Description

The present disclosure relates to the superstructure of the cab.

Patent Document 1 describes a truck cab including a cab panel forming left and right side walls and a rear side wall, and a roof assembly provided on the cab panel and forming a roof portion. The panel plate of the cab panel is formed by bending the upper edge portion inward of the cab. The columnar reinforcement of the cab panel is formed in a hat shape in cross section and is attached to the inner surface of the cab of the cab panel. The roof assembly is formed by providing a support column as a reinforcing material on the roof plate to be the ceiling and providing a support for protecting the edge of the roof plate. The support is placed and glued on the upper edge of the panel board when the roof assembly is mounted on the cab panel. A load transmission plate for transmitting a load is previously interposed in the gap between the upper end of the columnar reinforcement and the lower end of the column. The load transmission plate includes a horizontal portion extending in the horizontal direction in the gap between the columnar reinforcement and the column, and a downward extension portion attached to the reinforcing inner upper. The horizontal portion of the load transmission plate is arranged so that the lower surface is in contact with the upper end of the columnar reinforcement, so that the load from above is transmitted to the columnar reinforcement.

By the way, when a load from above is input to the roof assembly (roof panel), the load input from the support of the roof assembly to the upper edge of the panel plate of the cab panel is distributed to the lower side and the outside of the cab. There is. For example, if the left and right sides of the roof assembly and the rear side walls are inclined in the vertical direction from above toward the outside and downward of the cab, the upper edge of the panel plate of the cab panel from the support of the roof assembly. The load input to is easily distributed to the bottom and the outside of the cab. In this case, in the cab described in Patent Document 1, even if the horizontal portion of the load transmission plate can suppress the downward deformation of the upper edge portion of the panel plate of the cab panel, the panel plate to the outside of the cab can be suppressed. It is difficult to suppress the deformation of the upper edge. Therefore, the panel plate of the cab panel may be deformed to the outside of the cab.

Therefore, in the present disclosure, when a load is input to the roof panel of a vehicle from above, the load can be efficiently transmitted to the lower part of the cab, and the deformation of the cab panel can be suppressed. The purpose is to provide.

In order to solve the above problems, the superstructure of the cab according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a roof panel, a cab panel, and a regulating member. The roof panel has a roof main body that covers the passenger compartment of the cab from above, and a roof-side supported portion that extends in a predetermined direction while intersecting the vertical direction at the outer edge portion of the roof main body. The cab panel is an inner panel that is arranged on the passenger compartment side of the outer panel and is joined to the outer panel to partition the internal space between the outer panel, and at least the outer panel or the inner panel that extends in the vertical direction in the internal space. It has a reinforcement fixed to one panel and stands below the roof-side supported portion of the roof panel. The regulating member is arranged in the internal space of the cab panel and fixed to the reinforcement. The outer panel or inner panel has a cab-side support plate portion that extends along the predetermined direction and supports the roof-side supported portion from below in a state where the upper end portion of the cab panel intersects the vertical direction. The regulating member has a regulating upper surface that is arranged below the region where the roof-side supported portion is arranged above the cab-side supporting plate portion and is close to or in contact with the lower surface of the cab-side supporting plate portion. A locking protrusion that protrudes to the other surface side is provided on one surface side of the lower surface of the cab side support plate portion or the regulation upper surface of the regulation member, and corresponds to the locking protrusion on the other surface side. An engaging portion that is arranged at a position and can be engaged with the locking protrusion is provided. The locking protrusion or engaging portion of the cab-side support plate portion has a regulated outer surface that faces the outside of the cab. The engaging portion or locking protrusion of the regulating member has a regulating inner surface facing the passenger compartment side. The locking protrusion engages with the engaging portion in a state where at least the regulation upper surface of the regulation member and the lower surface of the cab side support plate portion are in contact with each other. The regulated outer surface and the regulated inner surface face each other or come into contact with each other in a state where the locking protrusion and the engaging portion are engaged. The regulating member restricts the downward movement of the cab side support plate while the upper surface of the regulation is in contact with the lower surface of the cab side support plate, and the regulating inner surface is in contact with the regulated outer surface of the cab side support plate. , Regulate the movement of the cab side support plate to the outside of the cab.

In the above configuration, the regulated upper surface of the regulating member is arranged below the region where the roof side supported portion is arranged above the cab side support plate portion, and is in close proximity to or in contact with the lower surface of the cab side support plate portion. When the regulated upper surface of the regulating member is close to the lower surface of the cab side support plate portion, a load is input to the roof panel from above, and the roof side supported portion presses the cab side support plate portion downward. At that time, the lower surface of the cab-side support plate portion can be brought into contact with the regulation upper surface of the regulation member at an early stage. That is, when a load is input to the roof panel from above, the cab-side support plate portion can be supported by the regulating member from below at an early stage. When the cab side support plate is supported from below by the regulation member, the load input from the roof side support to the cab side support plate is transmitted from the cab side support plate to the regulation member, and the regulation member rains. Since the load is transmitted to the force, the load is input to the roof panel from above, and the load input from the roof side supported portion to the cab side support plate portion side can be transmitted to the reinforcement at an early stage. Since the reinforcement extends in the vertical direction, the load input from the cab-side support plate to the regulation member can be efficiently transmitted to the lower part of the cab.

Further, when a load is input to the roof panel from above, the cab side support plate portion can be supported from below at an early stage by the regulating member, and the regulation upper surface of the regulating member is the lower surface of the cab side support plate portion. In contact, the movement of the cab side support plate is restricted downward. Therefore, when a load is input to the roof panel from above, the cab side support plate portion is supported from below at an early stage by the regulating member, and the cab side support plate portion is deformed downward (deformation of the cab panel). Can be suppressed.

Further, on one surface of the lower surface of the cab side support plate portion or the regulation upper surface of the regulation member, a locking protrusion projecting to the other surface side is provided, and the other surface engages with the locking protrusion. A possible engaging portion is provided, and the locking protrusion engages the engaging portion with at least the regulated upper surface of the regulating member and the lower surface of the cab side support plate in contact, and the regulated inner surface of the regulating member and the cab. The regulated outer surface of the side support plate portion faces or comes into contact with each other. That is, in a state where the load from above is input to the roof panel and the regulating member restricts the movement of the cab side support plate portion downward, the locking protrusion engages with the engaging portion, and the regulating member The inner surface of the regulation and the outer surface of the regulation of the cab side support plate face each other and come into close contact with each other. Therefore, for example, a load from above is input to the roof panel, and the load from the roof-side supported portion deforms the cab-side support plate portion so as to incline downward on the outside of the cab. When a load toward the outside of the cab is input to the side support plate portion, the regulated outer surface of the cab side support plate portion and the regulated inner surface of the regulating member can be brought into contact with each other at an early stage. The regulating member regulates the movement of the cab-side support plate to the outside of the cab with the regulated inner surface in contact with the regulated outer surface of the cab-side support plate, so when a load is input to the roof panel from above. It is possible to suppress the deformation of the outer panel (deformation of the cab panel) to the outside of the cab.

Therefore, when the load is input to the roof panel of the vehicle from above, the load can be efficiently transmitted to the lower side of the cab, and the deformation of the cab panel can be suppressed.

A second aspect of the present invention is the superstructure of the cab of the first aspect, wherein the reinforcement forms a closed cross section extending vertically between the outer panel and the inner panel.

In the above configuration, the reinforcement forms a closed cross section extending in the vertical direction between the outer panel and the inner panel, so that the reinforcement fixed to the one panel has a columnar shape (pillar) extending in the vertical direction. ). Therefore, when a load is input to the roof panel from above and a load is input from the roof side supported portion to the reinforcement via the cab side support plate portion and the regulating member, the load is efficiently applied to the lower side of the cab. Can be transmitted to.

A third aspect of the present invention is the superstructure of the cab according to the first aspect or the second aspect, and the roof side supported portion and the cab panel are formed on the lower surface of the roof side supported portion of the roof panel. A recess is formed that is recessed upward so as to accommodate an adhesive for adhering to the cab side support plate portion of the above. The locking protrusion is provided on the regulating member. The engaging portion is arranged in a region of the cab-side support plate portion below the recess of the roof-side supported portion.

In the above configuration, a recess capable of accommodating the adhesive is formed on the lower surface of the roof-side supported portion, and the engaging portion of the cab-side support plate portion is arranged below the recess. Therefore, when the engaging portion of the cab side support plate portion is a recess recessed upward from the lower surface of the cab side support plate portion (hereinafter referred to as an engaging recess), the opposite side (cab) of the engaging recess is used. The convex portion protruding toward the upper surface side of the side support plate portion) can be arranged in the concave portion on the lower surface of the roof side supported portion. Further, when the engaging portion of the cab side support plate portion is a through hole that penetrates the cab side support plate portion in the vertical direction, the locking protrusion on the regulation member side makes a through hole of the cab side support plate portion. When inserted (engaged), the locking protrusion on the regulating member side can be projected into the recess of the supported portion on the roof side. In this way, the engaging portion of the cab-side support plate portion (the above-mentioned convex portion on the upper surface side of the cab-side support plate portion) or the locking protrusion of the regulation member can be projected into the concave portion of the roof-side supported portion. Therefore, when the roof side supported portion tries to move to the outside of the cab with respect to the cab side support plate portion, the engaging portion of the cab side support plate portion or the locking protrusion of the regulation member and the roof side supported portion The inner surface of the recess can be brought into contact with the inner surface of the recess, and the movement of the roof-side supported portion with respect to the cab-side support plate portion to the outside of the cab can be suppressed.

Further, as described above, a recess for accommodating the adhesive is used as a space for projecting the engaging portion of the cab-side support plate portion or the locking protrusion of the regulating member upward above the upper surface of the cab-side support plate portion. Therefore, the structure can be simplified as compared with the case where another space different from the recess is provided.

According to the present disclosure, when a load is input to the roof panel of a vehicle from above, the load can be efficiently transmitted to the lower part of the cab, and deformation of the cab panel can be suppressed.

It has a roof reinforcement 14 that reinforces the 13 and a frame-shaped protective member 15 (see FIG. 2) that is fixed to the lower end edge of the roof body 13, and is arranged above the cab 10 to move the passenger compartment 2 upward. Expand to. The roof body 13 includes a roof front plate portion (not shown), a roof rear plate portion 16, and a pair of left and right roof side plate portions 17 (in FIG. 1, the left roof side plate portion 17 is shown). , Has a roof upper plate portion 18. The left and right roof side plate portions 17 extend slightly inclined with respect to the vertical direction from the upper side toward the lower side on the outer side in the vehicle width direction. The roof rear plate portion 16 extends from above to below along a substantially vertical direction. The frame-shaped protective member 15 is a frame-shaped body fixed to the lower end edge portions of the roof front plate portion, the roof rear plate portion 16, and the left and right pair of roof side plate portions 17, and is the lower end edge portion of the roof body 13. To protect. Since each of the front and rear portions of the frame-shaped protective member 15 extending in the vehicle width direction and the left and right portions extending in the front-rear direction have substantially the same structure, the left side of the frame-shaped protective member 15 will be described below. The part extending in the front-rear direction (predetermined direction) will be described with reference to, and the description of other parts will be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 2, a portion of the frame-shaped protective member 15 extending in the front-rear direction on the left side (hereinafter, simply referred to as a protection member 15) includes a fixing portion 15a extending in the front-rear direction and standing up and down. It is formed in a substantially L-shaped cross section integrally having a supported portion (roof side supported portion) 15b extending along the front-rear direction in a state of being crossed with the direction. In the superstructure of the cab 10 configured as described above, when a load is input to the roof panel 11 from above the roof panel 11, the supported portion 15b of the protective member 15 of the roof panel 11 to the outer upper plate portion 33 of the outer panel 26 The load is input to. Since the upper end surface 58 of the gusset body of the gusset 30 is arranged near the lower side of the outer upper plate portion 33, a load is input to the outer upper plate portion 33 from the roof panel 11 side, and the outer upper plate portion 33 is slightly reduced. When deformed and moved downward, the lower surface 40 of the outer upper plate portion 33 comes into contact with the upper end surface 58 of the gusset body of the gusset 30 at an early stage. Since the gusset 30 is fixed to the reinforcement 29, a load is input to the roof panel 11 from above, and a load is applied from the supported portion 15b of the protective member 15 of the roof panel 11 to the outer upper plate portion 33 of the outer panel 26. Upon input, the load is transmitted from the outer upper plate portion 33 to the gusset 30 and from the gusset 30 to the reinforcement 29. Therefore, the load from the upper roof panel 11 side can be transmitted to the reinforcement 29 at an early stage. Since the reinforcement 29 extends in the vertical direction, the load from above input from the outer upper plate portion 33 to the gusset 30 can be efficiently transmitted to the lower side of the cab 10.

Further, since the reinforcement 29 forms a closed cross section extending in the vertical direction with the inner panel 28, the reinforcement 29 fixed to the inner panel 28 has a columnar shape (pillar) extending in the vertical direction. Therefore, when a load is input to the roof panel 11 from above, the load input from the outer upper plate portion 33 to the gusset 30 can be more efficiently transmitted to the lower part of the cab 10.

Further, when a load is input to the roof panel 11 from above, the outer upper plate portion 33 of the outer panel 26 is supported by the gusset 30 from below at an early stage, and the movement of the outer upper plate portion 33 downward is restricted at an early stage. Therefore, the downward deformation of the outer upper plate portion 33 (deformation of the side panel 25) can be suppressed.

Further, since the outer end portion of the supported portion 15b of the roof panel 11 in the vehicle width direction is arranged above the outer region 39 of the outer upper plate portion 33, when a load is input to the roof panel 11 from above. The load from the roof side plate portion 17 is input to the outer end portion in the vehicle width direction of the supported portion 15b via the fixing portion 15a of the protective member 15, and the outer upper plate is applied from the outer end portion in the vehicle width direction of the supported portion 15b. A large input is made to the outer region 39 of the unit 33. Therefore, when the lower surface 40 of the outer upper plate portion 33 comes into contact with the upper end surface 58 of the gusset main body of the gusset 30, the outer upper plate portion 33 may be slightly inclined downward on the outer side in the vehicle width direction. Even in this case, when the lower surface 40 of the outer upper plate portion 33 comes into contact with the upper end surface 58 of the gusset main body of the gusset 30, the locking protrusion 57 of the gusset 30 is engaged with the outer upper plate portion 33. Since the inner side surface 60 of the locking protrusion 57 in the vehicle width direction is inserted into the 41 and faces the inner outer surface 42 of the engaging recess 41 in the vicinity of the inner outer surface 42 of the engaging recess 41, the outer upper plate portion 33 When a load toward the outside in the vehicle width direction is input to the vehicle and the outer upper plate portion 33 moves outward in the vehicle width direction, the inner outer surface 42 of the engaging recess 41 is locked within the vehicle width direction of the protrusion 57. It can be brought into contact with the side surface 60 at an early stage. In this way, when a load from above is input to the roof panel 11, the movement of the outer upper plate portion 33 outward in the vehicle width direction can be regulated at an early stage by the locking protrusion 57 of the gusset 30. Deformation of the outer panel 26 (deformation of the side panel 25) to the outside in the vehicle width direction can be suppressed.

Therefore, when the load is input to the roof panel 11 of the vehicle 1 from above, the load can be efficiently transmitted to the lower side of the cab 10, and the deformation of the side panel 25 can be suppressed.

Further, a recess 21 capable of accommodating an adhesive is formed on the lower surface 20 of the supported portion 15b of the protective member 15 of the roof panel 11, and the outer upper plate portion 33 is engaged below the recess 21 of the supported portion 15b. The recess 41 is arranged. Therefore, a convex portion protruding toward the opposite side of the engaging recess 41 of the outer upper plate portion 33 (upper surface side of the outer upper plate portion 33) can be arranged in the recess 21 of the supported portion 15b. In this way, the convex portion on the opposite side of the engaging concave portion 41 of the outer upper plate portion 33 can be projected into the concave portion 21 of the supported portion 15b, so that the supported portion 15b of the protective member 15 of the roof panel 11 can be projected. When trying to move outward in the vehicle width direction with respect to the outer upper plate portion 33, the inner surface (the surface facing outward in the vehicle width direction) of the recess 21 of the supported portion 15b is changed to the engaging recess of the outer upper plate portion 33. It can be brought into contact with the convex portion on the opposite side of 41. Therefore, the movement of the supported portion 15b of the roof panel 11 to the outside in the vehicle width direction with respect to the outer upper plate portion 33 is moved between the inner surface of the recess 21 of the supported portion 15b and the opposite side of the engaging recess 41 of the outer upper plate portion 33. It can be suppressed to the position where it comes into contact with the above-mentioned convex portion.

Further, the adhesive accommodating space 22 (recess 21 of the supported portion 15b) for accommodating the adhesive of the supported portion 15b is provided on the outer, and the convex portion on the opposite side of the engaging recess 41 of the outer upper plate portion 33 is placed on the outer. It is used as a space for projecting upward from the plate portion 33. Therefore, as a space for projecting the convex portion on the opposite side of the engaging recess 41 of the outer upper plate portion 33 upward of the outer upper plate portion 33, the adhesive accommodating space 22 of the recess 21 is provided with respect to the supported portion 15b. Since it is not necessary to provide another space different from the above, the structure can be simplified accordingly.

In the present embodiment, the roof body 13 and the protective member 15 are formed separately, and the roof body 13 and the protective member 15 are fixed to each other with an adhesive, so that the protective member 15 is integrated with the roof body 13. However, the protective member 15 may be integrally provided on the roof main body 13 by integrally forming the roof main body 13 and the protective member 15.

Further, in the present embodiment, the upper end surface 58 of the gusset body of the gusset 30 is brought close to the lower surface 40 of the outer upper plate portion 33 of the outer panel 26 in a state where the outer panel 26 is not deformed (hereinafter referred to as a normal state). However, the upper end surface 58 of the gusset main body may be brought into contact with the lower surface 40 of the outer upper plate portion 33 in a normal state. Further, in the present embodiment, at least the lower surface 40 of the outer upper plate portion 33 of the outer panel 26 and the upper end surface 58 of the gusset main body are in contact with each other, and the inner side surface 60 of the locking protrusion 57 of the gusset 30 in the vehicle width direction is outered. Although the upper plate portion 33 is brought close to the inner / outer surface 42 of the engaging recess 41, the inner surface 60 of the locking protrusion 57 in the vehicle width direction may be brought into contact with the inner / outer surface 42 of the engaging recess 41.

Further, in the present embodiment, the outer upper plate portion 33 of the outer panel 26 and the upper end surface 58 of the gusset main body of the gusset 30 are arranged substantially horizontally, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the outer upper plate portion 33 and the gusset main body are not limited to this. The end face 58 may be tilted with respect to the horizontal direction.

Further, in the present embodiment, the outer panel 26 is provided with the outer upper plate portion 33, and the upper end of the side panel 25 that supports the outer upper plate portion 33 from below the supported portion (roof side supported portion) 15b of the roof panel 11. Although it was made to function as a cab-side support plate portion of the portion, the cab-side support plate portion is not limited to this. For example, the inner panel 28 may be provided with a cab-side support plate portion that intersects the vertical direction at the upper end portion of the cab panel (side panel 25 in this embodiment).

Further, in the present embodiment, the gusset 30 having the gusset main body 52 having a substantially U-shaped cross section and the stepped fixed front plate 53 extending forward from the gusset main body 52 is provided. The shape is not limited to this, and gussets 30 having various shapes can be provided.

Further, in the present embodiment, the reinforcement 29 for partitioning the closed cross section with the inner panel 28 is provided, but instead of the reinforcement 29, the reinforcement 29 for partitioning the closed cross section with the outer panel 26 is provided. May be provided. Further, in the present embodiment, the reinforcement 29 constitutes a pillar extending above and below the side panel 25, but any reinforcement 29 may be used to reinforce the cab panel (in the present embodiment, the side panel 25). It is not necessary to form pillars extending above and below the side panel 25.

Further, in the present embodiment, the upper flange portion 36 and the front flange portion 44 of the reinforcement 29 are fixed to both the inner panel 28 and the outer panel 26, but the reinforcement 29 is either the inner panel 28 or the outer panel 26. It may be fixed to only one panel.

Further, in the present embodiment, the supported portion (roof side supported portion) 15b of the protective member 15 of the roof panel 11 is provided with a groove-shaped recess 21 extending in the front-rear direction while being recessed upward. It is not necessary to provide.

Further, in the present embodiment, the locking protrusion 57 of the gusset 30 is arranged at a position separated downward from the engaging recess 41 of the outer upper plate portion 33 of the outer panel 26 in the normal state, and the outer upper plate portion 33 is downward. When the lower surface 40 of the outer upper plate 33 abuts (contacts) the upper end surface 58 of the gusset body of the gusset 30 due to deformation to, the outer upper plate 33 is inserted into the engaging recess 41 of the outer upper plate 33. It is not limited to this. The locking protrusion 57 of the gusset 30 is inserted into the engaging recess 41 of the outer upper plate 33 when at least the lower surface 40 of the outer upper plate 33 abuts (contacts) the upper end surface 58 of the gusset body of the gusset 30. For example, the locking protrusion 57 of the gusset 30 may be inserted into the engaging recess 41 of the outer upper plate portion 33 in a normal state.

Further, in the present embodiment, as an engaging portion that can be engaged with the locking protrusion 57 of the gusset 30, a groove-shaped recess (engaging portion) is provided in the outer upper plate portion (cab side support plate portion) 33 of the outer panel 26. Although 41 is provided, the shape of the engaging portion is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, instead of the groove-shaped recess 41, a through hole (engagement portion) 71 that penetrates the outer upper plate portion (cab side support plate portion) 33 in the vertical direction may be provided. In this case, when a load is input to the roof panel 11 from above and the lower surface 40 of the outer upper plate portion 33 of the outer panel 26 comes into contact with the upper end surface 58 of the gusset body of the gusset 30, the gusset is inserted into the through hole 71. The locking protrusion 57 of 30 is inserted (engaged). With the locking protrusion 57 of the gusset 30 inserted into the through hole 71, the locking protrusion 57 of the gusset 30 projects into the recess 21 of the supported portion 15b of the protective member 15 of the roof panel 11. Of the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 71, the region (regulated outer surface) 72 facing the outside in the vehicle width direction is the vehicle of the locking protrusion 57 with the locking protrusion 57 of the gusset 30 inserted in the through hole 71. In the vicinity of the inner side surface (regulated inner surface) 60 in the width direction, the locking protrusion 57 faces the inner side surface 60 in the vehicle width direction.

Further, in the present embodiment, the gusset (regulatory member) 30 is provided with the locking protrusion 57, and the outer upper plate portion (cab side support plate portion) 33 is provided with the groove-shaped recess (engagement portion) 41. The restricting member may be provided with an engaging portion, and the cab-side support plate portion may be provided with a locking protrusion. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a space (engagement portion) 76 in which a locking protrusion 75 is provided on the outer upper plate portion (cab side support plate portion) 33 and is opened upward between the outer upper plate portion (cab side support plate portion) 33 and the reinforcement 29. A gusset (regulatory member) 77 having a substantially U-shaped cross section may be fixed. The gusset 77 is the above-mentioned gusset 30 excluding the locking protrusion 57. In this case, when a load is input to the roof panel 11 from above and the lower surface 40 of the outer upper plate 33 of the outer panel 26 comes into contact with the upper end surface (regulated upper surface) 78 of the gusset 77, the outer upper plate portion The locking protrusion 75 of 33 is inserted (engaged) into the space 76 in the gusset 77. With the locking protrusion 75 of the outer upper plate 33 inserted in the space 76 inside the gusset 77, the outer surface (regulated outer surface) 79 of the locking protrusion 75 of the outer upper plate 33 in the vehicle width direction is gusseted. The side plate portion 80 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of 77 faces the inner side surface 81 in the vehicle width direction of the side plate portion 80 in the vicinity of the inner side surface (regulated inner surface) 81 in the vehicle width direction.
