Description

The present invention relates to an illuminated mirror in which the illumination light from the LED provided on the back surface of the mirror is emitted from the translucent portion of the mirror.

Illuminated mirrors as described above are known (Patent Documents 1 to 3). The illuminated mirrors described in Patent Documents 1 to 3 have a translucent portion in a part of the mirror so that the light (illuminated light) from the LED provided on the back surface of the mirror irradiates the front of the mirror through the transmissive portion. There is.

In all of the illuminated mirrors described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, since the LED is directly behind the translucent portion of the mirror, the LED light having straightness is emitted from the transmissive portion to the front surface of the mirror in a beam shape and becomes dazzling. Further, since the light from many LEDs is directly irradiated to form a point-like irradiation, only the LED light portion is locally brightened, and the brightness of the translucent portion tends to be uneven.

The illuminated mirror described in Patent Document 3 has the advantages that the LED is located on the side of the translucent portion, so that the glare is reduced, and the illuminated mirror can be made thinner than the case where the LED is provided directly behind the transmissive portion. There is.

Illuminated mirrors come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and weights, as well as the position and shape of the translucent part. As an example, as shown in FIG. 13, two translucent portions B are formed in parallel on the left and right sides of the mirror A, and as shown in FIG. 14A, the translucent portion B is formed near the outer periphery of the mirror A. The portion B is formed in a ring shape (square ring shape), and the translucent portion B is substantially ring-shaped (a part of the square ring shape is missing) at a portion near the outer periphery of the mirror A as shown in FIG. 14 (b). In some cases, the translucent portion B is intermittently formed in a substantially ring shape at a portion near the outer periphery of the mirror A as shown in FIG. 14 (c).

Illuminated mirrors are framed by attaching a frame to the periphery of the mirror, and the forehead is attached to a wall, washbasin, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "installation location"), or support legs are attached to the back plate of the forehead. It is used as a stand type or attached to the installation location without being framed.

In the case of an illuminated mirror having translucent portions B in parallel on both the left and right sides of the vertically rectangular mirror A as shown in FIG. 12, a side-viewing U-shaped mounting jig C is attached to the back surface of the mirror A with a mirror mat D. The mirror side E and the light source side H in which the LED light source G is attached to the square frame-shaped frame F can be separated, and the mounting jig C on the mirror side E is set inside the frame F on the light source side H. A screw I is screwed into the mounting jig C from the outside to connect the mirror side E and the light source side H.

As shown in FIG. 12, when the translucent portions B are on the left and right sides of the mirror A, even if the mounting jig C is attached to the back surface of the mirror A, the illumination light from the LED light source G is shielded by the mounting jig C. It is emitted from the translucent portion B without being emitted, and the illumination does not have uneven brightness.

However, when the translucent portion B is ring-shaped as shown in FIG. 14 (a) or substantially ring-shaped as shown in FIGS. 14 (b) and 14 (c), the illumination light from the LED light source G is those. In order to emit light from the translucent portion B, the LED light source G is arranged inside the translucent portion B in a ring shape or a substantially ring shape. In this case, if the mounting jig C is attached to the back surface of the mirror A with the mirror mat D as shown in FIG. 12, the illumination light from the LED light source G is shielded by the mounting jig C and is difficult to be emitted from the translucent portion B. Become. In order to prevent the light from being shielded by the mounting jig C, the mounting jig C may be made smaller, or the LED light source G may be placed on the back surface of the mirror surface portion J (FIGS. 14 (a) to 14 (c)) outside the translucent portion B. It is conceivable to provide it in. However, if the mounting jig C is made smaller, the size of the mirror mat becomes smaller, so if the size of the mirror A is large and heavy, the load bearing capacity of the mirror mat D is insufficient and the mirror A cannot be supported or the support is unstable. There is a problem such as becoming. If the LED light source G is provided on the back surface of the mirror surface portion J on the outside of the translucent portion B, the mirror mat D having a large size can be used, so that the above problem can be solved, but if the width of the mirror surface portion J on the outside is narrow, Since the distance between the LED light source G and the translucent portion B becomes short, there is a problem that if many LEDs are provided, the illumination light emitted from the translucent portion B has uneven brightness. If a frame is attached to the outer circumference of the mirror A and framed, the above problem does not occur, but in some cases, it may not be framed or it may not be framed. In these cases, the above problem cannot be solved. Further, K in FIG. 13 is a back plate attached to the inner surface of the frame F.

特開2008-220493号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2008-20493 実用新案登録第3167562号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3167562 特開2014-203688号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2014-203688

The subject of the present invention is whether the light-transmitting portion is a ring-shaped or substantially ring-shaped mirror (hereinafter, both are collectively referred to as "ring-shaped") or a heavy mirror, and it is easy to install the mirror. The purpose is to ensure that the lighting can be reliably mounted, and that the lighting light from the LED light source is not shielded by the mounting jig so that uneven lighting is less likely to occur.

The illuminated mirror of the present invention is an illuminated mirror in which the illumination light from the LED light source provided on the back surface of the mirror can be emitted from the translucent portion of the mirror to the front of the mirror to illuminate the front of the mirror. There is a mirror side and a light source side equipped with an LED light source, and the mirror side has a mirror with a ring-shaped translucent part (non-mirror surface part) around the mirror surface part, a stopper and a mirror side jig, and a stopper and a mirror. The side jig is fixed to the back surface of the mirror surface portion. The mirror side jig and the stopper can be adhesively fixed to the back surface of the mirror surface portion of the mirror with a mirror mat. The light source side is equipped with an LED light source, and the LED light source is attached in a ring shape inside a light source side jig to be attached to an installation location such as a wall or a washbasin, and the mirror side jig and the light source side jig are connected. This is an illuminated mirror in which the mirror side and the light source side are connected to each other, and the LED light source is the back surface of the mirror surface portion of the mirror and is arranged on the side inside of the mirror surface portion. It is desirable to connect the mirror side jig and the light source side jig so that they can be connected and separated. It is desirable that the fastener be as thin as a screw. It is desirable to provide a reflective material on the inner surface of the mirror-side jig. The ring shape in the present invention includes all ring shapes having an arbitrary shape such as a square shape, a circle shape, a heart shape, and a rhombus shape, and a substantially ring shape in which a part thereof is intermittent. Since the light source side can be attached (installed) to an installation location such as a wall or a washbasin, the light source side is the "installation side" and the light source side jig is "installed" within the scope of the following explanation and claims. Described as "side jig".

The illuminated mirror of the present invention has the following effects.
(1) Since the mirror side jig and the stopper are fixed to the back surface of the mirror surface of the mirror, even if the mirror side jig is attached to the light source side jig (installation side jig), the illumination light from the LED light source is emitted. It is evenly emitted from the entire ring-shaped translucent part of the mirror without being shielded by the mirror-side jig and the stopper, and uneven illumination is not possible.
(2) If the mirror side jig and the stopper are adhered to the back surface of the mirror surface portion with a mirror mat, a heavy mirror or a large mirror can be securely attached.
(3) If the mirror side jig and the light source side jig (installation side jig) can be connected and separated, both jigs are separated and the light source side jig (installation side jig) is placed at the installation location. Since the mirror side jig can be connected to the light source side jig (installation side jig) after mounting, it is easy to attach to the installation location.
(4) Since the LED is provided on the back surface of the mirror surface portion and inside the side of the translucent portion, the illumination light from the LED does not go straight to the transmissive portion, and the glare is reduced.
(5) If a reflective material is provided on the inner surface of the mirror-side jig, the illumination light is reflected by the reflective material and brightened, spreads over the entire inner surface of the mirror surface jig, and the illumination light emitted from the translucent portion is the LED light itself. Brighter than.

The mirror mat 11 is attached to the outer surface of the support plate 9 (the left side surface of FIGS. 3 and 4) (FIG. 5), and the mirror A is attached to the mirror mat 11. In this case, a tubular spacer 13 (FIG. 3) is inserted between the mirror-side jig 5 and the support plate 9, and the length of the spacer 13 is accommodated between the mirror-side jig 5 and the support plate 9. A space (optical passage) 14 (FIG. 6) is secured. A general-purpose mirror mat can be used for the mirror mat 11. In a general-purpose mirror mat, both sides of an elastic plate such as a resin plate or a rubber plate are adhesive surfaces.

The mirror A has a vertically elongated plate shape, and a translucent portion B is provided in a ring shape on the outer peripheral edge portion 20 side , and the outside of the translucent portion B (outer peripheral edge portion 20 side) is an outer mirror surface portion (mirror surface on which an image is reflected). ) 17, the inside is the inner mirror surface portion (mirror surface on which the image is reflected) 18. The mirror A may have an arbitrary shape such as a disk shape or a vertically long ellipse shape. The translucent portion B may be transparent, translucent, or opaque, and may or may not be colored. The position of the translucent portion, the shape and width of the translucent portion, and the like can be arbitrarily designed. The shape can be any shape or design, such as a disk shape, a vertically oblong ellipse shape, a heart shape, a star shape, a moon shape, a waveform shape, or a pattern, according to the shape of the mirror A. In some cases, it may be a company name for promotion, kanji, alphabet, hiragana, katakana, etc. (characters), numbers, etc. The translucent portion B may be a square ring as shown in FIG. 14 (b) and may have a substantially ring shape in which a part thereof is interrupted, or an intermittent circular ring shape as shown in FIG. 14 (c). May be good. The mirror A may have no outer mirror surface portion 17.

The mirror-side jig 5 is made of metal and has a vertically long frame shape having a vertically rectangular peripheral wall 30 (FIGS. 2 to 4, 6, 8, and 9), and an opening 40 is provided inside the peripheral wall 30. (FIGS. 2 to 4, FIG. 6, FIG. 8, and FIG. 9). The support plate 9 is a plate material such as an aluminum plate and a SUS plate. In the embodiment of FIG. 3, an aluminum plate is used from the viewpoint of weight reduction. A reflective material 15 (FIG. 6) is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 30 of the mirror-side jig 5 and the inner surface of the support plate 9 (FIG. 9A). The reflective material 15 has a sheet shape, a film shape, a plate shape, or the like, and in the embodiment of FIG. 6, a general-purpose surface white film, for example, a luminer manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc. (registered trademark; the same applies hereinafter) is used. , Other reflective materials can also be used. The reflective material can be coated with paint instead of sticking a sheet.

[Light source side (installation side)]
The installation side 4 (FIG. 2) is provided with a vertically rectangular frame-shaped installation side jig 6 ( FIGS. 3 and 6) , and the installation side jig 6 is a flat plate-shaped mounting portion 50 (FIGS. 3 and 6 ). ) Has an opening 21 (FIG. 3) inside, a back plate 22 (FIG. 6) inside, and a light source frame 23 is attached to the inside of the back plate 22 on the outer peripheral surface of the light source frame 23. The LED light source 3 is attached. On the outer periphery of the mounting portion 50, there is a vertically rectangular frame-shaped peripheral wall 60 (FIGS. 3 and 6). As the LED light source 3, an LED module in which a large number of LEDs are mounted on a substrate can be used. Various plate materials can be used for the back plate 22, but a general-purpose aluminum composite plate is used from the viewpoint of strength and weight reduction. The light source frame 23 is a strip-shaped metal plate, which is vertically oriented and attached to the inner surface of the back plate 22 in a ring shape.
