Description

The present invention relates to a double bearing reel for fishing.

Some of the bearing reels include a housing member for forming an accommodation space for accommodating internal parts, and a cover that is fastened to the housing member by a fastener and covers the accommodation space. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a double-bearing reel in which a side plate 10 is used as a housing member and a first side cover 13 is used as a cover. In both bearing reels, a step portion is provided on the entire circumference of the first side cover 13, and the first side cover 13 is positioned by fitting the step portion into the side plate 10.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-4729

In the double bearing reel described in Patent Document 1, the stepped portion (positioning portion) used for positioning the first side cover 13 is large over the entire circumference of the first side cover 13. If the stepped portion (positioning portion) is large, for example, the accommodating space for accommodating the internal parts is reduced by that amount, so that the degree of freedom in the size and arrangement of the internal parts is reduced. Further, for example, when a component such as wiring whose position is not completely fixed is adopted as the internal component, the component is subjected to the step portion when the first side cover 13 is positioned (when the first side cover 13 is attached). The stepped portion and the side plate 10 sandwich the component.

An object of the present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a double bearing reel having a small positioning portion used when positioning a cover.

The connecting portion 170 includes a display device 171, a power / reset button 172, and a control board 173 (FIG. 5, not shown in FIGS. 1 to 4). The display device 171, the power / reset button 172, and the control board 173 together with the sensor board 166 included in the second main body 160 constitutes a water depth counter (hereinafter referred to as a water depth counter C).

The electrical configuration of the water depth counter C is shown in FIG. The water depth counter C is operated by the button type battery 200 housed in the battery case 165. The display device 171 is a liquid crystal display device or the like, and displays the current water depth (length of the drawn fishing line) of the fishing tackle under the control of the control board 173. The power / reset button 172 is used to start (power on), end (power off), and reset the display of the water depth of the device. The control board 173 is mounted inside the connecting portion 170. The control board 173 includes a processor such as a microcomputer, and the processor controls the display device 171 and the like.

The control board 173 (processor) specifies the length of the fishing line unwound from the spool 140 or wound around the spool 140 based on the electric signal from the sensor board 166, and the display device is based on the specified length. Increase or decrease the current water depth of the device displayed in 171. When the push-down operation is performed, the power / reset button 172 supplies an operation signal indicating that the push-down operation has been performed to the control board 173. The control board 173 starts (starts displaying the water depth: power on), shuts down (ends displaying the water depth: power off), and displays the current water depth of the mechanism displayed on the display device 171 based on the operation signal. Is reset (reset of water depth display) (for example, when a short press is performed, the power is turned on or off, and when a long press is performed, the water depth is reset).

Here, the details of the housing member 161 and the cover 162 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. In the following description, the cover 162 side (left side when viewed from the user holding the fishing rod with both bearing reels 100 attached) is referred to as "upper", and the handle side (right side when viewed from the above user) is referred to as "lower". (See also Figure 2). Further, the central axis of the housing member 161 and the central axis of the cover 162 (both coincide with each other) are referred to as the central axis D (see also FIG. 2). These definitions are used elsewhere as appropriate (the vertical direction does not have to be the actual vertical direction).

The housing member 161 has a cylindrical cylindrical portion 161A, three projecting portions 161B projecting inward (in the direction of the central axis D) from the inner wall of the cylindrical portion 161A , and three screwing portions of the three bolts B1, respectively. It is provided with a screw hole 161C. The cylindrical portion 161A and the three protruding portions 161B are integrally formed.

The three protrusions 161B are arranged at positions separated from each other. Here, the three protrusions 161B are arranged at intervals of 120 degrees about the central axis D. The upper surface of each protrusion 161B and a part of the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 161A (the surface following the upper surface of the protrusion 161B) are formed flush with each other, and the upper surface M1 of the housing member 161 composed of these surfaces is formed flush with each other. Is formed as a flat surface without steps. Each protruding portion 161B has a tip surface 161BA formed of a curved surface recessed toward the outside of the cylindrical portion 161A (direction opposite to the direction of the central axis D) at the tip in the protruding direction. Each tip surface 161BA faces inward (direction of the central axis D).

The three screw holes 161C are provided on the upper surface M1 of the housing member 161. Each screw hole 161C is located in the vicinity of each tip surface 161BA. The screw hole 161C and the tip surface 161BA located in the vicinity thereof are arranged along the radial direction of the cylindrical portion 161A. The screw hole 161C is located outside the tip surface 161BA (on the outer peripheral surface side of the cylindrical portion 161A). Although each screw hole 161C is located in each protrusion 161B, the screw hole 161C may be located across the protrusion 161B and the cylindrical portion 161A. That is, at least a part of the screw hole 161C may be provided in the protruding portion 161B. With such a configuration, it is not necessary to secure the thickness of the cylindrical portion 161A (the length between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface) for the screw hole 161C, and the thickness can be reduced.

The cover 162 is attached to the housing member 161 from above. The cover 162 has a circular and dome-shaped dome portion 162A when viewed from above, three protrusions 162B protruding inward (in the direction of the central axis D) from the inner wall of the dome portion 162A, and three bolts. It is provided with a through hole 162C through which each of B1 passes. The dome portion 162A and the three protruding portions 162B are integrally formed.

The three protrusions 162B correspond one-to-one with the three protrusions 161B of the housing member 161. Therefore, the three protrusions 162B are also located at positions separated from each other, and here, they are arranged at intervals of 120 degrees around the central axis D.

The three protrusions 162B each project inwardly (in the direction of the central axis D) from the inner wall of the dome portion 162A, and protrude in the vertical direction (here, downward) from the protrusion main body 162BA. It is provided with a claw-shaped protrusion 162BB. The lower surface of the protruding portion main body 162BA (the surface without the claw-shaped protrusion 162BB) and a part of the lower surface of the dome portion 162A (the surface following the lower surface of the protruding portion main body 162BA) are formed flush with each other. The lower surface M2 of the cover 162 is formed as a flat surface without a step. The lower surface M2 is combined with the upper surface M1 of the housing member 161. The claw-shaped protrusion 162BB is formed in a shape (also referred to as a substantially semi-cylindrical column) in which a cylinder is cut along the axial direction, and has a curved surface 162BBA as a surface (side surface) formed by the cutting. The curved surface 162BBA is a curved surface and bulges outward toward the outside of the dome portion 162A (in the outer peripheral direction of the dome portion 162A).

Since the claw-shaped protrusion 162BB protrudes downward from the lower surface M2 of the cover 162 that matches the upper surface M1 of the housing member 161, when the cover 162 is attached to the housing member 161 at the correct position, each claw-shaped protrusion 162BB is cylindrical. It enters the portion 161A (internal space S1). Then, each curved surface 162BBA and each tip surface 161BA are in one-to-one contact. Here, the curved surface 162BBA and the tip surface 161BA (curvature) of the protruding portion 161B correspond to each other and have the same shape (curvature, etc.). Therefore, when the cover 162 is attached to the housing member 161 at the correct position, the curved surface 162BBA and the tip surface 161BA are combined one-to-one with the curved surface 162BBA (claw-shaped protrusion 162BB) and the tip surface 161BA (protruding portion 161B). ) And one. Therefore, in this embodiment, the claw-shaped protrusion 162BB and the protrusion 161B position the cover 162 when the cover 162 is attached to the housing member 161.

貫通孔162Cは、突出部162B(特に突出部本体162BA)の位置に設けられてもよい。 The three through holes 162C are provided on the lower surface M2 of the cover 162. Each through hole 162C has a one-to-one correspondence with each screw hole 161C of the housing member 161. The through hole 162C and the screw hole 161C communicate with each other. The bolt B1 passes through the through hole 162C and is screwed into the screw hole 161C to tighten and fix the cover 162 to the housing member 161. Each of the three through holes 162C is located in the vicinity of each of the three claw-shaped protrusions 162BB (or protrusions 161B). The through hole 162C and the claw-shaped projection 162BB located in the vicinity thereof are arranged along the radial direction of the dome portion 162A (which can also be said to be the radial direction of the cylindrical portion 161A) when viewed from below. Each through hole 162C is located on the outer side (outer peripheral side of the dome portion 162A) of each claw-shaped projection 162BB. The through hole 162C is located so as to straddle the protrusion 162B (particularly the protrusion main body 162BA) and the dome portion 162A, respectively. The through hole 162C may be provided at the position of the protruding portion 162B (particularly, the protruding portion main body 162BA). At least a part of the through hole 162C may be provided in the protruding portion 162B (particularly, the protruding portion main body 162BA). With such a configuration, it is not necessary to secure the thickness of the dome portion 162A (the length between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface) for the through hole 162C, and the thickness can be reduced.

When the cover 162 is attached to the housing member 161, the cover 162 is placed over the opening on the upper end side of the housing member 161 from above while aligning the cover 162. At the time of alignment, the position (rotation position, etc.) of the cover 162 is adjusted so that the curved surface 162BBA of the claw-shaped protrusion 162BB that enters the housing member 161 and the tip surface 161BA of the protrusion 161B are aligned. In this way, the cover 162 is positioned by the claw-shaped protrusion 162BB and the protrusion 161B. Then, the bolt B1 is screwed into the screw hole 161C via the through hole 162C. As a result, the cover 162 is tightened and fixed to the housing member 161.

As described above, the cylindrical housing member 161 forms the internal space S1, and the dome-shaped cover 162 forms the internal space S2. The internal space S1 accommodates a sensor substrate accommodating portion 167, a blindfold plate 168, a ball bearing that supports the other end of the spool 140 (not shown), a signal line W, and the like. The battery case 165 protrudes above the housing member 161 (see FIG. 3 and the like), and is housed in the internal space S2. The housing member 161 can be said to be a member for forming the accommodation space S together with the cover 162. The cover 162 covers the sensor board accommodating portion 167, the blind plate 168, the battery case 165, and the like from above in a state of being attached to the housing member 161. That is, since the cover 162 covers the internal space S2 in a state of being attached to the housing member 161 it can be said to be a member that covers the accommodation space S including the internal space S2 from above.

(Effect of embodiment)
In this embodiment, a plurality of sets of protrusions 161B and 162B (claw-shaped protrusions 162BB) (hereinafter, each set is also referred to as a "positioning portion") used for positioning the cover 162 are located at positions separated from each other. Since they are scattered, the positioning portion is small. As a result, the accommodation space S is widened. Further, when the cover 162 is attached to the housing member 161 it is difficult for the signal line W (particularly, when the blindfold plate 168 is not provided) to cover the positioning portion, and the possibility of being pinched by the positioning portion is low.

Further, the claw-shaped protrusion 162BB (the protrusion protruding downward from the dome portion 162A) included in the cover 162 enters the inside of the cylindrical portion 161A when the cover 162 is attached to the housing member 161 and enters the inside from the cylindrical portion 161A. Since it engages with the protruding protrusion 161B, the thickness of the cylindrical portion 161A (the length between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface) is reduced, and the internal space S1 can be increased.

Further, since at least a part of the screw hole 161C is provided in the protruding portion 161B, it is not necessary to increase the thickness of the cylindrical portion 161A (the length between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface) by the screw hole 161C. , The thickness can be reduced. Further, at least a part of the through hole 162C is provided in the protruding portion 162B (particularly the protruding portion main body 162BA), so that the thickness of the dome portion 162A (the length between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface) (particularly the lower end portion) is provided. It is not necessary to increase the thickness of the through hole 162C), and the thickness can be reduced.

By aligning the curved surface 162BBA of the claw-shaped protrusion 162BB with the tip surface 161BA of the protruding portion 161B, the claw-shaped protrusion 162BB and the protruding portion 161B are engaged with each other, so that the cover 162 can be smoothly positioned.

Further, the protruding portion 161B (tip surface 161BA) and the screw hole 161C are arranged in the vicinity and along the radial direction of the housing member 161. Since they are arranged in the vicinity and along the radial direction of the cover 162 (the radial direction of the housing member 161), when the cover 162 is attached, the user can see the tip surface from the positions of the screw hole 161C and the through hole 162C. The positions of the 161BA and the curved surface 162BBA (positioning portion) can be easily grasped, and the cover 162 can be smoothly positioned.

Further, a blindfold plate 168 for blindfolding the signal line W passing through the accommodation space S (here, the internal space S1) is provided, and the cover 162 covers the accommodation space S and the blindfold plate 168 (see, for example, FIG. 3). The line W is suppressed by the blindfold plate 168, and it is possible to prevent the signal line W from being pinched by the positioning portion. Further, since the signal line W is difficult to see, the design of the inside of the second main body 160 when the cover 162 is removed is improved.

(Modification example)
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and a modified version of the above-described embodiment is also included in the scope of the present invention. For example, the present invention is also applicable to other double bearing reels such as double bearing reels that do not have a water depth counter.

The housing member 161 is provided with a protruding portion 162B (male engaging portion) (the protruding direction of the claw-shaped protrusion 162BB is naturally upside down), and the cover 162 is provided with a protruding portion 161B (female engaging portion). May be provided.

The shapes and the like of the components of the various members and the like can be changed as appropriate. For example, the claw-shaped projection 162BB may have a polygonal prism shape.
