Description
The present invention relates to rush products such as rugs (bags, rugs, mats, etc.), cushions, cushions, pillows, covers thereof, bags (bags, wallets, etc.) using rush fabrics.
As the first conventional rush product, indoor rush is exemplified. This type of goza is made from rush stalks or straws made of synthetic resin, and is made by knitting such materials of the same type, and both the front and back sides are homogeneous and smooth (see the conventional example in Patent Document 1). There is.
Further, as the conventional second rush product, the indoor rush is made by sticking a sheet material made of a material having appropriate elasticity and friction to one surface of the first rush product as the main body of the rush. (Refer to the invention in
Further, as a conventional third rush product, a cushion using rush is exemplified (see Patent Document 3). In this cushion, a cushion member is enclosed between two pieces of cloth (woven with rush) which are constituent parts of the cushion, and the cloth and the cushion member are provided with an edge cloth and have an edge edge. It is sewn together at the part.
However, when the conventional first rush product is laid on the floor and used, the user's foot may be caught on the edge portion, which may cause the edge portion to be rolled up. Then, when this is repeated, there is a problem that a bending habit is formed in parallel with the edge portion, which is damaged. In particular, at the edge portion perpendicular to the rush, the rush bends near the edge portion (particularly at the seam of the
In addition, the conventional second rush product is still more durable than the first rush product because the non-slip sheet material is attached to the back surface of the rush surface material, but it is still the first. There are issues similar to those of rush products. In particular, when a cushion material is interposed between the rush surface material and the non-slip sheet, the edge portion of the cushion material is easily crushed. Therefore, there is a problem that the edge portion of the rush material is curved and the portion is easily damaged.
Furthermore, when using a cushion as a conventional third rush product, the edge is often bent, and when this is repeated, the edge is similar to the conventional first rush product. There is a problem that a rush is formed near the rush in parallel with it and it is damaged. In addition to cushions using such rush fabrics, cushions, pillows, and their covers have similar problems.
In order to solve the above problems, the rush product of the present invention is used.
The edge is sewn on the peripheral edge. A thin sheet formed in a size having margins on both sides is bonded with an adhesive so as to cover both sides of the seam to be attached or, if there are a plurality of the same seams, both sides of the seam group. ,
The thin sheet is more flexible than the rush fabric, is formed to have a thickness of 50% or less of the thickness of the rush fabric , and is further inside the seam or the seam group of the thin sheet. The one edge is formed so as to project inward from at least the innermost edge of the edge .
The direction of intersection with the rush is not particularly limited as long as it intersects with the stem length direction of the rush, and may be not only an orthogonal direction but also a diagonally intersecting direction.
The reason why the thin sheet is provided on the edge portion is that, in the experience of the applicant of the present application, the vicinity of the edge portion of the rush product is often damaged, and the fragile portion is reinforced. be.
The reason why the thin sheet is provided with the flexibility as described above is that if the thin sheet is not flexible, the flexibility is large at the boundary between the portion of the rush fabric where the thin sheet is provided and the other portion. It will change. Therefore, if such an inflexible thin sheet is provided, the boundary is rather bent and easily damaged. As described above, it is preferable that the thin sheet has as high flexibility as possible as long as it has the required strength for reinforcement.
The reason for reducing the thickness of the thin sheet as described above is that if the thickness is thick, a large step is formed at the boundary between the portion of the rush fabric in which the thin sheet is provided and the other portion. It ends up. Therefore, if such a thin sheet having a large thickness is provided, the boundary is rather bent and easily damaged. As described above, the thickness of the thin sheet is preferably as thin as possible as long as it has the required strength for reinforcement, and is not particularly limited, but is preferably 25% or less, more preferably 15% or less. To be illustrated.
The width of the thin sheet is not particularly limited, but the range thereof is limited because the vicinity of the edge portion of the rush fabric (particularly, the seam processed on the edge portion of the rush fabric) is easily damaged. It is preferably formed to a size that can be covered. Specifically, the following aspects will be illustrated.
(1) In the case of a large rush product such as a rug, the rush product is formed to have a width of about 100 mm and covers a range of about 100 mm inward from the edge of the edge portion of the rush fabric.
(2) In the case of a small rush product such as a cushion, the rush product is formed to have a width of about 50 mm and covers a range of about 50 mm inward from the edge of the edge of the rush woven fabric.
(3) An embodiment in which the size is formed so as to cover only the seams or seam group portions provided within the range shown in (1) or (2) above. At this time, it is preferable to form a wide size so as to have a margin (particularly, a margin of about 30 mm or more inward from the seam or the seam group) on both sides of the portion.
The material of the thin sheet is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include non-woven fabric, woven fabric, resin sheet, resin film, and paper. The material of the non-woven fabric is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include polyester, polypropylene, and nylon. The material of the woven fabric is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include plant fibers such as cotton and hemp, and chemical fibers / synthetic fibers. The resin sheet may be a foamed resin sheet.
The adhesive is not particularly limited, but is preferably one having flexibility in a cured state, and examples thereof include latex bond and hot melt bond.
The term "bonding to at least one surface" means that in addition to bonding to the front surface or the back surface of the rush fabric, bonding to the front surface and the back surface is included.
According to this configuration, since the thin sheet is provided along the edge portion, even if the vicinity of the edge portion is bent, it is not easily damaged, and even if the rush is cut there, the rush is not easily damaged. It is possible to prevent the rush fabric from being unraveled from there. Further, since the thin sheet is provided at the edge portion of the rush woven fabric, the air permeability of the portion where the thin sheet is not provided can be ensured. Further, since the rush fabric is reinforced only in the vicinity of the easily damaged edge portion, it can be reinforced effectively at low cost.
As the rush product,
An embodiment in which the thin sheet extending substantially parallel to the edge portion is bonded to at least one surface of the edge portion extending parallel to the rush in the rush woven fabric with an adhesive is exemplified.
According to this configuration, the same effect as that of the edge portion extending in the intersecting direction can be obtained for the edge portion extending in parallel with the rush in the rush fabric.
As the rush product,
The thin sheet exemplifies an embodiment in which the shape of at least one side edge extending substantially parallel to the edge portion to be bonded is formed non-linearly.
According to this configuration, the boundary between the portion of the rush fabric on which the thin sheet is provided and the other portion has a non-linear shape, and the step or strength difference generated at the boundary causes damage to the boundary. Even if it does occur, it is difficult to bend there due to its non-linear shape, and it is difficult for the damage to become serious or to expand.
According to the rush product according to the present invention, it is possible to reinforce the edge portion of the rush woven fabric extending in the direction intersecting with the rush, which is an excellent effect.
1 to 5 show a rush product of an embodiment embodying the present invention.

As described above, the rush product (1, 20) of the present invention is a
Further, the 茣 蓙 1 of the aspect shown in FIG. 2 and the

(Test method)
Fold the center of the rush fabric in the length direction in half so that a crease extending in the direction orthogonal to the rush can be made, and then open it again. By repeating this 5 times, the rush fabric is kept in a damaged state. The tensile strength of the woven fabric in the direction of the woven fabric was measured based on the JIS-L-1096 strip method (Instron) with respect to the portion 200 mm in the center in the length direction of the woven fabric in that state.
