Description

The present invention relates to a work platform and a carriage used as a scaffold.

Conventionally, there is a work table provided with a rectangular top plate and a pair of ladder-shaped legs provided so as to be foldable on the back side surface of the top plate. It is a work table for workers to climb the legs, stand on the top plate, and work at high places using the top plate as a scaffold. Since such a workbench is a heavy object manufactured to be sturdy in consideration of safety, a considerable amount of labor is required to move the workbench.

To solve such a problem, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a work table that can be moved in a folded state. This workbench is equipped with two casters, a universal caster and a fixed caster, on one end side edge of the top plate, which facilitates the upright work of the workbench and improves maneuverability in the upright state. It is disclosed that it is possible to move it suitably.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2019-214852

However, the workbench of Patent Document 1 stands up in a folded state, and the worker operates and moves the casters while supporting the upright state, and the worker moves the workbench which is a heavy object. It must be operated in an unstable standing state. Further, the work of using such a workbench as a scaffold requires various tools and equipment, but the workbench and other equipment and the like cannot be carried at the same time, which is inefficient.

The present invention has been made in view of this point, and an object of the present invention is to use the workbench as a trolley capable of not only moving the workbench in a safe and stable state but also carrying other luggage. To make it possible.

In order to achieve the above object, the first invention is a workbench-combined trolley including a rectangular top plate and a pair of foldable legs provided on the back surface side of the top plate. The top plate is provided with at least four caster members on the edge thereof, and the caster members are attached to a clamp member having two support plates capable of sandwiching the edge portion of the top plate and one of the support plates. The wheel has a wheel, and the clamp member is attached to the top plate so as to be upside down, and the surface of the top plate is turned upward and the leg portion is erected downward. The work posture is positioned on the back surface side of the top plate, the surface of the top plate is directed downward, the legs are erected upward, and the wheels are positioned on the front surface side of the top plate. It is characterized in that it can be displaced between the moving posture and the moving posture.

According to the above configuration, in the working posture in which the operator stands on the front surface side of the top plate, the wheels can be positioned on the back surface side of the top plate, so that the wheels do not interfere with the operator and safety is ensured. be able to. On the other hand, in the moving posture, if the wheels are positioned on the front surface side of the top plate and the work table / trolley is inverted so that the front surface and the back surface of the top plate are inverted, the wheels come into contact with the ground. Since the workbench-combined trolley is supported by at least four wheels, it can move in a stable state and the burden on the operator is reduced. Further, it is possible to place luggage such as other equipment on the top plate of the inverted workbench and workbench, and the workbench can be used as a bogie. Since it is possible to move the work table and other luggage at the same time, work efficiency can be significantly improved. Further, the mutual displacement between the working posture and the moving posture can be easily performed by turning the clamp member to which the wheel is attached upside down with respect to the top plate.

In the second invention, in the first invention, the clamp member is characterized in that the two support plates and the side plates connecting the support plates have a U-shape that opens toward the top plate. And.

According to the above configuration, the clamp member can secure the cross-sectional strength by the U-shape. Therefore, in the moving posture, not only the work table, which is a heavy object, but also other luggage can be placed on the top plate, and the strength can be maintained and the cargo can be safely transported.

In a third aspect of the invention, in the second invention, the caster member further has a shaft member extending from the side plate and inserted into the side surface of the edge of the top plate, and the clamp member has the support plate. The shaft member can be moved back and forth between the state in which the edge portion is sandwiched and the state in which the support plate is pulled out from the edge portion, and the support plate is pulled out from the edge portion to the outside. It is characterized by being rotatable around.

According to the above configuration, by rotating the shaft member around the shaft member with the clamp member pulled out, the clamp member and the wheel are turned upside down with respect to the top plate, and the wheel is positioned on the back surface side or the front surface side of the top plate. Since this is possible, mutual displacement between the working posture and the moving posture can be performed more easily.

A fourth aspect of the invention is characterized in that, in the third aspect, the caster member and the top plate are provided with fixing means for fixing the clamp member in a state where the support plate sandwiches the edge portion.

According to the above configuration, by fixing the clamp member to the top plate by the fixing means, it is possible to prevent the caster member from falling off from the edge portion of the top plate and ensure safety.

A fifth aspect of the invention is characterized in that, in the third or fourth invention, the shaft member moves back and forth together with the clamp member, and a retaining portion is provided at an end portion on the top plate side.

According to the above configuration, the caster member does not fall off from the edge portion of the top plate due to the retaining portion of the shaft member, so that the caster member can be prevented from being lost and the work efficiency can be improved.

In the sixth aspect of the invention, in any one of the third to fifth inventions, the legs are prevented from opening during the working posture and are placed on the back surface side of the top plate during the moving posture. It is characterized in that a fall prevention and opening prevention member that prevents the load from falling is installed.

According to the above configuration, the fall-preventing opening-preventing member plays the role of preventing the legs from opening in the working posture, and plays the role of preventing the load such as luggage placed on the top plate from falling in the moving posture. Therefore, it is possible to have both safety and convenience.

Not only can the workbench be moved in a safe and stable state, but it can also be used as a trolley that can carry other luggage, providing both safety and convenience.

The side plate 6b is provided with stopper insertion holes 12b, 12c for inserting the stopper 12a on both sides of the shaft member 8. The member used for the stopper 12a is not limited, but in the present embodiment, the gravity lock is used as the stopper 12a.

By reversing the caster member 4, the stopper 12a is inserted into one of the stopper insertion holes 12b and 12c. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, when the support plates 6a and 6a grip the edges with the wheels 7 facing downward, the stopper 12a is inserted into one of the stopper insertion holes 12c. When the caster member 4 is turned upside down and the support plates 6a and 6a grip the edges with the wheels 7 facing upward, the stopper 12a is inserted into the other stopper insertion hole 12b. When the stopper 12a is inserted into any of the stopper insertion holes 12b, 12c, the locking mechanism operates and the support plates 6a, 6a are fixed in a state of sandwiching the edge portion.

In the workbench-combined trolley 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the surface 21 of the top plate 2 is directed upward, the legs 3 are erected downward, and the wheels 7 are placed on the back surface of the top plate 2. The working posture X positioned on the 22 side, and as shown in FIG. 4, the surface 21 of the top plate 2 is directed downward, the legs 3 are erected upward, and the wheels 7 are placed on the surface of the top plate 2. It can be displaced between the moving posture Y positioned on the 21 side. In the working posture X, the worker can climb the legs 3 to stand on the front surface 21 of the top plate 2 and work using the top plate 2 as a scaffold. In the moving posture Y, the back surface side 22 of the top plate 2 can be used. It is possible to put luggage on the trolley and move it as a trolley.

Next, based on FIGS. 5 to 11, the two postures of the workbench and trolley 1 and their displacement processes will be described.

First, in the working posture X as shown in FIG. 5, the top plate 2 has the surface 21 facing upward, and the legs 3 stand on the ground. At this time, as shown in FIG. 6, the caster member 4 is in a state where the wheel 7 is projected toward the back surface 22 side of the top plate 2. The stopper 12a protrudes from one of the stopper insertion holes 12c provided in the side plate 6b, and the caster member 4 is fixed in a state where the support plates 6a and 6a sandwich the top plate 2. Since the flat support plate 6a not provided with the wheels 7 faces the surface 21 of the top plate 2, the operator does not have a risk of stumbling on the caster member 4, and can work safely. The square pipe member 23 that constitutes the edge portion of the top plate 2 and through which the shaft member 8 is inserted includes a cylindrical insertion pipe 24 in the inner portion through which the shaft member 8 is inserted. The shaft member 8 is inserted into the insertion tube 24 so that the shaft member 8 can rotate smoothly.

To displace from the working posture X, first, the stopper 12a is released from the fixing, and the clamp member 6 is pulled out from the top plate 2 edge portion to the outside. As shown in FIG. 7, when the clamp member 6 is pulled out until the support plate 6a is located outside the top plate 2 edge portion, the retaining portion 9 provided inside the square pipe material 23 becomes the square pipe material. It abuts on the side wall of the top plate 2 constituent member located inside the 23, and cannot be pulled out any more. In this state, since the clamp member 6 can rotate around the shaft member 8, the clamp member 6 is rotated and the position of the wheel 7 is turned upside down.

As shown in FIG. 8, when the clamp member 6 is turned upside down, the wheels 7 project to the surface 21 side of the top plate 2. Then, when the clamp member 6 is inserted into the edge portion of the top plate 2 again, the state shown in FIG. 9 is obtained.

9 and 10 show a state in which only the caster member 4 is inverted from the working posture X. The stopper 12a protrudes from the other stopper insertion hole 12b provided in the side plate 6b, and the caster member 4 is fixed in a state where the support plates 6a and 6a sandwich the top plate 2.

Finally, when the workbench-combined trolley 1 in such a state is turned upside down, as shown in FIG. 11, the top plate 2 has the surface 21 facing downward and the legs 3 standing upward. , The wheel 7 is in a moving posture Y in contact with the ground.

In the moving posture Y, it is possible to put luggage such as tools and equipment on the back surface 22 side of the top plate 2. Since the luggage placed on the top plate 2 is surrounded on all sides by the legs 3 and the fall prevention opening stopper member 5, it is prevented from falling from the top plate 2. With the workbench-combined trolley 1 as such a moving posture Y, the worker can move the workbench-combined trolley by placing a load on the top plate 2 and pushing or pulling the legs 3.

The workbench-combined trolley of the present embodiment can be used for purposes other than standing horses and trolleys. For example, a hole of about Φ25 mm can be made in the center of the top plate, and a handle of an umbrella can be erected in the hole, which can be used as a table.
