Description
The present invention relates to a separation device, and more particularly to a separation device that separates a solid contained in a gas from the gas.
Conventionally, as a separation device of this type, for example, a separator including a rotor (rotating body), a plurality of flow paths, a blower unit, a drive device (motor), a discharge unit, and a collection unit has been used. It is known (Patent Document 1).
Each of the plurality of channels has a gas inlet and outlet, and is around the rotation center axis of the rotor. The blower allows gas to flow through a plurality of channels. The drive unit rotates a plurality of flow paths around a rotation center axis by rotating the rotor. The discharge unit allows solids (for example, fine particles, dust, etc.) contained in the airflow (for example, air) generated in each of the plurality of flow paths to flow more than the position closer to the inflow port of each of the plurality of flow paths. Discharge in the direction away from the central axis of rotation at a position close to the outlet.

Each component of the
As described above, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
The length of the
Between the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, each of the plurality of
As shown in FIGS. 2, 4 and 6, the above-mentioned
In the
The plurality of
As shown in FIGS. 2, 4 and 6, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the
The material of the
The shaft 7 (see FIGS. 4, 5 and 6) has a round bar shape and has a

In the
In the

In the
The
The
The
The
The

In the

In the
In the
In the
In the
In the

Therefore, the inventors of the present application have made the separation device of Comparative Example 2 in which the length of the frame body in the separation device of Comparative Example 1 is made longer and the partition plate portion is connected only to the shaft body, and the separation characteristics of the solid are improved. An experiment was conducted to measure. However, as a result of this experiment, the inventors of the present application have concluded that further improvement of the separation property is necessary.
Therefore, the inventors of the present application have examined the airflow inside the frame of the separator of Comparative Example 2 in more detail. The airflow inside the frame in the separation device of Comparative Example 2 can be estimated from, for example, the result of a simulation using fluid analysis software. As the fluid analysis software, for example, ANSYS (R) Fluent (R) or the like can be adopted.
As a result of the simulation, the inventors of the present application have found that in the separation device of Comparative Example 2, the amount of the airflow flowing linearly without swirling is large and the velocity is high with respect to the airflow from the inflow port to the outflow port in the flow path.
