また、位置決め片34bが蓋下地材3の側縁に当接可能な状態、すなわち、位置決め片34bが蓋下地材3の4辺の側縁に当接又は近接する状態であるので、蓋下地材3の位置ずれやガタツキ等を抑制することができる。

上記切起し片の基端側下部に、該切起し片の折り曲げに伴って上記蓋下地材の側縁に当接可能な位置決め片が設けられている、
