Description
Claims (13)
- 開口を有するドレープであって、前記開口以外の前記ドレープを通る液体および空気の移動を妨げる可撓性材料から作られる前記ドレープ、前記ドレープによってカバーされるウィッキング要素、及び前記ウィッキング要素を囲み皮膚に固着されると前記ドレープと協働するシーリング材であって、該ドレープによってカバーされ前記シーリング材によって囲まれる密閉空間を、該密閉空間の空気が前記開口以外から前記密閉空間を出るのを妨げられるように画定する前記シーリング材を具える創傷カバー組立体と、
空気中のガスと反応して該ガスを消費するように構成された反応器と、
該反応器を覆う密封層であって、該記密封層が除去されるまで、又は該密封層に孔があく、すなわち、該密封層が切断されるまで、前記反応器が周囲にさらされるのを防ぐ前記密封層と、
中に前記反応器が配置されているチェインバを画定する容器と、
該容器を前記創傷カバー組立体と機械的に接続するコネクタを具え、
前記チェインバが、前記ガスが前記密閉空間から消費される間、予め定められたチェインバ容積を維持するように構成されており、
前記チェインバが、前記コネクタを介して前記密閉空間と流体連通関係にある、
負圧装置。 - 前記容器が前記ドレープからオフセットされて配置されている、請求項1の負圧装置。
- 前記容器が、前記密封層に孔をあけ、前記反応器が周囲にさらされるのを防ぐように構成されている、請求項1の負圧装置。
- 前記容器が、圧迫されて、前記密封層に孔をあけるように構成されている、請求項3の負圧装置。
- 前記容器が蓋及びベースを具え、前記反応器が前記ベースに対して前記蓋を回転させることによって起動させられる、請求項1の負圧装置。
- 前記容器が蓋及びベースを具え、前記ベースに対して前記蓋を枢動させて前記反応器を露出させる、請求項1の負圧装置。
- アクチュエータを更に具え、前記容器に対して前記アクチュエータを移動させて前記反応器を起動させる、請求項1の負圧装置。
- 前記容器に対して前記アクチュエータを摺動させて前記反応器を起動させる、請求項7の負圧装置。
- 前記容器に対して前記アクチュエータを移動させて前記密封層を切断する、請求項7の負圧装置。
- 前記容器が剛性容器である、請求項1の負圧装置。
- 前記密閉空間が、前記ウィッキング要素によって占められる固体体積部分、及び前記反応器が前記ガスを消費する前の前記密閉空間に閉じ込められた空気によって占められる初期の空気体積部分を具え、前記予め定められたチェインバ容積が、前記初期の空気体積部分より少なくとも6倍大きい、請求項1の負圧装置。
- 前記開口を覆う取外し可能な層または部分を更に有し、該取外し可能な層または部分は、前記取外し可能な層または部分、及び前記開口以外の前記ドレープを通る空気および液体の移動を妨げるように構成され、該取外し可能な層または部分が取除かれた後、前記開口を周囲にさらす、請求項1の負圧装置。
- 前記反応器が、酸素を消費するように構成された、請求項1の負圧装置。
