該構造体は羽根状板と、ルアー本体が水平姿勢のときに該羽根状板を羽根面を垂直にした状態で水平旋回可能に取り付けておく留め具から構成され、
前記羽根状板は、羽根の根元部分に垂直方向に長い矩形穴が形成されており、
前記留め具は、ジョイント金具とストッパー螺子と2個の螺子で構成され、
前記ジョイント金具は、横長矩形板の両端部分を除く横長部を半円弧状に折り曲げた形状で、両端部分には前記螺子を通す穴が、半円弧状部の中央部分には前記ストッパー螺子を通す穴がそれぞれ形成されており、半円弧状部側面における前記ストッパー螺子用穴と半円弧の一方の端との間部分には半円弧状板の縦方向幅の1/3程度幅の切り起こしが根元部を半円弧状部中央側にして縦方向中央部に設けられ、切り起こした先端部は半円弧状部の外側に向けて折り曲げてあり、
前記ストッパー螺子は、長さが前記半円弧状部の半径寸法より長く、頭部には螺子長手方向に延びる扁平なリング状部が形成されており、
かかる部品にて羽根状部品構造体を構成してルアー本体側面に取り付ける際は、前記ジョイント金具の一方の端部と半円弧状部とを前記羽根状板根元部分の矩形穴に通して羽根状板をジョイント金具に取付け、該状態にてジョイント金具を両端部がルアー本体の頭部、尾部に向かう姿勢にて前記2個の螺子にてルアー本体側面に取付け、該状態にて羽根状板を前記切り起こし側に寄せた状態にして前記ストッパー螺子を半円弧状部中央部の穴を通してルアー本体側面に螺子込むことにより羽根状部品構造体とするように構成されていることを特徴とする羽根状部品構造体。

かかる構成の羽根状部品構造体をルアー本体側面に取付けた状態にて羽根状板がルアー本体の尾部側に旋回した場合には、羽根状板の羽根の根元先端部が前記内側に折り曲げた切り起こし部に当接し、前記半円弧状部の外側の羽根状板部分に前記半円弧状部の外側に突出した略V字状スプリングの先端部が当接し、その状態で羽根状板が更にルアー本体の尾部側に旋回しようとすると略V字状スプリングの2辺間の角度が狭まるためその角度を広げようとする力が略V字状スプリングより発生して羽根状板に当接している略V字状スプリングの先端部から羽根状板に押し戻そうとする力が加わるように構成されていることを特徴とする羽根状部品構造体。
