The indicator is a pointer fixed to a reference position of the rotating arm and a pointer.
A scale plate having a scale indicated by the pointer, which is fixed to the frame and displaced together with the rotating arm.
It is provided with a holding needle that is pushed by the pointer and is movably held on the scale plate, and indicates the maximum displacement of the pointer by instructing the scale at the stationary position of the moving end.
The scale plate is provided with an arcuate elongated hole along the scale.
The holding needle includes a bolt penetrating the elongated hole, an adjusting nut screwed into the bolt, and a pair of washers penetrating the bolt and facing each other with the scale plate sandwiched between the adjusting nut and the bolt head. A tension balancer for a train line, characterized in that a compression spring is provided between the adjusting nut and one of the washers, which is locked around the axis of the bolt and presses the washer against the scale plate .
