Description
The present invention relates to a tubular body fixative for fixing a tubular body such as a tube, a catheter, a cannula, a drain, a cord, etc. to a body surface.
In the medical field, tubular bodies are placed inside or outside the body for the purpose of drug administration, nutritional management, body fluid drainage, monitoring, and the like. This type of tubular body may be indwelled for hours or days, depending on the intended treatment. At this time, it is necessary to securely fix the tubular body in a predetermined position on the body surface so that the tubular body does not fall off from the patient or is excessively inserted into the inside.
Many of the tubular bodies have a substantially circular cross-sectional shape, and it is said that fixing stability is poor only by fixing the tubular body on the skin so as to cross over the skin using ordinary medical tape or the like. There was a problem. Therefore, various fixtures devised for fixing the tubular body to the body surface have been developed conventionally.
For example,
Further, in
Further, Patent Document 3 includes a skin fixing portion for fixing to the skin and a medical material fixing portion for fixing the medical material on one sheet-like base material, and by providing different adhesive layers in each fixing portion. The structure is simple, it does not rub against the skin, it can be easily peeled off from the medical material when adjusting the position of the medical material to be fixed or when it is replaced, it is easy to operate, it does not feel strange even if it is worn, and it is more economical. Discloses techniques for excellent medical adhesive tapes.
Since the site to which the tubular body is fixed differs depending on the intended treatment and the condition of the patient, it may be necessary to fix the tubular body to an uneven site. As mentioned above, many techniques for fixing the tubular body to the body surface have been developed, but depending on the part to be fixed, the patient may be wrinkled or wrinkled when the tape is wrapped around the tubular body. The tubular body may be pulled or misaligned due to the movement of. In addition, there may be differences in the fixing method depending on the knowledge and experience of the medical staff to be fixed, and it is required to fix with a unified procedure.
Therefore, it is a main object of the present invention to provide a tubular body fixative that can be easily wound around a tubular body and can be stably fixed.
As a result of diligent research on the tubular fixture in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor of the present application has found that the form of the portion wrapped around the tubular body and the function and form of the other portions are important. The present invention has been completed.

The sheet-like substrate and / or the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A described above has an antioxidant, an antistatic agent, an inorganic filler, a lubricant, a pigment, a dye, an antibacterial agent, and a physiological activity to the extent that the effect of the present technology is not impaired. It is also possible to add and process substances and the like.
Hereinafter, a specific configuration of the
(1)
The
The area of the
Further, in the relationship between the tubular
(2) Tubular
The tubular
FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram showing a method of winding and fixing a tubular body with a tubular
The form of the tubular
The length of the tubular
The free end side of the tubular
Regarding the relationship between the tubular
The form of the first cutout portion C1 is, for example, a semicircular shape, a semi-elliptical shape, a triangle (see the seventh embodiment of FIG. 8), a square, a rectangle (see the eighth embodiment of FIG. 9), or the like. Although it can be formed into a shape or the like, it is preferable to form the tubular body in a shape having a contour formed by a curved line such as a semicircular shape or a semi-elliptical shape from the viewpoint of easy alignment with the outer wall surface.
The position of the first notch C1 in the tubular
The connecting portion between the
The form of the second cutout portion C2 can be, for example, a semicircular shape, a semi-elliptical shape, a polygonal shape such as a triangle, a square, or a rectangle, but it is easy to fit the tubular body along the outer wall surface. From the viewpoint, it is preferable to form the contour in a curved shape such as a semicircular shape or a semicircular shape.
(3) Tubular body
The tubular body
FIG. 11 is a conceptual diagram showing a method of adjusting the angle of the tubular body by the tubular body
In this technique, the position and angle of the tubular body can be adjusted, so that the tubular body can be fixed at a position and angle that minimizes the burden on the patient. For example, when the tubular body is a nasal catheter, the catheter can be maintained at a position where it does not touch the nostrils or ala of nose, so that the risk of ulcer development can be reduced.
Further, since the tubular body

In each figure, the shapes of the tubular
Regarding the relationship between the tubular
The connecting portion between the
The tubular body
Further, as in the tubular
On the contrary, since the tubular body
When the tubular body
When the tubular body
