Description
The present invention relates to a work support device, a work support method, and a work support program.
In the production of industrial products, improvement of production efficiency is always required, and improvement activities are carried out every day on production lines of companies and the like. In order to improve production efficiency, it is important not to stop the operation of the production line. One of the factors that causes the production line to stop is the lack of parts. In addition, the part shortage is a state in which the parts necessary for the production of the product are not available at the start of production. When parts run out, the production line is in a state of waiting for parts, and it falls into a state where it cannot be produced even though it has capacity. Therefore, a method for preventing parts from being cut off is being studied.
For example,
However, the technique of
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a work support device that contributes to improvement of production efficiency in a production line.
In order to solve the above problems, the work support device includes a parts trace unit, a process control unit, a carrier arrival / departure time recording unit, and a margin time calculation unit. It also has a production plan storage unit, a work time actual storage unit, a margin time prediction unit, and a margin time transition display unit. The margin time calculation unit calculates the margin time, which is an index of the timeliness of the arrival and departure of the transport body with respect to the start and completion of the process, based on the process start time, the process completion time, and the transport body arrival and departure time. The margin time prediction unit predicts the future margin time based on the production input plan stored in the production input plan storage unit, the arrival / departure time of each carrier, and the actual work time value. The margin time transition display unit displays the transition of the margin time up to the present calculated by the margin time calculation unit and the transition of the future margin time predicted by the margin time prediction unit.
The effect of the present invention is to be able to provide a work support device that contributes to improvement of production efficiency in a production line.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, although the embodiments described below have technically preferable limitations for carrying out the present invention, the scope of the invention is not limited to the following. Note that similar components in each drawing may be numbered the same and description may be omitted.

The margin time
With the above configuration, it is possible to grasp the tendency of the change in the spare time. Further, since the margin time is less than 0, it means that the parts are out of stock. Therefore, from the timing when the predicted margin time is less than 0, it is possible to grasp the time when the parts are out of stock if no countermeasure is taken. Based on this prediction result, it is possible to grasp the timing when measures to prevent parts shortage are required. In addition, if the prediction result results in an excessively large margin time, it is possible to improve efficiency by adjusting the transport capacity.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to predict future parts shortage and excess transfer capacity, and devise appropriate countermeasures.
(Second embodiment)
In the present embodiment, the margin time calculated by the margin
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing an example of calculating the margin time. The figure shows the relationship between the progress of the process of the production line that produces the product, the movement of the carrier, and the time. The part shown by the solid line is the actual result up to now, and the part shown by the dotted line is the prediction.
Currently, a plurality of products are being produced on the production line _1, and the carriers A and B supply the parts used for producing each product to the production line _1, collect the completed products, and deliver them to the next process. It is assumed that you are doing. In this case, it is efficient if the process of the next product can be started without a gap after the process of the product on the production line is completed. For that purpose, the parts to be used for the next product must arrive before the time when the previous process is completed.
Therefore, the difference between the work completion time when the work of the previous product is completed and the time when the parts used for the next product are supplied to the production line is defined as the margin time. If the margin time is negative, it means that the parts supply of the next product is delayed with respect to the completion of the process of the previous product. That is, it means that parts are out of stock. Here, the spare time for parts supply is expressed as Ts. Hereinafter, Ts will be described simply as a margin time.
The margin time is predicted based on the actual value of the working time for each product and the actual value of the cycle time of the carrier. For example, the average value of the actual values of the working hours accumulated in the
FIG. 2 shows a situation in which the steps are executed in the order of n-1st unit, nth unit, n + 1st unit, ... Currently, product A is being produced on the production line _1, and the work of the nth unit has been completed. The departure and arrival times of the n + 1th and subsequent carriers A and B, the work start time, and the work completion time are predicted by the margin
In the example of FIG. 2, the component supply margin time from the time when the carrier A supplies the nth component to the completion of the process of the n-1th unit is Tsn> 0, and the n-1th unit. Following the completion of the process of, the nth process can be started. Similarly, the carrier B supplies the n + 1th component, and the margin time at that time is Tsn + 1> 0. Since the spare time is positive, the n + 1th process can be started without delay in this case as well.
In the subsequent prediction part, the margin time of n + 1st unit, n + 2nd unit, n + 3rd unit, ... Is calculated, but the predicted margin
Although FIG. 2 shows an example in which the products to be produced do not change, the products are switched according to the production plan in the high-mix production line. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing an example of predicting the margin time when there is product switching.
As in the example of FIG. 2, it is assumed that the work has been completed up to the nth product A, and the predicted values are shown for the n + 1th and subsequent products. Then, when the work of the nth unit is completed, the product to be produced is switched to the product B.
The component supply margin time from when the carrier A supplies the nth component to the completion of the n-1th process is Tsn> 0, following the completion of the n-1th process. , The nth process can be started. Similarly, the carrier B supplies the parts of the n + 1th product B, and the margin time at that time is Tsn + 1> 0. Since the spare time is positive, the n + 1th process can be started without delay in this case as well.
In the subsequent prediction part, the spare time of n + 1st unit, n + 2nd unit, n + 3rd unit, ... Is calculated. As for the working time of the product B, when the transport bodies A and B supply the parts in the same cycle as in FIG. 2, the margin time is reduced as compared with the product A. Therefore, the margin time Tsn3 for the work of the n + 3rd unit is shortened, and Tsn + 3 <
The margin time
Next, according to the input plan, the product to be produced at time t1 is switched to product B, the predicted value of the margin time is calculated, and the transition is plotted. By switching to product B, the spare time gradually decreases, and it is predicted that Ts <0, that is, parts will run out at time t2. A user who refers to this result can avoid running out of parts by taking measures to accelerate the supply of parts before the time t2, for example.
If the above margin time is positive, there is no problem in terms of production, but if it is too large, the transport capacity is excessive and there is room for improving efficiency. FIG. 5 is a graph showing an example of such a transition of the margin time. In the example of FIG. 5, the predicted margin time is gradually increased by switching the product to be produced from the product A to the product C. Here, assuming that the management target of the spare time is set to 0 minutes or more and 8 minutes or less, it can be determined that the spare time becomes excessive after the time t2. By using this result, the user can effectively utilize resources by, for example, allocating a part of the carrier to another work or assigning additional work before the time t2 is reached. Can be done.
The above description has been given by taking the case where the carrier supplies the parts as an example, but the same method can be similarly applied to the case of collecting the finished product or the semi-finished product.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to obtain information that contributes to the improvement of production efficiency.
(Third Embodiment)
The method of using the spare time is arbitrary, but a specific example will be described. FIG. 6 is a block diagram showing the work support device of the present embodiment. The work support device of the present embodiment includes an
Next, the operation of the work support device will be described. FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing the operation of the work support device. When the production is started, the
As described above, by using this embodiment, it is possible to acquire information that contributes to the improvement of production efficiency by utilizing the spare time.
(Fourth Embodiment)

In the flowchart of FIG. 8, "S101: Display of transition of spare time" is the processing from S1 to S10 of the flowchart of FIG. 7.
The work support device first displays the transition of the spare time (S101). Next, it is determined whether there is a point that deviates from the control standard (S102). If there is no point that the spare time does not deviate from the management standard (S102_No), the process returns to S101 and the display of the transition of the required time is continued. On the other hand, if there is a point where the spare time deviates from the management standard (S102_Yes), an alarm is notified (S103). Then, the predicted margin time is reset. Next, it is determined whether it is the last of the production input plan (S105). If it is the last of the production input plan, it ends (S105_Yes). On the other hand, if it is not the last of the production input plan, the process returns to (S105_No) S101 and the display of the transition of the spare time is continued.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the transition of the spare time can be displayed according to the production plan, and the process can be completed when the production plan is completed.
