Claims (9)
- ステント送達システムであって、
内側シャフト及び外側シースに結合されたカテーテル先端と、
長手軸に沿って第1端から第2端まで延びるハウジングであって、前記長手軸の一部分に延びるスロットを画定するハウジングと、
前記スロットに配置されて前記外側シースに結合された摺動器と、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられて可撓性部材により前記摺動器に結合されたホイールと
を含み、
前記可撓性部材は、前記ホイールの心棒まわりに巻き取られるように構成され、
前記スロットは前記ホイールの径方向に開口し、
前記内側シャフトと前記外側シースとの間にはステントが配置され、
前記内側シャフト及び前記外側シースは遠位端から近位端へと延び、
前記摺動器の動きが前記内側シャフトに対する前記外側シースの動きをもたらし、
前記ホイールの回転により前記外側シースの前記長手軸に沿った動きが引き起こされる、ステント送達システム。 - ステント送達システムであって、
長手軸に沿って近位端から遠位端まで延びるハウジングと、
前記長手軸に沿った動きを目的として構成された外側シースと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられて可撓性部材により前記外側シースに結合されたホイールと
を含み、
前記ハウジングは、前記長手軸の一部分に沿って延びるスロットを画定し、
前記可撓性部材は、前記ホイールの心棒まわりに巻き取られるように構成され、
前記スロットは前記ホイールの径方向に開口し、
前記外側シースは、前記スロットに配置された摺動器に結合され、
前記ホイールの回転により前記外側シースの前記長手軸に沿った動きが引き起こされる、ステント送達システム。 - 前記外側シースは、前記可撓性部材によって前記摺動器に結合される、請求項1又は2のステント送達システム。
- 前記ホイールは、前記長手軸に対してずらされて取り付けられる、請求項1又は2のステント送達システム。
- 前記ホイールは、前記長手軸に対して整列されて取り付けられる、請求項1又は2のステント送達システム。
- 前記ホイールの回転により、前記摺動器及び前記外側シースの前記長手軸に沿った動きが引き起こされる、請求項1又は2のステント送達システム。
- 前記外側シースは、機械的リンクによって前記摺動器に結合される、請求項1又は2のステント送達システム。
- 前記摺動器はプーリ部材を含み、
前記外側シースは、前記プーリ部材を前記可撓性部材に係合させることによって前記摺動器に結合される、請求項1又は2のステント送達システム。 - 前記ホイールの回転は、所与量の動きに対して前記摺動器のアクチュエーションと比べて少ない前記外側シースの並進を引き起こすように構成される、請求項8のステント送達システム。
