Claims (18)
- ((粒径の標準偏差)/平均粒径)×100の値が3以下である基材粒子と、
前記基材粒子上の少なくとも一部に放射性物質を含む放射性被膜と、
を備える複合粒子。 - 前記放射性被膜は、放射性核種とその元素の非放射性核種を含んでなる、請求項1記載の複合粒子。
- 前記放射性被膜を覆う保護膜をさらに備える請求項1または2記載の複合粒子。
- 前記基材粒子の平均粒径が2μm〜0.5mmである、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項記載の複合粒子。
- 前記基材粒子が、アルミナ、シリカ、ガラスからなる群から選択された一つの材料からなる、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項記載の複合粒子。
- 前記放射性被膜は、膜厚が0.1μm〜1μmである、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項記載の複合粒子。
- ((粒径の標準偏差)/平均粒径)×100の値が3以下である基材粒子を、放射性核種イオンとその元素の非放射性核種イオンを含むメッキ液に浸漬して、該基材粒子上に放射性核種を含むメッキ膜を形成するステップを含む、複合粒子の作製方法。
- 前記メッキ膜を形成するステップの前に、
前記放射性核種イオンを含む溶液を、該放射性核種イオンと同じ元素の非放射性核種イオンの酸または金属塩の溶液に加えて前記メッキ液を準備するステップをさらに含む、請求項7記載の作製方法。 - 前記メッキ膜を形成するステップにおいて、無電解めっき法により該メッキ膜を形成する、請求項7または8記載の作製方法。
- 前記メッキ膜上に他のメッキ膜を形成するステップをさらに含み、
前記他のメッキ膜が放射性物質を含まない、請求項7〜9のうちいずれか一項記載の作製方法。 - 基材粒子と、前記基材粒子上の少なくとも一部に放射性物質を含む放射性被膜と、を有する複合粒子を含む放射性ファントム。
- 前記複合粒子の放射性被膜は、放射性核種とその元素の非放射性核種を含んでなる、請求項11記載の放射性ファントム。
- 前記複合粒子は、前記放射性被膜を覆う保護膜をさらに備える、請求項11または12記載の放射性ファントム。
- 前記基材粒子の平均粒径が2μm〜0.5mmである、請求項11〜13のうちいずれか一項記載の放射性ファントム。
- 前記基材粒子が、アルミナ、シリカ、ガラスからなる群から選択された一つの材料からなる、請求項11〜14のうちいずれか一項記載の放射性ファントム。
- 前記複合粒子の放射性被膜は、膜厚が0.1μm〜1μmである、請求項11〜15のうちいずれか一項記載の放射性ファントム。

前記複合粒子と樹脂とを混合するステップと、
当該放射性ファントムの各部位を形成するステップと、
