Description

The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner, and more particularly to a canister type vacuum cleaner.

As a conventional vacuum cleaner, Patent Document 1 proposes a canister-type vacuum cleaner in which a battery is detachably mounted on a battery mounting portion at the rear of a vacuum cleaner body provided with an electric blower and a dust collecting portion. There is.
In this vacuum cleaner, the battery mounting portion is a recess that opens upward and rearward, and is configured so that the battery can be slidably mounted in the battery mounting portion in the vertical direction.

Further, a lock mechanism portion for locking the battery mounted on the battery mounting portion so as to be released is provided on the upper portion of the battery mounting portion.
The lock mechanism has a locking claw that can be moved in the front-rear direction on the upper part of the back wall of the battery mounting part, a spring that urges the locking claw to the rear, and a locking claw that resists the urging force of the spring. It is equipped with a lock release button that can be pressed forward.

According to this lock mechanism portion, by mounting the battery on the battery mounting portion, the locking claw of the lock mechanism portion is locked and locked in the locking recess provided on the front surface of the battery in the mounted state.
On the other hand, by pushing the unlock button downward, the locking claw moves forward and retracts from the battery mounting part to disengage from the locking recess, so that the user presses the unlock button while pressing the left and right sides of the battery. The battery can be removed from the battery mount by grabbing and pulling it up.

In the case of the electric vacuum cleaner of Patent Document 1, when removing the battery from the battery mounting portion, the user must, for example, hold the left and right sides of the battery with the thumb, middle finger, and ring finger while pressing the unlock button with the index finger and pull it up. However, it was desired that the battery could be removed more easily.

In other words, in order to remove the battery, it is necessary to apply force to the unlock button and three separate points on the left and right sides of the battery at the same time, so especially for users with small hands and weak grip strength, hold the battery firmly. There was a problem that it was difficult to pull it up.
Further, since the lock mechanism portion is provided with a locking claw, a spring, and a locking release button, there is a problem that the number of parts increases.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner capable of easily removing a battery and reducing the number of parts.

Thus, according to the present invention, a vacuum cleaner main body having a built-in electric blower and a dust collector, and a battery mounted on the vacuum cleaner main body are provided.
The vacuum cleaner main body has a battery mounting portion for detachably mounting the battery and a lock mechanism portion for locking the battery mounted on the battery mounting portion so as to be detachable.
The battery has a locking recess on the underside and has a locking recess.
The battery mounting portion is formed in a rear opening shape so that the battery can be slid back and forth to be mounted or removed, and has an upper opening-shaped mounting recess for supporting the battery.
The lock mechanism portion includes a lock claw that is slidably attached to the mounting recess, an urging member that is housed in the mounting recess so as to urge the lock claw upward, and an urging member. Provided is an electric vacuum cleaner having an operating portion capable of pushing down the lock claw against the force.

According to the electric vacuum cleaner of the present invention, the battery can be mounted on the battery mounting portion provided at the rear of the canister type vacuum cleaner body, and the lock claw can be locked in the locking recess to lock the state. The battery can be removed from the battery mounting part by pushing down the part and removing the lock claw from the locking recess.
In particular, according to the battery mounting portion and the locking mechanism portion in the present invention, when removing the battery, the user, for example, holds down the upper and lower surfaces of the battery with the thumb and the index finger while pushing down the operation portion with the thumb (or index finger) and pulls out the battery. Because it can be done, the battery can be easily removed.

In other words, in the battery removal operation, the index finger (or thumb) is placed on the upper surface of the battery, and the thumb (or index finger) is placed on the lower surface of the battery while pushing the operation unit downward with the thumb (or index finger). Since the upper and lower surfaces of the battery can be grasped and pulled out backward, even a user with a small hand or a weak grip can easily grasp the battery and pull it out easily. At this time, the operation direction of the operation part is downward, and the direction of pulling out the battery is backward, so you can easily pull out the battery from the battery mounting part with one hand without holding it with another hand so that the vacuum cleaner body does not move. Can be done.

A battery 2 that is detachably mounted on the battery mounting portion 50 of the machine body 1 is provided.

A flexible hose having a handle and an operation portion (not shown), an extension pipe, and a suction port are connected to the vacuum cleaner body 1.
Since the vacuum cleaner of the present invention has a feature in the vacuum cleaner main body 1, the vacuum cleaner main body 1 will be mainly described below.

The housing 10 includes a lower case 11, an upper case 12, and an opening / closing lid 13.
The lower case 11 is a member constituting the bottom wall and the peripheral wall of the housing 10, and a connection port 11a connectable to a flexible hose (not shown) is provided at the front portion of the peripheral wall, and the rear portion of the peripheral wall is provided. A support convex portion 11c arranged at the position of the apex of an isosceles triangle is provided on the left and right pair of legs 11b and the pair of legs 11b, and an exhaust port is provided between the pair of legs 11b at the rear of the peripheral wall. 11d is provided. The arrangement position and number of the leg portion 11b and the support convex portion 11c are not particularly limited, and may be arranged at the apex positions of the quadrangle, for example, at two locations each. The pair of left and right wheels 21 are rotatably attached to the left and right sides of the peripheral wall of the lower case 11 around the axis in the left-right direction, and the front wheels 22 can rotate around the axis in the left-right direction on the bottom wall. Moreover, it is attached so that it can turn around the vertical axis.

Further, in the lower case 11, a countersunk portion 11e is provided between the storage space of the electric blower 30 and the dust collecting portion 40, and a grid-shaped ventilation port 11f is provided between the countersunk portion 11e and the electric blower 30. A battery support plate 50a forming a part of the battery mounting portion 50 is provided at a position diagonally above the rear of the electric blower 30, and a circuit board 70 is provided at a position below the battery support plate 50a. The battery support plate 50a has an inclined shape that rises toward the rear.

Further, a paper pack 80 represented by a two-dot chain line that takes in air including dust sent from the connection port 17 to collect the dust and allows the air to pass through is detachably attached to the dust collecting unit 40. When the paper pack 80 comes into direct contact with the ventilation port 11f, the ventilation port 11f is blocked and the suction force is reduced. Therefore, by providing the strut portion 11e, a gap is secured between the paper pack 80 and the ventilation port 11f. I am doing it.

The upper case 12 is a member that constitutes a part of the upper wall and the peripheral wall in the housing 10, and a substantially U-shaped handle 12a is provided on the front portion of the peripheral wall so as to project forward, and the front half portion of the upper wall is provided. An opening 12b of the dust collecting portion 40 covered with the opening / closing lid 13 is provided, and a battery insertion port 50b forming a part of the battery mounting portion 50 is provided upward and rearward from the rear portion of the upper wall to the rear portion of the surrounding wall. An upper opening-shaped mounting recess 12c for mounting the lock mechanism portion 60 is provided in the vicinity of the battery insertion port 50b at the rear portion of the peripheral wall. The opening / closing lid 13 is rotatably attached to the vicinity of the opening 12b on the peripheral wall of the upper case 12 around the left and right axis.

The mounting recess 12c is a recess having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, and is a pair of left and right in the vertical direction provided at the corner between the bottom surface, the front surface, the left and right side surfaces and the rear surface perpendicular to the bottom surface, and the front surface and the left and right side surfaces. The vertical groove 12c 1 of the above, a pair of left and right insertion holes 12c 2 provided at the corners between the bottom surface and the front and rear surfaces, a notch portion 12c 3 provided at the upper end of the rear surface, and a notch portion 12c 3 provided at the bottom surface. It has a positioning protrusion 12c 4 .

According to the vacuum cleaner main body 1, when the electric blower 30 is driven, air containing dust passes through the connection port 11a and into the paper pack 80 via a suction port body (not shown), an extension pipe, and a flexible hose. The inflowing dust is captured in the paper pack 80, and the air from which the dust has been removed passes through the paper pack 80, the strut portion 11e, the ventilation port 11f, and the electric blower 30, and is discharged to the outside from the exhaust port 11d. At this time, the circuit board 70 arranged in the exhaust flow path on the downstream side of the electric blower 30 in the housing 10 is cooled by the air flow.

It has a sliding contact portion 61b 2 provided behind the upper end portion of the contact locking surface 61b 1 so that it can be slidably contacted with the bottom surface of the mounted battery 2.

Since the substantially right-angled portion of the lock claw 61b is located on the front wall 61a 2 of the base portion 61a, the front surface 61b 1 of the lock claw 61b and the contact locking surface 61b 1 which is the front surface of the front wall 61a 2 are smoothly continuous. The sliding contact portion 61b 2 , which serves as a surface and is the slope of the lock claw 61b, descends toward the rear.

The operation portion 61c is a protrusion protruding rearward from the upper end of the rear wall 61a 4 of the base portion 61a, and the upper surface of the protrusion and the outer surface of the upper wall 61a 1 of the base portion 61a form a smooth continuous surface. ing.

When incorporating the lock mechanism portion 60 into the mounting recess 12c of the housing 10, the lower end portion of the urging member 62 (compression spring) is fitted into the positioning convex portion 12c 4 in the mounting recess 12c for positioning, and then the lock member 61. The lower end of the is inserted into the mounting recess 12c. At this time, the pair of left and right restricting pieces 61a 31 of the lock member 61 are inserted into the left and right vertical grooves 12c 1 of the mounting recess 12c, and the four retaining convex pieces 61a 21 and 61a 41 of the lock member 61 are inserted into the mounting recess 12c. Insert into the four front and rear insertion holes 12c 2 .

As a result, the upper end portion of the urging member 62 is fitted into the positioning convex portion 61a 11 of the lock member 61 to be positioned, and the four retaining convex pieces 61a 21 , 61a 41 inserted into the four insertion holes 12c 2 . The lock member 61 is prevented from coming off from the mounting recess 12c. Further, since the movement (wobble) of the lock member 61 in the front-rear direction is restricted by the pair of left and right restricting pieces 61a 31 , the lock member 61 can slide in the vertical direction (vertical direction) in the mounting recess 12c.

<Battery lock and unlock>
When the battery 2 is inserted into the battery mounting portion 50, the electrode portion 2a on the lower surface side of the battery 2 slides on the slanted sliding contact portion 61b 2 of the lock claw 61b of the lock member 61, whereby the lock claw 61b descends against the upward urging force of the urging member 62. Then, when the battery 2 enters the inner part of the battery mounting portion 50, the electrode portion 2a comes into contact with the terminal portion (not shown).

Further, when the locking recess 2b at the rear of the battery 2 passes through the locking recess 61b, as shown in FIG. 5A, the locking recess 61b is pushed up by the urging member 62 and locked in the locking recess 2b. At this time, the contact locking surface 61b 1 of the lock claw 61b comes into contact with the concave locking surface 2b 1 of the locking recess 2b of the battery 2. As a result, the battery 2 is locked to the battery mounting portion 50. In this locked state, a gap S1 is formed between the rear portion of the locking recess 2b of the battery 2 and the projecting piece as the operating portion 61c of the locking member 61.

When removing the battery 2 from the battery mounting portion 50, as shown by the two-point difference line in FIG. 5A, for example, place the battery 2 on the protruding portion 2c of the battery 2 with the index finger F2 and the middle finger (not shown) of the hand, and the thumb. F1 is placed in the gap S1 on the operation unit 61c. Then, as shown in FIG. 5B, by pushing the operation portion 61c down in the direction of the arrow A while pushing the thumb F1 into the gap S1, the lock claw 61b is disengaged from the locking recess 2b, and the thumb is in this state. Grasp the battery 2 with F1 and the index finger F2 or the like.

Then, the battery 2 can be removed from the battery mounting portion 50 by pulling it out in the direction of the arrow B. Alternatively, even if the battery 2 is not grasped by the thumb F1, the battery 2 slides greatly backward by pulling the protrusion 2c of the battery 2 with the index finger F2 or the like, so that the battery 2 can be grasped and removed thereafter.

The battery 2 may be removed by any other method. For example, the battery 2 may be grasped and pulled out by the index finger F2 and the thumb F1 while pushing down the operation unit 61c with the index finger F2.

<Standing state of the vacuum cleaner body>
FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing an upright state of the vacuum cleaner main body of the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 7, the vacuum cleaner main body 1 of the first embodiment can be in an upright state with its rear portion facing the floor surface G. At this time, the vacuum cleaner main body 1 is stably supported at three points of the pair of left and right leg portions 11b and the support convex portion 11c without the operation portion 61c of the lock member 61 coming into contact with the floor surface G. The arrangement positions and numbers of the leg portions 11b and the support convex portions 11c are not particularly limited, and for example, two portions may be arranged at the apex positions of the quadrangle.

According to the lock mechanism unit 60 in the present invention, even if a vertical impact is applied to the operation unit 61c when the rear portion of the vacuum cleaner body 1 is placed on the floor surface G when the vacuum cleaner body 1 is erected, at this time. Since the movable direction of the operation unit 61c is the horizontal direction, there is no possibility that the operation unit 61c will move unexpectedly and the lock of the battery 2 will be released.

(Embodiment 2)
8A and 8B are left sectional views of the rear part of the vacuum cleaner main body of the second embodiment, in which FIG. 8A shows a locked state of the battery and FIG. 8B shows an unlocked state. In FIGS. 8A and 8B, the same elements as those in FIGS. 5A and 5B are designated by the same reference numerals.
The vacuum cleaner main body of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment except that the vacuum cleaner main body of the first embodiment has a lock member 161 that is partially different from the configuration of the lock member 61 (see FIG. 6A) in the vacuum cleaner main body of the first embodiment. be. Hereinafter, the points different from the first embodiment in the second embodiment will be mainly described.

The lock member 161 in the second embodiment has a base portion 61a and a lock claw 61b similar to the lock member 61 in the first embodiment, and also has an operation portion 161c slightly larger than the operation portion 61c in the first embodiment.
The operation portion 161c is a protrusion protruding rearward from the base portion 161a, and the tip portion thereof is bent downward.

According to the configuration of the second embodiment, the gap S1 is likely to be formed between the projecting piece as the operation unit 161c and the battery 2, and therefore, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the battery mounting portion When removing the battery 2 from 50, in addition to making it easier to push the projecting piece downward with the thumb F1 of the hand, it becomes easier to arrange the thumb F1 on the lower surface of the battery 2, and the operation of removing the battery 2 becomes easier. As described with reference to FIG. 7, the vacuum cleaner main body of the second embodiment can also be in an upright state without the operation unit 161c coming into contact with the floor surface G.

(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a lock claw used for the vacuum cleaner main body of the third embodiment. In FIG. 9, the same elements as those in FIG. 6A are designated by the same reference numerals.
The vacuum cleaner main body of the third embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment except that the vacuum cleaner main body of the third embodiment has a lock member 261 which is partially different from the configuration of the lock member 61 (see FIG. 6A) in the vacuum cleaner main body of the first embodiment. be. Hereinafter, the points different from the first embodiment in the third embodiment will be mainly described.

The lock member 261 in the third embodiment has the same base portion 61a, lock claw 61b and operation portion 61c as the lock member 61 in the first embodiment, and the roller 261d as a sliding contact portion is a left-right axis on the slope of the lock claw 61b. It is rotatably provided around the center. The top of the roller 261d is arranged at the same height as the top of the lock claw 61b.

By using the roller 261d as the sliding contact portion of the lock claw 61b in this way, the life can be extended by reducing the frictional resistance due to the sliding contact with the battery 2 when the battery is mounted, and the battery 2 can be mounted on the battery. It can be smoothly attached to the portion 50.

(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a lock claw used for the vacuum cleaner main body of the fourth embodiment. In FIG. 10, the same elements as those in FIG. 6A are designated by the same reference numerals.
In the third embodiment, the case where the sliding contact portion of the lock claw 61b of the lock member 261 is a roller 261d is exemplified in order to reduce the frictional resistance with the battery 2, but in the fourth embodiment, the sliding of the lock claw 361b of the lock member 361 is illustrated. The contact portion is a curved surface 361b 2 that curves downward toward the rear.

In this way, even if the sliding contact portion of the lock claw 361b is a curved surface 361b 2 , the life can be extended by reducing the frictional resistance due to the sliding contact with the battery 2 when the battery is mounted, and the battery 2 is mounted on the battery. It can be smoothly attached to the portion 50. Although FIG. 10 shows an example in which the curved surface 361b 2 has a convex shape, it may be a concave shape having a concave curved surface.

(Other embodiments)
In the first to fourth embodiments, the case of the paper pack type vacuum cleaner main body is illustrated, but the battery mounting portion and the lock described in the first to fourth embodiments are attached to the rear part of the cyclone type vacuum cleaner main body (see, for example, Patent Document 1). A mechanism unit may be provided.

The vacuum cleaner of the present invention may be configured as follows, or may be combined as appropriate.
(1) The lock claw and the operation portion may be made of an integral member.
According to this configuration, the number of parts of the lock mechanism can be reduced.

(2) The operation unit may be a protrusion protruding rearward from the lock claw.
According to this configuration, when the battery is removed from the battery mounting portion, the projecting piece as the operating portion can be easily pushed downward by the thumb of the hand, so that the battery removal operation becomes easier.

(3) The tip of the projecting piece may be bent downward at a tip portion protruding rearward.
According to this configuration, a gap is easily formed between the projectile and the battery, so that when the battery is removed from the battery mounting portion, the projectile as the operation unit can be easily pushed downward with the thumb of the hand. In addition, it is easier to place the thumb on the underside of the battery, making it even easier to remove the battery.

(4) The locking recess of the battery has a recessed locking surface in the vertical direction exposed to the rear.
The lock claw of the lock mechanism portion can be slidably contacted with the vertical contact locking surface exposed to the front and contactable with the concave locking surface and the bottom surface of the battery mounted on the battery mounting portion. As described above, it has a sliding contact portion provided behind the upper end portion of the contact locking surface.
The sliding contact portion may be a roller that can rotate around the center of the left and right axes, or a curved surface that curves downward toward the rear.
According to this configuration, the battery can be smoothly slid in the front-rear direction at the battery mounting portion. In particular, when the battery is installed, the lower surface of the battery slides against the lock claw of the lock mechanism and pushes down the lock claw, so the sliding contact area is large. The frictional resistance at the time of contact is reduced, and the battery can be smoothly mounted on the battery mounting part.

(5) The vacuum cleaner main body may be provided with legs at the rear portion so that the rear portion can stand up with the rear portion facing downward.
According to this configuration, the vacuum cleaner main body can be stood up and stored, so that the vacuum cleaner main body can be stored in a narrow storage space.
Also, when the vacuum cleaner body is erected, even if a vertical impact is applied to the operation unit when the rear part of the vacuum cleaner body is placed on the floor, the movable direction of the operation unit at this time is the horizontal direction. There is no risk of the operation unit moving unexpectedly and unlocking the battery.
