Claims (16)
- 骨の中に埋め込むための固定システムであって、
第1の安定化要素を受容し、かつ保持する第1の結合アセンブリと、
第2の安定化要素を受容し、かつ保持する第2の結合アセンブリと、
前記第1の結合アセンブリに取設し、かつ前記第2の結合アセンブリに取設するプレートと、を備え、
前記第1の結合アセンブリは、骨ねじが取設されるレセプタクルを含み、
前記第1の結合アセンブリは、前記第1の安定化要素を受容し、かつ保持する第1の結合本体と、前記第1の結合本体を前記プレートに締結する第1のクランプと、を備え、前記第1の結合本体は、前記プレートの上に配置され、取設された前記骨ねじの頭部を保持し、
前記プレートは、前記プレートを前記第1の結合本体に係止するプレート−結合部間係止部と、前記プレートを前記第1のクランプに係止するプレート−クランプ間係止部と、を備える、固定システム。 - 前記第2の結合アセンブリは、
前記第2の安定化要素を受容し、かつ保持する第2の結合本体と、
前記第2の結合本体を前記プレートに締結する第2のクランプと、を備える、請求項1に記載の固定システム。 - 前記第1の結合本体及び前記第2の結合本体は、前記第1の結合アセンブリが骨ねじに取設されているとき、独立して回転可能である、請求項2に記載の固定システム。
- 前記第1の結合アセンブリは、
前記第1の結合本体の中に形成されたレセプタクルと、
前記第1のクランプに取設するサドルと、を備え、
前記第1の結合本体及び前記第1のクランプのうち少なくとも一方は、前記第1の結合本体が前記プレートに対して回転することを可能にするように、前記レセプタクルの内壁と、前記サドル、前記第1のクランプおよび前記プレートの少なくともいずれかと、の間の境界領域または接触領域を構成することによって形成されるフロート領域を含む、請求項1に記載の固定システム。 - 前記第1の結合アセンブリは、前記第1のクランプに取設するサドルを備える、請求項1に記載の固定システム。
- 前記第1の結合本体は、
前記プレートを前記第1の結合本体に係止するように、前記プレート−結合部間係止部と接触し、かつ係合する、結合部−プレート間係止部を備える、請求項1に記載の固定システム。 - 前記第1のクランプは、
前記プレートを前記第1のクランプに係止するように、前記プレート−クランプ間係止部と接触し、かつ係合する、クランプ−プレート間係止部を備える、請求項1に記載の固定システム。 - 前記プレート−結合部間係止部は、雄係止機構を含み、前記プレート−クランプ間係止部は、雌係止機構を含む、請求項1に記載の固定システム。
- 前記第1の結合本体は、係止キャップを受容するキャップ保持器を含み、
前記第1のクランプおよび前記サドルの少なくとも一部は、前記第1の結合本体に受容されて、前記キャップ保持器の下部に保持され、
前記第1の安定化要素は、前記キャップ保持器に受容された前記係止キャップと、前記第1の結合本体に保持された前記サドルとの間に保持され、
前記キャップ保持器に受容された前記係止キャップは、第1の方向に移動することにより、前記第1の安定化要素の一部及び前記サドルの一部に、第1の方向の力を伝達及び適用し、
前記第1の方向は、前記キャップ保持器に受容された前記係止キャップが前記第1のクランプに向かう方向である、請求項5に記載の固定システム。 - 前記プレートは、前記第1のクランプの一部を受容し、かつ前記第1のクランプが前記プレートを通過して前記第1の結合本体に保持されるように構成されており、
前記力は、前記第1のクランプを第2の方向に移動させて、前記第1のクランプを前記プレートに係止し、前記第2の方向は、前記第1の方向に対して実質的に反対である、請求項9に記載の固定システム。 - 前記第1の結合アセンブリ、前記第2の結合アセンブリ、及び前記プレートは、前記骨ねじに対して同時に回転してかつ角度的に調節可能である、請求項1に記載の固定システム。

第2の安定化要素を受容し、かつ保持する第2の結合アセンブリと、

前記第1の結合アセンブリは、
骨締結部に取設し、
骨ねじが取設されるレセプタクルを含み、
前記第1のクランプは、前記第1の結合本体を前記プレートに締結し、
前記プレートは、前記プレートを前記第1の結合本体に係止するプレート−結合部間係止部と、前記プレートを前記第1のクランプに係止するプレート−クランプ間係止部と、を備え、
前記第1の結合本体は、
前記プレートの上に配置され、取設された前記骨ねじの頭部を保持し、
係止キャップを受容するキャップ保持器を含み、
前記クランプの少なくとも一部は、前記第1の結合本体に受容されて、前記キャップ保持器の下部に保持され、
前記プレートは、前記クランプの一部を受容し、かつ前記クランプが前記プレートを通過して前記第1の結合本体に保持されるように構成されており、
前記キャップ保持器に受容された前記係止キャップは、ある方向に移動することにより、前記第1の結合本体を前記プレートに向かって付勢するように前記ある方向の力を加え、前記ある方向の力が加えられた状態で前記第1のクランプを前記プレートに向かって付勢するように前記ある方向とは別の方向の力を加えることによって、前記第1の結合本体及び前記第1のクランプを前記プレートに固定して固着させる、固定システム。 - 前記第2の結合アセンブリは、
前記第2の安定化要素を受容し、かつ保持する第2の結合本体と、
前記第2の結合本体を前記プレートに締結する第2のクランプと、を備える、請求項12に記載の固定システム。 - 前記第1の結合本体及び前記第2の結合本体は、前記第1の結合アセンブリが骨ねじに取設されているとき、独立して回転可能である、請求項13に記載の固定システム。
- 前記第1の結合アセンブリは、
前記第1の結合本体の中に形成されたレセプタクルと、
前記第1のクランプに取設するサドルと、を備え、
前記第1の結合本体及び前記第1のクランプのうち少なくとも一方は、前記第1の結合本体が前記プレートに対して回転することを可能にするように、前記レセプタクルの内壁と、前記サドル、前記第1のクランプおよび前記プレートの少なくともいずれかと、の間の境界領域または接触領域を構成することによって形成されるフロート領域を含む、請求項12に記載の固定システム。 - 前記第1の結合アセンブリが、
前記第1のクランプに取設するサドルを備える、請求項12に記載の固定システム。
