図３は、グリーンフォーク部（２）とボールピッカー部（３）の組合せを一体成型する方法を示している。具体的には、長形の板材料の一端をグリーンフォーク形状に加工し、もう片方の一端をボールピッカー形状に加工する。この際挟持したボールが簡単に外れないように一片に滑り止め返し部（６）を設けると効果的である。一体成型する方法は、加工の手間を省き制作コストの削減ができる。
図４は、グリーンフォーク本体（１）とボールピッカー部（３）との結着方法を示している。溶接などによる完全接合と取付け取外し部（７）を設けビス止めなどによる取付け取外しが可能能な方法とがある。どちらも本発明を完成させる有効な方法である。
図５は、グリーンフォークでの使用状態を示している。ボールピッカー部（３）を片手で包み込むように持って、グリーンフォーク本体（１）を親指と人差し指で持ってフォーク部（２）を操作することができる。結果としてグリーンフォーク本体（１）を安定した状態で持つことができてボールが落下してできた陥没穴の窪みを簡単に修復することができる。
図６は、ボールピッカーでの使用状態を示している。グリーンフォーク部（１）を片手で持って、ボールピッカー部（３）の先でカップ内のボールを押し付けることで確実にボールを挟持し簡単に取り出すことができる。
その他、本発明を実施するための形態として、グリーンフォーク本体（１）部をパター等のグリップエンド部に取付け取外しが可能な状態で固定して使用すると多くのボールピッカーと同様な使用方法が可能となり身体を深く前傾に倒すことなく、ボールピッカーとして使用できる。またパターなどのグリップエンドに固定部を設けることは、本発明に係るボールピッカー付きグリーンフォークの収納場所としても有効である。
