Description
本発明は、上記課題が、ある作製手段を用いて、容器内に電子モジュールを取り付け、直接的に容器を作製することにより解決できると言う知見に基づいてなされたものである。

Claims (14)
- 上部品(108)、下部品(110)と被取付エレメント(112)を備えた容器(102)を作製するための方法であって、少なくとも以下のステップ:
加工装置(115)の第一加工領域(115a)内において第一素材(200)から下部品(110)を作製するステップ(114);
加工装置(115)の第二加工領域(115b)内において第二素材(202)から上部品(108)を作製するステップ(116);
加工装置(115)の第一加工領域(115a)内に被取付エレメント(112)を挿入するステップ(118);
加工装置(115)の第一加工領域(115a)内の下部品(110)によって被取付エレメント(112)を収容するステップ(120);
加工装置(115)の第二加工領域(115b)から加工装置(115)の第一加工領域(115a)内に、上部品(108)を挿入するステップ(122);並びに、
上部品(108)と下部品(110)を加工装置(115)の第一加工領域(115a)において、容器(102)に合体するステップ(124)、
を包含している該方法において、
被取付エレメント(112)が、電気的に活性なエレメントであり、
下部品(110)に収容された被取付エレメント(112)を電気的に接続するステップ(120a)も更に包含している、
ことを特徴とする方法(100)。 - 第一素材(200)からの下部品(110)の作製(114)、及び/又は、第二素材(202)からの上部品(108)の作製(116)が、第一素材(200)、及び/又は、第二素材(202)の変形によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法(100)。
- 該変形が、深絞りを包含していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法(100)。
- 該変形が、巻かれた状態で準備された第一素材(200)、及び/又は、第二素材(202)をほどく工程を包含していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法(100)。
- 第一素材(200)からの下部品(110)の作製(114)、及び/又は、第二素材(202)からの上部品(108)の作製(116)が、打抜によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法(100)。
- 該被取付エレメント(112)が、部品装着済みの配線基板であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうち何れか一項に記載の方法(100)。
- 電気的に接続された被取付エレメント(112)の機能状態を、電気的にテストするステップ(120b)も更に包含していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法(100)。
- 第一素材(200)、及び/又は、第二素材(202)としてプラスチックを準備するステップも更に包含していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のうち何れか一項に記載の方法(100)。
- 第一素材(200)は、第二素材(202)に適合していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のうち何れか一項に記載の方法(100)。
- 加工装置(115)の第二加工領域(115b)における上部品(108)の作製(116)が、加工装置(115)の第一加工領域(115a)内における下部品(110)の作製(114)に隣接していることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のうち何れか一項に記載の方法(100)。
- 加工装置(115)の第二加工領域(115b)における上部品(108)の作製(116)が、加工装置(115)の第一加工領域(115a)内における下部品(110)の作製(114)と境を接していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法(100)。
- 第二加工領域(115b)から第一加工領域(115a)への上部品(108)の挿入(118)が自動的に実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のうち何れか一項に記載の方法(100)。
- 加工装置(115)の第一加工領域(115a)内の下部品(110)による被取付エレメント(112)の収容(120)が、上部品(108)と下部品(110)を加工装置(115)の第一加工領域(115a)において、容器(102)に合体(124)する前に実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のうち何れか一項に記載の方法(100)。
- 下部品(110)による被取付エレメント(112)の収容(120)が、ねじ止め、及び/又は、接続エレメントの熱変形によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のうち何れか一項に記載の方法(100)。
