Description
Claims (11)
- 導電性材料(10)が内部に配置された本体(20)を有する流体管を備え、
前記導電性材料が、隣接して配置される2つの導体(11、12)を有し、前記導電性材料は織物材料を備え、
一方の導体の端部に設けられる第1クリンプコネクタ(40)と、
他方の導体の端部に設けられる第2クリンプコネクタ(50)とを備え、
両クリンプコネクタは、前記本体の同じ側の端部に設けられ、
複数の前記導体は、前記本体の他端に設けられる第3クリンプコネクタ(30)により電気的に直列に連結され、前記第3クリンプコネクタが、内周面から内側に突出する1つまたは複数の隆起部を備え、前記各隆起部は、前記絶縁カバーを貫通する鋭い端部を有するとともに、前記隆起部が、300度に亘って円周方向に延在し、
前記導体間に電圧を印加するとともに電流を流して前記流体管を加熱するため、電源を各導体に連結する手段(41、51)とを備える
ことを特徴とする加熱流体管。 - 各導体の各端部の連結には、前記電源の一方の端子を前記第1クリンプコネクタに接続することと、前記電源の他方の端子を前記第2クリンプコネクタに接続することとが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱流体管。
- 前記導電性材料に半導体炭素繊維材料が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱流体管。
- 前記炭素繊維材料に炭素繊維の糸が含まれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の加熱流体管。
- 前記炭素繊維材料に炭素繊維抗張補強材が含まれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の加熱流体管。
- 前記流体管がホースであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱流体管。
- 前記流体管の上を覆う絶縁カバーを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱流体管。
- 導電性炭素繊維織物材料が内部に配置された本体を有し、絶縁カバーを更に備える流体管と、
前記導電性炭素繊維織物材料は、互いに電気的に絶縁された2つの導体を有し、
前記導体は、前記流体管の一端で絶縁カバーを貫通するクリンプコネクタによって電気的に直列に接続され、前記クリンプコネクタが、内周面から内側に突出する1つまたは複数の隆起部を備え、前記各隆起部は、前記絶縁カバーを貫通する鋭い端部を有するとともに、前記隆起部が、300度に亘って円周方向に延在し、
前記導体間に電圧を印加するとともに電流を流して前記流体管を加熱するため、電源を直列回路の各導体の他端に連結する手段を備える
ことを特徴とする加熱流体管。 - 半導体炭素繊維織物材料が内部に配置された本体を有し、絶縁カバーを更に備える流体管と、
前記半導体炭素繊維織物材料は、互いに電気的に絶縁された2つの導体を有し、
両者ともに本体の同じ側の端部に設けられる、第1の導体に係合する第1クリンプコネクタと、第2の導体に係合する第2クリンプコネクタとを備え、
前記複数の導体は、前記本体の他端において、前記第1、第2の導体と電気的に係合するために前記絶縁カバーを貫通する第3クリンプコネクタにより電気的に直列に接続され、前記第3クリンプコネクタが、内周面から内側に突出する1つまたは複数の隆起部を備え、前記各隆起部は、前記絶縁カバーを貫通する鋭い端部を有するとともに、前記隆起部が、300度に亘って円周方向に延在し、
前記導体間に電圧を印加するとともに電流を流して前記流体管を加熱するため、直列回路を形成する前記各第1、第2クリンプコネクタに電源を連結する手段を備える
ことを特徴とする加熱流体管。 - 前記第1クリンプコネクタが、内周面から内側に吐出する1つまたは複数の隆起部を備え、前記各隆起部が、前記絶縁カバーを貫通する鋭い端部を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の加熱流体管。
- 前記第1クリンプコネクタおよび前記第2クリンプコネクタはそれぞれ、内周面から内側に吐出する1つまたは複数の隆起部を備え、各隆起部は、前記絶縁カバーを貫通する鋭い端部を有することを特徴する請求項9に記載の加熱流体管。
