Description

The present invention relates to a cap attachment structure for a container containing contents such as a liquid, and is suitable for preventing accidental injection or accidental ingestion of the contents.

As a cap mounting structure of the liquid storage container, as described in Patent Document 1, an outer cap (annular body) rotatably provided around the cap so as to cover the outer circumference of the cap screwed to the mouth of the container. Some have. The convex portion provided on the inner circumference of the outer cap can be engaged with and detached from the groove provided on the outer circumference of the cap, and the outer cap is moved relative to the cap in the axial direction so that the outer cap covers the cap. And the outer cap are engaged and dissociated.

According to the cap mounting portion structure described in Patent Document 1, when the cap is screwed to the mouth of the container, the outer cap and the cap are in an engaged state and can rotate integrally, and by a rotation operation applied to the outer cap. The cap can be screwed onto the mouth of the container. After the cap is screwed onto the mouth of the container, the outer cap is pushed downward to disengage the engagement between the outer cap and the cap, so that even if the outer cap is rotated, only the outer cap will idle. Since the cap itself does not rotate, people with dementia, infants, etc. do not open the cap and pour out the contents to others or accidentally swallow it. Therefore, safety is ensured for people with dementia who do not know how to open, infants, etc., and those who know how to open pull the outer cap upward while rotating the outer cap, and the convex portion and the groove portion. By engaging, the outer cap and the cap are rotated integrally, and the cap can be removed from the mouth of the container.

However, in the cap mounting portion structure described in Patent Document 1, a convex portion provided on the inner circumference of the outer cap is provided on the outer circumference of the cap by moving the outer cap relative to the cap in the vertical direction along the axial direction. It is engaged and disengaged in the groove so that the cap can be attached to and detached from the mouth of the container. That is, the cap can be removed from the mouth of the container simply by adding it to the outer cap.

Therefore, in the cap attachment structure described in Patent Document 1, even a person with dementia or an infant who does not know how to open the cap is provided on the inner circumference of the outer cap while the outer cap is being tampered with. There is a risk that the portion may be engaged with the groove provided on the outer circumference of the cap, and thus the cap may be removed from the mouth of the container to inject the contents unnecessarily or accidentally swallow.

Further, in the cap mounting portion structure described in Patent Document 1, some people who know how to open the cap may maliciously operate the outer cap to cap the convex portion provided on the inner circumference of the outer cap. There is also a risk of engaging with the groove provided on the outer circumference of the container, and by extension, easily removing the cap from the mouth of the container and illegally pouring out the contents.

An object of the present invention is to provide a cap mounting portion structure that makes it impossible to easily remove the cap of a container containing contents such as a liquid.

The invention according to claim 1 is an annular body rotatably provided around the cap so as to cover the outer circumference of the cap screwed to the mouth side of the container, and an annular body between the annular body and the cap. It has a special jig that is inserted into the space and can engage with the outer circumference of the cap in the circumferential direction, and by grasping the special jig and screwing the cap, the cap is placed on the side of the mouth of the container. It has a removable cap mounting structure, and the cap has a weighing function. A special jig holds the cap that has been unscrewed from the mouth side of the container, and the cap is pulled out from the annular space. The dedicated jig is provided with a friction engaging portion on the inner circumference that is elastically contacted and frictionally engaged with the outer circumference of the cap, and the dedicated jig is provided with an annular grip portion at the upper end. , A tubular skirt portion extending downward from the lower end surface near the outer circumference of the annular grip portion is provided, and a tubular engagement extending downward from the lower end surface near the inner circumference of the annular grip portion. The tubular engaging portion is provided with a portion, and the friction engaging portion is provided on the inner circumference .

According to the present invention, when removing the cap of a container containing contents such as liquid, the presence of a special jig is indispensable, and the cap cannot be easily removed without the special jig.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on the preferred embodiment thereof.

(First Embodiment) (FIGS. 1 to 9)
As shown in FIG. 1, the cap 10 to which the present invention is applied is screwed to the side of the mouth portion 2 of the container 1 and is attached to and detached from the mouth portion 2 of the container 1 using the cap attachment portion structure of the present invention. .. The container 1 contains contents such as detergents, disinfectants, chemicals, cosmetics and other liquids, powders and granules. The cap 10 may be directly screwed to the mouth portion 2 of the container 1, but may also be screwed to the mouth portion 2 of the container 1 via the dispenser 3 as in the present embodiment shown in FIG.

In the present embodiment, the mouth portion 2, the dispenser 3, and the cap 10 of the container 1 are assembled by arranging their central axes on the common axis O. Hereinafter, with the container 1 upright, the direction along the common axis O is the vertical direction, the side of the cap 10 is the upper side, and the side of the container 1 is the lower side along the common axis O. Further, the direction along the common axis O is referred to as an axial direction.

When attaching the cap 10 to the mouth 2 of the container 1, it is not always necessary to provide the pouring tool 3, but from the viewpoint of facilitating the pouring of the contents from the container 1 to the cap 10, the mouth of the container 1 is provided. It is preferable to provide the dispenser 3 in 2.

The dispensing tool 3 is made of a synthetic resin molded body such as polypropylene, and is attached to the mouth 2 of the container 1 by driving or screwing, so that the contents of the container 1 can be dispensed. The dispensing tool 3 has a gap and an opening that communicate with the mouth 2 so that the contents can be poured from the mouth 2. In the present embodiment, the dispenser 3 has a large-diameter tubular portion 3A attached to the mouth portion 2 and a small-diameter tubular portion 3B having an outer peripheral screw portion 3C described later, and the large-diameter tubular portion 3A and the small-diameter tubular portion 3B. The boundary portion is a stepped flat surface portion 3P. The dispenser 3 may have a beak-shaped dispenser or the like. The dispenser 3 may have a nozzle (beak-shaped dispenser) that protrudes to the inside of the inner cylinder 30 that is axially higher than the outer cylinder 20 of the cap 10.

The cap 10 is made of a synthetic resin molded product such as polypropylene, is attached to a dispenser 3 provided at the mouth 2 of the container 1, closes the dispenser 3, and dispenses the contents of the container 1 from the dispenser 3. To stop. Alternatively, the cap 10 is removed from the dispenser 3 to open the dispenser 3 so that the contents of the container 1 can be dispensed from the dispenser 3, or the refill contents are injected from the dispenser 3 into the container 1. to enable.

The cap 10 can also serve as a receiving container for the contents dispensed from the dispenser 3 and perform a weighing function (measuring cap). At this time, the cap 10 is preferably made of a transparent body or a translucent body so that the level of the liquid level and the like of the received contents can be visually recognized from the outside world.

The cap 10 has an outer cylinder portion 20 having an inner peripheral screw portion 21 screwed to the outer peripheral screw portion 3C of the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the container 1, and a tubular wall inside the outer cylinder portion 20. It has a bottomed tubular inner cylinder portion 30 having a 31 and a bottom wall 32. The cap 10 functions as a weighing space for the contents inside the inner cylinder portion 30. The inner cylinder portion 30 projects upward and downward in the axial direction from the outer cylinder portion 20. The end portion of the outer cylinder portion 20 near the bottom wall 32 along the axial direction and the intermediate portion of the inner cylinder portion 30 along the axial direction of the tubular wall 31 are connected by an annular wall 33. The central axes of the outer cylinder portion 20 and the inner cylinder portion 30 are coaxially arranged, and the inner cylinder portion 30 has an opening 31A at one end of the tubular wall 31 in the axial direction. A bottom wall 32 is provided at the other end in the axial direction, and the other end is closed. The bottom wall 32 is the top surface of the cap 10 when the cap 10 is screwed onto the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth 2 of the container 1. For reasons such as design, the annular wall 33 is not limited to the end portion near the bottom wall 32 along the axial direction, but is coupled to the intermediate portion along the axial direction. Is also good.

In the cap 10, the tubular wall 31 in the inner tubular portion 30 is formed into a substantially cylindrical cylindrical portion 34, and two planes 35A and 35B intersect in a V shape with a part of the tubular wall 31 in the circumferential direction. The V-shaped bent portion 35 is formed, and the V-shaped bent portion 35 is continuously formed from one end side to the other end side of the tubular wall 31 in the axial direction of the inner cylinder portion 30. After the contents are injected into the inner cylinder portion 30 and weighed, the V-shaped bent portion 35 formed on the opening 31A side of the outer cylinder portion 20 of the inner cylinder portion 30 is the injection portion of the contents. It becomes 36.

The cap 10 has a V-shaped bent portion 35 and a cylindrical portion 34 continuous in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral portion including the V-shaped bent portion 35 on the bottom wall 32 side of the annular wall 33 of the inner cylinder portion 30. The deformed outer peripheral portion 37 with which the special jig 100 described later can be engaged is used.

In the cap 10, the outer cylinder portion 20 is in a state where the bottom wall 32 of the inner cylinder portion 30 is arranged on the upper side with respect to the outer peripheral screw portion 3C of the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the upright container 1. The inner peripheral screw portion 21 provided can be screwed.

However, the cap attachment portion structure of the present invention for attaching and detaching the cap 10 to the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the container 1 is configured as follows by using the annular body 40 and the special jig 100. Further, the annular body 40 and the special jig 100 constitute a cap removal suppressor that suppresses the removal of the cap 10 that is screwed to the side of the mouth portion 2 of the container 1.

As shown in FIG. 2, the annular body 40 has a cylindrical shape that covers the outer circumference of the cap 10 screwed to the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the container 1, and is rotatably provided around the cap 10. .. At this time, an annular space S is formed between the annular body 40 and the cap 10.

Specifically, the annular body 40 is made of a synthetic resin molded body such as polypropylene, and as shown in FIG. 3, the cylindrical portion 41 having the upper end fully open (or partially open) and the lower end of the cylindrical portion 41. Includes a flange-shaped engagement portion 42 that projects toward the inner diameter side. In the present embodiment, the flange-shaped engaging portion 42 projects over the entire circumference at the lower end of the cylindrical portion 41.

Here, the cap 10 has an outer cylinder as shown in FIG. 1 when the inner peripheral screw portion 21 of the outer cylinder portion 20 is screwed to the outer peripheral screw portion 3C of the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the container 1. The lower end of the portion 20 forms a constant gap G with the stepped flat surface portion 3P of the dispenser 3. That is, in the present embodiment, the gap G corresponds to a "gap" formed by the lower end of the cap 10 in the present invention with the container 1. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, the lower end of the outer cylinder portion 20 of the cap 10 screwed to the side of the mouth portion 2 of the container 1 as described above is the stepped flat surface portion 3P of the dispenser 3. The flange-shaped engaging portion 42 is rotatably engaged and assembled in the above-mentioned gap G formed between the two. The thickness of the flange-shaped engaging portion 42 is formed to be smaller than the length of the gap G.

Therefore, the above-mentioned assembly of the dispenser 3, the cap 10, and the annular body 40, which is performed at the manufacturing stage of the container 1, is performed by the following procedure as shown in FIG. If the dispenser 3 is not provided, the cap 10 and the annular body 40 are directly assembled to the mouth 2 of the container 1.

(1) A flange-shaped engaging portion 42 provided at the lower end of the cylindrical portion 41 of the annular body 40 loaded around the small-diameter tubular portion 3B of the dispenser 3 is seated on the stepped flat surface portion 3P of the dispenser 3.

(2) With the end of the inner cylinder portion 30 of the cap 10 near the bottom wall 32 held by a special tool (a special jig 100 is also possible), the cap 10 is held on the side of the dispenser 3 inside the annular body 40. The inner peripheral screw portion 21 provided in the outer cylinder portion 20 of the cap 10 is screwed to the outer peripheral screw portion 3C provided in the small diameter cylinder portion 3B of the dispenser 3. If the cap 10 is only inserted into the annular body 40, it may be inserted directly without using a special tool.

(3) The dimensional relationship between the cap 10 and the dispenser 3 is such that the outer cylinder portion 20 of the cap 10 is screwed to the outer peripheral screw portion 3C of the dispenser 3 to the fastening end, and the lower end of the outer cylinder portion 20 is in the assembled state. It is set to form a constant gap G (a gap having a size that does not sandwich the flange-shaped engaging portion 42 of the annular body 40) with the stepped flat surface portion 3P of the dispensing tool 3. As a result, the flange-shaped engaging portion 42 of the annular body 40 is rotatably engaged in the above-mentioned gap G.

In the assembled state of the dispenser 3, the cap 10, and the annular body 40 of (3) above, the cylindrical portion 41 of the annular body 40 is at a position higher than the upper end of the cap 10 screwed to the dispenser 3 (height in FIG. 2). The height H of the cylindrical portion 41 is set so as to extend to (ΔH). This is to make it difficult to rotate the cap 10 by pinching it with fingers, and it is preferable that the height H of the cylindrical portion 41 is higher than the upper end of the cap 10 on the entire circumference thereof. It may be higher than the upper end. Further, when there is almost no gap between the cap 10 and the annular body 40 for the fingers to enter (cap 10 in FIG. 11), it is difficult to pinch the cap 10 with the fingers, so the upper end of the cap 10 is slightly higher. , Or the above-mentioned ΔH = 0.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the special jig 100 is inserted into the annular space S between the annular body 40 and the cap 10, and engages with the outer circumference of the cap 10 in the circumferential direction thereof. In the present embodiment, the dedicated jig 100 is inserted into the annular space S between the annular body 40 and the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the inner cylinder portion 30 of the cap 10, and engages with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 in the circumferential direction. The cap 10 can be screwed. That is, by grasping the special jig 100 and rotating it, the inner peripheral screw portion 21 provided in the outer cylinder portion 20 of the cap 10 can be screwed to the outer peripheral screw portion 3C of the dispenser 3, and the cap 10 can be screwed to the dispenser 3. On the other hand, it can be attached and detached.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, the dedicated jig 100 is provided with an annular grip portion 101 forming a substantially annular shape at the upper end, and extends downward from the lower end surface near the outer circumference of the annular grip portion 101. A cylindrical tubular skirt portion 102 is provided, and a substantially cylindrical tubular engaging portion 103 extending downward from the lower end surface near the inner circumference of the annular grip portion 101 is provided. The outer peripheral diameter of the annular grip portion 101 is larger than the outer peripheral diameter of the annular body 40, the outer peripheral diameter of the tubular skirt portion 102 is slightly smaller than the inner peripheral diameter of the annular body 40, and the inner peripheral diameter of the tubular engaging portion 103 is the cap. It is set to such an extent that it can be in frictional contact with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of 10. The vertical length L1 of the tubular skirt portion 102 from the annular grip portion 101 and the vertical length L2 of the tubular engaging portion 103 from the annular grip portion 101 are L1> L.

The annular grip portion 101 of the special jig 100 has a flat upper surface and an outer circumference with a rounded chamfer, and the user's fingers grip a plurality of outer circumferences to grip the tubular skirt portion 102. And the tubular engaging portion 103 are inserted into the above-mentioned annular space S between the annular body 40 and the cap 10. An uneven surface or a knurled finger hook may be formed on the outer circumference of the annular grip portion 101. In the process of inserting the special jig 100 into the annular space S using the annular grip portion 101, the tubular skirt portion 102 is first loosely inserted into the inner circumference of the annular body 40 all around. Then, the dedicated jig 100 is coaxially arranged with the annular body 40 and the cap 10, and subsequently, the circumferential position of the V-shaped bent portion 104B in the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 provided by the tubular engaging portion 103 as described later is capped. A state is set at a rotation angle position that can match the V-shaped bent portion 35 in the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of 10, and the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 of the tubular engaging portion 103 is pushed into the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10. It engages with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 in the circumferential direction. At the insertion stroke end of the tubular skirt portion 102 and the tubular engaging portion 103 using the annular grip portion 101, the lower end surface of the annular grip portion 101 near the outer circumference hits the upper end surface of the cylindrical portion 41 of the annular body 40. It can be regulated by contacting or by contacting the lower end surface of the tubular skirt portion 102 with the annular wall 33 of the cap 10.

The tubular skirt portion 102 of the special jig 100 is the above-mentioned insertion stroke end set at a rotation angle position where the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 of the tubular engaging portion 103 engages with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10. A notch 102A for making the weighing scale M (see FIG. 9) displayed on the irregular outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10 visible as described later is provided at an appropriate position in the circumferential direction on the lower end side.

When the tubular engaging portion 103 of the dedicated jig 100 is pushed into the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10 and engages with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 in the circumferential direction, the tubular engaging portion 103 surrounds the entire circumference of the deformed outer peripheral portion 37. The deformed outer peripheral portion 37 includes a deformed inner peripheral portion 104 having a contour substantially the same as the contour formed by the cylindrical portion 34 and the V-shaped bent portion 35 in the circumferential direction so as to be engaged with each other. At this time, when the tubular engaging portion 103 of the dedicated jig 100 surrounds the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10 on the entire circumference, it is not necessary to make contact with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10 without a gap on the entire circumference. That is, the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 of the tubular engaging portion 103 can abut and engage with the cylindrical portion 34 and the V-shaped bent portion 35 of the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10, and is substantially cylindrical. A cylindrical portion 104A and a V-shaped bent portion 104B are continuously provided in the circumferential direction.

The dedicated jig 100 has a V-shaped engagement at the circumferential position of the annular grip portion 101 corresponding to the same angle position as the installation position of the V-shaped bent portion 104B in the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 in the top view of the annular grip portion 101. A jig position display unit 104K is provided. The V-shaped engaging position display portion 104K is formed by a V-shaped hole portion 101A formed in the upper surface of the annular grip portion 101. The V-shaped engaging position display portion 104K sets the circumferential position of the V-shaped bent portion 104B in the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 provided in the tubular engaging portion 103 to the V-shaped bent portion 35 in the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10. It is easy to visually understand that the rotation angle position that can be matched is set.

The tubular engaging portion 103 of the dedicated jig 100 has a deformed inner peripheral portion 104 and at the same time has a friction engaging portion 105. In the tubular engaging portion 103 of the present embodiment, the portion of the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 that frictionally engages with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10 is partially referred to as the friction engaging portion 105. That is, the tubular engaging portion 103 starts at the base of the annular grip portion 101 with the lower end surface or near the base at a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction, and ends at the hanging end of the vertical length L2. A slit 106 is provided over a certain range, and a tongue piece portion 105A sandwiched between the slits 106 adjacent to each other is provided. The inner peripheral diameter of the friction engaging portion 105 formed by each tongue piece portion 105A vertically suspended on the lower end surface of the annular grip portion 101 together with the other tongue piece portions 105A adjacent to the tongue piece portion 105A is the cap 10 in a free state. The diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the deformed outer peripheral portion 37, and the tongue piece portions 105A are separated from each other by the slit 106 and can be elastically deformed in the radial direction of the tubular engaging portion 103. Therefore, when the tubular engaging portion 103 of the dedicated jig 100 is pushed into the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10, each tongue piece portion 105A of each tongue piece-shaped friction engaging portion 105 becomes the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10. It comes into contact with the jig and engages in friction.

It should be noted that the inner peripheral surface of each tongue piece portion 105A forming the friction engaging portion 105 of the tubular engaging portion 103 extends along the vertical direction of the tubular engaging portion 103. A protruding rib 107 that protrudes inward of the tubular engaging portion 103 and press-contacts the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10 is provided. The protruding rib 107 increases the frictional engagement force of the frictional engagement portion 105 in contact with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10.

Further, a support rib 108 made of a plate piece or the like is joined to a part of the back surface of each tongue piece portion 105A in the tubular engaging part 103 along the vertical direction of the tubular engaging part 103. Each support rib 108 is joined to the annular grip portion 101 and the tubular skirt portion 102 to support each tongue piece portion 105A in the radial direction.

Therefore, the tubular engaging portion 103 of the dedicated jig 100 engages both the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 and the friction engaging portion 105 with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10 in the outer peripheral portion of the cap 10 and its circumferential direction. It will surely engage.

The dedicated jig 100 includes a key-shaped engaging portion 109 at a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface of the tubular skirt portion 102 (two positions facing each other in the diameter direction in the present embodiment). The key-shaped engaging portion 109 will be described in detail in the second embodiment.

The procedure for attaching and detaching the cap 10 using the special jig 100 is as follows.
(A) Procedure for removing the cap 10 using the dedicated jig 100
(1) The outer circumference of the annular grip portion 101 provided in the dedicated jig 100 is gripped, and the tubular skirt portion 102 and the tubular engaging portion 103 are inserted into the annular space S between the cap 10 and the annular body 40. At this time, the tubular skirt portion 102 has a special jig 100 coaxial with the annular body 40 and the cap 10 following the inner peripheral surface of the annular body 42, and is V-shaped provided on the upper surface of the annular grip portion 101. Using the engagement position display portion 104K (V-shaped hole portion 101A) as a guide, the circumferential position of the V-shaped bent portion 104B of the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 corresponding to the V-shaped engagement position display portion 104K is a variant of the cap 10. A rotation angle position that can match the V-shaped bent portion 35 on the outer peripheral portion 37 is set, and the tubular skirt portion 102 and the tubular engaging portion 103 are inserted into the annular space S as described above.

In the above-mentioned insertion process by the annular grip portion 101, the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 of the tubular engaging portion 103 is pushed into the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10 and engaged with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 in the circumferential direction. do. At this time, the friction engaging portion 105 of the tubular engaging portion 103 is also pushed into the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10 to be fitted, and is elastically contacted with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 to be frictionally engaged.

(2) By grasping the annular grip portion 101 and rotating the annular grip portion 101 in the removal direction of the cap 10, the rotational force of the annular grip portion 101 is rubbed against the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 of the tubular engaging portion 103. It is transmitted to the cap 10 via the engaging portion 105, and the cap 10 is screwed together with the special jig 100 in the removal direction to screw the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the container 1 to the outer peripheral screw portion 3C. It is unraveled and removed from the dispenser 3.

After the screwing between the cap 10 and the dispenser 3 due to the rotation of the annular grip portion 101 is released, the tubular skirt portion 102 and the tubular engaging portion 103 are connected to the above-mentioned annular space S by using the annular grip portion 101. When pulled out from, the cap 10 held by the tubular engaging portion 103 by being elastically in contact with the friction engaging portion 105 of the tubular engaging portion 103 is held together with the dedicated jig 100 in the annular space S. Is pulled out from. This completes the removal of the cap 10.

(3) The cap 10 and the special jig 100 pulled out from the annular space S are turned upside down, and as shown in FIG. 9, the annular grip portion 101 is held by fingers or placed on a table with the flat upper surface facing down. Under the condition, the contents of the container 1 from which the annular body 40 is removed are poured out from the dispenser 3 into the inner cylinder portion 30 of the cap 10 and weighed. At this time, the measurement scale M displayed on the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the inner cylinder portion 30 of the cap 10 can be visually recognized from the cutout portion 102A of the tubular skirt portion 102.

The cap 10 that has been unscrewed with the dispenser 3 is removed from the dispenser 3 in a state where the cap 10 is separated from the special jig 100 by being unheld by the tubular engaging portion 103 of the special jig 100. May be done. Further, when the contents of the container 1 are poured into the inner cylinder portion 30 of the cap 10 and weighed, the cap 10 may be in a state of being separated from the dedicated jig 100. Further, the cap 10 may not be used for measuring the contents of the container 1, but may be poured directly from the container 1 to the destination.

(B) Installation procedure of the cap 10 using the dedicated jig 100
(1) When the cap 10 once removed from the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth 2 of the container 1 is reattached to the dispenser 3, one finger grips the outer circumference of the annular grip portion 101 of the special jig 100. Then, when the deformed inner peripheral portion 54 and the friction engaging portion 55 of the tubular engaging portion 103 are removed from the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10 held by the other finger at the time of removing the cap 10 in (A) above. Similarly, it is pushed in to engage with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37. As a result, the cap 10 is held by the dedicated jig 100.

(2) A flange-shaped engagement portion 42 provided at the lower end of the cylindrical portion 41 of the annular body 40 loaded around the small-diameter tubular portion 3B of the dispenser 3 is seated on the stepped flat surface portion 3P of the dispenser 3.

(3) While holding the annular grip portion 51, the cap 10 held by the special jig 100 is seated on the stepped flat surface portion 3P of the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the container 1. It is inserted inside the body 40. Further, while aligning the inner peripheral screw portion 21 provided in the outer cylinder portion 20 of the cap 10 held by the special jig 100 with the outer peripheral screw portion 3C of the dispenser 3, the annular grip portion 101 is gripped and the annular grip is performed. The portion 101 is rotated in the mounting direction of the cap 10. As a result, the rotational force of the annular grip portion 101 is transmitted to the cap 10 via the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 and the friction engaging portion 105 of the tubular engaging portion 103, and the cap 10 is screwed in the mounting direction together with the dedicated jig 100. It is moved and screwed onto the outer peripheral threaded portion 3C of the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth 2 of the container 1 and attached to the dispenser 3.

After attaching the cap 10 by rotating the annular grip portion 101, if the tubular skirt portion 102 and the tubular engaging portion 103 are pulled out from the above-mentioned annular space S by using the annular grip portion 101, the dedicated jig 100 can be used. It is detached from the cap 10. This completes the attachment of the cap 10.

According to this embodiment, the following effects are exhibited.
(a) The outer circumference of the cap 10 screwed to the side of the mouth 2 of the container 1 is covered with an annular body 40 rotatably provided around the cap 10. Therefore, not only the cap 10 cannot be directly rotated, but also the ring 40 is idle no matter how the ring 40 is operated, not only for people with dementia and infants. The cap 10 itself does not rotate.

On the other hand, when the dedicated jig 100 is present, the dedicated jig 100 inserted into the annular space S between the annular body 40 and the cap 10 is engaged with the outer circumference of the cap 10 in the circumferential direction thereof, and then dedicated. By grasping and turning the jig 100, the rotational force of the special jig 100 is transmitted to the cap 10, and the cap 10 can be screwed with the rotation of the special jig 100.

That is, the container 1 to which the annular body 40 is mounted cannot screw the cap 10 without the presence of the special jig 100, and the cap 10 can be attached to or removed from the mouth 2 side of the container 1. It can't be done easily.

Therefore, no matter how much a person with dementia or an infant tampers with the ring 40, the cap 10 cannot be easily removed from the side of the mouth 2 of the container 1, and the contents may be poured out or mistakenly. You can prevent drinking.

Further, any person cannot easily remove the cap 10 from the mouth 2 of the container 1 unless the special jig 100 is present, and can prevent the contents from being illegally poured out. ..

(b) The tubular engaging portion 103 of the dedicated jig 100 surrounds and engages with the outer circumference of the cap 10 around the entire circumference. Therefore, the dedicated jig 100 stably engages with the entire circumference of the cap 10 in the circumferential direction, and by grasping and rotating the dedicated jig 100, the rotational force of the dedicated jig 100 is applied to the cap 10. The cap 10 can be stably transmitted over the entire circumference, and the cap 10 can be reliably screwed with the rotation of the dedicated jig 100.

(c) The dedicated jig 100 is loosely inserted around the inner circumference of the annular body 40. Therefore, the dedicated jig 100 is guided while being loosely inserted into the inner circumference of the annular body 40 at the initial stage of insertion into the annular body 40, is coaxially inserted into the cap 10, and is smoothly inserted into the outer circumference of the cap 10. Engagement is started. Further, when the cap 10 is attached to and detached from the mouth portion 2 side of the container 1 by the special jig 100, it can rotate smoothly.

(d) The annular body 40 extends to a position higher than the upper end of the cap 10 screwed to the side of the mouth portion 2 of the container 1 (ΔH portion shown in FIG. 2). Therefore, the cap 10 is covered with the annular body 40, and the upper end thereof is arranged at a position lower than the annular body 40. Therefore, it is not possible to pinch such a cap 10 firmly from the outside of the annular body 40 to the extent that the cap 10 can be rotated and operated, and the cap 10 is surely an annular body. It is covered with 40 to further prevent direct rotation operation.

(e) The annular body 40 includes an engaging portion 42 rotatably engaged in a gap G formed between the lower end of the cap 10 screwed to the side of the mouth portion 2 of the container 1 and the container 1. The annular body 40 can be rotatably provided around the cap 10 by a simple structure.

(f) The dedicated jig 100 includes a deformed inner peripheral portion 104 that engages with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10. The dedicated jig 100 can easily and surely engage with the outer circumference of the cap 10 in the circumferential direction by utilizing the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 of the cap 10.

(g) The dedicated jig 100 includes a friction engaging portion 105 on the inner circumference that is elastically contacted and frictionally engaged with the outer circumference of the cap 10. The dedicated jig 100 can easily and surely engage with the outer circumference of the cap 10 in the circumferential direction thereof.

(Second Embodiment) (FIGS. 10 to 15)
The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the cap mounting portion structure of the present invention is applied to the cap 50 instead of the cap 10 of the first embodiment, so that the key-shaped engaging portion 109 provided in the dedicated jig 100 is provided. Is used.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the cap 50 includes an outer cylinder portion 60 having an inner peripheral screw portion 61 screwed to the outer peripheral screw portion 3C of the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the container 1, and an outer cylinder portion 60 thereof. Inside the tubular portion 60, there is a bottomed tubular inner tubular portion 70 having a tubular wall 71 and a bottom wall 72. The inner cylinder portion 70 projects upward and downward in the axial direction from the outer cylinder portion 60. The end portion of the outer cylinder portion 60 near the bottom wall 72 along the axial direction and the intermediate portion of the inner cylinder portion 70 along the axial direction of the tubular wall 71 are joined by an annular wall 73. The central axes of the outer cylinder 60 and the inner cylinder 70 are coaxially arranged, and the inner cylinder 70 has an opening 71A at one end of the tubular wall 71 in the axial direction. A bottom wall 72 is provided at the other end in the axial direction, and the other end is closed. The bottom wall 72 is the top surface of the cap 10 when the cap 10 is screwed onto the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth 2 of the container 1.

The caps 50 are arranged at a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction of the outer circumference of the tubular wall 71 in the inner tubular portion 70 (two positions facing each other in the radial direction in the present embodiment) from the intermediate portion in the axial direction of the tubular wall 71 to the bottom wall 72. A keyway-shaped engaging portion 74 is provided over the entire range. The cross section of the keyway-shaped engaging portion 74 has a square groove shape.

The cap 50 has the outer cylinder portion 60 in a state where the bottom wall 72 of the inner cylinder portion 70 is arranged on the upper side with respect to the outer peripheral screw portion 3C of the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the upright container 1. The inner peripheral screw portion 61 provided can be screwed.

However, as shown in FIGS. 12 to 15, the cap attachment portion structure of the present invention for attaching and detaching the cap 50 to the dispenser 3 provided in the mouth portion 2 of the container 1 is the same as the annular body 40 in the first embodiment. It is configured as follows using the special jig 100.

That is, as shown in FIG. 11, the lower end of the outer cylinder portion 60 of the cap 50 screwed to the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the container 1 as described above is the stepped flat surface portion 3P of the dispenser 3. A constant gap G is formed between the two. Then, as in the first embodiment, the annular body 40 arranges the cylindrical portion 41 around the cap 50 so as to cover the outer periphery of the cap 50, and the flange provided at the lower end of the cylindrical portion 41. The shape engaging portion 42 is rotatably engaged in the gap G to be assembled. At this time, an annular space S is formed between the annular body 40 and the cap 50.

In the above-mentioned assembled state of the dispenser 3, the cap 50, and the annular body 40, the cylindrical portion 41 of the annular body 40 is located higher than the upper end of the cap 50 screwed to the dispenser 3 (height ΔH in FIG. 11). The total height H of the cylindrical portion 41 is set so as to extend to (minutes).

On the other hand, as described above in the first embodiment, the dedicated jig 100 includes the annular grip portion 101, the tubular skirt portion 102, and the tubular engaging portion 103, and the tubular skirt portion 102. A key-shaped engaging portion 109 that can be concavely engaged with the keyway-shaped engaging portion 74 of the inner cylinder portion 70 of the cap 50 at a plurality of positions on the inner peripheral surface in the circumferential direction (two positions facing each other in the radial direction in this embodiment). To be equipped. The key-shaped engaging portion 109 has a square bar-shaped cross section, and is axially axial on the inner peripheral surface of the tubular skirt portion 102 from the lower end surface of the annular grip portion 101 to the lower end surface of the tubular skirt portion 102. It is joined and extended over the entire length. The key-shaped engaging portion 109 is also joined to the outer peripheral surface of the tubular engaging portion 103 in the range extending from the lower end surface of the annular grip portion 101 to the lower end surface of the tubular engaging portion 103.

The dedicated jig 100 is located at a concave-convex engagement position at a circumferential position of the annular grip portion 101 corresponding to the same angle position as the installation position of the key-shaped engaging portion 109 on the annular skirt portion 102 when viewed from above the annular grip portion 101. A display unit 109K is provided. The uneven engagement display portion 109K is formed by a rectangular hole portion 101B formed in the upper surface of the annular grip portion 101.

Therefore, the dedicated jig 100 grips the outer circumference of the annular grip portion 101 included in the dedicated jig 100, and inserts the tubular skirt portion 102 into the annular space S between the cap 50 and the annular body 40. At this time, the tubular skirt portion 102 is loosely inserted into the inner peripheral surface of the annular body 42 so that the dedicated jig 100 is coaxial with the annular body 40 and the cap 50, and is provided on the upper surface of the annular grip portion 101. Using a certain uneven engagement position display portion 109K (rectangular hole portion 101A) as a guide, the circumferential position of the key-shaped engaging portion 109 corresponding to the concave-convex engagement position display portion 109K is set to the keyway-shaped engaging portion 74 of the cap 50. The tubular skirt portion 102 is inserted into the annular space S between the cap 50 and the annular body 40 in a state of being set at a rotation angle position that can match the above. Then, in the process of inserting the tubular skirt portion 102, the key-shaped engaging portion 109 provided on the inner circumference of the tubular skirt portion 102 is provided on the outer circumference of the inner tubular portion 70 of the cap 50. It is pushed into and engaged with the unevenness, and is engaged with the outer circumference of the cap 50 in the circumferential direction thereof. The insertion stroke end of the tubular skirt portion 102 using the annular grip portion 101 can be regulated by the lower end surface of the tubular engaging portion 103 coming into contact with the bottom wall 72 of the inner tubular portion 70 of the cap 50. The insertion stroke end can also be regulated by the lower end of the key-shaped engaging portion 109 hitting the lower end of the keyway-shaped engaging portion 74. As a result, by grasping the annular grip portion 101 and rotating the annular grip portion 101 in the removal direction of the cap 50, the cap 50 is screwed in the removal direction, and the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the container 1 It is unscrewed from the outer peripheral threaded portion 3C and removed from the dispenser 3. After that, when the tubular skirt portion 102 is pulled out from the annular space S using the annular grip portion 101, the cap 50 held by the tubular skirt portion 102 due to the uneven engagement with the key-shaped engaging portion 109 is specially cured. It is taken out from the annular space S together with the tool 100. This completes the removal of the cap 50.

Further, when the cap 50 once removed from the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth 2 of the container 1 is reattached to the dispenser 3, the tubular skirt portion 102 of the special jig 100 is attached to the inner cylinder portion 70 of the cap 50. The key-shaped engaging portion 109 of the tubular skirt portion 102 is pushed into the keyway-shaped engaging portion 74 on the outer periphery of the inner tubular portion 70 of the cap 50 to engage the concave and convex parts while covering the periphery of the inner tubular portion 70. As a result, the cap 50 held by the special jig 100 is inserted into the annular body 40 seated on the stepped flat surface portion 3P of the dispenser 3 provided at the mouth portion 2 of the container 1, and is annular. By grasping the grip portion 101 and rotating the annular grip portion 101 in the mounting direction of the cap 50, the cap 50 is screwed in the mounting direction, and the inner peripheral screw portion 61 included in the outer cylinder portion 60 of the cap 50 is noted. It is screwed to the outer peripheral screw portion 3C of the protrusion 3. The flange-shaped engaging portion 42 of the annular body 40 is engaged in the gap G formed between the lower end of the cap 50 screwed to the dispensing tool 3 and the stepped flat surface portion 3P of the dispensing tool 3. As a result, the annular body 40 covers the cap 50 and is rotatably provided around the cap 50. After that, when the tubular skirt portion 102 is pulled out from the annular space S by using the annular grip portion 101, the special jig 100 is separated from the cap 50, and the attachment of the cap 50 to the dispenser 3 is completed.

Therefore, even in the case of the second embodiment, the same effect as in the first embodiment is obtained.

In particular, in the second embodiment, the dedicated jig 100 includes a key-shaped engaging portion 109 that is unevenly engaged with the keyway-shaped engaging portion 74 provided on the outer peripheral portion of the cap 50. The dedicated jig 100 can easily and surely engage with the outer circumference of the cap 50 in the circumferential direction by using the keyway-shaped engaging portion 74 of the cap 50.

The dedicated jig 100 is also used for the cap 10 having the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 and the cap 50 having the keyway-shaped engaging portion 74.

Hereinafter, the dedicated jigs 200, 300, and 400 as modifications of the dedicated jig 100 will be described.

In the dedicated jigs 200 to 400, substantially the same parts as those in the dedicated jig 100 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

The difference between the dedicated jig 200 shown in FIG. 16 and the dedicated jig 100 shown in FIG. 8 is that the key-shaped engaging portion 109 in the dedicated jig 100 is removed, and the tubular skirt portion 102 and the tubular engaging portion are removed. A frictional engaging portion 201 that is vertically hung from the lower end surface of the annular grip portion 101 is provided between the 103. The friction engaging portion 201 is pushed into the outer circumference of a large-diameter round cap (not shown) and elastically contacts and frictionally engages. The friction engaging portion 201 has a fixed range at a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction, starting from the base of the annular grip portion 101 with the lower end surface or in the vicinity of the base, and ending at the hanging end of the hanging length thereof. A slit 202 is provided, and a tongue piece portion 201A sandwiched between the slits 202 adjacent to the slit 202 is provided. The inner peripheral diameter of the friction engaging portion 201 formed by each tongue piece portion 201A vertically suspended on the lower end surface of the annular grip portion 101 is set to be smaller than the outer peripheral diameter of the large-diameter round cap in the free state. Moreover, each tongue piece portion 201A is separated from each other by a slit 202 and can be elastically deformed in the radial direction of the friction engaging portion 201. Therefore, when the friction engaging portion 201 of the dedicated jig 200 is pushed into the outer circumference of the large diameter round cap, each tongue piece portion 201A elastically contacts the outer circumference of the large diameter round cap and engages in friction.

It should be noted that the inner surface of each tongue piece portion 201A, which is elastically contacted with the outer circumference of the large-diameter round cap and is frictionally engaged, extends along the vertical direction of the friction engaging portion 201 and is said to be the same. A protruding rib 201B that protrudes inward of the friction engaging portion 201 and press-contacts the outer periphery of the large-diameter round cap is provided. The protruding rib 201B enhances the frictional engagement force of the frictional engagement portion 201 in contact with the outer periphery of the large-diameter round cap.

Therefore, the friction engaging portion 201 of the dedicated jig 200 fits on the entire circumference of the outer circumference of the large-diameter round cap, and is surely engaged with the inner circumference of the large-diameter round cap in the circumferential direction. That is, the dedicated jig 200 can be used for both the cap 10 provided with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37 and the large-diameter round cap.

The dedicated jig 300 shown in FIG. 17 is provided with a tubular skirt portion 102 and a friction engaging portion 201 in the dedicated jig 200 shown in FIG. 16 vertically provided on the annular grip portion 101. The shape engaging portion 103 and the key shape engaging portion 109 are removed. The dedicated jig 300 is dedicated to the large diameter round cap.

The dedicated jig 400 shown in FIG. 18 is provided with the tubular skirt portion 102 and the tubular engaging portion 103 vertically provided on the annular grip portion 101, and the key-shaped engaging portion 109 is removed. be. The dedicated jig 400 integrates the tubular skirt portion 102 and the tubular engaging portion 103, and has a plurality of through holes 103H through which the portion corresponding to the tubular engaging portion 103 penetrates from the upper end surface to the lower end surface. By providing it, the amount of resin is reduced and the weight is reduced. The tubular engaging portion 103 does not have a slit 106, and the deformed inner peripheral portion 104 and the friction engaging portion 105 are connected in an annular shape. That is, the dedicated jig 400 has a deformed inner peripheral portion 104 and a friction engaging portion 105 which are continuously formed in an annular shape, and is dedicated to the cap 10 provided with the deformed outer peripheral portion 37.
