Description

Aspects of the present invention generally relate to washbasins with vertical walls.

In a washbasin such as a vanity where water used for hand washing or fetching water is received by a bowl provided on the counter, a structure in which a faucet device is attached to a standing wall provided close to the bowl is widely adopted.

A washbasin with a standing wall is generally installed so that its back surface abuts on the building wall. Therefore, when a washbasin having a bowl and a standing wall standing behind it is arranged so that its back surface abuts on the building wall, a water supply pipe is formed between the standing wall of the washbasin and the building wall. It will be arranged in the gap.

By the way, if the distance between the building wall and the standing wall is shortened, the bathroom vanity can be made to look neat. For that purpose, it is preferable to make the gap small. However, if the gap is made too small, it becomes difficult to route the water supply pipe in the small gap after the back surface of the bathroom vanity is installed so as to be in contact with the building wall.

However, according to the law, only those who have a predetermined qualification (qualified person for waterworks) can arrange the water supply pipes so that water can be supplied from the water pipes. In some cases, the commercial distribution of the vanity does not go through a qualified person for waterworks, so an installer who installs the vanity (unqualified person for waterworks) and an installer who arranges water supply pipes (qualified for waterworks). Person) is often different. In such a case, the installer first brings the bathroom vanity to the site, and once the bathroom vanity is brought into contact with the building wall and then fixed. At a different timing from the fixing work, the disposer removes the screws that fix the bathroom to the building wall, pulls the bathroom away from the building wall, and then arranges the water supply pipes. , The bathroom vanity must be re-fixed against the building wall.

In order to avoid the above-mentioned complicated work, the bathroom vanity that was previously installed by the installer in contact with the building wall is not moved to the through hole formed in the vertical wall from the front side. By inserting a water supply pipe, a method is conceivable in which the water supply pipe is arranged in the gap between the vertical wall and the building wall, the water supply pipe is passed under the counter, and is connected to the pipe extending from the building wall under the counter. However, in such a method, when the distance between the building wall and the standing wall is short, there is a possibility that the inserted water supply pipe interferes with the building wall and scrapes the building wall.

For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2015-54163 (hereinafter, Patent Document 1), there is known a configuration in which a rigid pipe cover member is provided on the back surface of a standing wall of a washbasin for the above problem.

On the other hand, in recent years, not only a water discharge member for discharging water toward a bowl but also a member (electric member) requiring electric power such as an automatic faucet and a lighting device is to be attached to the front side of the standing wall of the washbasin. There is movement. At that time, if the electrical wiring is passed through the inside of the piping cover member, the electrical wiring and the water supply piping may be entangled, and there is a risk of electric leakage of the electrical wiring. ..

However, when installing the electric member on the front surface of the standing wall of the wash basin, the disposer installs electrical wiring from the front surface of the wash basin between the back surface of the piping cover member provided on the back surface of the standing wall and the building wall. Pass through. At that time, if an attempt is made to adjust the position of the electrical wiring in the left-right direction starting from the piping cover member, the gap between the back surface of the piping cover member and the building wall is small, which makes it difficult to route the electrical wiring. be.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention has been made based on the recognition of such a problem, and provides a washbasin with a standing wall in which electric wiring can be easily routed from the front of the washbasin even when the electric wiring is passed through the back surface of the piping cover member. With the goal.

According to the present invention configured to achieve the above object, a standing wall is erected so that the back surface faces the building wall with a gap, and a water discharge unit and an electric unit attached to the front surface of the standing wall. In a washbasin with a standing wall, with a counter having a bowl to receive the water spouted from the spouting unit.
The standing wall is formed with a through hole connecting the front surface and the back surface of the standing wall.
The water discharge unit has a water supply pipe for supplying water, and the water supply pipe is inserted from the front side of the through hole and arranged on the back side of the standing wall.
The electric unit has an electric wiring for supplying electric power, and the electric wiring is inserted from the front side of the through hole and arranged on the back side of the standing wall.
A pipe cover member attached to the back surface side of the vertical wall so as to prevent the end portion of the water supply pipe from interfering with the building wall when the water supply pipe is inserted into the through hole is provided.
The through hole has a first through hole for water supply piping and a second through hole for electrical wiring.
In the pipe cover member, the water supply pipe inserted into the first through hole passes in front of the pipe cover member, and the electrical wiring inserted into the second through hole is the pipe cover member. The piping cover member is configured to pass laterally and / or rearward of the piping cover member in order to be flexible and to dispose the electrical wiring from the back surface side of the piping cover member to the bottom of the counter. It is characterized in that it is configured so that it can be turned from the front to the front and back by elastically deforming a part.
Further, according to the wash basin with a vertical wall, in the pipe cover member, the water supply pipe inserted in the first through hole passes in front of the pipe cover member, and the electric wiring inserted in the second through hole is inserted. Since it is configured to pass through the side and / or the rear of the pipe cover member, the water supply pipe and the electric wiring are also inserted when the water supply pipe and the electric wiring are inserted into the respective through holes formed in the vertical wall. Since the pipes pass through different regions with respect to the pipe cover member, there is no possibility that the water supply pipe and the electrical wiring interfere with each other at the time of insertion, and the construction becomes easier.

According to this wash basin with a standing wall, the pipe cover member can be rolled in the front-rear direction from the front of the wash basin. Can be connected from the front of the washbasin.
In addition, the pipe cover member covers the building wall so that the end of the water supply pipe does not damage the building wall when the water supply pipe is inserted into the through hole, and the area where the water supply pipe and the electrical wiring are different so that the electrical wiring does not leak. Can be divided so that it passes through.
Therefore, the electric wiring can be easily routed from the front of the washbasin while allowing the water supply pipe and the electric wiring to pass through different regions.

In the present invention, more preferably, the pipe cover member is configured so that the lower side can be turned forward.

According to this washbasin with a standing wall, the pipe cover member can be turned forward, so even if a small gap can be secured between the pipe cover member and the building wall, the electrical wiring is routed. Therefore, the piping cover member can be rolled up.

In the present invention, more preferably, the back surface of the pipe cover member is a recess configured so as not to come into contact with the building wall in the left-right direction when the pipe cover member is brought into contact with the building wall. There is a space.

According to this washbasin with a vertical wall, the back surface of the pipe cover member is a recessed space configured so as not to abut on the building wall in the left-right direction when the pipe cover member is brought into contact with the building wall. For example, when the installer installs the building wall and the wash basin with a vertical wall so that they are in contact with each other, the electrical wiring is sandwiched between the building wall and the back surface of the piping cover member. Can be prevented from being damaged.
Further, for example, even when the installer installs the building wall and the washbasin with a standing wall so as to be in contact with each other and there is no gap between the pipe cover member and the building wall, the electric wiring can be passed.

According to the aspect of the present invention, the pipe cover member can be rolled in the front-rear direction from the front of the wash basin. It can be connected from the front of the washbasin.

In other words, the controller 424 controls the water solenoid valve 415 and the hot water solenoid valve 416 based on the presence / absence of the object to be detected detected by the human body detection sensor 422.

In the present embodiment, the controller 424 is composed of a microprocessor, a memory, an interface circuit, a solenoid valve drive circuit, software for operating these, and the like (not shown above). Further, the controller 424 is operated by electric power supplied from an AC power source (not shown) stored in the storage space 35 via the electric wiring 424a.

As shown in FIG. 4, a rectangular metal plate 110 extending in the left-right direction is attached to the back surface of the standing wall 11 of the counter 10.
The metal plate 110 has a through hole 110a penetrating from the controller 424 housed inside the casing 41 to the front surface of the standing wall 11 through which the electric wiring 424a extending from the back surface of the standing wall 11 passes, and is housed inside the casing 41. A through hole 110b is provided which extends from the water discharge portion 418 to the back surface of the standing wall 11 and penetrates to the front surface of the standing wall 11 through which the water supply pipe 411 and the hot water supply pipe 412 pass.

Further, a pipe cover member 50 is attached to the back surface side of the standing wall 11 of the counter 10 so as to cover the water supply pipe 411 and the hot water supply pipe 412. A detailed description of the piping cover member 50 will be described later. Further, the electrical wiring 424a is not covered by the piping cover member 50 and passes through the back surface side of the piping cover member 50.

Next, the detailed structure of the pipe cover member 50 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 5.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the piping cover member 50 has locations located above and below the piping cover member 50 attached to the washbasin 1 respectively.
Specifically, a hole portion (not shown) is provided in the upper region of the pipe cover member 50, and the hole portion is fitted into an L-shaped claw portion (not shown) provided on the metal plate 110. By inserting the pipe cover member 50, the upper region is attached to the metal plate 110 (FIG. 4). Further, two holes for screws are provided in the lower region of the pipe cover member 50, and the lower region of the pipe cover member 50 is temporarily fixed to the front surface of the rear cross rail 34 by the screws 60. (Fig. 5).
When the pipe cover member 50 is fixed to the bathroom vanity 1 as described above, the pipe cover member 50 is inclined forward as it goes from the upper region to the lower region (FIG. 2).
The lower region of the pipe cover member 50 may be temporarily fixed to the front surface of the back plate 36.

Further, the piping cover member 50 is assembled by bending one polypropylene sheet along the folding line and fitting the corners of the sheet into the holes provided in the sheet, and is assembled as a cover member. It is functioning.
Therefore, injection molding and the like are not required, and the material is flexible and elastically deformed.
The pipe cover member 50 may be made of any other material as long as it has a waterproof function and is flexible.

Next, the construction process of the bathroom vanity 1 in the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 4 to 8.
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the bathroom vanity according to the embodiment of the present invention during insertion of the water discharge unit, and FIG. 7 is a rear view of the bathroom vanity according to the embodiment of the present invention after the faucet device is inserted. FIG. 8 is a rear perspective view of the pipe cover member of the bathroom vanity according to the embodiment of the present invention.

<First step>
First, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 5, the piping cover member 50 is attached to the back surface side of the standing wall 11 of the counter 10. Specifically, the hole above the pipe cover member 50 is fitted into the claw portion of the metal plate 110, and the lower portion of the pipe cover member 50 is temporarily fixed to the front surface of the rear cross rail 34 with screws.
These attachments may be attached in advance from the factory shipment of the bathroom vanity 1.

<Second step>
Next, the bathroom vanity 1 with the piping guide member 50 attached to the standing wall 11 is moved, and the back surface thereof is brought into contact with the bathroom wall W for installation.
At that time, a part of the upper region on the back side of the pipe cover member 50 comes into contact with the front surface of the washroom wall W (FIG. 2).

<Third step>
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the water supply pipe 411 and the hot water supply pipe 412 of the water discharge unit 410 are inserted into the through hole 110b by pushing through the cap nuts 411a and 412a provided at their ends. Then, the ends of the water supply pipe 411 and the hot water supply pipe 412 are pushed in the direction of the arrow I so as to reach the storage space 35.
Similarly, the electric wiring 424a extending from the casing 41 is also inserted into the through hole 110a and passed from the front side to the back side of the vertical wall 11.

When the water supply pipe 411 and the hot water supply pipe 412 are inserted into the through hole 110b by this third step, the water supply pipe 411 and the hot water supply pipe 412 pass only on the front side with respect to the pipe cover member 50.
Similarly, when the electrical wiring 424a is inserted into the through hole 110a, the electrical wiring 424a hangs downward and passes through the rear right side of the pipe cover member 50 without passing through the front side (FIG. 7).
In this step, the electric wiring 424a may pass sideways with respect to the pipe cover member 50.

<Fourth step>
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the lower part of the pipe cover member 50 is removed from the temporarily fastened screw 60, and the lower side of the pipe cover member 50 is elastically deformed in the direction of arrow II (forward) to be rolled.
Then, the electric wiring 424a located on the back side of the piping cover member 50 is passed through the storage space 35. Specifically, the electric wiring 424a hanging downward on the right side of the back surface of the pipe cover member 50 is placed on the upper surface of the rear cross rail 34 from the right side to the left side of the pipe cover member 50. It passes through the left side surface of the pipe cover member 50 and leads to the storage space 35.
After that, the lower part of the pipe cover member 50 is fixed by the screw 60.

<Fifth step>
Next, the water supply pipe 411 hanging from the storage space 35 of the cabinet 30 and the water supply pipe (not shown) extending from the washroom wall W are connected. Further, the hot water supply pipe 412 and the water heater (not shown) are connected. Similarly, the electric wiring 424a hanging from the storage space 35 of the cabinet 30 and the AC power supply 70 are connected to each other.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the electric wiring 424a located on the back surface of the piping cover member 50 is a recessed space surrounded by the upper surface of the rear cross rail 34, the back surface of the piping cover member 50, and the front surface of the washroom wall W. It will be located in S.
The recessed space S is provided over the entire area in the left-right direction of the lower region on the back surface side of the pipe cover member 50 so that the electric wiring 424a can pass through the pipe cover member 50 in the left-right direction. In other words, the lower region of the pipe cover member 50 does not abut on the washroom wall W over the entire left-right direction.

As described above, according to the bathroom vanity 1 according to the present embodiment, the pipe cover member 50 can be rolled in the front-rear direction from the front of the bathroom vanity 1, so that, for example, a pipe installer can roll the bathroom vanity. The water supply pipe 411, the hot water supply pipe 412, and the electric wiring 424a can be connected from the front of the bathroom vanity 1 without moving 1 so that the back surface can be seen.
Further, when the water supply pipe 411 and the hot water supply pipe 412 are inserted into the through hole 110b, the pipe cover member 50 covers the washroom wall W so as not to be damaged by the ends of the water supply pipe 411 and / or the hot water supply pipe 412. The water supply pipe 411 and the hot water supply pipe 412 can be divided so that the electric wiring 424a passes through a different region so that the electric wiring 424a does not leak.
Therefore, the electric wiring 424a can be easily routed from the front of the bathroom vanity 1 while allowing the water supply pipe 411 and the hot water supply pipe 412 and the electric wiring 424a to pass through different regions.

Further, in the bathroom vanity 1, since the pipe cover member 50 can be turned forward, even if a slight gap can be secured between the pipe cover member 50 and the washroom wall W, the electrical wiring is performed. The pipe cover member 50 can be rolled up to handle the 424a.

Further, in the bathroom vanity 1, the back surface of the pipe cover member 50 is configured so as not to come into contact with the washroom wall W in the left-right direction when the pipe cover member 50 is brought into contact with the washroom wall W. Since the recessed space S is provided, for example, when the installer installs the washroom wall W so that the bathroom vanity 1 comes into contact with each other, between the front surface of the washroom wall W and the back surface of the piping cover member 50. By sandwiching the electric wiring 424a, it is possible to prevent the electric wiring 424a from being damaged.
Further, for example, even when the installer installs the washroom wall W and the bathroom vanity 1 so as to be in contact with each other and there is no gap between the piping cover member 50 and the washroom wall W, the electric wiring 424a is provided. Can be passed through

Further, in the vanity 1, in the pipe cover member 50, the water supply pipe 411 and the hot water supply pipe 412 inserted into the first through hole 110b pass in front of the pipe cover member 50 and become the second through hole 110a. Since the inserted electric wiring 424a is configured to pass through the side and / or the rear of the pipe cover member 50, the water supply pipe 411, the hot water supply pipe 412, and electricity are provided in the respective through holes formed in the vertical wall 11. When inserting the wiring 424a, the water supply pipe 411, the hot water supply pipe 412, and the electric wiring 424a pass through different regions with respect to the pipe cover member 50, so that the water supply pipe 411, the hot water supply pipe 412, and the electric wiring 424a interfere with each other at the time of insertion. There is no risk of this, and construction will be easier.
