Description

The present invention relates to a pseudo-wooden fence to be installed outdoors such as a promenade or a park, and more particularly to a front-type artificial wooden fence assembled by crossing a single or a plurality of crossbars on one side of adjacent columns.

Pseudo-wood fences in which the surface of a hard pipe is coated with a bark-patterned synthetic resin are well known.
A general artificial wooden fence has a structure in which both ends of a crossbar laid horizontally between adjacent columns are connected to the center position of the columns so that the crossbars do not protrude from the columns (Patent Documents 1 and 2).
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, a front type pseudo-wooden fence assembled by crossing a crossbar 71 on one side of adjacent columns 70 is also known (Patent Document 3).
In this front type artificial wooden fence, a cylindrical joint fitting 72 is fixed to the side surface of the support column 70 via a fixing bolt 73 that horizontally penetrates the support column 70.
The joint fitting 72 includes a tubular portion 72a through which the end portion of the crossbar 71 can be inserted, and a fixing nut 72b fixed to the central back surface of the tubular portion 72a, and is a fixing bolt inserted from the rear surface side of the support column 70. The tubular portion 72a is fixed by screwing the tip of 73 to the fixing nut 72b.
To erection the crossbar 71 between adjacent columns 70, use the fixing bolt 73 and the fixing nut 72b with the end of each crossbar 71 inserted to the middle of the tubular portion 72a separated from the support column 70. The tubular portion 72a is fixed to the support column 70.
Finally, the overlapping portion of the tubular portion 72a and the crossbar 71 is fixed using the connecting bolt 75 and the nut 76.

The conventional front type artificial wooden fence has the following problems to be solved.
<1> Since the tubular portion 72a of the joint fitting 72 has a cylindrical shape, the crossbars 71 must be laid horizontally in order from one end of the fence in the extending direction, which not only results in poor assembly efficiency of the crossbars 71. It takes a lot of time and effort to assemble.
<2> When the crossbar 71 is connected between the start end and the end strut 70 of the artificial wooden fence and assembled in an endless shape, the assembling work of the crossbar 71 of the final span is very troublesome.
Specifically, the fixed multi-span tubular portion 72a must be temporarily removed from the column 70, the crossbar 71 must be inserted between the removed tubular portions 72a, and then the portion 72a must be re-fixed to the column 70. , It takes a lot of time and effort to assemble the crossbar 71 of the final span.
<3> When replacing the crossbar 71 due to deformation or damage, the joint fitting 72 having at least two spans is removed, and three to four workers support the crossbar 71 by hand while removing the crossbar 71. Assembling work must be performed, and it takes a lot of time and labor to replace the crossbar 71.
<4> In order to improve the appearance of the artificial wooden fence, the fixing nut 72b must be fixed to the back side of the joint fitting 72 by welding, caulking or the like, which is a factor of increasing the cost of the joint fitting 72.
<5> As another fixing structure of the joint fitting 72, it is also possible to fix the joint fitting 72 by using a long connecting bolt 73 that can penetrate both the support column 70 and the tubular portion 72a of the joint fitting 72. However, the bolt head is exposed on the front surface of the joint fitting 72, which spoils the appearance of the artificial wooden fence.

<1> It is possible to improve workability and shorten the construction period.
<2> Partial replacement of crossbars can be done easily and in a short time.
<3> To reduce the cost of fitting equipment.

<4.1> Receiving joint Explaining with reference to FIG. 4, the receiving joint 31 is a curved plate obtained by molding a single strip into an arc-shaped cross-sectional shape, and the end portion of the crossbar 20 is held in a stable posture. It has a dish portion 31a on which it can be placed, and an upright portion 31b extending upward from one end of the dish portion 31a.
The dish portion 31a is a portion that independently supports the bottom portion of the crossbar 20 in a non-rollable state.
A pair of elongated holes 32, 32 are formed at the lowermost portion of the dish portion 31a at intervals.
A raised portion 31c is integrally formed in the center of the raised portion 31b toward the outside, and a square bolt hole 33 through which the attachment bolt 40 can be inserted is formed on the flat side surface 31d of the raised portion 31c. There is.
The raised portion 31c can accommodate the entire head 40a of the mounting bolt 40 and can be easily formed by press working. The bolt hole 33 has a size that allows the square root 40b of the mounting bolt 40 to be inserted.
By integrally molding the raised portion 31c with the raised portion 31b, the bending strength of the receiving joint 31 is increased, and the bearing capacity of the crossbar 20 is increased.
Since the mounting bolt 40 can be inserted from the inside of the receiving joint 31 and fixed with a nut 41 or the like on the back side of the support column 10, it is not necessary to provide a nut element on the receiving joint 31.
Therefore, the cost of the joint device 30 can be reduced.

<4.2> Closure Joint The lid joint 35 is a curved plate having an arc-shaped cross section that covers the end portion of the crossbar 20, and can be formed by molding one strip into an arc-shaped cross-sectional shape.
The lid joint 35 is provided with a pair of elongated holes 36, 36 corresponding to the elongated holes 32, 32 of the receiving joint 31.

<4.3> Reason for separating the receiving joint and the lid joint In the present invention, the end portion of the crossbar 20 is sandwiched between the receiving joint 31 and the lid joint 35.
The reason why the receiving joint 31 and the lid joint 35 are formed of separate and independent members is that the end portion of the crossbar 20 is taken in and out from the front position of the joint device 30.

<4.4> Reason for forming the receiving joint with the countersunk portion and the upright portion The reason why the countersunk portion 31a and the standing portion 31b are formed on the receiving joint 31 is that the receiving joint 31 is attached to the support column 10 through the upright portion 31b and the countersunk portion 31 is formed. This is so that the end portion of the crossbar 20 is placed only on the portion 31a without dropping.
That is, as shown in the inverse proportion 1 of FIG. 5A, when one cylinder is vertically divided to form the receiving joint 31 and the lid joint 35, a semi-cylindrical receiving with the opening facing sideways. Although the joint 31 can be attached to the support column 10, there is a problem that the crosspiece 20 cannot be placed on the receiving joint 31 alone.
Further, as shown in the inverse proportion 2 of FIG. 5 (b), when one cylinder is horizontally divided (horizontally divided) to form the receiving joint 31 and the lid joint 35, a semi-cylindrical shape with the opening facing directly upward is formed. Although the end portion of the crossbar 20 can be accommodated in the receiving joint 31 of the above, there is a problem that the semi-cylindrical receiving joint 31 cannot be attached to the support column 10.
In the present invention, the countersunk portion 31a and the standing portion 31b are continuously formed on the receiving joint 31 in order to solve the above-mentioned problems and to achieve both mounting on the support column 10 and mounting of the end portion of the crossbar 20. ..

[Assembly method of front type artificial wooden fence]
A method of assembling a front type artificial wooden fence using the joint device 30 will be described.
In the explanation, it is assumed that the plurality of columns 10 are erected in advance.

<1> Mounting the receiving joint FIG. 6 shows a process of mounting the receiving joint 31 to the support column 10 using the mounting bolt 40.
The mounting bolt 40 is inserted from the inside of the receiving joint 31 through the bolt hole 33, the shaft portion 40c is inserted into the through hole 13 of the support column 10 and tightened with the nut 41 via the washer 43, and the receiving joint 31 is attached to the support column 10. Install.
The head 40a of the mounting bolt 40 is housed in the raised portion 31c and does not protrude toward the inner surface side of the raised portion 31b.
Since the receiving joint 31 is rotatable around the mounting bolt 40, the mounting angle of the receiving joint 31 can be changed according to the inclination of the ground on which the artificial wooden fence is installed.

<2> Installation of crossbars As will be described later, the crossbars 20 are erected by temporarily placing the ends of adjacent crossbars 20 on the receiving joint 31 and then covering and fixing the crossbars 35.
<2.1> Temporary placement of crossbars Explaining with reference to FIG. 7, the end portion of the crossbar 20 is placed on the upper surface of the upward receiving joint 31 attached to the adjacent columns 10 and bridged. The ends of the two crossbars 20 on the left and right are placed on one receiving joint 31.
At this time, the end portion of the crossbar 20 is only placed on each receiving joint 31, and the connecting bolt 45 is not used.
Since the temporary placement work of the crossbar 20 is a simple work of placing both ends of the crossbar 20 on each receiving joint 31, one worker can handle it.
Further, since the temporary placement work of the crossbar 20 can be performed at an arbitrary position, the crossbar 20 can be erected efficiently and in a short time as compared with the conventional assembly method in which the crossbar 20 is erected in order in the extending direction of the artificial wooden fence.

<2.2> Fixing the crossbars Explaining with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, the lid joint 35 is covered over the ends of the two crossbars 20 placed on the receiving joint 31.
The elongated hole 36 of the lid joint 35, the bolt hole 23 at the end of the crossbar 20, and the elongated hole 32 of the receiving joint 31 are aligned, and the connecting bolt 45 is inserted downward from above the lid joint 35.
A nut 46 is screwed under the receiving joint 31 via a washer 47, and the end portion of the crossbar 20 is held and fixed by the receiving joint 31 and the lid joint 35 as shown in FIGS.
The temporary placement work and the fixing work of the crossbar 20 may be repeated, but the temporary placement work and the fixing work of the crossbar 20 may be performed in parallel.
In the front type artificial wooden fence, the crossbar 20 can be laid horizontally between arbitrary columns 10.
After the artificial wooden fence is manufactured, when the joint device 30 is viewed from the front, the mounting bolt 40 is hidden inside, and the receiving joint 31 and the lid joint 35 are formed as curved surfaces having the same curvature, so that the appearance is beautiful. be.

<3> When the artificial wooden fence has an endless shape Even when assembling the artificial wooden fence into an endless shape, it is not necessary to extend the crossbars 20 in order from one side, and the crossbars 20 are laid horizontally between the columns 10 from an arbitrary position. Can be manufactured.

<4> Case of replacing the crossbar The case of replacing the crossbar 20 due to damage or the like will be described with reference to FIG.
Both ends of the crossbar 20 are opened by removing the nut 46, pulling out the connecting bolt 45, and removing the two lid joints 35. In this state, the crossbar 20 is removed and replaced with a new crossbar 20.
In order to replace the crossbar 20 in this way, it is a simple operation of removing the minimum necessary two lid joints 35, so that even one worker can easily perform the replacement work in a short time.

[Other Embodiments]
Another pseudo-wooden fence in which the lattice unit 25 is erected between the adjacent columns 10 will be described with reference to FIG.
In the pseudo-wooden fence of this example, a plurality of vertical rails 24 are crossed between a plurality of columns 10 erected with a predetermined joint and two upper and lower crossbars 20 and 20, and the intersection is pivotally supported. It is provided with a grid unit 25 to be configured and a split-type joint device 30 to be attached to a support column 10 while connecting the ends of crossbars 20 extending from adjacent grid units 25.
Similar to the crossbar 20, the vertical crosspiece 24 is a pillar having a circular or square cross-sectional shape in which the surface of the core tube is covered with a bark-patterned coating.
The lattice unit 25 is manufactured in a lattice shape by connecting the upper and lower crosspieces 20, 20 and the intersections near the ends of the vertical bars 24 with bolts, rivets, pins, or the like. Each intersection of the crossbar 20 and the vertical rail 24 may be rigidly connected so as not to rotate, but may be pivotally supported so that the connection angle of these intersections is variable.
In this example, the lattice unit 25 can be suspended via the joint device 30 described above and erected between adjacent columns 10.
