Claims (8)
- 尿のpHを検出するためのシステムであって、前記システムが、
患者の膀胱に挿入するための導尿カテーテル・チューブであって、前記導尿カテーテル・チューブが内部空洞を備えている、前記導尿カテーテル・チューブと、
前記導尿カテーテル・チューブに連通可能に結合された収集容器と、
第1のpH検出面および第1の基準電極を備えている第1の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)ベースのpH検出デバイスであって、前記第1のpH検出面および前記第1の基準電極が、前記内部空洞に露出させた表面を有し、前記第1のFETベースのpH検出デバイスが、ソース、ドレインおよびゲート誘電体の上ならびにゲートの周囲に形成された酸化層をさらに備え、前記第1のpH検出面の一部が前記酸化層に埋め込まれ、前記ゲートが、前記ゲート誘電体の表面から前記第1のpH検出面の露出させていない表面まで伸びている、前記第1のFETベースのpH検出デバイスと、
第2のpH検出面および第2の基準電極を備えている第2のFETベースのpH検出デバイスであって、前記第2のpH検出面および前記第2の基準電極が前記収集容器に露出させた表面を有し、前記第2のFETベースのpH検出デバイスが、ソース、ドレインおよびゲート誘電体の上ならびにゲートの周囲に形成された酸化層をさらに備え、前記第2のpH検出面の一部が前記酸化層に埋め込まれ、前記ゲートが、前記ゲート誘電体の表面から前記第2のpH検出面の露出させていない表面まで伸びている、前記第2のFETベースのpH検出デバイスと
を備える、システム。 - 前記第1および第2のFETベースのpH検出デバイスが信号プロセッサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1および第2のFETベースのpH検出デバイスおよび前記信号プロセッサと通信する増幅器をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1および第2のFETベースのpH検出デバイスが無線送信器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ディスプレイをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1および第2のFETベースのpH検出デバイスがpHセンサ・アレイを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のFETベースのpH検出デバイスが前記導尿カテーテル・チューブ内で統合される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- pH分析モジュールをさらに備え、前記pH分析モジュールが、
前記第1のFETベースのpH検出デバイスで測定された前記患者の新鮮尿の第1のpH信号を受信し、
前記第2のFETベースのpH検出デバイスで測定された前記患者の尿の第2のpH信号を受信し、
前記第1のpH信号を前記第2のpH信号と比較するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
