space, so that the interdental hair bundle is excellent. Insertability can be obtained.

Further, in the toothbrush according to the present invention, it is preferable that the outer bristles group has a region in which the outer bristles are arranged in two rows in the lateral direction of the head portion with the inner bristles group interposed therebetween.

According to this preferred embodiment, the angle for inserting the hair of the long hair bundle between the teeth can be made more stable as compared with the case where the outer hair bundle is in a single row in the longitudinal direction, and the outer hair can be made more stable. The long bristles can be brought into contact with the teeth at a preferred angle as compared to the case where the bundles are in three rows in the longitudinal direction.

Further, in the toothbrush according to the present invention, it is preferable that the inner bristles group has a region in which the long bristles are arranged in two rows in the lateral direction of the head portion.

According to this preferred embodiment, the degree of freedom of the long hair bundle is obtained as compared with the configuration in which the long hair bundle has three or more rows, and the long hair is compared with the configuration in which the long hair bundle has one row. You can get enough stiffness in a bundle. As a result, even when the brush is moved in the longitudinal direction of the toothbrush for cleaning, it is possible to ensure excellent insertion of the hair of the long hair bundle into the space between the teeth.

Further, in the toothbrush according to the present invention, it is preferable that the maximum value of the width of the hair bundle group including the inner hair bundle group and the outer hair bundle group is larger than the height of the outer hair bundle.

According to this preferred embodiment, the width of the bristles is wide enough to allow the bristles of the long bristles to interdentate even when the brush is moved in the longitudinal direction of the toothbrush for cleaning. Excellent insertability can be ensured.

Further, in the toothbrush according to the present invention, it is preferable that the outer hair bundle group is composed of outer hair bundles having the same height.

According to this preferred embodiment, the angle of the long hair bundle when the outer hair bundle comes into contact with the tooth is more stable as compared with the configuration in which the outer hair bundle has a height difference, and the hair of the long hair bundle is used. It is possible to improve the insertability between teeth.

Further, in the toothbrush according to the present invention, the tips of the bristles constituting the long bristles are curved in different directions.

According to this preferred embodiment, since the tips of the hairs constituting the long hair bundle are curved in different directions, the plaque between the teeth is efficiently scraped off when the hairs are inserted into the teeth. It is possible to improve the cleanability between teeth.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a toothbrush capable of satisfactorily inserting hair between teeth when the toothbrush is moved in the longitudinal direction thereof to brush the teeth.

FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining the inner hairs constituting the inner hair bundles of FIGS. 2 and 3 and the outer hairs constituting the outer hair bundles.

As shown in FIG. 1, the toothbrush 1 includes a handle portion 2 and a head portion 3 provided at the front end of the handle portion 2. The handle portion 2 is a portion used by the user to grip the toothbrush 1, and is formed longer in the front-rear direction than the head portion 3. The handle portion 2 and the head portion 3 are integrally molded from, for example, polypropylene resin. The handle portion 2 and the head portion 3 may be integrally formed or may be formed separately.

As shown in FIG. 2, the head portion 3 has a flat plate shape in which the four corners of a rectangle are gently cut off in a plan view, and is curved in a tapered shape toward the tip (upper end in FIG. 2). The head portion 3 has a flocked surface 10 on the surface. A plurality of bottomed cylindrical flocked holes 12 are formed on the flocked surface 10. In each hair-planting hole 12, a hair bundle formed by bundling a plurality of hairs is planted, and these hair follicles together form a hair bundle group 4.

As shown in FIG. 2, the hair bundle group 4 includes an inner hair bundle group 4a arranged substantially in the center of the head portion 3 and an outer hair bundle group 4b arranged on both sides of the inner hair bundle group 4a.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the inner hair bundle group 4a is composed of a plurality of inner hair bundles 42, and the outer hair bundle group 4b is composed of a plurality of outer hair bundles 44.

The outer hair bundles 44 are shown by white circles in FIG. 2, and 12 outer hair bundles 44 are arranged line-symmetrically along an axis passing through the center of the head portion 3 so as to sandwich the inner hair bundle group 4a. In the example shown in FIG. 2, seven outer hair bundles 44 are arranged in the longitudinal direction along the side end of the head portion 3, and five outer hair bundles 44 are arranged in the inner row along the longitudinal direction. Details of the arrangement of the outer hair bundle 44 shown in FIG. 2 will be described later.

The inner hair bundles 42 are shown by black circles in FIG. 2, and a plurality of inner hair bundles 42 are arranged on the center side of the head portion 3 and along the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the inner hair bundles 42 are arranged in a substantially center of the head portion 3 and along the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3 in a part in one vertical row and a part in two vertical rows. Details of the arrangement of the inner hair bundle 42 shown in FIG. 2 will be described later. The arrangement and number of the inner hair bundle 42 and the outer hair bundle 44 are not limited to the example shown in FIG. 2, and can be changed as appropriate.

Subsequently, the inner hair constituting the inner hair bundle 42 and the outer hair constituting the outer hair bundle 44 will be described.

The inner hair bundle 42 has a long hair bundle and a short hair bundle. The long hair bundle is composed of a plurality of tall and tapered long hair 421 (Fig. 4) bundled together, and the short hair bundle is shorter than the long hair 421 and is tapered. It is composed of a plurality of unprocessed short hairs 422 (FIG. 4) bundled together. The height of the long hair 421 is higher than the height of the outer hair 441 (FIG. 4) constituting the outer hair bundle 44, and is preferably in the range of, for example, 10 to 17 mm. It is preferable that the long bristles 421 are tapered in order to improve the insertability between teeth. The short hair 422 constituting the short hair bundle may be tapered. Further, the diameter of the inner hair bundle 42 is preferably 1 to 2 mm from the viewpoint of appropriately obtaining the effect of insertion into the interdental space.

The outer hair bundle 44 is configured by bundling a plurality of outer hairs 441 (FIG. 4) having the same height as each other. The height of the outer hair 441 is preferably in the range of, for example, 7 to 12 mm. A part of the outer hair 441 constituting the outer hair bundle 44 (half in this embodiment) may be tapered. The "outer hair 441 of the same height" in the present embodiment is not limited to the outer hair 441 having exactly the same height, but also has substantially the same height (for example, a difference in height of about 1 mm). Case) includes outer hair 441.

The height difference between the long hair bundle in which a plurality of long hairs 421 are bundled and the outer hair bundle in which a plurality of outer hairs 441 are bundled is the difference between the teeth of the long hair 421 of the long hair bundle 42a. From the viewpoint of excellent insertion effect, it is preferably 2 to 7 mm, more preferably 3 to 6 mm.

The long hair 421 shown in FIG. 4 will be further described. As shown in FIG. 5, the long hair 421 is a spiral hair having a twist in the length direction. In the present embodiment, all the long hairs 421 constituting the long hair bundle are twisted, but most of the long hair 421 constituting the long hair bundle (for example, about 80%) is twisted. You may do so. As for the number of twists, it is preferable to have 1.5 to 4 twists per 1 cm in the length direction from the viewpoint of excellent insertion effect of the long hair bundle 42a into the interdental space of the long hair 421. It is more preferable to have 2 to 3.5 twists per cm in the length direction. The short hair 422 may also be composed of spiral hair having a twist in the length direction, similarly to the long hair 421.

From the viewpoint of cleaning effect, the cross-sectional shape of the long hair 421 is preferably a polygonal shape, and more preferably a quadrangular shape. Further, the long hair 421 preferably has a buckling strength of 350 g or more in the long hair bundle group composed of the long hair bundle from the viewpoint of improving the insertability of the hair into the interdental space. More preferably, it is 450 g or more. For the buckling strength, the tip of the long hair bundle group of the head portion 3 is brought into contact with a flat surface, and a load is applied in the vertical direction from the opposite side of the flocked surface 10 of the head portion 3, and the long hair bundle group is applied. It is a measurement of the load (g) when buckling.

As described above, half of the outer hair 441 constituting the outer hair bundle 44 shown in FIG. 4 is tapered, and half of the outer hair 441 is not tapered. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and all outer hairs 441 may be tapered, and all outer hairs 441 may not be tapered. The cross-sectional shape of the outer hair 441 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a circular shape or, for example, a polygonal shape. Further, FIG. 4 shows an example in which a long hair 421 and a short hair 422 are planted in one hair follicle hole 12, but the present invention is not limited to this example. For example, only the long hair 421 may be planted in one hair follicle hole 12, or only the short hair 422 may be planted in one hair follicle hole 12.

Further, in the present embodiment described above, the outer hair 441 constituting the outer hair bundle 44 is not a spiral hair having a twist in the length direction, but the outer hair 441 is also a spiral hair like the long hair 421. It may be composed of. In other words, the outer hair bundle 44 may also have spiral hair having a twist in the length direction. As described above, the presence or absence of spiral hair in the inner hair bundle 42 and the outer hair bundle 44, and the presence or absence of taper processing in the hairs (long hair 421, short hair 422, outer hair 441) constituting each hair bundle are determined. , The example is not limited to the example shown in FIG. 4, and can be appropriately selected.

Further, in the present embodiment described above, the height of the short hair 422 shown in FIG. 4 may be shorter than the height of the outer hair 441. In other words, the height of the long hair bundle 42a composed of the long hair 421 may be higher than the height of the outer hair bundle 44. That is, it is sufficient that the height of a part of the inner hair bundle 42 constituting the inner hair bundle group 4a is higher than the height of the outer hair bundle 44.

Returning to FIG. 2, the arrangement of the inner hair bundle 42 will be further described. In the present embodiment, the long hair bundle 42a (see FIG. 7) of the inner hair bundle 42 is continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3. In other words, of the hair follicles 12 in the inner hair follicle group 4a, the long hair follicles 42a are planted without spacing the hair follicles 12 formed along the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3. Further, in other words, a long hair follicle 42a is arranged in each hair planting hole 12 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction. As an example in which the long hair follicles 42a are continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction, for example, the long hair follicles 42a are arranged in each of the hair follicles arranged in a straight line along the longitudinal direction, or in the longitudinal direction. A long hair follicle 42a is arranged in each hair-planting hole arranged in a staggered pattern along the hair (for example, FIG. 8 (E)).

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the inner hair bundle 42 is arranged up to the tip portion of the first region 3a of the head portion 3. Further, the inner hair bundle 42 is arranged up to the base end portion of the third region 3c of the head portion 3. Specifically, two inner hair bundles 42 are arranged at the tip of the first region 3a of the head portion 3 (the front row of the head portion 3 in FIG. 2), and the tip portion of the first region 3a is arranged. There is no outer hair bundle 44 in. Further, one inner hair bundle 42 is arranged at the base end portion of the third region 3c of the head portion 3 (the rearmost row of the head portion 3 in FIG. 2).

The first region 3a of the head portion 3 is a portion including a front end portion having a curved front end, and the third region 3c of the head portion 3 is a rear end portion having a substantially inverted trapezoidal shape in a plan view. The second region 3b of the head portion 3 is a portion between them and is a substantially rectangular portion having a pair of linear left and right side ends. In the example shown in FIG. 2, in the first region 3a of the head portion 3, the inner hair bundles 42 are arranged in three horizontal rows, two, two, and one in order from the front row, and the second head portion 3 is arranged. In the region 3b, the inner hair bundles 42 are arranged in three horizontal rows, two in each row, and in the third region 3c of the head portion 3, the inner hair bundles 42 are arranged in two horizontal rows, one in each row. .. The second region 3b of the head portion 3 can also be referred to as a region having the maximum width of the head portion 3 and a region having the maximum width of the hair bundle group 4.

As described above, the inner hair bundle 42 is arranged up to the tip of the first region 3a of the head portion 3, and the outer hair bundle 44 is not present at the tip, so that the following effects are obtained. Specifically, when there is an outer hair bundle 44 at the tip, the outer hair bundle 44 first comes into contact with the tooth and the outer hair bundle 44 collapses, thereby causing a long hair bundle of the adjacent inner hair bundle 42. There is a risk that 42a will fall over. On the other hand, when the outer hair bundle 44 is not provided at the tip portion, the outer hair bundle 44 can be prevented from first contacting the teeth and the outer hair bundle 44 from collapsing. It is possible to prevent the adjacent long hair bundle 42a from falling over. As a result, it is possible to prevent the insertability of the long hair 421 of the long hair bundle 42a on the tip end side of the head portion 3 into the interdental space from being impaired.

In the example shown in FIG. 2, the inner hair bundle 42 and the outer hair bundle 44 are arranged at the base end portion of the third region 3c of the head portion 3, but the inner side of the base end portion is formed. A configuration in which only the hair bundle 42 is arranged, that is, a configuration in which the outer hair bundle 44 does not exist may be used. With this configuration, the outer hair bundle 44 at the base end of the third region 3c of the head portion 3 and the tip of the first region 3a of the head portion 3 collapses, thereby causing the length of the adjacent inner hair bundle 42. It is possible to prevent the hair bundle 42a from being knocked down. As a result, the insertability of the long hair 421 of the long hair bundle 42a into the interdental space can be further improved.

Here, in the second region 3b of the head portion 3, the inner hair bundles 42 are arranged in two vertical rows and three in each row, and the outer hair bundles 44 are vertically arranged on both sides of the inner hair bundles 42. There are 2 rows and 3 rows in each row. In other words, in the second region 3b (the region where the width of the hair bundle group 4 (the sum of the width of the inner hair bundle group 4a and the width of the outer hair bundle group 4b) is maximum), the inner hair bundle 42 is the head portion 3. There are two rows in the lateral direction, and three rows are arranged in each row. The outer bristles 44 are arranged in two rows (4 rows in total) in the lateral direction of the head portion 3 with the inner bristles 42 interposed therebetween. There are 3 arrangements in each row.

As described above, in the present embodiment, in the second region 3b of the head portion 3 (the region where the width of the hair bundle group 4 is maximum), the outer hair bundle 44 sandwiches the inner hair bundle 42 in the lateral direction of the head portion 3. Two rows are arranged in each. Therefore, the angle for inserting the long bristles 42a of the inner bristles 42 between the teeth is more stable as compared with the case where the outer bristles 44 are in one row, and as a result, in the longitudinal direction of the toothbrush. Even when the brush is moved for cleaning, the long bristles 421 can be sufficiently inserted into the teeth. In addition to the case where the outer hair bundles 44 are arranged in two rows in the lateral direction of the head portion 3 with the inner hair bundles 42 in between, for example, as shown in FIG. 8 (F) described later, the inner hair bundles 44 are arranged. By arranging one row of outer hair bundles 44 thicker than the bundle 42, the same effect as described above can be obtained.

Further, in the present embodiment, the width of the second region 3b of the head portion 3 is larger than the height of the outer hair bundle 44. In other words, the maximum width of the hair bundle group 4 is larger than the height of the outer hair bundle 44. The maximum width of the hair bundle group 4 is preferably smaller than the height of the long hair bundle 42a.

Further, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that the tips 421a of the plurality of long hairs 421 constituting the long hair bundle 42a are curved as shown in FIG. This curvature means that the tip 421a of the long bristles 421 extends in different directions.

Next, the flocked region and the flocked density will be described. FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining an inner flocking region, an outer flocking region, an inner flocking density, and an outer flocking density.

As shown in FIG. 7, the region surrounded by the annular line connecting the outer edges of the hair transplant holes 12 in which the long hair follicles 42a located on the outermost periphery of the inner hair bundle group 4a is planted is defined as the inner hair transplant region 102. The region surrounded by the annular line connecting the outer edges of the hair transplant holes 12 in which the outer hair follicles 44 located on the outermost periphery of the outer hair follicle group 4b are planted is defined as the outer hair transplant region 104. In this case, the area of the outer flocked region 104 is preferably 1.5 to 3 times the area of the inner flocked region 102.

Further, the value obtained by dividing the total number of hairs constituting the inner hair bundle group 4a by the area of the inner hair transplantation region 102 is defined as the inner hair transplantation density, and the total number of hairs constituting the outer hair bundle group 4b is the outer hair transplantation. The value divided by the area of the region 104 is defined as the outer flocking density. When defined in this way, the inner flocking density is preferably in the range of 5 to 15 hairs / mm 2 because the effect of inserting the long hair bundle 42a into the interdental space of the long hair 421 is excellent. It is more preferably in the range of 5 to 10 hairs / mm 2 , further preferably in the range of 7 to 10 hairs / mm 2 , and the outer flocking density is in the range of 10 to 20 hairs / mm 2 . Is preferable, and 14 to 18 lines / mm 2 is more preferable. Further, the outer flocking density is higher than the inner flocking density because the angle at which the long hair bundle 42a is inserted between the teeth can be stabilized and the effect of inserting the long bristles 421 into the teeth is excellent. Is preferable.

The configuration of the toothbrush 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has been described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and can be appropriately modified as long as it has the features of the present invention. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, it is possible to appropriately change the shape of the head portion, the arrangement and number of inner hair bundles, the arrangement and number of outer hair bundles, and the like. In the modification shown in FIG. 8 described below, the same reference numerals are used for the same parts as those shown in FIG. 1, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

In the modified example shown in FIG. 8 (A), the region 3Ab of the head portion 3A (the region where the width of the head portion 3A is the maximum (the region where the width of the hair bundle group is the maximum)) as compared with the configuration shown in FIG. The difference is that the number of hair bundles in the above is increased. Specifically, in the region 3Ab of the head portion 3A shown in FIG. 8A, the inner hair bundles 42 are arranged in two rows vertically and five rows are arranged continuously in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3A. ing. Further, in the region 3Ab, the outer hair bundles 44 are arranged in two rows in the lateral direction of the head portion 3A with the inner hair bundles 42 in between (total vertical four rows are arranged), and five hair bundles are arranged in each row.

The modified example shown in FIG. 8B differs from the configuration shown in FIG. 1 in that the number of inner hair bundles 42 planted in the head portion 3B is increased. Specifically, in the second region 3Bb of the head portion 3B shown in FIG. 8B (the region where the width of the head portion 3B is the maximum (the region where the width of the hair bundle group is the maximum)), the inner hair bundle 42 is the head. The portions 3B are continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction, and five pieces are arranged in each row in four vertical rows. Further, in the second region 3Bb of the head portion 3B, the outer bristles 44 are arranged in one row in the lateral direction of the head portion 3B (two rows in total) with the inner bristles 42 interposed therebetween, five in each row. The number of inner hair bundles 42 in the first region 3Ba of the head portion 3B and the number of inner hair bundles 42 in the third region 3Bc of the head portion 3B are also increased as compared with the configuration shown in FIG. There is.

In the modified example shown in FIG. 8C, the inner hair bundle 42 arranged on the center side of the head portion 3C is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3C, but is continuous in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3C. It is different from the configuration shown in FIG. 1 in that it is not arranged. In other words, in the example shown in FIG. 8C, the inner hair bundles 42 are sparsely arranged in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3C. Specifically, in the region 3Cb of the head portion 3C (the region where the width of the head portion 3C is the maximum (the region where the width of the hair bundle group is the maximum)), the inner hair bundle 42 and the outer hair bundle 44 are the longitudinal lengths of the head portion 3C. The rows arranged alternately in the direction are arranged vertically in two rows.

The modified example shown in FIG. 8D differs from the configuration shown in FIG. 1 in that the number of hair bundles planted in the head portion 3D is reduced. Specifically, in FIG. 8D, the inner hair bundles 42 are continuously arranged in a vertical row in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3A. The outer hair bundles 44 are arranged in one row on each side of the inner hair bundles 42 (two rows in total).

The modified example shown in FIG. 8E is different from the configuration shown in FIG. 1 in that the arrangement and number of hair bundles planted in the head portion 3E are changed. Specifically, the inner hair bundles 42 arranged on the center side of the head portion 3E are arranged in a staggered pattern, and the outer hair bundles 44 arranged on the outside of the head portion 3E are also arranged in a staggered pattern.

The modified examples shown in FIGS. 8 (F) and 8 (G) differ from the configuration shown in FIG. 1 in that the size of the pores formed in the head portion is changed. Specifically, in FIG. 8F, the hair follicle hole 12F formed on the outside of the head portion 3F is formed to be larger than the hair follicle hole 12 formed on the center side of the head portion 3F. Since the outer hair follicle 44 is planted in the enlarged hair follicle hole 12F, the thickness of the outer hair follicle 44 is larger than the thickness of the inner hair follicle 42. On the other hand, in FIG. 8G, the hair follicle hole 12G formed on the center side of the head portion 3G is formed to be larger than the size of the hair follicle hole 12 formed on the outside of the head portion 3G. Since the inner hair follicle 42 is planted in the enlarged hair follicle hole 12G, the thickness of the inner hair follicle 42 is larger than the thickness of the outer hair follicle 44.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to specific examples. However, the present invention is not limited to these specific examples. Each element provided in each of the above-mentioned specific examples, its arrangement, material, condition, shape, size, and the like are not limited to those exemplified, and can be appropriately changed.
