Description

The present invention relates to a door opening detection method and a door opening detection device .

In recent years, vehicles have received information from roadside wireless communication devices installed on the road (road-to-vehicle communication), or vehicles have wirelessly exchanged information (vehicle-to-vehicle communication) and received the information. Intelligent Transport Systems (“ITS”) are being studied to improve the safety of vehicle traffic by utilizing various types of information in vehicles. The roadside wireless communication device can transmit and receive information via a communication line, for example, to and from a central device installed in a traffic control center (see, for example, Non-Patent Documents 1 and 2).

That open door closing is door opening detected by the magnet switch, it is proposed to send to the central unit a detection signal as an abnormal signal. The magnet switch includes a magnet provided in the housing (or opening / closing door) and a magnetic plate provided in the opening / closing door (or housing) that attracts the magnet in the closed state, and the opening / closing door is opened. When the magnetic plate separates from the magnet, the opening of the opening / closing door is detected.

The magnet and the magnetic plate constituting the magnet switch are generally formed in an elongated shape. For example, when the accommodation space inside the housing is narrow, the opening / closing door is closed in the longitudinal direction of the magnet and the magnetic plate. The opening / closing door may be arranged from the opening / closing base end side to the opening / closing tip side. However, in this case, when the opening / closing door is opened, the magnet switch is not in the detection state unless the opening angle is increased to some extent, so that the following problems occur.

For example, a malicious person opens the opening / closing door until the magnet switch is in the detection state, and inserts another magnetic plate into the magnet through the gap created between the opening / closing tip of the opening / closing door and the housing. Adsorb. Then, if the opening / closing door is further opened while maintaining this suction state, even if the regular magnetic plate is separated from the magnet, another magnetic plate is attracted to the magnet, so that the magnet switch opens the opening / closing door. Is not detected. Thus, it is possible to impersonate the closing state even when the door-opening the door, there is a possibility that the security information is stolen.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is a door opening detection method and a door opening detection device capable of suppressing unauthorized opening of an opening / closing door without detecting the opening of the opening / closing door.
[Explanation of Embodiments of the Present Invention]
First, the contents of the embodiments of the present invention will be listed and described.
(1) The door opening detection device for a roadside wireless communication device according to an embodiment of the present invention accommodates a communication module that performs wireless communication with an in-vehicle communication device inside a housing provided with an opening / closing door. In the configured roadside wireless communication device, magnets provided on one of the housing side and the opening / closing door side, and the other member of the housing side and the opening / closing door side are provided. A magnetic member that attracts the magnet when the opening / closing door is closed is provided, and when the opening / closing door is opened, the attraction between the magnetic member and the magnet is released, so that the opening / closing door is opened / closed. A door opening detection device for a roadside wireless communication device that detects the opening of a door, and at least one of the magnet and the magnetic member is on the opening / closing base end side of the opening / closing door with the opening / closing door closed. It is formed elongated in the direction from the opening / closing tip side to the opening / closing tip side, and is provided on the housing or the opening / closing door. The door is provided with a protruding member that hides the opening / closing tip side of the magnet until the door is detected.

According to the door opening detection device of the roadside wireless communication device, the opening / closing tip side of the magnet can be hidden by a protrusion member from the closed state of the opening / closing door to the detection of the opening / closing door opening by the opening / closing detection device. can. As a result, a malicious person inserts another magnetic member into the gap between the opening / closing tip of the opening / closing door and the housing between the closing state of the opening / closing door and the detection of the opening / closing detection device of the opening / closing door. However, the protrusion member can prevent the other magnetic member from being attracted to the magnet. As a result, it is possible to prevent the opening / closing door from being illegally opened without the other magnetic member being attracted to the magnet and the door opening detecting device detecting the opening / closing of the opening / closing door.

(2) In the door opening detection device of the roadside wireless communication device, it is preferable that the protrusion member is a screw member. In this case, the protruding member can be easily attached to the housing or the opening / closing door.

(3) In the door opening detection device of the roadside wireless communication device, it is preferable that the screw member is a special screw that is tightened by using a special tool.
In this case, for example, if the magnetic member is fixed with a special screw, a malicious person cannot remove the magnetic member and attract it to the magnet unless a special tool is used. As a result, it is possible to further suppress the unauthorized opening of the opening / closing door without the door opening detecting device detecting the opening of the opening / closing door.

(4) In the door opening detection device of the roadside wireless communication device, one surface of the attracting surface of the magnet and the attracted surface of the magnetic member is the other as it goes from the opening / closing base end side to the opening / closing tip side. It is preferable that the magnets are always arranged so as to project toward the surface of the magnet.
If the attracting surface of the magnet or the attracted surface of the magnetic member is not inclined as described above, when the opening / closing door is opened from the closed state, the attracting portion of the magnet and the magnetic member opens / closes more than the opening / closing tip side. Since the movement distance in the door opening direction is shorter on the proximal end side, the timing at which the suction is released is delayed.

On the other hand, in the door opening detection device of the above (4), the opening / closing door is closed, and the attracting surface of the magnet and the attracted surface of the magnetic member are attracted in the inclined state. When the door is opened from the closed state, the suction on the opening / closing base end side, in which the timing at which the suction is released is delayed, can be released at an earlier timing among the suction portions of the magnet and the magnetic member. As a result, the door opening detection device can detect the opening of the opening / closing door earlier, so that the opening angle when the door opening detecting device detects the opening of the door can be made smaller. As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent another magnetic member from being inserted through the gap between the opening / closing tip of the opening / closing door and the housing.

(5) In the door opening detection device of the roadside wireless communication device, the long side of at least one of the magnet and the magnetic member in the direction from the opening / closing base end side to the opening / closing tip side extends in the horizontal direction. It is preferable to have it.
In this case, the direction from the opening / closing base end side to the opening / closing tip side is the horizontal direction, and the opening / closing door opens / closes in the horizontal direction. When another magnetic member is inserted into the gap between the opening / closing tip of the opening / closing door and the housing before the door opening detection device detects the opening of the opening / closing door, the other magnetic member is attracted to the magnet. It can be hindered by the protruding member.

(6) In the door opening detection device of the roadside wireless communication device, the magnetic member is attached to the other member with play in a direction perpendicular to the surface to be attracted by the magnetic member. It is preferable to further include an elastic member provided on the other side member and pressing the magnetic member toward the magnet side.
In this case, for example, even if the closing position of the opening / closing door with respect to the housing varies due to the packing that seals between the opening / closing door and the housing, the magnetic member can be played within the range of play according to the variation. By moving it inside, the suction position between the magnet and the magnetic member can also be moved. Since the magnetic member is always pressed toward the magnet by the elastic force of the elastic member even if the suction position fluctuates, the magnetic member can be reliably attracted to the magnet when the opening / closing door is closed. ..

(7) In the door opening detection device of the roadside wireless communication device, it is preferable that the housing has an inner door inside, and a magnet or a magnetic member on the housing side is attached to the inner door. ..
In this case, for example, even if the mounting position of the magnet or the magnetic member to be mounted on the inner door varies due to the mounting error of the inner door inside the housing, the magnetic member is played according to the variation. By moving within the range, the attraction position between the magnet and the magnetic member can also be moved. As a result, even if a magnet or a magnetic member is attached to the inner door inside the housing, the magnetic member can be reliably attracted to the magnet when the opening / closing door is closed.

(8) In the door opening detection device of the roadside wireless communication device, the housing has an inner door that opens and closes in the same direction as the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing door, and the magnet or magnetic member on the housing side has an inner door. The protrusion member is attached to the inner door, and the protrusion member is provided on the other side member, and the end portion of the magnetic member on the opening / closing tip side is hooked in a state where the opening / closing door is closed. It is preferable that the magnetic member is configured so that the end portion falls off from the protruding member and cannot be attracted to the magnet by releasing the attraction with the magnet during the opening of the opening / closing door. ..
When the inner door opens and closes in the same direction as the opening / closing door, for example, when the opening / closing door and the inner door are opened to perform maintenance work inside the housing, the following problems may occur. .. When the open / close door and the inner door come close to each other during the work, one of the magnets and magnetic members attached to the inner door side is attracted to the other provided on the open / close door side. , The door opening detection device is in a state where the opening / closing door is not detected even though the opening / closing door is opened.

On the other hand, in the door opening detection device of the above (8), the attraction between the magnet and the magnetic member is released during the opening of the opening / closing door, so that the end portion of the magnetic member falls off from the protruding member and the magnet. Therefore, when the inner door is opened after the opening / closing door is opened, the magnetic member does not attract the magnet even if both doors are close to each other. As a result, it is possible to prevent the door opening detection device from being in a state in which the opening / closing door is not detected even though the opening / closing door is opened.

(9) In the door opening detection device of the roadside wireless communication device, the end portion of the magnetic member on the opening / closing base end side or the end portion on the opening / closing tip side has the end portion on the opening / closing tip side falling off from the protrusion member. When the opening / closing door is closed in this state, it is preferably formed so as to bite between the opening / closing door and the housing in the middle of closing the door to prevent the opening / closing door from closing.
When the opening / closing door is opened, if the end of the magnetic member on the opening / closing tip side falls off from the protruding member and cannot be attracted to the magnet, the magnetic member is attracted to the magnet even if the opening / closing door is closed in that state. Therefore, the door opening detection device remains in the state of detecting the opening of the opening / closing door.

On the other hand, in the door opening detection device of the above (9), even if an attempt is made to close the opening / closing door in a state where the end on the opening / closing tip side of the magnetic member has fallen off from the protrusion member, the opening / closing door and the housing are in the middle of closing the door. By engaging the end of the magnetic member on the opening / closing base end side or the opening / closing tip side, the closing of the opening / closing door can be prevented. As a result, when the opening / closing door is closed with the end on the opening / closing tip side of the magnetic member falling out of the protruding member, the opening / closing door is closed while the door opening detection device detects the opening / closing of the opening / closing door. It can be suppressed.

[Roadside wireless communication device]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the roadside wireless communication device 4 using the door opening detection device according to the present embodiment. The roadside wireless communication device 4 includes a housing 20, an opening / closing door 31 that opens and closes an opening of the housing 20, and a communication module 40 (see FIG. 3) housed inside the housing 20.

FIG. 3 is a front view of the roadside wireless communication device 4 in a state where the opening / closing door 31 is opened. In FIGS. 2 and 3, the housing 20 includes a housing main body 21 and an inner door 22 provided inside the housing main body 21. The housing main body 21 is made of, for example, a rectangular parallelepiped box body long in the vertical direction, and is attached to a signal column (not shown) or the like. An opening 21a is formed on the front surface of the housing body 21.

The opening / closing door 31 is formed in a rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction in accordance with the shape of the opening 21a of the housing main body 21. The right edge of the opening / closing door 31 is rotatably supported in the horizontal direction on the front right edge of the housing body 21 via a pair of upper and lower hinges 32. As a result, the opening / closing door 31 is attached to the housing body 21 so as to be openable / closable.

A locking device 33 that locks the opening / closing door 31 in the closed state is attached to the opening / closing tip side of the opening / closing door 31. Further, a resin packing 34 is fixed to the back surface of the opening / closing door 31 along the outer peripheral edge thereof, and when the opening / closing door 31 is closed, the packing 34 is the peripheral edge of the opening 21a of the housing body 21. The inside of the housing body 21 is sealed by coming into contact with the whole.

The inner door 22 is made of, for example, a square-shaped plate member, and is arranged on the upper side inside the housing main body 21. The right edge portion of the inner door 22 is rotatably supported in the horizontal direction on the inner side surface on the right side of the housing main body portion 21 via a pair of upper and lower hinges 23. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the inner door 22 is attached to the housing main body 21 so as to open and close in the same direction as the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing door 31. A lock member 24 that holds the inner door 22 in a closed state is attached to the inner side surface on the left side of the housing main body 21. The inner door 22 may open and close in a direction different from that of the opening / closing door 31. Further, the housing 20 does not necessarily have to include the inner door 22.

As described above, the communication module 40 has a communication function for wireless communication with the in-vehicle communication device 7 and a communication function for communication with the central device 3. The communication module 40 is arranged in the housing main body 21 on the back side (rear side) of the inner door 22. As a result, by closing the inner door 22, the entire communication module 40 is covered with the inner door 22.

[Door opening detection device]
In FIG. 3, the roadside wireless communication device 4 is provided with a magnet switch (door opening detection device) 50 for detecting that the opening / closing door 31 has been opened. The magnet switch 50 of the present embodiment includes a magnet 51 provided on the upper side of the housing 20 and a magnetic member 52 provided on the upper side of the opening / closing door 31. The magnet switch 50 opens and closes when the magnetic member 52 is attracted to the magnet 51 when the opening / closing door 31 is closed, and when the opening / closing door 31 is opened, the attraction between the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52 is released. Detects the opening of the door 31. The detection signal of the magnet switch 50 is transmitted as an abnormal signal to the central device 3 by the communication module 40.

The magnetic member 52 is elongated in the direction (left-right direction in FIG. 3) from the opening / closing base end side (hinge 32 side) of the opening / closing door 31 toward the opening / closing tip side (locking device 33 side), and the magnet 51 is also magnetic. It is elongated in the same direction as the member 52. That is, the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52 are formed elongated in the direction from the opening / closing base end side to the opening / closing tip side of the opening / closing door 31 in a state where the opening / closing door 31 is closed. In the present embodiment, since the direction from the opening / closing base end side to the opening / closing tip side of the opening / closing door 31 is the horizontal direction, the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52 have long sides 51e and 52e extending in the horizontal direction, respectively. .. Hereinafter, with respect to the housing 20, the right side in front view is also referred to as “opening / closing base end side”, and the left side in front view is also referred to as “opening / closing tip end side”.

Although the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52 are arranged on the upper side of the housing 20 and the upper side of the opening / closing door 31, they may be arranged on the lower side of the housing 20 and the lower side of the opening / closing door 31, respectively. .. Further, the magnet switch 50 may have a magnet 51 provided on the opening / closing door 31 and a magnetic member 52 provided on the housing 20. Further, the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52 are formed elongated in the direction from the opening / closing base end side to the opening / closing tip side of the opening / closing door 31, but only one of them may be elongated in that direction.

[magnet]
FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged front view showing the magnet 51 and its surroundings. FIG. 6 is an enlarged plan view showing the magnet 51 and its surroundings. In FIGS. 5 and 6, the magnet 51 is fixed to the upper surface of the inner door 22 via a bracket 53 and a holding member 54. Although the magnet 51 is fixed to the inner door 22 side, it may be fixed to the housing main body 21 side.

The bracket 53 has a vertical plate portion 53a fixed to the upper surface of the inner door 22, and a horizontal plate portion 53b extending horizontally from the upper end of the vertical plate portion 53a toward the front. The front end surface 53c of the horizontal plate portion 53b is arranged parallel to the front surface 22a of the inner door 22. Further, screw holes 53d are formed at both ends of the horizontal plate portion 53b in the left-right direction so as to penetrate in the plate thickness direction.

The holding member 54 has a box-shaped storage portion 54a for storing the magnet 51, and a pair of collar portions 54b extending outward in the left-right direction from the upper side of both left and right end portions of the storage portion 54a. An insertion hole 54c into which the screw member 55 is inserted is formed in each flange portion 54b so as to penetrate in the vertical direction. The screw member 55 is screwed into the screw hole 53d of the horizontal plate portion 53b from the lower side of the collar portion 54b through the insertion hole 54c of the collar portion 54b. As a result, the holding member 54 is fixed to the horizontal plate portion 53b of the bracket 53.

The remaining portion of the magnet 51 except for the front end portion 51b is inserted into and fixed to the storage portion 54a of the holding member 54. The front end surface of the magnet 51 (front end portion 51b) is a suction surface 51a to which the magnetic member 52 is attracted. The magnet 51 and the holding member 54 are fixed to the bracket 53 so that the suction surface 51a is inclined with respect to the front end surface 53c of the horizontal plate portion 53b. Specifically, the suction surface 51a of the magnet 51 is fixed to the bracket 53 in a state of being inclined so as to project forward from the right side to the left side of FIG. In other words, the suction surface 51a is arranged in a state of being always inclined so as to project toward the suction surface 52a (see FIG. 7) of the magnetic member 52 from the opening / closing base end side toward the opening / closing tip side. ..

By inclining the suction surface 51a of the magnet 51 in this way, the suction surface 51a of the magnet 51 and the suction surface 52a of the magnetic member 52 are attracted in an inclined state while the opening / closing door 31 is closed. .. Therefore, when the opening / closing door 31 is opened from the closed state, the suction portion of the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52 releases the suction at the opening / closing base end side where the timing at which the suction is released is delayed. be able to. As a result, the magnet switch 50 can detect that the opening / closing door 31 has been opened earlier, so that the opening angle at the time of detecting the opening of the opening / closing door 31 can be made smaller. As a result, as will be described later, it is possible to effectively prevent a malicious person from inserting another magnetic member through the gap between the opening / closing tip portion of the opening / closing door 31 and the housing main body portion 21.

The inclination angle θ of the suction surface 51a with respect to the front end surface 53c of the horizontal plate portion 53b is preferably set to 3 ° or more and 7 ° or less. When the inclination angle θ exceeds 7 °, the surface 52a to be attracted by the magnetic member 52 cannot be adjusted to the inclination angle θ of the suction surface 51 within the range of play (described later), and when the inclination angle θ becomes less than 3 °. This is because the magnet switch 50 cannot effectively and quickly detect the opening of the opening / closing door 31. In the present embodiment, the inclination angle θ is set to 5 °.

In the present embodiment, the suction surface 51a of the magnet 51 is always arranged in an inclined state, but the suction surface 52a of the magnetic member 52 may be arranged in a state of being always inclined. In this case, for example, if the holding member 54 that holds the magnet 51 is supported with play against the bracket 53 so that the suction surface 51a of the magnet 51 is tilted according to the inclination angle of the suction surface 52a of the magnetic member 52. good.

[Magnetic member]
FIG. 7 is an enlarged front view showing the magnetic member 52 and its surroundings. FIG. 8 is an enlarged perspective view showing the magnetic member 52 and its surroundings. In FIGS. 7 and 8, the magnetic member 52 is made of, for example, a metal plate member formed in a rectangular shape, and is formed longer than the magnet 51 in the longitudinal direction. The front surface of the magnetic member 52 has a central portion in the longitudinal direction as a surface to be attracted 52a to be attracted to the suction surface 51a of the magnet 51. The magnetic member 52 is placed on the back surface side of the opening / closing door 31 at a position where the suction surface 52a is attracted to the suction surface 51a of the magnet 51 in a state where the opening / closing door 31 is closed, via a washer 57 by a pair of screw members 56. Is attached.

Specifically, insertion holes (not shown) into which the screw member 56 is inserted are formed at both ends of the magnetic member 52 in the longitudinal direction so as to penetrate in the plate thickness direction. The screw member 56 penetrates the insertion hole of the magnetic member 52 and is screwed into the screw hole (not shown) of the boss member 58. The boss member 58 is fixed to the back surface of the opening / closing door 31 via the base plate 59.

弾性部材60は、例えばEPDM(エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム)によって直方体状に形成されている。
The screw member 56 is screwed between the washer 57 and the boss member 58 so that the magnetic member 52 has a play S (see FIG. 9) in the direction perpendicular to the surface to be attracted 52a. As a result, the magnetic member 52 is attached to the opening / closing door 31 with a play S.
An elastic member 60 that presses the magnetic member 52 forward is fixed to the base plate 59 at a position facing the central portion of the back surface of the magnetic member 52. The elastic member 60 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape by, for example, EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber).

From the above, since both ends of the magnetic member 52 in the longitudinal direction are attached to the opening / closing door 31 with play S, when the magnetic member 52 is attracted to the suction surface 51a of the magnet 51, The magnetic member 52 can be tilted corresponding to the tilt of the suction surface 51a. As a result, the surface to be adsorbed 52a of the magnetic member 52 can be adsorbed along the adsorption surface 51a.

Further, even if the closing position of the opening / closing door 31 with respect to the housing 20 varies due to the packing 34, or the mounting position of the magnet 51 varies due to the mounting error of the inner door 22, these variations occur. By moving the magnetic member 52 within the range of the play S according to the above, the suction position between the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52 can also be moved. Since the magnetic member 52 is always pressed toward the magnet 51 by the elastic force of the elastic member 60 even if the suction position fluctuates, the magnetic member 52 is surely pressed against the magnet 51 when the opening / closing door 31 is closed. Can be adsorbed on.

The play S is preferably set within a predetermined length range. If the play S becomes too long, the opening angle of the opening / closing door 31 becomes too large by the time the attraction between the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52 is released, and as will be described later, a malicious person may call the opening / closing door 31. This is because another magnetic member can be easily inserted through the gap with the housing 20. Further, if the play S becomes too short, the variation in the mounting position of the magnet 51 and the like cannot be absorbed within the length range of the play S.

[Protrusion member]
FIG. 9 is a partial cross-sectional side view of the magnet switch 50 viewed from the opening / closing tip side of the opening / closing door 31 with the opening / closing door 31 closed. In FIG. 9, the head 56A1 of the screw member 56A (see also FIG. 7) in which the end on the opening / closing tip side of the magnetic member 52 is attached to the opening / closing door 31 side is a magnet 51 with the opening / closing door 31 closed. It is formed in a size that hides the opening / closing tip side of the front end portion 51b of the door.

Further, from the closed state of the opening / closing door 31 to the detection of the opening of the opening / closing door 31 by the magnet switch 50, the tip surface of the head 56A1 moves to the right in FIG. 9 by a distance L, but the head 56A1 Is formed in a size that hides the opening / closing tip side of the front end portion 51b even during the moving distance L. Therefore, the screw member 56A functions as a protrusion member that hides the opening / closing tip side of the front end portion 51b of the magnet 51 from the closed state of the opening / closing door 31 until the magnet switch 50 detects the opening of the opening / closing door 31.

As a result, a gap between the opening / closing tip of the opening / closing door 31 and the housing main body 21 between the closed state of the opening / closing door 31 and the detection of the opening of the opening / closing door 31 by the magnet switch 50 by a malicious person. Even if another magnetic member is inserted into the door, the protrusion member 56A can prevent the other magnetic member from being attracted to the magnet 51. As a result, it is possible to prevent the opening / closing door 31 from being illegally opened without the magnet switch 50 detecting the opening of the opening / closing door 31 by attracting the other magnetic member to the magnet 51.

Further, since the protruding member 56A is a screw member, it can be easily attached to the opening / closing door 31 side. Further, since the screw member 56A for fixing the magnetic member 52 to the opening / closing door 31 side is used as a protruding member for hiding the opening / closing tip side of the front end portion 51b of the magnet 51, the number of parts is reduced and the structure is simplified. Can be planned.
In the present embodiment, the screw member 56A for fixing the magnetic member 52 to the opening / closing door 31 side is used as a protrusion member for hiding the magnet 51, but a dedicated member may be separately provided as the protrusion member.

In FIG. 7, the protrusion member 56A is a special screw that is tightened using a special tool. The protrusion member 56A of the present embodiment has, for example, a star-shaped tool engaging groove 56A2 formed in the head portion 56A1, but a tool engaging groove having another special shape may be formed. Further, in the present embodiment, the screw member 56B having the end on the opening / closing base end side of the magnetic member 52 attached to the opening / closing door 31 side also has a star shape on the head 56B1 like the protrusion member (screw member) 56A. A tool engagement groove 56B2 is formed.

As a result, a malicious person cannot remove the magnetic member 52 from the opening / closing door 31 and attract it to the magnet 51 on the housing 20 side unless a special tool is used. As a result, it is possible to further suppress the unauthorized opening of the opening / closing door 31 without detecting the opening of the opening / closing door 31 by the magnet switch 50.
In the present embodiment, the double-threaded members 56A and 56B are special screws, but only one screw member may be a special screw, or both screw members may be general-purpose screws to be tightened by a general-purpose tool.

[First modification of magnetic member]
FIG. 10 shows a first modification of the magnetic member, and is an enlarged front view showing the magnetic member and its surroundings as seen from the back surface side of the closed door. Further, FIG. 11 is an enlarged front view showing the magnetic member of the first modified example and its surroundings as seen from the back surface side of the opened / closed door. In FIGS. 10 and 11, for convenience of explanation, the packing 34, the washer 57, the base plate 59, and the elastic member 60 are not shown.

In FIG. 10, a long hole 52c into which the screw portion 56B3 of the screw member 56B is inserted is formed at the end portion of the magnetic member 52'of the first modification on the opening / closing base end side (left side in the drawing). The elongated hole 52c is formed long in the longitudinal direction of the magnetic member 52'.
Further, a groove portion 52b for hooking on the screw portion 56A3 of the protrusion member 56A is formed at the end portion of the magnetic member 52'on the opening / closing tip side (right side in the drawing). The groove portion 52b is formed long in the longitudinal direction of the magnetic member 52', and the opening / closing tip side is open. As a result, the magnetic member 52'is supported by the screw members 56A and 56B so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction.

In the closed state of the opening / closing door 31, the magnetic member 52'is arranged so as to be most biased toward the opening / closing tip side with respect to the screw members 56A and 56B, and the screw portion 56B3 is the end portion of the elongated hole 52c on the opening / closing base end side. The screw portion 56A3 is located at the end of the groove portion 52b on the opening / closing base end side.
When the opening / closing door 31 is opened from this state, the relative position between the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52'try to change, but since the magnetic member 52'is attracted to the magnet 51, the screw member together with the magnet 51 It moves to the opening / closing base end side with respect to 56A and 56B.

Then, during the opening of the opening / closing door 31, as shown in FIG. 11, when the magnetic member 52'moves to a position most biased toward the opening / closing base end side with respect to the screw members 56A and 56B, the groove portion of the magnetic member 52' The 52b is disengaged from the screw portion 56A3, and the attraction between the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52'is released, so that the end portion of the magnetic member 52'on the opening / closing tip side comes off from the protrusion member 56A. That is, the end portion of the magnetic member 52'on the opening / closing tip side rotates downward due to its own weight around the screw portion 56B3. As a result, as shown by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 11, the magnetic member 52'is in a state in which the longitudinal direction thereof faces the vertical direction, and the attracted portion 52a of the magnetic member 52'cannot be attracted to the magnet 51. It becomes.

When closing the opening / closing door 31 from this state, the end portion of the magnetic member 52'on the opening / closing tip side is manually rotated upward, and as shown in FIG. The opening / closing door 31 may be closed after being hooked on the door. As a result, when the opening / closing door 31 is closed, the magnetic member 52'can be attracted to the magnet 51.

As described above, in the magnet switch 50 provided with the magnetic member 52'of the first modification, the magnetic member 52' is opened and closed by releasing the attraction between the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52'during the opening and closing of the opening / closing door 31. The end portion on the tip side comes off from the protrusion member 56A and cannot be attracted to the magnet 51. As a result, when the inner door 22 is opened after the opening / closing door 31 is opened (see FIG. 4), the magnetic member 52'is attracted to the magnet 51 even if both doors 31 and 22 are close to each other. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the magnet switch 50 from being in a state where the opening / closing door 31 is not detected even though the opening / closing door 31 is opened.

[Second modification of magnetic member]
FIG. 12 shows a second modification of the magnetic member, and is an enlarged front view showing the magnetic member and its surroundings as seen from the back surface side of the closed door. Further, FIG. 13 is an enlarged front view showing the magnetic member of the second modified example and its surroundings as seen from the back surface side of the opened / closed door. In FIGS. 12 and 13, for convenience of explanation, the packing 34, the washer 57, the base plate 59, and the elastic member 60 are not shown.

In FIGS. 12 and 13, the magnetic member 52 "of the second modification is a further modification of the magnetic member 52'of the first modification, and has an extension portion 52d on the opening / closing base end side of the elongated hole 52c. The extension portion 52d is provided when the opening / closing door 31 is closed in a state where the end portion of the magnetic member 52 ”on the opening / closing tip side is pulled out from the protruding member 56A (the state indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 13). It is formed so as to be caught between the opening / closing door 31 and the housing main body 21 during the opening of the door to prevent the opening / closing door 31 from being closed.

For example, in this modification, the length D from the elongated hole 52c to the tip of the extension portion 52d is from the upper end of the opening / closing door 31 in a state where the end on the opening / closing tip side of the magnetic member 52 ”is pulled out from the protrusion member 56A. In this modified example, the end portion (extension portion 52d) on the opening / closing base end side of the magnetic member 52 "inhibits the closing of the opening / closing door 31. For example, when the magnet 51 and the magnetic member 52 "are arranged on the lower side of the housing 20 and the lower side of the opening / closing door 31, the opening / closing door 31 is closed by the end of the magnetic member 52" on the opening / closing tip side. May be inhibited.

As described above, according to the magnet switch 50 provided with the magnetic member 52 "of the second modification, even if an attempt is made to close the opening / closing door 31 with the end portion of the magnetic member 52" on the opening / closing tip side falling out of the protrusion member 56A. By engaging the extension portion 52d of the magnetic member 52 "between the opening / closing door 31 and the housing main body 21 in the middle of closing the door, the closing of the opening / closing door 31 can be prevented. When the opening / closing door 31 is closed with the end on the opening / closing tip side falling out of the protrusion member 56A, the magnet switch 50 suppresses the opening / closing door 31 from being closed while detecting the opening of the opening / closing door 31. be able to.

The magnetic members 52', 52 "of the first and second modifications have a play S and are supported on the opening / closing door 31 side as in the magnetic member 52 of the present embodiment, but do not have a play S. It may be fixed to the opening / closing door 31 side. In this case, the elastic member 60 that presses the magnetic members 52', 52 "to the magnet 51 side is also unnecessary.
