前記制御部は、ユーザからの入力に基づいて、臓器の正常組織のピーク血流量に対応する第1の閾値及び前記正常組織で前記ピーク血流量が現れる時間に対応する第2の閾値を取得し、
前記解析部は、前記信号を前記第1の閾値及び前記第2の閾値と比較することにより、セグメントが異常であるか否かを判定する、画像処理装置。 - 前記解析部は、前記組織のセグメントごとに前記判定を行い、
前記制御部は、前記解析部が異常であると判定したセグメントを、前記表示部に強調して表示させる、請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記解析部は、前記信号に基づいて、3次元データを生成し、
前記制御部は、前記3次元データを前記表示部に表示させ、前記3次元データを参照したユーザから、前記関心領域の入力を受け付け、
前記解析部は、前記信号に基づいて、前記制御部が受け付けた前記関心領域について、前記判定を行う、請求項1又は2に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記3次元データを、前記ユーザが回転可能に前記表示部に表示させる、請求項3に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記制御部は、ユーザから表示領域の入力を受け付け、
前記解析部は、前記制御部が受け付けた前記表示領域を含む複数のスライス位置についてそれぞれ生成された、遅延時間ごとの信号値を表す複数の曲線を、前記表示部に同時に表示させる、請求項1~4のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記解析部は、前記パルスシーケンスの実行により得られた信号に基づいて血液の信号値が遅延時間の関数として表された曲線を生成し、前記曲線の曲線下面積を基に、前記判定を行う、請求項1~5のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記パルスシーケンスの実行により得られた信号に基づいて生成された画像を表示部に表示させ、前記画像を参照したユーザからの入力を受け付け、
前記解析部は、前記制御部が受け付けた前記入力に基づいて定められた、正常組織のピーク血流量を表す閾値に基づいて、前記判定を行う、請求項1~6のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記解析部は、治療処置を行う前の組織の信号である第1の信号と、治療処置を行った後の組織の信号である第2の信号とを比較することにより、前記治療処置が成功したか否かを更に判定する、請求項1~7のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記解析部は、前記第2の信号に関して、ピーク血流量が前記第1の閾値よりも多く、前記ピーク血流量となる時間であるピーク時間が前記第2の閾値未満である場合に、前記治療処置が成功したと判定する、請求項8に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記解析部は、領域選択パルスの印加を伴うパルスシーケンスの実行により得られた信号と、領域選択パルスの印加を伴わないパルスシーケンスの実行により得られた信号とに基づいて、前記判定を行う、請求項1~9のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。
- 非造影で撮像を行うパルスシーケンスを実行し信号を収集するシーケンス制御部と、
前記シーケンス制御部が収集した信号に基づいて、関心領域の組織が正常であるか否かに関する判定を行う解析部と、
前記解析部が行った判定の結果を、表示部に表示させる制御部と
を備え、
前記解析部は、セグメントごとに、重症度の度合いを算出しながら前記判定を行い、
前記制御部は、前記解析部が異常であると判定したセグメントを、前記重症度の度合いに応じた色で前記表示部に強調して表示させ、
前記制御部は、ユーザからの入力に基づいて、臓器の正常組織のピーク血流量に対応する第1閾値及び前記正常組織で前記ピーク血流量が現れる時刻に対応する第2閾値を取得し、
前記解析部は、前記信号を前記第1閾値及び前記第2閾値と比較することにより、セグメントが異常であるか否かを判定する、磁気共鳴イメージング装置。 - 非造影で撮像を行うパルスシーケンスの実行により得られた信号に基づいて、関心領域の組織が正常であるか否かに関する判定を、セグメントごとに、重症度の度合いを算出しながら行い、異常であると判定したセグメントを、重症度の度合いに応じた色で表示部に強調して表示させ、
ユーザからの入力に基づいて、臓器の正常組織のピーク血流量に対応する第1閾値及び前記正常組織で前記ピーク血流量が現れる時刻に対応する第2閾値を取得し、
前記信号を前記第1閾値及び前記第2閾値と比較することにより、セグメントが異常であるか否かを判定する画像処理方法。
