前記ハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)が被圧縮構造およびニアネット形状を有する、ハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
[実施態様2]
前記コーティングペースト(102)は、重量で約35%から約95%の量の前記第1の材料と、重量で約5%から約65%の量の前記第2の材料と、を有する、実施態様1に記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
[実施態様3]
約40%から約90%の、前記コーティングペースト(102)に対する前記複数の細長い金属コア(101)の断面比を有する、実施態様1に記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
[実施態様4]
前記ハイブリッドプリフォーム部品は、円形、楕円形、長円形、三角形、丸み付き三角形、正方形、丸み付き正方形、長方形、丸み付き長方形、五角形、丸み付き五角形、六角形、丸み付き六角形、およびそれらの組合せ、からなる群から選択された断面ジオメトリを有する、実施態様1に記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
[実施態様5]
前記複数の細長い金属コアは、超合金、ニッケル基超合金、コバルト基超合金、鉄基超合金、難溶接性(HTW)合金、耐熱合金、GTD111、GTD444、HAYNES188、INCONEL738、MAR-M-247、Rene108、Rene142、Rene195、ReneN2、およびそれらの組合せ、からなる群から選択される、実施態様1に記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
[実施態様6]
前記複数の細長い金属コア(101)は、同一の直径を有する、実施態様1に記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
[実施態様7]
前記複数の細長い金属コア(101)は、異なる直径を有する、実施態様1に記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
[実施態様8]
前記複数の細長い金属コア(101)は、相互接合される、実施態様1に記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
[実施態様9]
前記複数の細長い金属コア(101)は、相互接合されない、実施態様1に記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。

部品(100)を処置するための方法(200)であって、
コーティングペースト(102)を作製するために、第1の融点を有する第1の材料と、第2の融点を有する第2の材料と、バインダと、を混合することであって、前記第1の融点が前記第2の融点より高い、混合することと、
複数のコアを組み立てることと、
コーティングされたロッド組立体を形成するために、前記コーティングペースト(102)を用いて、前記複数のコアをコーティングすることと、
前記コーティングペースト(102)を前記複数のコアに対して包んで、ニアネット形状を有するプリフォーム部品(100)を形成するために、前記コーティングされたロッド組立体を圧縮することと、
事前焼結したプリフォームを形成するために、前記プリフォーム部品(100)を焼結することと、を含む方法(200)。

前記プリフォーム部品(100)は、円形、楕円形、長円形、三角形、丸み付き三角形、正方形、丸み付き正方形、長方形、丸み付き長方形、五角形、丸み付き五角形、六角形、丸み付き六角形、およびそれらの組合せ、からなる群から選択された断面ジオメトリを有する、実施態様10に記載の方法(200)。

前記事前焼結したプリフォームを所要の長さおよびジオメトリまで機械加工することをさらに含む、実施態様10に記載の方法(200)。

- 複数の細長い金属コア(101)と、
前記複数の細長い金属コア(101)を包むコーティングペースト(102)であって、前記コーティングペースト(102)が、第1の融点を有する第1の材料と、第2の融点を有する第2の材料と、バインダと、を有し、前記第1の融点が前記第2の融点より高い、コーティングペースト(102)と、を含み、
被圧縮構造およびニアネット形状を有し、
部品(100)にろう付けするための事前焼結したプリフォームである、ハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。 - 前記コーティングペースト(102)は、重量で35%から95%の量の前記第1の材料と、重量で5%から65%の量の前記第2の材料と、を有する、請求項1記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
- 40%から90%の、前記コーティングペースト(102)に対する前記複数の細長い金属コア(101)の断面比を有する、請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
- 前記複数の細長い金属コア(101)は、同一の直径を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
- 前記複数の細長い金属コア(101)は、異なる直径を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
- 前記複数の細長い金属コア(101)は、前記コーティングペースト(102)と独立して相互接合される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
- 前記複数の細長い金属コア(101)は、前記コーティングペースト(102)と独立して相互接合されない、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のハイブリッドプリフォーム部品(100)。
- 部品(100)を処置するための方法(200)であって、
コーティングペースト(102)を作製するために、第1の融点を有する第1の材料と、第2の融点を有する第2の材料と、バインダと、を混合することであって、前記第1の融点が前記第2の融点より高い、混合することと、
複数のコアを組み立てることと、
コーティングされたロッド組立体を形成するために、前記コーティングペースト(102)を用いて、前記複数のコアをコーティングすることと、
前記コーティングペースト(102)を前記複数のコアに対して包んで、ニアネット形状を有するプリフォーム部品(100)を形成するために、前記コーティングされたロッド組立体を圧縮することと、
事前焼結したプリフォームを形成するために、前記プリフォーム部品(100)を焼結することと、
前記事前焼結したプリフォームを前記部品(100)にろう付けすること、
を含む方法(200)。 - 前記事前焼結したプリフォームを所要の長さおよびジオメトリまで機械加工することをさらに含む、請求項8記載の方法(200)。
- 前記複数のコアは、同一の直径を有する、請求項8または9に記載の方法(200)。
