Claims (20)
- 患者の注射部位を表示するシステムであって、
患者の医学的情報を表示するディスプレイと、
プロセッサとを含み、前記プロセッサは、
前記患者の静脈パターンを受け取り、
前記静脈パターンに基づいて前記患者のアイデンティティーを確認し、
前記患者の先の注射部位の図形標識を前記ディスプレイ上に表示し、そして、
前記患者のための可能性のある新たな注射部位の図形標識を表示するよう構成され、 前記患者の前記先の注射部位の位置と前記患者のための前記可能性のある新たな注射部位の位置は、オーバーラップしない、システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、更に、前記患者のための前記可能性のある新たな注射部位を選択するユーザの指示を受け取るよう構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、更に、前記患者のための前記可能性のある新たな注射部位の前記位置を記録するよう構成されている、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記患者の前記静脈パターンを受け取るよう構成された赤外線カメラを含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、医療情報システムから前記先の注射部位を検索して取り出すよう構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記患者の前記先の注射部位の前記位置に基づいて、前記患者のための前記可能性のある新たな注射部位の前記図形標識を表示するよう構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記ディスプレイ上に前記患者の三次元(3D)アバターを表示するよう構成され、前記先の注射部位の前記図形標識は、前記表示された3Dアバター上に重ねられる、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記可能性のある新たな注射部位の前記位置が前記3Dアバター上に表示される、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記ディスプレイは、ヘッドセット型ディスプレイであり、前記可能性のある新たな注射部位の前記図形標識は、前記患者上に重ねられた状態で見えるよう前記ヘッドセット上に表示される、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記新たな注射部位の前記位置を捕捉するよう構成された画像化センサを含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記新たな注射部位の前記位置は、注射器が前記患者上の前記新たな注射部位に接触した時点を検出する前記画像化センサから決定される、請求項10記載のシステム。
- ディスプレイと、プロセッサと、カメラとを有するシステムにより実行される、医療ワークフローの遵守方法であって、
前記プロセッサによって、患者の静脈パターンを受け取るステップと、
前記プロセッサによって、前記静脈パターンに基づいて前記患者のアイデンティティーを確認するステップと、
前記ディスプレイによって、前記患者の前記アイデンティティーに基づいて前記患者について実施されるべき手技を表示するステップと、
前記カメラによって、前記手技の実施を捕捉するステップと、
前記プロセッサによって、前記手技が適正に実施されたことを確認するステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記システムは、前記ディスプレイを有するヘッドセットを更に備え、前記方法は、前記ヘッドセットの前記ディスプレイによって、前記患者の先の注射部位の図形標識を表示するステップを更に含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記ヘッドセットの前記ディスプレイが、前記先の注射部位を、前記患者上に重ねられた状態で表示する、請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記捕捉される手技は、注射を含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記システムは、赤外線カメラを更に備え、前記静脈パターンを受け取る前記ステップは、前記プロセッサによって、該赤外線カメラからのデータを受け取るステップを含む、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記システムは、ヘッドセットを更に備え、前記赤外線カメラは、該ヘッドセット内に設けられている、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記注射に先立って、前記ディスプレイによって、前記注射用の注射器サイズを表示するステップと、
前記ディスプレイによって、前記注射用の針サイズを表示するステップと、
前記ディスプレイによって、注射されるべき薬剤の名称を表示するステップとを含む、請求項15記載の方法。 - 前記プロセッサによって、前記患者の前記アイデンティティーを確認する前記ステップは、前記プロセッサによって、前記受け取った静脈パターンを静脈パターンの医療情報データベースと照合するステップを含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサによって、前記手技が適正に実施されたことを確認する前記ステップは、前記カメラによって、前記手技が前記患者に対して実施された場所の位置を検出するステップと、前記プロセッサによって、前記検出した位置を記憶された位置と照合するステップとを含む、請求項12記載の方法。
