Description
a) リードの少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤを第1のハイポチューブ内に収容する。
b) 少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤを第1のハイポチューブに電気的に接続する。
c) 電気コネクタの第2の対応するハイポチューブ内に第1のハイポチューブを少なくとも部分的に収容する。
d) 第1のハイポチューブと第2のハイポチューブを電気的に接続する。
その結果、第1のハイポチューブは溶接中にリードの導電性ワイヤを直接損傷する危険性を低減して電気接続を行うことを可能にする。実際リードの各ワイヤは電気的接続中に保護されている第1のハイポチューブ内に予め収容されている。さらに導電性ワイヤと第1のハイポチューブとの間の電気的接続のこの工程は、導電性ワイヤがコネクタの第2のハイポチューブに直接導入される場合の電気的接続よりも容易に達成される。したがって第1のハイポチューブはまたコネクタへの導電性ワイヤの組み立ておよび電気的接続を容易にする。
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)および1つの電気コネクタ(3)を含むインプラント型リードであって、電気コネクタ(3)は心臓刺激装置、除細動装置および/または神経調節装置であるインプラント型医療装置に接続されるように構成され、ここで、導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)をコネクタ(3)に電気的に接続するために、
第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)は、導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)に溶接され、第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)を第2のハイポチューブ(15a、15b、15c)に電気的に接続するために、第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)は、電気コネクタ(3)の第2のハイポチューブ(15a、15b、15c)に溶接されるインプラント型リード。 - 第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)は第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)の一部(L2)が第2のハイポチューブ(15a、15b、15c)から突出するように、電気コネクタ(3)の第2のハイポチューブ(15a、15b、15c)内に部分的に収容されている請求項1に記載のインプラント型リード。
- 少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)は、少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)が貫通する第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)の第1の端部(27)および/または第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)の第2の端部(35)において第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)と溶接され、第2の端部(35)は第1の端部(27)の反対側にある請求項1または2に記載のインプラント型リード。
- 各導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)がそれぞれの第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)に電気的に接続されるように、複数の導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント型リード。
- 少なくとも2つの導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)が同じ第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)に電気的に接続される複数の導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント型リード。
- 電気的接続を確立するために行われる1つ以上の溶接がレーザ溶接である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント型リード。
- 少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤが150ミクロンすなわち0.45フレンチサイズ未満の直径を有する単一ストランドまたは多重ストランド導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント型リード。
- インプラント型リード(1)の少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)を電気コネクタ(3)に電気的に接続するための方法であって、電気コネクタ(3)は、心臓刺激装置、除細動装置、および/または神経調節装置であるインプラント型医療装置に接続されるように構成され、
a)第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)内のリード(1)の少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)を収容し、
b)少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)を第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)に電気的に接続し、
c)電気コネクタ(3)の対応する第2のハイポチューブ(15a、15b、15c)内に第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)を少なくとも部分的に収容し、
d)第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)を第2のハイポチューブ(15a、15b、15c)に電気的に接続する工程を含む方法。 - インプラント型リード(1)の少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)を電気コネクタ(3)に電気的に接続する請求項8に記載の方法において、工程b)および/またはd)がレーザ溶接を実行することを含む方法。
- 電気コネクタ(3)にインプラント型リード(1)の少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)を電気的に接続する請求項9に記載の方法において、工程b)における溶接が少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)が挿入される第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)の第1の端部(27)においておよび/または第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)の第2の端部(35)において行われ、第2の端部(35)が第1の端部(27)に対向する方法。
- 電気コネクタ(3)にインプラント型リード(1)の少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(11a、11b、11c)を電気的に接続する請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)の一部(L2)が第2のハイポチューブ(15a、15b、15c)から突出するように、第1のハイポチューブ(13a、13b、13c)を第2のハイポチューブ(15a、15b、15c)に挿入することを含む方法。
