Description

The present invention relates to a structure of a plastic fastener for fixing a first member having a hole in advance and a second member having a hole in advance to each other.

As a plastic fastener structure of the prior art, the plastic fastener (fitting type mounting part) of Patent Document 1 is a connecting portion to be fitted and inserted, and a pair of protrusions from one side of the connecting portion toward the same direction. Formed integrally protruding in the outer diameter direction at the tip of the fitting and inserting portion to engage with the fitting and inserting portion that protrudes integrally and is fitted and inserted into the mating hole by elastic deformation. In a fitting / insertion type mounting component having a locked locking portion and having a tapered tip portion that can be inserted into the hole, the locking portion is appropriately located from the tip portion to the fitting / insertion portion. As a defining means for defining the elastic deformation of the fitting and inserting portion including the above by a predetermined amount or less, a configuration is disclosed in which the contact portion provided at the tip portion is integrally formed.

In the configuration of Patent Document 1, when the fitting-type mounting component is mounted in the hole of the object, the contact portions provided at the tips of the fitting and inserting protrusions are in contact with each other. Since it is necessary to elastically deform the fitting and inserting portion, a large force is required and workability is poor. Further, a larger force is required to remove the insertable mounting part from the hole of the object, and there is a drawback that the object is damaged by the removal work.

Further, as another conventional technique, the plastic fastener (plastic anchor type clip) of Patent Document 2 has a head, a leg extending downward from the lower surface of the head, and a folded piece extending diagonally upward from the lower end of the leg. In the plastic anchor type fastener that has, an overhanging portion that always keeps a gap is provided on one or both of the one side surface of the folded piece and the outer surface of the leg facing the inner surface of the-side, and the upper end of the folded piece is provided. A plastic anchor-shaped clip provided with an inclined layer having an inclination opposite to the inclination of the folding outer surface is disclosed on the outer surface of the portion.

In the configuration of Patent Document 2, when the plastic anchor type clip is attached to the hole of the object, the overhanging portion provided on the folded piece is in contact with the leg, and the overhanging portion is further elasticized. Since it needs to be deformed, a large force is required and workability is poor. Further, a larger force is required to remove the insertable mounting part from the hole of the object, and there is a drawback that the object is damaged by the removal work.

The plastic fastener according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, a plastic used for fixing the first member 10 having a hole in advance and the second member 20 having a hole in advance to each other. The fastener 1 is a head portion 2 that abuts on the surface around the hole 11 of the first member, and the head portion 2 is integrally formed with the hole 11 of the first member 10 and the hole of the second member. It is composed of a pair of leg portions 4a and 4b having a body portion 3 formed so as to be able to pass through 21 and separating the body portions 3 from each other. Further, another member may be arranged and fixed between the first member 10 and the second member 20 (not shown), and the holes of each member may be other than round (not shown). Further, the plastic fastener 1 of the present invention may form three or more legs as shown in FIGS. 15 to 17.

The virtual outer diameter 50 composed of the inscribed circles of the holes 11 of the first member and the holes 21 of the second member of the legs 4a and 4b of the head 2 is the holes 11 and the second member of the first member. By forming the hole 21 in a width close to the inner diameter of the hole 21, it is possible to prevent the pair of legs 4a and 4b from rattling with respect to the hole 11 of the first member and the hole 21 of the second member. The virtual outer diameter 5 of the legs 4a and 4b is formed to have a virtual outer diameter substantially the same as or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the hole 11 of the first member and the hole 21 of the second member. Although it is desirable in terms of properties, in order to prevent rattling and abnormal noise due to vibration during use, the virtual outer diameter 50 of the legs 4a and 4b is at least the hole 11 of the first member or the hole 21 of the second member. As a virtual outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of, it may be configured to be press-fitted into at least the hole 11 of the first member or the hole 21 of the second member.

On the outer surfaces of the legs 4a and 4b, locking portions 6a and 6b formed so as to be lockable with the periphery of the back surface of the hole 21 of the second member are formed, and the locking portions 6a and 6b are formed. Has an engaging surface formed so as to face the head portion 2 and guide surfaces 7a and 7b formed at the tip end side positions of the legs 4a and 4b, and the guide surfaces 7a and 7b are made of plastic. When the fastener 1 is inserted into the hole 11 of the first member, it is composed of an inclined surface (may be a curved surface) that comes into contact with the entrance portion of the hole and urges the guide surfaces 7a and 7b in the axial direction.

On the inner surface of each of the legs 4a and 4b, abutting portions formed so as to abut each other when the legs 4a and 4b bend toward the axial direction of the plastic fastener 1 with each other. 8a and 8b are formed.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 5, in the plastic fastener 1 of the present invention, the legs 4a and 4b are bent toward each other in the axial direction of the plastic fastener 1, and the abutting portions 8a and 8b are mutually bent. The virtual outer diameter 5 formed at the tip positions of the locking portions 6a and 6b is configured to be larger than the inner diameter of the position on the back surface side of the hole 21 of the second member in the abutted state. To. It is not necessary to provide the locking portions 6a and 6b on all the leg portions 4a and 4b, but when the locking portions 6 are provided on only one leg portion 4 as shown in FIGS. 8 to 14. The same effect can be obtained even if the virtual outer diameter 5 is configured by a circle in which the tip position of the locking portion 6 and the leg portion 9 having no locking portion 6 are in contact with each other.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 7, in the plastic fastener 1 of the present invention, the legs 4a and 4b of the present invention are flexed in the same twisting direction (peripheral direction) with respect to the axial center of the plastic fastener 1. In this state, even if the legs 4a and 4b are bent in the proximity direction, the legs are prevented from coming into contact with each other so that the abutting portions 8a and 8b formed on the legs 4a and 4b are prevented from coming into contact with each other. The abutting widths of the abutting portions 8a and 8b are formed to be narrower than the bending distance in the twisting direction (peripheral direction) of the portions 4a and 4b. With the above configuration, the legs 4a and 4b are bent in the same twisting direction (peripheral direction) with respect to the axis of the plastic fastener 1 to avoid contact between the abutting portions 8a and 8b. When the plastic fasteners 1 are bent toward the axial center of the plastic fastener 1, the tips of the locking portions 6a and 6b are located at the tip positions of the locking portions 6a and 6b, rather than the inner diameters of the holes 11 and 21 of the first member 10 and the second member 20. The virtual outer diameter 5 inscribed with is configured to be smaller.

Further, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary leg portion 30 integrally formed with the head portion 2 is arranged in the direction orthogonal to the pair of leg portions 4a and 4b with respect to the axial center of the plastic fastener 1.

By forming the virtual outer diameter inscribed in both ends of the auxiliary leg portion 30 with a width close to the inner diameters of the holes 11 and 21 of the first member 10 and the second member 20, the holes 11 and the holes 11 of the first member 20 are formed. It is possible to prevent rattling of the hole 21 of the second member in the direction orthogonal to the pair of leg portions 4a and 4b. In terms of workability, the width of the auxiliary leg portion 30 is formed to have a virtual outer diameter substantially the same as or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the hole 11 of the first member and the hole 21 of the second member. Although desirable, in order to prevent rattling and abnormal noise due to vibration during use, the virtual outer diameter of the auxiliary leg portion 30 is at least larger than the inner diameter of the hole 11 of the first member or the hole 21 of the second member. The outer diameter may be configured to be press-fitted into at least the hole 11 of the first member or the hole 21 of the second member.

In the plastic fastener 1 of the present invention, when the second member 20 is fixed to the first member 10, the legs 4a and 4b are twisted in the same twisting direction (periphery) with respect to the axis of the plastic fastener 1. By bending in the direction) and pushing toward the hole 11 of the first member while avoiding contact between the abutting portions 8a and 8b, the legs 4a and 4b are formed at the tip positions of the legs 4a and 4b, respectively. Since the guide surfaces 7a and 7b are brought into contact with the entrance portion of the hole 11 of the first member and the legs 4a and 4b are moved in the axial direction, the plastic fastener 1 can be easily attached. can.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 5, when the plastic fastener 1 is used, even if a force in the pulling direction acts on the plastic fastener 1, the abutting portions 8a and 8b formed on the inner side surfaces of the leg portions 4a and 4b are formed. Since the virtual outer diameters 5 of the locking portions 6a and 6b do not come into contact with each other and become smaller than the inner diameter of the hole 21 of the second member, it is possible to reliably prevent the plastic fastener 1 from falling off.

As shown in FIGS. 6 to 7, when the plastic fastener 1 of the present invention is removed, the legs 4a and 4b are manually or manually twisted in the same twisting direction (peripheral direction) with respect to the axis of the plastic fastener 1. ) To avoid contact between the abutting portions 8a and 8b, and then move the legs 4a and 4b in the axial direction to change the engagement state of the second member 20 with the back surface. It can be released, and can be easily removed by pushing out the plastic fastener 1 (pulling it out from the two directions of the head) in that state.

The plastic fastener 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 18 to 24.

In the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 18, in addition to the configuration of the first embodiment, the pair of legs 4a and 4b are provided with a hole 11 of the first member and a hole of the second member. When the pair of legs 4a and 4b are inserted into 21, the twisting guide portions 40a and 40b capable of bending the pair of leg portions 4a and 4b in the twisting direction with respect to the axis of the plastic fastener 1 (circumferential direction with respect to the axis of the plastic fastener) are provided. It is formed on each of the pair of legs 4a and 4b.

The twisting guide portions 40a and 40b are located at positions on the tip ends of the leg portions 4a and 4b with respect to the locking positions of the locking portions 6a and 6b with the holes 21 of the second member. , 4b is formed by an inclined surface (which may be a curved surface) in a direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction, and the tip portions of the pair of torsion guide portions 40a and 40b are from the inner diameter of the entrance portion of the hole 21 of the second member. Also consists of a small virtual outer diameter (a circle inscribed in the pair of torsion guide portions), and the lower portions of the pair of torsion guide portions 40a and 40b have a virtual outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the inlet portion of the hole 11 of the first member. Further, a dimensional difference between the inner diameter of the entrance portion of the hole 11 of the first member and the virtual outer diameter at the lower portion of the torsion guide portions 40a and 40b was formed on the inner surface of each of the leg portions 4a and 4b. By forming the abutting portions 8a and 8b larger than the contact width, when the pair of leg portions 4a and 4b are inserted into the holes 11 of the first member, the pair of legs are automatically first automatically formed. The contact between the abutting portions 8a and 8b formed on the inner side surfaces of the portions 4a and 4b is avoided, and the workability when mounting the plastic fastener 1 of the present invention can be further improved. In this embodiment, the twist guide portions 40a and 40b are formed on the leg portions 4a and 4b, respectively, but the twist guide portions 40a and 40b are formed only on any one of the leg portions 4a and 4b. Then, the distance extending from the entrance portion of the hole 11 of the first member at the lower position of the twisting guide portions 40a and 40b to be larger than the width of the contact surface of the abutting portions 8a and 8b. Therefore, the contact between the abutting portions 8a and 8b formed on the inner side surfaces of the leg portions 4a and 4b may be automatically avoided. (Not shown.)
