Patent No. 54633337

The procedure of cooling or warming the body when applying cosmetics or the like is more comfortable when performed in combination with the work of massaging the body using the coated body.
However, the coating container of Patent Document 1 is provided with a passage through which the heat storage chip made of metal or ceramic which is the coating body is penetrated and opens to the outer surface of the heat storage chip which is the coating surface, which is expensive for processing the heat storage chip. Requires skill.
For example, if the exit of the passage on the outer surface side becomes uneven as a result of the drilling work, there is a risk of damaging the skin when the outer surface is pressed against the body as a massage surface. Highly accurate processing is required.

A first object of the present invention is to provide a coating container provided with a coating body having a heat storage effect and also serving as a massage device.
A second object of the present invention is to provide the above-mentioned coating container which can be easily manufactured.

The first means is a container body 2 having an opening 9 and a container body 2.
A coating tool 10 attached to the opening 9 is provided.
The coating tool 10 includes a coating body 40 that also serves as a massage tool.
The coating body 40 is a coating container made of a metal, ceramic or other heat storage material.
The coating tool 10 has a holding cylinder 26 that protrudes upward from the vicinity of the opening, and holds the coating body 40 in the holding cylinder 26 so as not to be able to slip out upward and fall out inward. ,
A coating surface A that also serves as a massage surface is formed on the convex top 44 of the coating body 40 that bulges upward from the tip of the holding cylinder 26.
The contents are formed so as to be supplied from the opening 9 to the coating surface A through the gap G between the coating body 40 and the holding cylinder 26 .
From the lower end side of the holding cylinder 26, the ring-shaped locking plate portion 16 for mounting the coating body 40 is projected inward in an inward flange shape.
The ring hole 18 of the locking plate portion 16 is provided so as to be closed by the coating body 40 placed on the locking plate portion 16.
A small inner diameter portion 28 is formed at the upper end portion of the holding cylinder 26, and a part of the gap G is formed inside the small inner diameter portion 28.
The coating body 40 is formed between the small inner diameter portion 28 and the locking plate portion 16 so as to be able to move up and down in the holding cylinder 26.
The lower surface of the bottom portion of the coating body 40 is formed on a flat bottom surface S.
With the top portion 44 of the coating body 40 pressed against the surface to be coated T, the flat bottom surface S is brought into contact with the upper surface of the locking plate portion 16, so that the coating body 40 cannot roll. It was configured to be seated on the stop plate portion 16 so that the ring hole 18 was closed .

This means proposes a coating container provided with a coating tool 10 including a coating body 40 made of a metal, ceramic or other heat storage material, in which the coating body 40 also serves as a massage device. The heat storage material is a known material such as metal or ceramics, and will be described later.
Since the coating tool 10 has a holding cylinder 26 for holding the coating body 40 and supplies the contents from the gap G between the coating body 40 and the holding cylinder 26, it is made of metal or ceramics as in the prior art. It is not necessary to make a passage for the contents in the coating body (heat storage chip) of the above, and no advanced processing technology is required. Therefore, a coating tool having an appropriate liquid supply performance can be easily manufactured.
Further, in this means, as shown by a solid line and a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3, a ring-shaped locking plate portion 16 is provided on the lower end side of the holding cylinder 26, and the locking plate portion 16 and the upper end side of the holding cylinder 26 are provided. The coating body 40 is formed so as to be able to move up and down between the small inner diameter portion 28 and the small inner diameter portion 28. For example, when the application work is interrupted and the cold feeling (warm feeling) due to the contact with the coating body 40 is desired to be enjoyed for a while, the top 44 of the coating body 40 may be pressed against the skin. At this time, this is convenient because the flat bottom surface S of the coating body 40 is seated and the ring hole 18 is closed, so that the inconvenience that excess liquid is supplied does not occur.
Further, in this means, as shown in FIG. 6, the flat bottom surface S of the coating body 40 is in contact with the upper surface of the locking plate portion 16 in a state where the top portion 44 of the coating body 40 is pressed against the surface to be coated T. Therefore, the coating body 40 is provided so as to be seated on the locking plate portion 16 so as not to roll.
As a result, even if the coating body 40 is slid while the top portion 44 of the coating body 40 is pressed against the skin which is the surface T to be coated, the coating body 40 does not roll and is not pinched by the skin or the like. Therefore, a sufficient stimulus similar to that when a shiatsu master presses the finger against the body and rubs it strongly is obtained.

In this means, as shown in FIG. 1, the pressing portion 56 presses the coating body 40 against the locking plate portion 16 in the fitted state of the cap 50, and is formed so as to close the ring hole 18. This makes it possible to prevent liquid leakage from occurring in the unused state of the container or in the distribution process of the product.

According to the invention according to the first means, the coating body 40 has a convex top 44 on which a coating surface A also used as a massage surface is formed, and the coating body 40 is formed of a heat storage material. Therefore, the coating body 40 is formed. When it comes into contact with the skin, it produces a pleasant feeling of coldness or warmth, enabling a more comfortable massage. Further, since the coating body 40 is held in the holding cylinder 26 and the contents are supplied from the gap G between the coating body 40 and the holding cylinder 26, the coating tool can be easily manufactured.
Further, according to the invention according to the first means, a ring-shaped locking plate portion 16 is provided on the lower end side of the holding cylinder 26, and a coating is applied between the locking plate portion 16 and the small inner diameter portion 28 at the upper end of the holding cylinder. Since the body 40 can be raised and lowered, by pressing the top 44 of the coating body 40 against the skin, it is possible to prevent the flat bottom surface S of the coating body 40 from blocking the ring hole 18 and supplying excess liquid.
Further, according to the invention according to the first means, the flat bottom surface S of the coating body 40 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the locking plate portion 16 in a state where the top portion 44 of the coating body 40 is pressed against the surface to be coated T. As a result, the coating body 40 is immovably seated on the locking plate portion 16, so that even if the top 44 of the coating body 40 is rubbed against the skin, the coating body 40 does not roll and a comfortable stimulus is generated. can get.

1 to 6 show a coating container according to the first embodiment of the present invention. This coating container is composed of a container body 2, a coating tool 10, and a cap 50. The parts of the container body 2, the cap 50, and the coating tool 10 other than the coating body 40 can be formed of, for example, a synthetic resin material. The coating body 40 will be described later.

The container body 2 stands up from the squeezable body 4 to the mouth and neck 6 via the shoulders. Although the container body 2 in the illustrated example is formed as a tube container body, its configuration can be appropriately changed.
A first vertical rib r1 for preventing rotation is formed on the upper part of the outer surface of the mouth neck portion 6, and an annular locking convex portion P is provided around the lower part of the outer surface thereof.
A horizontal partition plate 8 having an opening 9 is formed in a part (central part in the illustrated example) on the upper part of the inner surface of the mouth neck portion 6. The partition plate 8 in the illustrated example is arranged slightly below the upper end surface of the mouth neck 6, but its structure can be changed as appropriate.

As shown in FIG. 1, the applicator 10 is formed by the applicator body 12 and the applicator body 40.

The applicator body 12 has a mounting cylinder portion 14 fitted (screwed in the illustrated example) to the outer surface of the mouth neck portion 6. In the illustrated example, a second vertical rib r2 for preventing rotation is formed on the upper portion of the inner surface of the mounting cylinder portion 14, and an engaging receiving portion R is provided around the lower end portion of the inner surface of the mounting cylinder portion 14. Then, the second vertical rib r2 is engaged with the first vertical rib r1 of the mouth and neck portion 6, and the engaging convex portion P of the mouth and neck portion 6 is engaged with the upper surface of the engagement receiving portion R. Further, a first screw portion n1 is formed on the outer surface of the mounting cylinder portion 14.
From the upper end of the mounting cylinder portion 14, the holding cylinder 26 for holding the coating body 40 stands up via the inward flange 15.
Further, the ring-shaped locking plate portion 16 projects inward from the lower side of the holding cylinder 26. The locking plate portion 16 prevents the coating body 40 held by the holding cylinder 26 from falling out downward. A ring hole 18 is opened in the central portion of the locking plate portion 16. The ring hole 18 communicates with the opening 9.
In the illustrated example, the inward flange 15 extends inward from the holding cylinder 26, and this extended portion serves as a locking plate portion 16. However, the structure can be changed as appropriate.
An annular pressure welding rib 20 is provided on the inner circumference of the upper surface of the locking plate portion 16.
A seal cylinder portion 22 hangs down from the lower surface of the locking plate portion 16. The seal cylinder portion 22 is liquid-tightly fitted to the inner surface of the upper end portion of the mouth neck portion 6.
The upper portion of the holding cylinder 26 is a small inner diameter portion 28 whose diameter gradually decreases toward the upper side. The inner diameter of the upper end portion of the small inner diameter portion 28 is slightly smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the coating body 40. This prevents the coating body 40 housed in the holding cylinder from coming out to the outside. When storing the coating body 40 in the holding cylinder 26, it is preferable to forcibly push the bottom of the coating body 40 into the holding cylinder 26, whereby the holding cylinder 26 elastically expands outward and holds the coating body 40. The coating body 40 is housed in the cylinder 26.
A plurality of vertical grooves 30 are formed on the inner surface of the small inner diameter portion 28. As shown in FIG. 2, it is desirable that these flutes 30 are separated from each other and formed in the entire circumferential direction.

The coating body 40 also serves as a massage tool, and is housed in the holding cylinder 26. The coating body 40 has a convex top 44 that bulges upward from the outer surface of the holding cylinder 26. The outer surface of the top 44 is formed on a coating surface A that also serves as a massage surface.
Although not shown, instead of the vertical groove 30 in the holding cylinder or together with the vertical groove 30, a portion of the surface of the cloth 40 facing the inner surface of the holding cylinder 26 for securing a flow path of the content liquid. A plurality of ribs or grooves may be formed in the vertical direction.
As shown in FIG. 1, the coating body 40 of the present embodiment is formed in the shape of a bottom sphere with the lower portion of the ball body cut off. That is, the coating body 40 has a flat bottom surface S. The flat bottom surface S abuts on the pressure welding rib 20 to tightly close the ring hole 18.
The flat bottom surface S is formed to have a size that covers the entire upper surface of the partition plate 8. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, there is a slight gap G between the outer peripheral surface of the coating body 40 and the inner surface of the holding cylinder 26.
The coating body 40 is formed by cooling the entire coating container by a conventionally known method so that a cool cold air can be felt when the coating body 40 is brought into contact with the human body. When used at home, a certain degree of coolness can be obtained by placing it in an environment at room temperature sufficiently lower than the body temperature (preferably in a cool room or a well-ventilated place). When further cooling is required, the coating container may be placed in, for example, a refrigerator.
In order to realize such a function, the coating body 40 is formed of a heat storage material such as metal or ceramics. In recent years, high-performance heat storage materials have been developed for various uses, but in the present invention, it is sufficient that the heat storage performance is such that the user has a comfortable cold air when touching the body. Metals such as iron and stainless steel have high thermal conductivity, so when they come into contact with the human body after being cooled at a low temperature, the stored cold heat quickly moves to the human body, which causes the user to feel comfortable cold air. become. Not limited to metals and ceramics, any material having the same properties as this can be used as a material for a coated body.
Further, if the thermal conductivity is about the same, the larger the heat capacity of the coating body 40, the longer the time during which the cold air can be felt. Therefore, it is advisable to set the heat capacity so that the required heat dissipation time can be obtained.
In the above description, the usage and action for obtaining a cool feeling (cool contact feeling) due to contact with the coating body have been described, but when the coating body is warmed, warmth due to contact can be given by the same mechanism. As a method of warming the coating body, for example, it may be placed near a heater.

The cap 50 has a cap peripheral wall 52 fitted to the outer surface of the mounting cylinder portion 14, and a cap top wall 54 is stretched on the upper surface of the cap peripheral wall 52. In a preferred illustrated example, a second screw portion n2 that can be screwed with the first screw portion n1 of the mounting cylinder portion 14 is formed on the inner surface of the cap peripheral wall 52.
Further, a pressing portion 56 for pushing down the coating body 40 is attached to the lower surface of the cap top wall 54. The pressing portion 56 is provided so that when the cap peripheral wall 52 is screwed into the mounting cylinder portion 14, the pressing portion 56 presses the coating body 40 against the locking plate portion 16 and closes the ring hole 18. .. The illustrated pressing portion 56 is formed in an annular rib. However, the structure can be changed as appropriate.

In the above configuration, in the state of FIG. 1, as described above, since the pressing portion 56 of the cap 50 presses the coating body 40 against the locking plate portion 16, liquid leakage does not occur. By placing the coating container in the above-mentioned normal temperature environment in this state, cold heat can be stored in the coating body 40.
When the cap 50 is removed from the state shown in FIG. 1 and the top 44 of the coating body 40 is applied to the user's skin, a comfortable cooling sensation can be obtained.
As shown in FIG. 4, when the body portion 4 is squeezed while the top portion 44 of the coating body 40 is in contact with the skin of the user, the flat bottom surface A of the coating body 40 is separated from the pressure welding rib 20 of the locking plate portion 16. Then, the ring hole 18 is opened. In this state, the content liquid in the container body 2 is supplied to the coating surface A side through the opening 9, the ring hole 18, and the vertical groove 30 of the holding cylinder 26 (see FIG. 5). Therefore, the coating operation can be performed by using the internal liquid adhering to the coating surface A.
As shown in FIG. 6, when the coating body 40 is strongly pressed against the skin which is the surface to be coated T, the flat bottom surface S of the coating body 40 is pressed against the pressure welding rib 20 to close the ring hole 18 and from the container body 2 side. The supply of the content liquid is stopped. When the coating body 40 is slid onto the skin while being pressed against the skin in this state, the flat bottom surface A is seated on the locking plate portion 16, so that the coating body 40 does not roll and is rubbed against the skin. This increases the frictional resistance with the skin and provides a firmer stimulus.
