The dimension between the reference points X adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the wire 11 is defined as the separation distance W of the marks 12, and the separation distance W between the adjacent marks 12 is equal in all the marks 12. Therefore, the plurality of marks 12 are provided at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the wire 11.

The separation distance W, which is the distance between the marks 12, is set to the minimum value that can be allowed as the distance so that the distance between the support members 21 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the wire 11 does not become too wide. Then, the separation distance W of the mark 12 is set to 50 cm.

The support member 21 is made of metal. Each mounting claw 22a is bent and hooked on the outer surface 33b of the mounting piece 33. Then, the attachment piece 33 is sandwiched between each end surface of the support portion 22 in the longitudinal direction and the bent attachment piece 33, and the attachment piece 33 and the support portion 22 are integrally assembled. The support portion 22 and the attachment piece 33 may be integrated by a method other than hooking the mounting claw 22a or by welding.

The attachment portion 32 includes a pair of extending pieces 34 extending from the upper end edge, which is an edge portion along the tip in the vertical direction from the support portion 22. Each extension piece 34 is erected from the upper end of the attachment piece 33 in a shape having a constant width from the edge of the attachment piece 33 in the lateral direction. The pair of extending pieces 34 erected from each attachment piece 33 are separated from each other in the lateral direction (longitudinal direction of the wire 11) of the attachment piece 33. The distance between the pair of extending pieces 34 along the longitudinal direction of the wire 11 is the same as or substantially the same as the dimension of the mark 12 along the longitudinal direction of the wire 11. The pair of extension pieces 34 erected from each attachment piece 33 have the same shape, and are erected from the upper end of the attachment piece 33 in the same direction. Each extension piece 34 can be operated individually.

Each extension piece 34 includes a holding portion 35 that is curved along a peripheral surface of a part of the wire 11. Each sandwiching portion 35 sandwiches a part of the wire 11. Each holding portion 35 is provided with a holding surface 35a on a surface along a part of the peripheral surface of the wire 11, and the holding surface 35a is in pressure contact with a part of the peripheral surface of the wire 11. The holding surface 35a is a surface continuous with the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33.

Each extension piece 34 includes an extension portion 36 located on the tip side of the holding portion 35. Looking at the extension piece 34 from one guide surface 24 side along the longitudinal direction of the wire 11, the extension portion 36 is bent with respect to the holding portion 35. The extending portion 36 includes a space forming surface 36a on a surface continuous with the sandwiching surface 35a of the sandwiching portion 35. The space forming surface 36a is located at a position away from the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33. A space S is formed between the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33 and the space forming surface 36a of the extending portion 36.

Further, in each extension piece 34, a bending portion 37 is provided at a portion where the extension piece 34 is bent in order to form the extension portion 36. The bent portion 37 is located at the intersection of the holding portion 35 and the extending portion 36. Then, in the state where the wire 11 is sandwiched between the sandwiching portions 35, the bent portion 37 is in contact with the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33. Therefore, a part of the wire 11 is located in the closed space formed by the sandwiching portion 35.

The tip of the extension piece 34 in the protruding direction from the attachment piece 33 is the tip 36b of the extension portion 36. Looking at the extending portion 36 from one guide surface 24 side along the longitudinal direction of the wire 11, the extending portion 36 separates from the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33 from the bent portion 37 toward the tip 36b. The space S gradually widens from the bent portion 37 toward the tip 36b of the extending portion 36. The tip of a flat-blade screwdriver can be inserted into the space S.

Next, the support member 21 before being attached to the wire 11 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 6 or 7, in the support member 21 before being attached to the wire 11, each extension piece 34 includes a holding portion 35, an extension portion 36, and a bending portion 37. However, the bent portion 37 is not in contact with the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33. A gap N wider than the diameter of the wire 11 is formed between the bent portion 37 and the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33, and the wire 11 can be passed through the gap N.

As shown in FIG. 8, each extension piece 34 of the support member 21 has a gap N through which the wire 11 can pass between the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33 and the bent portion 37, as shown by the alternate long and short dash line. The first position H1 to be formed can be taken. Further, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 8, each extension piece 34 may have a second position H2 in which the gap N is narrowed and the wire 11 is sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 35. Therefore, each extension piece 34 can be plastically deformed to the first position H1 and the second position H2. In the second embodiment, at the second position H2, the bent portion 37 abuts on the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33 to eliminate the gap N.

When the extension piece 34 is displaced from the state where it is located at the first position H1 to the second position H2 and the wire 11 is sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 35, the extension portion 36 is attached by a pinching tool such as pliers or pliers. It is sandwiched with 33. Therefore, the extending portion 36 functions as an operating portion operated by the pressing tool when the extending piece 34 is in the first position H1.

Further, when the extension piece 34 is displaced from the second position H2 to the first position H1 to release the pinching of the wire 11 by the pinching portion 35, as shown in FIG. 9, the tip of the flat-blade screwdriver 40 is in the space S. Is to be plugged in. That is, in the state where the extension piece 34 is in the second position H2, the space S is partitioned between the extension portion 36 and the attachment piece 33. The extension piece 34 has rigidity that allows it to be plastically deformed by manual operation with a pinching tool or a flat-blade screwdriver 40.

Next, a manufacturing method and a laying method of the laying tool 10 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 3, when the laying tool 10 is manufactured in a manufacturing factory, first, the pair of wires 11 are arranged at regular intervals (the length of the support member 21) so as to be parallel to each other. At this time, the pair of wires 11 are arranged so that the marks 12 face each other in the opposite direction of the wires 11.

Further, when the laying tool 10 is manufactured at the laying place, the pair of wires 11 and the plurality of support members 21 are carried into the laying place. Each extension piece 34 of the support member 21 to be carried is located at the first position H1. Then, at the laying place, the pair of wires 11 are arranged at regular intervals (the length of the support member 21) so as to be parallel to each other, and each wire 11 is installed in a state where tension is applied in the longitudinal direction. .. Then, the pair of wires 11 are installed in a state in which their lengths extend in the horizontal direction. At this time, the pair of wires 11 are arranged so that the marks 12 face each other in the opposite direction of the wires 11. As a result, the wire 11 is provided with marks 12 which are indicators of the attachment interval of the support member 21 to the wire 11 at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the wire 11.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the support member 21 is arranged using the mark 12 of the wire 11 as an index so that the length of the support member 21 extends in the opposite direction of the pair of wires 11. At this time, in each attachment portion 32 of the support member 21, the support member 21 is arranged so that the mark 12 is located between the pair of extending pieces 34 adjacent to each other. That is, the support member 21 is arranged with the mark 12 as a reference.

As shown in FIG. 7, in each attachment portion 32, a part of the wire 11 is passed through the gap N between the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33 and the bent portion 37, and the sandwiching portion 35 is a part of the wire 11. The support member 21 is supported by the wire 11 by the holding portion 35. Next, the extension portion 36 and the attachment piece 33 are sandwiched between pliers to sandwich the extension portion 36.

Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the extension piece 34 is plastically deformed to narrow the gap N, and the sandwiching portion 35 is deformed along a part of the peripheral surface of the wire 11, so that the extension piece 34 is deformed. It is displaced from the first position H1 to the second position H2. At this time, when the bent portion 37 comes into contact with the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33, it can be identified that the holding portion 35 has completed holding a part of the wire 11. As a result, a part of the wire 11 is sandwiched by the sandwiching surface 35a of the sandwiching portion 35, and the attachment portion 32 is attached to the wire 11. Then, when the plurality of support members 21 are attached to the pair of wires 11 with the mark 12 as a reference, the plurality of support members 21 are arranged at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the wires 11. Then, the laying tool 10 is manufactured at the manufacturing factory or the laying place, and the laying tool 10 is laid at the laying place.

The attachment position of the attachment portion 32 with respect to the wire 11 is based on the mark 12 of the wire 11, but the attachment position of the attachment portion 32 may deviate from the mark 12.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, the tip of the flat-blade screwdriver 40 is inserted into the space S between the space forming surface 36a of the extending portion 36 and the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33. Then, the flat-blade screwdriver 40 is rotated around an axis extending in the longitudinal direction as a rotation center. Then, the tip of the flat-blade screwdriver 40 comes into contact with the space forming surface 36a and the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33, and pushes up the extending portion 36 in the direction away from the attachment piece 33.

The extending piece 34 is plastically deformed so that the bent portion 37 is separated from the attachment piece 33, and the holding surface 35a of the holding portion 35 is separated from a part of the peripheral surface of the wire 11. As a result, the extension piece 34 is displaced from the second position H2 to the first position H1, a part of the wire 11 is released from being pinched by the pinching portion 35, and the position of the attachment portion 32 is moved along the longitudinal direction of the wire 11. Can be adjusted. After adjusting the position of the attachment portion 32, the extension piece 34 is plastically deformed in the same manner as described above, the wire 11 is sandwiched between the sandwiching portions 35, and the attachment portion 32 is attached to the wire 11. Then, with the mark 12 as a reference, a plurality of support members 21 are attached to the pair of wires 11 at the same interval as the separation distance W. In the laying structure of the laying tool 10 forming the laying path K, the guide surface is located on the side portion of the support portion 22 along the longitudinal direction of the wire 11 located upstream of the wiring / piping material P in the laying direction. 24 is provided.

Next, a method of laying the wiring / piping material P will be described.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the wiring tool 10 is laid along the ceiling T and the wiring / piping material P is supported by the laying tool 10 for laying, first, one end P1 of the wiring / piping material P is used. Connect a call line (not shown). Next, the wiring / piping material P is placed on the mounting portion 23 of the support member 21 located on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the laying tool 10. Then, while supporting the nominal line on the laying path K of the laying tool 10, it is pulled out from the other end side of the laying tool 10 in the longitudinal direction. Next, the nominal wire is wound from the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the laying tool 10, and the wiring / piping material P connected to the nominal wire is pulled from one end side in the longitudinal direction of the laying tool 10 toward the other end side for wiring. -Move the piping material P from one end side in the longitudinal direction to the other end side of the laying tool 10. Assuming that the direction in which the wiring / piping material P is pulled and moves is the laying direction of the wiring / piping material P, the wiring / piping material P moves from the upstream side to the downstream side in the laying direction and is arranged at the upstream end in the laying direction. It is sequentially supported from the supported support member 21 to the support member 21 on the downstream side in the laying direction.

As the length of the wiring / piping material P supported by the support member 21 increases, the wire 11 of the laying tool 10 bends due to the weight of the wiring / piping material P. Then, the mounting portion 23 of the support member 21 located on the downstream side in the laying direction from one end P1 of the wiring / piping material P becomes higher than the lower end of one end P1 of the wiring / piping material P.

As shown in FIG. 11, the support member 21 includes guide surfaces 24 on both side portions along the longitudinal direction of the wire 11 and which are located on the upstream side and the downstream side in the laying direction. The guide surface 24 is inclined upward from the upstream side to the downstream side in the laying direction. Therefore, one end P1 of the wiring / piping material P laid in the laying direction comes into contact with the guide surface 24 located downstream of the one end P1 in the laying direction. Then, due to the inclination of the guide surface 24, one end P1 of the wiring / piping material P is scooped up toward the mounting portion 23. The inclination of the guide surface 24 guides the wiring / piping material P until one end P1 is placed on the mounting portion 23. Then, when the wiring / piping material P is supported by the mounting portions 23 of all the support members 21, the wiring / piping material P is laid along the laying tool 10, and the laying structure of the laying tool 10 is formed. NS.

According to the above embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) The laying tool 10 is provided with marks 12 provided on the wire 11 at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the wire 11. Therefore, by simply attaching the support member 21 to the wire 11 with reference to the mark 12, a plurality of support members 21 can be attached to the wire 11 at regular intervals. Therefore, when the support members 21 are attached to the wires 11 at regular intervals, it is not necessary to measure the attachment intervals of the support members 21 along the wires 11, and the work of attaching the support members 21 to the wires 11 at intervals is performed. It's easy to do.

(2) Marks 12 are provided on the wires 11 at regular intervals. Therefore, after installing the pair of wires 11 with tension applied in the longitudinal direction at the laying place of the laying tool 10, the support member 21 is attached to the wires 11 using the mark 12 as an index to support the wires 11 at regular intervals. The member 21 can be attached to the wire 11. Therefore, even if the wire 11 and the support member 21 are separately carried to the laying place of the laying tool 10 and laid, the support member 21 can be attached to the wire 11 at regular intervals. As a result, for example, the laying tool 10 can be laid even in a place where it is difficult to carry in the laying tool 10 to which the wire 11 and the support member 21 have already been assembled.

(3) The mark 12 is provided on each of the pair of wires 11. Therefore, by using the mark 12 as a reference for alignment between the pair of wires 11, it is easy to arrange the pair of wires 11.

(4) The laying tool 10 provides the wire 11 with marks 12 provided at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the wire 11. Therefore, by checking the mark 12 at the manufacturing place (manufacturing factory or laying place) of the laying tool 10, the distance between the support members 21 attached to the wire 11 can be confirmed.

(5) The support member 21 is provided with a holding portion 35 and an extending portion 36 on the extending piece 34, and the extending piece 34 is plastically deformed by a pressing tool to hold the wire 11 on the holding portion 35. The support member 21 can be attached to 11. Therefore, the support member 21 can be easily attached to the wire 11, and the support member 21 can be easily added.

Further, even in a state where the extension piece 34 is plastically deformed so as to narrow the gap N, a space S is formed between the extension portion 36 located on the tip side of the bending portion 37 and the attachment piece 33. There is. By simply inserting a flat-blade screwdriver 40 into this space S and rotating it, the extension piece 34 can be plastically deformed, and the state in which the wire 11 is sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 35 can be easily released. Therefore, the position of the support member 21 with respect to the wire 11 can be easily adjusted and removed.

(6) The support member 21 includes a pair of extending pieces 34 in each attachment portion 32. Therefore, for example, the support member 21 can be firmly attached to the wire 11 as compared with the case where only one extension piece 34 is provided.

(7) The support member 21 includes a pair of extending pieces 34 in each attachment portion 32. By operating each extension piece 34 independently, the force for sandwiching the wire 11 can be finely adjusted by the pair of sandwiching portions 35. For example, while the movement of the support member 21 in the longitudinal direction of the wire 11 is restricted by the pinching by the pair of sandwiching portions 35, the movement of the support member 21 is permitted if the pinching by one of the sandwiching portions 35 is released. Adjust the holding force so that. In this way, the position of the support member 21 can be adjusted only by releasing the sandwiching by one of the sandwiching portions 35.

(8) When a part of the wire 11 is sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 35, the extending piece 34 is plastically deformed until the bent portion 37 comes into contact with the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33. By abutting the bent portion 37 on the attachment piece 33, it can be confirmed that the pinching portion 35 has completed pinching the wire 11, and the workability of the work of attaching the support member 21 to the wire 11 is improved.

(9) The support member 21 is provided with attachment portions 32 on both sides in the longitudinal direction, and each attachment portion 32 is attached to the wire 11. Therefore, the support member 21 can be firmly attached to the wire 11 by both attachment portions 32.

(10) The support portion 22 of the support member 21 includes a mounting portion 23 on which the wiring / piping material P is mounted, and a guide surface 24 connected to the mounting portion 23. The guide surface 24 is inclined upward from the upstream side to the downstream side along the laying direction of the wiring / piping material P. Therefore, when the wiring / piping material P is laid, the wire 11 is bent, and the mounting portion 23 located on the downstream side in the laying direction from one end P1 of the wiring / piping material P is located above the lower end of the one end P1. However, one end P1 of the wiring / piping material P can be scooped up by the inclination of the guide surface 24 and guided toward the mounting portion 23. Therefore, one end P1 of the wiring / piping material P hits the support portion 22, and further movement is restricted, so that the wiring / piping material P cannot be laid, or the wiring / piping material P moves under the support portion 22. It is possible to easily lay the wiring / piping material P by avoiding passing through.

(11) The guide surface 24 exists over the entire longitudinal direction of the support portion 22 so as to extend over the entire erection direction of the support member 21 with respect to the wire 11. Therefore, when laying the wiring / piping material P, the wiring / piping material P is placed by the guide surface 24 regardless of the position in the longitudinal direction of the support portion 22 where one end P1 of the wiring / piping material P comes into contact. It is possible to guide toward the unit 23.

(12) The guide surfaces 24 are provided on both sides of the mounting portion 23 in the lateral direction of the support portion 22, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the wire 11. Therefore, when the support member 21 is attached to the wire 11, the support member 21 can be attached to the wire 11 without considering the direction in which the wiring / piping material P is laid.

The above embodiment may be changed as follows.
○ In the embodiment, the attachment portion 32 is aligned with the mark 12, and the support member 21 is attached to the wire 11. However, one or two or more support members 21 are attached between the support members 21 attached with reference to the mark 12. The support members 21 may be attached to the wires 11 so that the support members 21 are spaced apart from each other.

○ The laying tool 10 may be provided with a mark 12 on only one of the pair of wires 11. In this case, a plurality of support members 21 are attached to the wire 11 at regular intervals with reference to the mark 12 provided on one of the wires 11.

○ When the laying tool 10 is manufactured at the laying place, the pair of wires 11 are arranged at regular intervals so as to be parallel to each other, and each wire 11 is installed in a state where tension is applied in the longitudinal direction. At times, in the pair of wires 11, the marks 12 may not face each other in the opposite direction of the wires 11. In this case, the support member 21 is attached to the wire 11 with reference to only the mark 12 of one of the wires 11 among the marks 12 of the pair of wires 11.

○ The extension piece 34 was plastically deformed by a pinching tool so that the wire 11 was pinched by the pinching portion 35, but the work of plastically deforming the extension piece 34 was performed by a manual pinching tool such as pliers or pliers. It may be an automatic pliers tool that operates mechanically.

○ The second position H2 is brought into contact with the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33 to hold the bent portion 37, and a part of the wire 11 is sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 35, but the present invention is not limited to this. If the gap N is narrower than when it is in the first position H1 and a part of the wire 11 can be sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 35, the bent portion 37 does not have to be in contact with the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33.

○ The laying tool 10 may include only one wire 11. In this case, the support member 21 is provided with the attachment portion 32 only on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the support portion 22, and the support member 21 is attached to the wire 11 by the attachment portion 32.

○ The mark 12 may be other than the one coated with the paint, and the mark 12 may be, for example, one in which an adhesive tape is attached to the wire 11 or one in which the piece body is crimped and fixed to the wire 11. In short, the mark 12 may be formed by any method as long as it can be recognized as an index when the support members 21 are attached to the wire 11 at regular intervals.

The distance between the marks 12 may be set by the distance between the edges of the marks 12 facing each other in the longitudinal direction of the wire 11.
○ In a state where the wire 11 is sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 35, the bent portion 37 may be separated without contacting the outer surface 33b of the attachment piece 33.

○ In each attachment portion 32 of the support member 21, only one extension piece 34 may be provided, or three or more extension pieces 34 may be provided.
○ In the support member 21, the guide surface 24 connected to the mounting portion 23 may be provided only on one side of both side portions along the longitudinal direction of the wire 11.

○ The guide surface 24 may be provided not as a whole but as a part of the support portion 22 along the longitudinal direction.
○ The guide surface 24 may be provided only on the side portion of both side portions of the support portion 22 along the longitudinal direction of the wire 11 that is located on the upstream side in the laying direction of the wiring / piping material P.

○ The guide surface 24 may be slightly curved from the lower end portion 24a toward the mounting portion 23.
