Description

The present invention relates to a concrete lid member that closes an upper opening of a U-shaped gutter provided at a boundary between a roadway and a sidewalk.

Generally, a curb is installed at the boundary between the motorway and the sidewalk, and a U-shaped gutter that drains rainwater that has fallen on the motorway or the sidewalk is buried at the boundary between the motorway and the sidewalk adjacent to the curb. Has been done.
Moreover, in recent years, the number of road designs in which a bicycle path is provided between a motorway and a sidewalk is increasing.
For example, in Patent Document 1, a slit gutter embedded in a bicycle path between a motorway and a sidewalk, a substantially columnar drainage channel is formed inside, and a ridge with a slit is communicated with the drainage channel. The slit gutter in which is formed is disclosed. The slit gutter is buried at the boundary between the sidewalk and the bicycle path so that the upper surface of the slit-shaped convex strip is flush with the bicycle path and exposed.
Patent Document 2 includes a curb-mounted upper lid placed on the upper surface of a U-shaped gutter, and has a curb and a devaluation apron in which the upper surface pavement stopper is continuous in the length direction. A curbed top lid is disclosed in which a slit notch is formed in the vicinity of the stop to drain water into the drainage channel of the U-shaped gutter.

By the way, when constructing a bicycle path between the motorway and the sidewalk, there are cases where the road including the existing U-shaped gutter is demolished and then a new bicycle path is constructed, and there are some cases where the existing U-shaped gutter is used. There are cases where the bicycle path is constructed by renovating.
The slit gutter of Patent Document 1 is suitable for constructing a new road, but when constructing a bicycle path between a motorway and a sidewalk while using a U-shaped gutter buried in an existing road, Not suitable.
It is considered that the upper lid with a curb of Patent Document 2 can be used when constructing a bicycle path between a motorway and a sidewalk by utilizing a U-shaped gutter buried in an existing road. That is, in order to repair an existing road in which a U-shaped gutter and its upper lid are buried at the boundary between a motorway and a sidewalk, after removing the upper lid and surface pavement while leaving the U-shaped gutter, the U-shaped gutter It is thought that a bicycle path can be constructed by installing a top lid with a curb on the top.

However, in the upper lid with a curb of Patent Document 2, although a slit cut is formed, water tends to stay on the upper surface of the devaluation apron, and the drainage property of the devaluation apron becomes insufficient. It is conceivable to increase the size and number of slit cuts in order to improve drainage, but this may reduce the strength of the devaluation apron.

An object of the present invention is to provide a concrete lid member for a U-shaped gutter that can be used for repairing an existing road and has excellent drainage and durability.

[First Embodiment]
The first embodiment relates to a concrete lid member in which a curb portion and an apron portion are integrally formed.
1 to 5 are a six-view view of the concrete lid member of the first embodiment (however, the rear view is omitted because it appears symmetrically with the front view of FIG. 5). 7 is a cross-sectional view of the concrete lid member cut in the width direction, and FIG. 8 is an enlarged perspective view of a main part of the concrete lid member. However, in FIGS. 5 to 7, in order to make it easier to understand the relationship between the lid member and the U-shaped gutter, the U-shaped gutter is also shown by a chain double-dashed line for convenience.
In FIGS. 1 to 7, the concrete lid member 1 of the present invention has a curb portion 2 and an apron portion 3, and the curb portion 2 and the apron portion 3 are integrally formed of concrete. (Precast concrete products).
The curb portion 2 and the apron portion 3 extend linearly in the length direction of the lid member 1.
The plan-view shape of the lid member 1 is usually substantially rectangular, preferably substantially rectangular. The length of the lid member 1 in the length direction is not particularly limited, and is, for example, 500 mm to 3000 mm, preferably 1000 mm to 2500 mm, and more preferably 1500 mm to 2200 mm. The length of the lid member 1 in the width direction is not particularly limited, and is, for example, 400 mm to 1000 mm, preferably 500 mm to 800 mm.
The lid member 1 in the illustrated example has a length of about 2000 mm and a width of about 650 mm.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the concrete lid member 1 of the present invention is placed on a U-shaped gutter 8 in which a drainage channel 83 is formed between the first side wall 81 and the second side wall 82. used.
The lid member 1 has a portion mounted on the upper surface of the first side wall 81 and the upper surface of the second side wall 82 of the U-shaped gutter 8 and an upper opening of the U-shaped gutter 8 (the upper opening is the drainage channel 83). It has a portion that closes (pointing to the upper side).

Specifically, the height of the curb portion 2 is not particularly limited, and is, for example, 10 mm to 200 mm, preferably 100 mm to 200 mm, and more preferably 120 mm to 180 mm. The height of the curb portion 2 in the illustrated example is 150 mm. Depending on the construction site, the height of the sidewalk with respect to the roadway may have to be set to about 10 mm to 50 mm in order to make it easier for the vehicle to be placed on the sidewalk, and the height of the curb portion 2 is appropriately set. However, the height of the curb portion 2 refers to the length from the reference surface of the apron portion 3 described later to the upper surface of the curb portion 2.
Mainly referring to FIGS. 5 to 7, the lower surface of the curb portion 2 is a portion placed on the upper surface of the first side wall 81 of the U-shaped gutter 8. The lower surface of the curb portion 2 may be substantially flat, but in the illustrated example, the lower surface of the curb portion 2 is formed from the lower seat surface 2a in contact with the upper surface of the first side wall 81 of the U-shaped gutter 8 and the lower seat surface 2a thereof. Also consists of an upper seat surface 2b located slightly above.

A notch 4 is formed on the upper surface of the curb 2. The notch 4 is used for the purpose of attaching a curb attachment such as a curb stud or a road stud (for example, a marker for guiding a branch line, a curb stud having a reflector, etc.), or guides a vehicle or the like by itself. It is provided for the purpose of displaying the direction to be displayed.
The plan view shape of the notch portion 4 can be appropriately set according to the purpose. For example, the notch for attaching the equipment attached to the curb is formed in a plan view shape that matches the shape of the equipment.
In the illustrated example, a notch portion 4 as a direction indicator for guiding a vehicle or the like is represented, and the notch portion 4 is formed in a plan view shape such as an arrow indicating the directionality.
The plan view shape of the notch portion 4 is not limited to the arrow as described above, and may be a substantially parallelogram, a substantially rhombus, a substantially rectangle, a square, or the like.
Further, the surface of the notch portion 4 may be a horizontal surface, but is made an inclined surface in order to prevent rainwater and the like from collecting. The inclination direction of the surface of the notch portion 4 is not particularly limited, and in the illustrated example, the surface of the notch portion 4 is an inclined surface obliquely downward from one side in the length direction to the other side. Although not particularly shown, the surface of the notch portion 4 may be an inclined surface obliquely downward from one side in the width direction to the opposite side, or the surface of the notch portion 4 is formed in a roof shape. You may. Examples of the roof shape include a case where the central portion of the surface of the notch portion 4 in the width direction is an apex (highest point) and the surface is formed diagonally downward from the apex to one side and the opposite side in the width direction. Be done.

The apron portion 3 of the lid member 1 has a mounting region mounted on the upper surface of the second side wall 82 of the U-shaped gutter 8 and a closed region that closes the upper opening of the U-shaped gutter 8.
Explaining by dividing the upper surface of the apron portion 3, the upper surface of the apron portion 3 includes a reference surface 31a having a predetermined width formed in the immediate vicinity of the curb portion 2 and a devaluation surface 31b lowered below the reference surface 31a. , A stepped surface 31c between the reference surface 31a and the devaluation surface 31b.
The reference surface 31a extends in the width direction of the lid member 1, one side thereof is continuous with the step surface 31c, and the opposite side thereof is continuous with the base portion of the curb portion 2. The reference surface 31a is an inclined surface that is slightly inclined downward toward the curb portion 2. The inclination angle may be about a water gradient, for example, 0.5 degree to 2 degrees. The cut-down surface 31b is formed substantially horizontally.
Further, explaining by partitioning the lower surface of the apron portion 3, the lower surface of the apron portion 3 is formed on the lower surface of the closed region that closes the upper opening of the U-shaped gutter 8 and the upper surface of the second side wall 82 of the U-shaped gutter 8. It consists of the lower surface of the mounting area to be mounted. The lower surface of the mounting area of the apron portion 3 is a portion to be mounted on the upper surface of the second side wall 82 of the U-shaped gutter 8. The lower surface of the above-described mounting region may be substantially flat, but in the illustrated example, the lower surface of the mounting region is a lower seat surface 3a in contact with the upper surface of the second side wall 82 of the U-shaped gutter 8 and a lower seat surface 3a thereof. It is composed of an upper seating surface 3b located slightly above.

In the mounting area of the apron portion 3, a water passage hole portion 5 that allows water to pass from the upper surface of the apron portion 3 to the upper surface side of the second side wall 82 is formed. The water passage portion 5 has a penetrating portion that penetrates the apron portion 3 in the vertical direction. Penetrating in the vertical direction means that the upper surface of the second side wall 82 can be visually recognized through the penetrating portion when viewed from above with the lid member 1 placed in the U-shaped gutter 8.
The position of the penetrating portion of the water passage portion 5 corresponds to the inside of the mounting area of the apron portion 3 (when the lid member 1 is mounted on the U-shaped gutter 8, the position of the penetrating portion corresponds to the inside of the upper surface of the second side wall 82 of the U-shaped gutter 8. Such a position) is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of not further reducing the strength of the apron portion 3, when the lid member 1 is placed in the U-shaped gutter 8, the upper surface of the second side wall 82 is substantially centered in the width direction. A position corresponding to the portion or the vicinity of the central portion is preferable.

The water passage portion 5 may be a straight tube extending in the vertical direction, but preferably, the water passage portion 5 gradually narrows downward from the upper surface of the apron portion 3 (cutting surface 31b corresponding to the mounting area). It has a first hole portion 51 and a second hole portion 52 that communicates with the first hole portion 51 and is extended in the width direction of the apron portion 3. The second hole portion 52 is located below the first hole portion 51, and the through portion of the water passage portion 5 is formed from the first hole portion 51 and the second hole portion 52.
In cross-sectional view, the first hole portion 51 is formed to be gradually narrower toward the bottom (the opening area becomes smaller toward the bottom). In other words, the first hole 51 is expanded upward.
The upper side of the first hole 51 is located in the mounting area, and is a maximum opening whose circumference is widened in a socket shape in order to facilitate water collection. The lower side of the first hole 51 is located in the mounting area and is the smallest opening having the smallest opening area.
The plan view shape of the first hole 51 is not particularly limited, but may be a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view as shown in FIG. 1, or a substantially circular shape, a substantially elliptical shape, or the like, although not particularly shown.

The upper side of the second hole portion 52 communicates with the lower side (minimum opening) of the first hole portion 51, and is extended from there at least in the width direction of the apron portion 3.
In the illustrated example, the second hole portion 52 is expanded in both the width direction and the length direction of the lid member 1 from the upper side (minimum opening of the first hole portion 51) toward the lower side. In particular, the lower side of the second hole 52 is located in the mounting region, but is further extended in the width direction so as to extend to a part of the closed region.

The water passage portion 5 may be formed in a straight tubular shape having a relatively large opening area, but then the space occupied by the water passage portion 5 in the mounting area becomes relatively large.
In this regard, as described above, the water flow hole portion 5 is composed of the first hole portion 51 of the lower constriction and the second hole portion 52 expanded in the width direction, whereby the first hole portion 51 is formed. Since the space occupied by the water is relatively small, the strength of the mounting area does not decrease, and water can be smoothly discharged to the drainage channel 83 of the U-shaped gutter 8 through the second hole 52. The height of the first hole portion 51 can be appropriately set, but it is preferable that the first hole portion 51 is longer than the second hole portion 52. For example, the first hole portion 51 is about 1/2 to 9/10 times the thickness of the mounting area of the apron portion 3, preferably 3/5 times to the thickness of the mounting region of the apron portion 3. It is 4/5 times.

At least one water passage hole portion 5 may be formed in one lid member 1, and the number of water passage holes 5 can be appropriately set according to the size of the lid member 1.
The lid member 1 of the illustrated example is provided with two water passage holes 5 at intervals in the length direction.

On the upper surface of the apron portion 3, a water guide groove portion 6 for guiding water to the water passage hole portion 5 is formed. The water guide groove portion 6 may be formed on the entire upper surface of the apron portion 3 (reference surface 31a, devaluation surface 31b and step surface 31c), but is preferably formed on the devaluation surface 31b.
The water guide groove portion 6 is provided to guide water such as rainwater that stays on the upper surface (particularly the devaluation surface 31b) of the apron portion 3 to the water passage hole portion 5. The water guide groove portion 6 is a portion recessed from the upper surface of the apron portion 3.
The water passage hole 5 may be formed by only one or two or more, but it is preferable to have at least the water passage portion 5 extending in the width direction of the apron portion 3.
For example, the water guide groove portion 6 has a first groove portion 61 extending in the width direction of the apron portion 3 and a second groove portion 62 extending in the length direction of the apron portion 3.
The first groove portion 61 is formed in a straight line extending in the width direction in a plan view, the end portion on one side thereof faces the edge of the water passage hole portion 5, and the end portion on the opposite side in the width direction thereof is formed. , Facing the step surface 31c. The second groove 62 is formed in a straight line extending in the length direction in a plan view, and is formed in, for example, two or more rows in the width direction. The end of at least one second groove 62 faces the edge of the water passage hole 5, and at least one second groove 62 partially intersects the first groove 61.

Further, the curb portion 2 is formed with a drainage hole portion 71 that allows water to pass from the upper surface of the apron portion 3 to the upper surface side of the first side wall 81. The upper side of the drainage hole portion 71 is opened on the reference surface 31a side of the apron portion 3, and the drainage hole portion 71 extends in the vertical direction from the opening and is opened on the lower surface of the curb portion 2. The drainage hole 71 is also expanded in the width direction toward the bottom.
Reference numeral 72 in FIG. 3 indicates an attachment portion to which a connecting metal fitting (not shown) for connecting adjacent lid members 1 is attached when a plurality of lid members 1 are arranged side by side in the length direction.

The lid member 1 of the present invention is provided at a boundary portion between a roadway and a sidewalk. In particular, the lid member 1 of the present invention is provided at the boundary between the bicycle path and the sidewalk.
9 and 10 show a road shoulder structure in which the concrete lid member 1 of the present invention is placed on the U-shaped gutter 8.
In the road shoulder structure, for example, a U-shaped gutter is embedded in the boundary portion between the bicycle path and the sidewalk, a lid member is placed on the U-shaped gutter, and the sidewalk side pavement and the bicycle path side pavement are performed. Constructed by.
The lid member 1 of the present invention may be used when the existing road is repaired to construct a road shoulder structure, or may be used when a new road shoulder structure is constructed. Further, as the road shoulder structure to be constructed, the U-shaped gutter laid on the existing road may be reused, or a new U-shaped gutter may be laid.
Preferably, the lid member 1 of the present invention is used as a bicycle path by modifying an existing road (for example, a road having no bicycle path and consisting of a sidewalk and a motorway) and utilizing a U-shaped gutter laid. It is used when constructing a road shoulder structure with a sidewalk.
For example, when repairing an existing road in which a U-shaped gutter 8 with a lid is buried at the boundary between the sidewalk and the motorway, the pavement on the sidewalk side and the pavement on the motorway side are peeled off as shown in FIG. At the same time, the lid is removed to expose the upper opening of the U-shaped gutter 8.
Next, the lid member 1 of the present invention is placed on the U-shaped gutter 8, filled with a roadbed material such as chestnut stone, and leveled, and then sidewalk pavement and bicycle path pavement are performed to form a road shoulder structure. You can build things.

With reference to FIGS. 9 and 10, the road shoulder structure has a U-shaped gutter 8 embedded in a boundary portion between a roadway such as a bicycle road and a sidewalk, and a th-order structure so as to close an upper opening of the U-shaped gutter 8. A concrete lid member 1 placed on the upper surfaces of the first side wall 81 and the second side wall 82, a sidewalk pavement portion 91 formed in contact with the curb portion 2 on one side, and formed in the vicinity of the opposite side of the curb portion 2. It has a bicycle road pavement portion 92 (carriageway pavement portion 92).
The curb portion 2 of the lid member 1 is placed on the upper surface of the first side wall 81 of the U-shaped gutter 8, and the mounting area of the apron portion 3 of the lid member 1 is placed on the upper surface of the second side wall 82 of the U-shaped gutter 8. It is placed and the closed region of the lid member 1 closes the upper opening of the U-shaped gutter 8. The lower side of the drainage hole 71 is open from the upper surface of the first side wall 81 of the U-shaped gutter 8 to a part of the upper opening. The water passage hole 5 is located above the second side wall 82 of the U-shaped gutter 8, and the lower side of the second hole 52 of the water passage 5 is the second side wall of the U-shaped gutter 8. There is an opening from the upper surface of the 82 to a part of the upper opening.
The bicycle path pavement portion 92 is formed on the devaluation surface 31b from the step surface 31c of the apron portion 3, and is further formed beyond the apron portion 3. Although not particularly shown, a motorway pavement portion is formed by using asphalt or the like continuously at the end portion of the bicycle path pavement portion 92.
The bicycle path pavement portion 92 is a permeable pavement having water permeability. Examples of such permeable pavement include asphalt coating having fine gaps.
Further, the upper surface of the bicycle path pavement portion 92 may be a horizontal surface, but since rainwater or the like that has fallen on the pavement easily flows into the drainage hole portion 71, it is slightly inclined downward from one side to the opposite side in the width direction. It is said to be an inclined surface. It is preferable that the inclined upper surface of the bicycle path pavement portion 92 constitutes an inclined surface continuous with the inclined reference surface 31a of the apron portion 3. For example, the upper surface of the bicycle path pavement portion 92 and the reference surface 31a of the apron portion 3 are combined into one inclined surface, and the inclination angle is about the water gradient as described in the reference surface 31a. good.

Since the concrete lid member 1 of the present invention has a water passage hole 5 formed in the apron portion 3, water that has permeated from the water-permeable roadway pavement portion 92 to the cut-down surface 31b of the apron portion 3 has a water passage hole. It flows into the drainage channel 83 of the U-shaped gutter 8 through the portion 5.
In particular, since the cut-down surface 31b is formed with a water guide groove portion 6 for guiding water to the water passage hole portion 5, the permeated water is unlikely to stay on the cut-down surface 31b of the apron portion 3 and smoothly reaches the water passage hole portion 5. Guided by, it flows into the drainage channel 83 of the U-shaped gutter 8.
In the present invention, since the water passage hole 5 is formed in the mounting region to be mounted on the second side wall 82 of the U-shaped gutter 8, a load or vibration is applied from above the lid member 1 for a long period of time. However, it is possible to prevent the lid member 1 from being damaged from the vicinity of the water passage portion 5. That is, when the lid member 1 is placed on the U-shaped gutter 8, the second side wall 82 of the U-shaped gutter 8 exists below the mounting area of the lid member 1, so that the water passage portion 5 is provided in the mounting area. It is possible to effectively prevent the lid member 1 from being damaged from the vicinity of the water passage hole portion 5 even if the lid member 1 is formed.

Further, since the water passage portion 5 has a first hole portion 51 that is gradually narrowed downward and a second hole portion 52 that is expanded in the width direction of the apron portion 3, the apron portion 3 is devaluated. The water on the surface 31b easily enters the first hole 51, and the water that has entered the first hole 51 is smoothly discharged from the second hole 52 to the drainage channel 83.
Further, since the headrace groove portion 6 extends in the width direction, the roadway pavement portion 92 formed on the devaluation surface 31b is less likely to be distorted. That is, in general, since a bicycle or an automobile travels in the length direction of the road pavement, stress is likely to be applied in the width direction, but the roadway pavement portion 92 is distorted due to the extension of the headrace groove 6 in the width direction. Is less likely to occur.

FIG. 12 is a front view of the concrete lid member of the second embodiment, and FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view of the lid member in the width direction (the lid member of the second embodiment is the same as the line VII-VII of FIG. 1). (Cut with). In FIGS. 12 and 13, for convenience, U-shaped gutters are also shown by alternate long and short dash lines.
In FIGS. 12 and 13, the concrete lid member 1 of the present embodiment has a curb base portion 21 and an apron portion 3, and the curb base portion 21 and the apron portion 3 are integrally formed of concrete. Has been done.
The lower surface of the curb base portion 21 is a portion placed on the upper surface of the first side wall 81 of the U-shaped gutter 8. The lower surface of the curb base portion 21 may be substantially flat, but as in the first embodiment, the lower seat surface 2a in contact with the upper surface of the first side wall 81 of the U-shaped gutter 8 and the lower seat surface 2a thereof. It consists of an upper seat surface 2b located slightly above.
The upper surface of the curb base portion 21 is a mounting surface on which a separate curb is placed. The upper surface of the curb base portion 21 is formed in a concave shape so that, for example, the base of the curb is fitted.
