前記回転体の貫通孔の中心を該回転体の中心とずらすことで当該回転体に径方向における肉厚の変化が形成され、
前記先口部材の前端に前記筆記芯の側面の一部を被覆する突出部が設けられ、
前記回転体の貫通孔と該回転体の外面との間で形成された最薄肉部側に前記先口部材の突出部を位置させ、
前記軸筒を斜めにした状態で前記筆記芯を被筆記面に当接させる際、前記先口部材が筆圧により回動して、前記突出部が前記筆記芯の外周における上面に位置することを特徴としたシャープペンシル。
