Description
このような態様によれば、背板が押圧カフ及びセンシングカフの間に設けられることから、押圧カフの押圧力が背板を介してセンシングカフに伝達されるため、センシングカフを均一に押圧することができる。
以下、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る血圧測定装置1の一例について、図1乃至図13を用いて以下例示する。
次に、押圧カフ71の第2の実施形態について、図18及び図19を用いて説明する。なお、第2の実施形態は、上述した第1の実施形態に係る血圧測定装置1とカフ構造体が異なる構成であることから、カフ構造体以外の構成についての説明は省略する。また、本実施形態の構成のうち、上述した第1の実施形態に係る血圧測定装置1と同様の構成には同一符号を用いて説明し、詳細な説明は省略する。
次に、押圧カフ71の第3の実施形態について、図20を用いて説明する。なお、第3の実施形態は、上述した第1の実施形態に係る血圧測定装置1とカフ構造体が異なる構成であることから、カフ構造体以外の構成についての説明は省略する。また、本実施形態の構成のうち、上述した第1の実施形態に係る血圧測定装置1と同様の構成には同一符号を用いて説明し、詳細な説明は省略する。
Claims (6)
- 生体の被測定部位に巻き付けられる、内部空間に流体が供給されることで膨張する袋状の押圧カフと、
前記押圧カフの前記生体側に設けられ、前記生体に前記押圧カフが巻き付けられたときに、内部空間に流体が供給されることで膨張する袋状のセンシングカフと、
前記押圧カフ及び前記センシングカフ内に前記流体を供給する供給装置と、
前記押圧カフの前記生体側に設けられ、前記押圧カフが膨張して前記生体を圧迫するときに、前記押圧カフの前記生体側に前記押圧カフの巻き付け方向に対して交差する皺を生じさせる第1案内部と、
前記センシングカフの前記生体側に設けられ、前記センシングカフが膨張して前記生体を圧迫するときに、前記センシングカフの前記生体側に前記押圧カフの巻き付け方向に対して交差する皺を生じさせる第2案内部と、
を備える血圧測定装置。 - 前記第1案内部は、前記押圧カフの前記生体側の外面に複数設けられた溝であり、
前記第2案内部は、前記センシングカフの前記生体側の外面に複数設けられた溝である、請求項1に記載の血圧測定装置。 - 前記複数の第1案内部及び前記複数の第2案内部は、等間隔に設けられる、請求項2に記載の血圧測定装置。
- 前記複数の第2案内部は、前記センシングカフと対向する領域に設けられた前記第1案内部と、前記押圧カフの巻き付け方向で同じ位置に配置される、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の血圧測定装置。
- 前記押圧カフの前記生体側に設けられるとともに、前記生体側に前記センシングカフが設けられる、前記被測定部位の周方向に延在する背板を備える、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の血圧測定装置。
- 前記第1案内部及び前記第2案内部は、前記押圧カフの巻き付け方向に対して直交する方向に皺を生じさせる、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の血圧測定装置。
