Description
The present invention relates to a nostril cover having a deodorizing function and a filtering function for preventing pollen, dust, viruses, bacteria and the like from entering the human body.
Masks are used to prevent pollen, dust, viruses, bacteria, fine particles, odors, etc. from entering the body. Since the virus is scattered by sneezing and coughing and floats in a closed space in an aerosol state for several hours, the conventional mask cannot completely block the virus due to the gap between it and the face. In addition, the exhaled breath discharged into the mask was unpleasant and stuffy due to a decrease in oxygen concentration, an increase in carbon dioxide concentration and water content, and a mixture of odors.
A nasal mask provided with a removable filter, an inspiratory check valve, and an expiratory check valve has been proposed in the public relations of No. 63-130063. In this method, the filtration capacity of the filter was small, the removal of suspended matter was insufficient, the ventilation resistance was large, and it was stuffy. In addition, there was a sense of discomfort when wearing it, and there was resistance when wearing it when going out.
In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-299478, a nostril cover is proposed in which an insertion tube for a nostril is provided in the main body of the box, a filter is provided on one side of the box, the other two sides are used as exhaust ports, and a check valve is provided. There is. In this method, the filter area was narrow and the ventilation resistance was large, which made it difficult to breathe. The structure was not such that the filter could be replaced, and it could not be used for a long time. There was a sense of discomfort when wearing it, and there was resistance when wearing it when going out.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-191966 proposes a method of covering a nasal cannula with a concealing mask to supply a respiratory gas. In this method, 1) a respiratory gas supply device was required, and the portability was poor. 2) Since the inspiratory air is sucked from the cannula and the exhaled air is exhausted from the gap between the cannula and the nostril, a gap is always required between the cannula and the nostril, and there is a problem that the atmosphere invades through this gap.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-253689 proposes a mask with an exhaust valve provided with a flexible flap that acts as a check valve. In this method, the exhaled air in the mask is easily discharged by the exhaust valve. 1) Since the flap is opened and discharged after the exhaled air is filled in the mask, the inside of the mask is hot and humid with steam or hot air, and carbon dioxide is used during inspiration. I was suffocating because I inhaled residual exhaled breath containing a large amount of gas. 2) It was unpleasant because the inside of the mask smelled over time.
In the Korean Publication No. 10-2004-0107333 public relations, a nasal hole header equipped with an intake port, an exhalation port and a nasal hole nozzle is housed in a bag-shaped filter attached to a mask, and an intake check valve and an exhalation air are stored in the intake port. A mask has been proposed that has an exhalation check valve in the mouth to separate nasal and oral exhalation. In this method, 1) a bag-shaped filter is attached and a nostril header is inserted, so that a complicated process is required for attachment. 2) The nostril header and the bag-shaped filter are integrated and cannot be attached or detached. 3) The exhalation port is exposed to the outside of the bag-shaped filter, and the virus contained in the exhaled breath from the nose cannot be filtered, so that there is a problem that the infection spreads.
In the public relations of Korean Patent No. 10-2016-0018015, a nostril cover in which a check valve is attached to the nose cover is proposed. This check valve opens when inhaling to suck in the air inside the mask, and closes when exhaling to exhaust the outside air. For this reason, it was unpleasant because the odorous air in the mask was taken in.
The US Occupational Safety and Health Administration has certified N95 masks. N95 is non-oil resistant and means that the collection efficiency of sodium chloride crystals of 0.3 μm or more is 95% or more. In Japan's national test, the DS2 class has the same effect as N95 in theory. The standard of the mask is the collection efficiency under certain conditions, and the problem is the fit between the mask and the face. In reality, it is difficult to provide a mask that fits everyone's face exactly. It is impossible to completely block microhazardous substances such as aerosols, pollen and PM2.5 that bypass and infiltrate from the periphery of the mask. Aerosols generated from sneezing and coughing are said to float in the air for 2 to 3 hours in a closed space, and are a source of virus infection.
In a conventional mask using cloth or felt, the exhaled air discharged by the exhalation movement fills the inside of the mask, the pressure inside the mask rises to the ventilation resistance of the mask, and then the air is discharged from the mask to the outside air. In the inhalation movement, the exhaled air filled in the mask is sucked, and then the static pressure in the mask is reduced to the ventilation resistance of the mask, and then the clean air from the outside air enters the mask. Therefore, it is unavoidable that the inspiratory air (clean air from the outside air) and the expiratory air (exhausted air from the nostrils) are once mixed in the mask. Maximum exhaustion of residual exhaled breath in the mask is important for comfortable breathing.
Exhaled air is expelled from the nose and mouth of the mask. Regarding the oxygen concentration, carbon dioxide concentration, and water vapor content, the contents of nasal and oral exhaled breath are the same. The oxygen concentration of exhaled breath is reduced to about 16 to 18% with respect to the oxygen concentration of 21% in the atmosphere. The carbon dioxide concentration rises from 0.01% to about 4%. The amount of water vapor is increased from 10 g / m3 to about 44 g / m3. For this reason, mask breathing was accompanied by suffocation and discomfort because hypoxia, high carbon dioxide, and high humidity continued. Due to the high humidity exhaled air due to the increase in the amount of water vapor, the glasses tend to become cloudy, which is dangerous because the forward visibility is reduced when driving a car, and the work efficiency is reduced when performing detailed work.
Mouth breath is painful because of its odor. The cause of bad breath is gas generated when proteins contained in mucous membranes, saliva, food, etc. are decomposed and fermented by bacteria, and typical ones are methyl mercaptan, hydrogen sulfide, dimethyl sulfide, and the like. These odors become stronger over time after brushing teeth. Each time you breathe through your mouth, you inhale these synthetic unpleasant odors, which is a cause of avoiding wearing a mask.
The present invention solves the problem of the mask, has excellent sealing property with the outside air, reliably filters viruses and dust, enables suction of clean fresh air at the same level as the atmosphere, and the mask. It is to reduce the odor inside and the cloudiness of the glasses. The solution is as follows. 1) Mouth breathing and nasal breathing are separated by partitioning the inside of the mask into a nasal breathing chamber and a mouth breathing chamber. 2) Reduce the degree of contamination by mixing clean inspiration and exhaled air in the mask, and reduce suffocation by inhaling clean air with a high oxygen concentration. 3) Prevent the humidity from rising due to exhalation and prevent the glasses from becoming cloudy. 4) Reduce the odor in the mask. 5) By covering the nostril cover with a mask, the discomfort in appearance is eliminated.
As shown in claim 1, the first solution is a nasal hole cover worn between a mask and a face, and the nasal hole cover has a face contact portion that opens facing the face and a mask. It consists of a mask fixing part for fixing a mask that is open facing the face, the face contact part is in close contact with the face and seals the nose hole and the area around the nose hole, and the mask is fixed to the mask fixing part. A partial filter is formed by being sealed, and the nasal canal cover is a nasal canal cover characterized by forming a nasal respiration chamber in which only nasal breathing is performed and allowing inspiration and exhalation of the nasal foramen to be ventilated.
As shown in claim 2, the second solution is a nasal hole cover worn between the mask and the face, and the nasal hole cover has a face contact portion that opens facing the face and a mask. It consists of a mask fixing part for fixing a mask that is open facing the face, the face contact part is in close contact with the face and seals the nose hole and the area around the nose hole, and the mask fixing part and the mask are fixed with an adhesive. A partial filter is formed by sealing the nasal passage, and the nasal passage cover is a nasal passage cover characterized by forming a nasal respiratory chamber in which only nasal breathing is performed and allowing inspiration and exhalation of the nasal passage to be ventilated.
As shown in claim 3, the third solution is a nasal hole cover worn between the mask and the face, and the nasal hole cover has a face contact portion that opens facing the face and a mask. It consists of a mask fixing part for fixing a mask that is open facing the face, the face contact part is in close contact with the face and seals the nose hole and the area around the nose hole, and the mask fixing part is provided with a mask fixing groove. By fixing and sealing the mask in the mask fixing groove with a fixing ring, a partial filter is formed, and the nasal hole cover forms a nasal breathing chamber where only nasal breathing is performed, and inhalation and exhalation of the nasal hole. It is a nasal canal cover characterized by ventilating.
As shown in claim 4, the fourth solution is a nostril cover characterized in that the face contact portion side and the mask fixing portion side of the nostril cover are separated and detached.
The effects of the first solution are as follows: 1) Since the space formed by the mask and the face is partitioned by the nasal cavity cover to form the nasal breathing chamber and the oral breathing chamber, the oral exhalation by mouth breathing and the nasal exhalation by nasal breathing are masked. You can breathe refreshingly without inhaling bad odor by nasal breathing without mixing inside. 2) Since the nasal breathing chamber is sealed by the face contact part of the nostril cover and the mask fixing part, it sucks in viruses, pollen, PM2.5 and other minute harmful substances that enter as aerosol through the gap between the mask and face. Never. 3) Since the volume of the nasal breathing chamber is narrowed, the nasal exhalation and clean air are quickly exchanged, and the amount of low-concentration oxygen, high-concentration carbon dioxide, and water vapor re-inhaled in the nasal exhalation is reduced, which makes breathing easier. 4) There is no discomfort because the mask material containing moisture does not come into contact with the face. 5) Since the water vapor from the nasal respiratory chamber is discharged from the partial filter surrounded by the mask fixing portion, the glasses are less likely to become cloudy. 6) A conventional mask can be used.
The effects of the second solution are as follows: 1) Since the mask and the mask fixing portion are fixed with an adhesive, the sealing property is excellent, and the outside air does not directly enter the nasal respiratory chamber. 2) By using double-sided tape, it is easy to join the mask fixing part and the mask. 3) Joining and peeling are easy by joining with soft silicon.
The effects of the third solution are as follows: 1) Since the mask is fixed by pushing it into the fixing groove of the mask fixing portion with an O-ring, it is easy to attach and detach. 2) Since the mask is pressed against the O-ring and the fixing groove, it has excellent sealing properties.
The effects of the fourth solution are as follows: 1) Since the face contact portion of the nostril cover needs to be in close contact with the face and sealed so that nasal breathing does not leak, a material having excellent flexibility is suitable. On the other hand, since the mask fixing portion tightens the mask with an O-ring, it needs to be rigid enough not to buckle. By separating the face contact portion side and the mask fixing portion side and making them removable, materials having different characteristics can be used in combination. 2) The mask fixing portion can be diverted when the size of the face contact portion is made different according to individual differences such as the wearer's age and gender.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to claims 1 to 4 and FIGS. 1 to 11.
As shown in claim 1, the first solution is a
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the
In FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, a
The outside of the
FIG. 8 is a view B in FIG. The
In the JIS K 6253 type A durometer, the silicon hardness of the
Further, the thickness of the
FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the
The

As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in claim 3, the third solution is a

FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of part C in FIG. 6, showing an embodiment of a method of fixing the
The O-ring 31 can be used repeatedly. After the
As shown in claim 4, the fourth solution is a
