Claims (33)
- デジタル資産と、複数の関係者の権利に関する前記デジタル資産の展開とをモデリングするための、データ構造を操作するコンピュータで実施される方法(3900)であって、
選択された選択肢を満たすための前記複数の関係者の少なくとも1つの同意に基づいて、前記複数の関係者のうちの少なくとも1つの前記権利に関する前記デジタル資産の譲渡のための、await関数(1200)インスタンスにおいて定義される少なくとも1つの選択肢のうちの1つを使用して一度だけ実行される前記await関数インスタンスを提供するステップと、
実行するのに前記複数の関係者のうちの少なくとも1つの前記同意を必要とするagree関数(1300)インスタンスを提供するステップと、
前記実行された関数インスタンスの結果を記憶するための付記専用台帳(4000)に対するアクセスを提供するステップとを含む、方法。 - デジタル資産と前記デジタル資産の展開とをモデリングおよび/または記録するための、データ構造を操作するコンピュータで実施される方法であって、前記デジタル資産が複数の関係者と関連付けられ、
前記デジタル資産の譲渡のための、await関数において定義される複数の相互に排他的な選択肢を含む前記await関数を決定するステップであって、前記複数の相互に排他的な選択肢の中の各選択肢が、関連するconfigured関数およびそれぞれの選択ステップ条件を有する、ステップと、
前記await関数インスタンスを一度だけ実行するステップであって、
前記複数の排他的な選択肢から有効な選択された選択肢を受け取り、前記有効な選択された選択肢により要求される関係者の同意の指示を受け取ると、前記方法がさらに、前記有効な選択された選択肢の前記関連するconfigured関数インスタンスを実行するステップを含み、
前記await関数が、前記有効な選択された選択肢の前記選択ステップ条件が満たされるという決定とともに終了する、ステップと、

前記await関数インスタンスが、前記デジタル資産の譲渡のための、前記await関数インスタンスにおいて定義される複数の相互に排他的な選択肢を含み、前記複数の相互に排他的な選択肢の中の各選択肢が、関連するconfigured関数およびそれぞれの選択ステップ条件を有し、
前記複数の相互に排排他的な選択肢のうちの有効な選択された選択肢を受け取り、前記有効な選択された選択肢により要求される関係者の同意の指示を受け取ると、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサがさらに、前記有効な選択された選択肢の前記関連するconfigured関数インスタンスを実行するように構成され、
await関数が、前記有効な選択された選択肢の前記選択ステップ条件が満たされるという決定とともに終了し、
前記合意に必要とされる関係者の同意の指示を受け取ると、前記デジタル資産と関連付けられる合意記録を作成するためにagree関数インスタンスを実行するように構成される、少なくとも1つのプロセッサと、
